Redemption of Bonus Points

The points collected by members may be redeemed for services listed in the Danubius Bonus Programme Redemption Catalogue, and for other services as published separately by Danubius Rt.

How to Order Services:

The requested services will be confirmed by Danubius Rt., subject to availability of the hotels. Members may order the services chosen either from the hotel or from Danubius Bonus Awards Service Center, in line with the following procedure:

• A Voucher Request Form has to be filled out which can be found on the danubiusbonusz.com internet site, or, requested from the Danubius Bonus Awards Service Center.

 

• The requested service will be confirmed by the selected hotel or the Danubius Bonus Awards Service Center, in the form of a Voucher.

 

• The Voucher may be used only by the person specified thereon, in the specified hotel or service provider, and in the specified period of time and for the services, as listed. Any member who does not use the bonus points personally may request a Voucher for a person nominated by the member in line with the above procedure.

 

• The beneficiary has to submit the Voucher at the reception upon arrival of the hotel/service provider, and present the Card used for point redemption. The Voucher is valid only together with the Card. For the redemption of the voucher, the beneficiary will have to use the unique 4-digit PIN code.

 

• No bonus points will be accrued on the use of services, listed on the Voucher.

 

• The voucher may be cancelled and exchanged for points prior to arrival; in the event the member fails to use or cancel the Voucher, he/she shall lose the amount of bonus points corresponding to the value of the service.

 

• Vouchers entitling guests to use non-accommodation hotel services (such as spa, wellness, fitness, beauty farm, restaurant services) may also be requested at the hotel reception.

 

• Non-accommodation Vouchers may not be exchanged but are valid through 31 December of the same calendar year. in the specified hotel for the services specified.
