I. General terms
I/1. With the EuroPoints program, guests of Danubius Hotels Group can collect EuroPoints based on their spending on accommodation and consumption in hotels listed at: www.danubiuseuropoints.com
I/2. Membership starts after the guest is registered at Danubius EuroPoints Customer Service and is based on the information given on the application form. Please inform Danubius EuroPoints Customer Service about any changes to your personal data provided on the original application form.
I/3. Legal entities, and employees of Danubius Hotels Group or its affiliates cannot become members of the Danubius EuroPoints program.
I/4. By signing the application form, the applicant agrees that Danubius Hotels Group will use the given personal data for marketing and correspondence purposes. Danubius Hotels Group agrees that no personal data will be given to a third party.
I/5. The Danubius EuroPoints member may hold only one valid Card.

II. Danubius EuroPoints Regular Guest Cards and conditions of use
II/1. Regular Guest Blue Card
The new member receives a Blue Card with a unique PIN code. The holder of the Blue Card may collect an unlimited number of points consecutively, in compliance with the collection conditions, and may use those points as specified.
Danubius Hotels Group provides the following services to Blue Card holders:
early check-in and late check-out option, subject to availability, subject to booking;
we send a balance of the card’s points to the holder every 6 months.
II/2. Regular Guest Silver Card
If the member collects more than 5 000 Danubius EuroPoints in two consecutive calendar years, Danubius EuroPoints Customer Service sends a Silver Card (the PIN code remains unchanged), by post by January 30 of the following year. Members may not apply for a Silver Card within the calendar year.
The holder of the Silver Card is entitled to the following additional services over those provided to Blue Card holders:
10% automatic extra points for services purchased
room upgrade, subject to availability, subject to booking
II/3. Regular Guest Gold Card
If the member collects more than 10 000 Danubius EuroPoints in two consecutive calendar years, Danubius EuroPoints Customer Service sends a Gold Card (with unchanged PIN code), by post by January 30 of the following year. Members may not apply for a Gold Card within the calendar year.
The holder of the Gold Card is entitled to the following additional services over those provided to Silver Card holders:
II/4. In case of changing a card, Danubius EuroPoints Customer Service automatically cancels the current card and sends the new card by post to the member’s listed address.

III. Collecting Danubius EuroPoints
III/1. The member receives 1 Danubius EuroPoint after each 1 EUR*, including VAT, after the services paid by member. Points can be collected for all additional services included in the point collecting system by Danubius Hotels Group.
* 1 EUR = 250 HUF = 0,67 GBP = 3,4 RON = 28 CZK
III/2. Members of tourist groups, conference attendees, any other special events or guests arriving with a redeemable voucher issued by dealers or travel agents, can collect Danubius EuroPoints based upon separate specific conditions as stated on danubiuseuropoints.com (A tourist group is defined as 15 or more guests arriving as a single group).
III/3. The member can collect points for the services used by a guest in the member’s room, and guests of another room (maximum 1 room) provided the member is ordering and paying for those services.
III/4. A guest using a service in the room of the member may only collect points if the guest is also a registered member of the program and is splitting the bill 50/50.
III/5. The member may not collect Danubius EuroPoints for a service provided by any third party service provider.
III.6. Points are not collected automatically. To collect points the member must present the card at reception when settling the bill and then EuroPoints are credited on the member’s card account via the POS terminal. No other opportunity for collecting points is available in the hotel. Retroactive point collecting is only possible by a written request sent to the Danubius EuroPoints Customer Service with photocopies of the booking form and bill or voucher attached. Retroactive point crediting is only possible within 1 month after check out.
Point balance and balance information
IV. Point balance and balance information
IV/1. Actual balance of points can be obtained via e-mail request: (dep@danubiushotels.com), online at www.danubiuseuropoints.com, or by fax or postal request. Current balance information details the balance of points collected and used up until 24.00 of the day prior to enquiry.
IV/2. Balance information is sent every 6 months to the member’s e-mail or postal address provided in the original application form.

V. Danubius EuroPoints Redemption
Members of the Regular Guest program can exchange their points for services listed at: www.danubiuseuropoints.com. Ordering the services:
Confirmation of service bookings by Danubius Hotels Group is subject to availability.
Termination of membership
VI. Termination of membership
Danubius Hotels Group terminates the Danubius EuroPoints membership if the member:
a.) violates the Danubius EuroPoints terms and conditions described in this document;
b.) cancels the membership in writing and sends the card to Danubius Customer Service;
c.) does not collect points on the card or no points are used for services for three years.
When membership is terminated for any of the above reasons, all unused points will be lost upon cancellation of membership.

VII. Other Conditions
VII/1. Danubius Hotels Group reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions of Danubius EuroPoints program. Current terms and conditions can be found at: www.danubiuseuropoints.com
VII/2. Danubius Hotels Group reserves the right to cancel the Danubius EuroPoints Program unilaterally, with the obligation of informing members in writing, 90 days prior to notice. After the 90-day cancellation period, further EuroPoints may not be collected, and members must use their EuroPoints within a further 180 days.
VII/3. In case of loss or theft of the card the user must inform Danubius EuroPoints Customer Service and it will be cancelled. Danubius Hotels Group is not liable for any possible damages resulting from the loss or theft of card.

III/2.
