Description of the Organisational Structure
The operation of the Hungarian hotels and the management of properties and lands of most of our hotels belong to Danubius Hotel Operation and Services Pivate Co. Ltd. The operation of the hotels is merged into regional directorates: three of them are in Budapest and two are in the countryside and the two hotels in Pécs operate as an individula unit.
The operation of our foreign subsidiaries is largely independent. The former managers are supported each by a Hungarian colleague and Danubius is represented in the Boards of Directors and in the Supervisory Boards through some appointed Hungarian managers.
The participations of the Danubius Hotels Group listed above are all members of the consolidation sphere. There are some other interests too which are not consolidated due to the low ownership rate of Danubius or the small size of the companies.
