About the healing Thermal Water
The health spa of the Gellért Bath and Spa Budapest, with its direct access from hotel Gellért, is founded on the utilisation of Gellért Hill's mineral hot springs, the water of which is content-rich in calcium, magnesium, hydrocarbonate, alkalis, chloride, sulphate, and fluoride.

The Gellért bath is under the management of Budapest Spas and Thermal Waters Co. Ltd and is operated independently from the hotel. Spa opening hours and operating standards are therefore outside the control of hotel management. No examination /treatment on Saturdays and Sundays.
