Danubius Rt. reserves the right to unilaterally modify the terms of participation in the Danubius Bonus Awards Programme, and shall immediately inform, in writing, the member of any such modification. Danubius Rt. reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the Danubius Bonus Awards Programme, and shall notify, in writing, each member 90 days prior to the termination date. Bonus points may not be collected upon expiry of the 90-day termination period, however, members will have an additional 180-day period to use their collected bonus points. In the event of loss or theft of any Danubius Bonus Awards Card, the member must notify Danubius Bonus Awards Service Center within 2 days thereafter. Danubius Bonus Awards Service Center will take measures immediately to cancel the Card; however, Danubius Rt. does not assume any responsibility for any damages arising out of the events mentioned above. For any services provided in connection with the redemption of points by Danubius Rt. through a third party, the provisions of the law on personal income tax shall be applicable.
