Hotel Rába City Center - Frequently asked questions
1. WHERE CAN I PARK AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Please be informed, that the parking lot in front of our hotel is operated by the town of Győr, from Monday to Friday between 08.00 a.m. and 06.00 p.m., and on Saturday between 08.00 a.m. and 02.00 p.m., with an hourly rate of HUF 400.
We recommend the use of the parking lot ensured by our hotel, the cost of which is HUF 2.000/night/car.
If You reserved a parking space at a discount here, please inquire at the reception upon your arrival about where exactly the parking space reserved for you is located. Our colleagues will be at your service to give you directions and will even provide you a map, if necessary.
2. FROM WHEN CAN I CHECK IN AND WHEN SHALL I CHECK OUT?
In our hotel, check-in is possible from 02.00 p.m., and you may check out until 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. If you would like to check in or out outside the given time interval, please notify us in e-mail or by phone, and we will, as far as possible, try to provide the rooms accordingly.
3. SHOULD I ARRIVE EARLIER OR LEAVE LATER, IS THERE A POSSIBILITY TO STORE MY LUGGAGE SAFELY AT THE HOTEL?
As a matter of course, we are able to store your luggage safely from early morning until your room is ready. You can also place your luggage in the luggage room on the day of departure, in order to be able to visit the sights of Győr even on your last day of visit.
Our hotel’s restaurant, the Belgian Beer Café welcomes its fine guests with a wide list of Belgian beer and Hungarian wine, and the meals of Hungarian and foreign cuisine.
If You already know the time schedule of your meals, you are recommended to reserve a table in the restaurant to be able to take your place as soon as possible.
5. HOW MUCH IS THE TOURIST TAX AND IS IT INCLUDED IN THE ROOM RATE?
Please also be informed, that the tourist tax in our town is HUF 450/adult/night, which is also indicated in our previously sent offer, but must be paid in addition to the package or room rates.
6. CAN I DINE IF I ONLY REQUESTED BREAKFAST?
If you did not order a main course beforehand, you can still choose a ’la carte, or from the 3-course menus made up in advance, at a fixed price of HUF 3.300/adult. You may pay the total cost of your restaurant meals together with your room charges.
If You already know the time schedule of your meals, you are recommended to reserve a table in the restaurant to be able to take your place as soon as possible-

8. HOW CAN I SPEND MY FREE TIME? FOR WHAT PROGRAMMES CAN I BUY TICKETS IN THE HOTEL?
Győr is the city of festivals and meetings. The city becomes a place for spectacular and manifold cavalcades within the framework of the Four Seasons Festival. Details about the specific programme can be found at www.gyor.hu or www.latogatokozpontgyor.hu.
Our hotel provides an opportunity for guests to buy tickets for some of the city’s sights, therefore, they can avoid standing in lines.
We would like to inform our guests that as of 1 August 2014, the operation of Danubius Zrt's Hotel Lövér in Sopron has been transferred to an unaffiliated operator. As a result, the hotel's website may now be accessed at www.hotellover.hu
Hotel Lövér will no longer participate in any special deals or discounts pertaining to hotels in the Danubius Zrt. network, and it will not be possible to collect or redeem points in the company's frequent guest programme, nor redeem the Danubius Gift Card there. Any reservations received prior to 1 August will naturally remain valid according to the prices and conditions previously confirmed by the hotel, and frequent guest card points for these stays will also be credited accordingly.
