Via E-mail, Fax or Letter: Please send an order for the service selected, to the hotel or to Danubius Bonus Awards Service Center via e-mail, fax or letter. Please indicate your name, address, card number and type of card on the order.
Via Internet:Please fill in the Voucher Request Form and click on the "Send" button. Your request will be processed by the Danubius Bonus Awards Service Center.
- Confirmation of the Service:
The selected hotel will confirm the service requested (subject to availability), by mailing out a voucher.
For the use of any service you will be requested to present the Voucher, your Danubius Bonus Awards Card used for point redemption, together with the assigned PIN code, as the service can be guaranteed only if you are in possession of them.
Any Accommodation Voucher is valid exclusively for the hotel specified thereon, for the specified period of time, and for the services as specified in the Voucher. In respect of other services, the voucher is valid for the specified hotel during the calendar year of the issue date.
