Information about the balance of points

Our club members will receive statements on the balance of their accounts quarterly. The statement will be sent to the address given on the application form. Information is provided about the points collected and used up to midnight of the day previous to the inquiry.

Members may inquire about their balance of points by letter or fax to Danubius Customer Service, or by e- mail (dea@danubiusgroup.com) and Internet. To get information about the balance of points the following data are necessary: name, address, typ and number of the card.
