Balance of points and inquiry

Inquiries on balance of points:

Members may inquire about their balance of points by letter, fax or e-mail and on the Internet site of Danubius. Information is provided about points collected and used up to midnight of the day preceding the date of the inquiry.

Account statements:

Our members will receive account balance statements in a semi-annual fashion, mailed to the address indicated on the application form.
