Čtyřhvězdičkový hotel v centru Budapešti

Good: Location. It is right in the center of the city. It is within waking distance to everywhere. You can enjoy the night view of the river every night. I did. It has a Macdonald in the same building, very convinient for a good cup of nice iced americano which is not easily available in Hungary. There is a cafe in the ground floor which serves good food in the classic atmosphere. The room is big enough for two of us and the bathroom has a tub. If you are a big fan of an old classic hotel, this is it. We stayed for 7 days and I would recomend it to my friends. And the airport bus stops right before the hotel. Bad: It is situated right in the middle of a big cross road so a little noisy even at night. If you are very sensive to noises, this hotel is not for you.

Pues me ha encantado! Como diría Michael Portillo, te sientes como un viajero eduardiano. La ubicación es fantástica, puedes ir a todos los sitios dando un paseo ( y en la puerta está la parada del bus al aeropuerto y el que te lleva al balneario schrinzy o como se llame ;) Es un hotel con más de cien años, que sigue manteniendo la estética de esa época ( y ahí reside su encanto) Cuando estuvimos, estaban grabando una peli de época. Hay habitaciones modernas ( reformadas) y otras clásicas ( más antiguas) Nos quedamos en la clásica y es amplías, limpias, la cama muy cómoda y el baño completamente reformado. Y el precio está muy bien

Bekvämligheten i rummet var utmärkt. Bra sängbelysning för ”nattläsare”. Tv-utbudet mest på ungerska o en BBC-kanal. Frukosten inte imponerande, men tillräcklig. Bra läge til det mesta, goda förbindelser med buss o spårvagn.

Good: Beautiful historic little building in the center of Pest. The rooms were spacious, clean and cozy. Everything was pretty much walking distance. The breakfast options were decent enough as well. Bad: Some of the restaurant staff can be a bit more courteous towards guests.

Good: it’s beautiful. the staff is very helpful, courteous pleasant and the meals were exceptional. the room was extremely comfortable. Bad: You have the best front desk manager. Laszlo Zsida is a great asset to the hotel. He goes out of his way to make sure the guests needs are met.

Good: location was excellent and very helpful staff. Nice hotel which although slightly less modern than some alternatives has all the facilities needed in full working order. Had a really nice bathtub!

Good: Location was AMAZING - right in the center. I 10 minute walk to the jewish quarter and restaurants. A Tesco literally 2 minutes away. Every mode of transportation from the underground hub. The airport bus drops off right across the street - going back to the airport is a 10 minute walk to the stop (which was a bit of a disappointment - but not the end of the world - as we left in the middle of the night - we opted for a taxi instead of the walk - there are shared shuttles too). staff was outstanding - not that we needed them much, but when we did they were really pleasant and helpful. Room - we choose the cheapest...it was a bit dated, but really not something that affected our stay at all. the room was large and comfortable with basic amenities. Bad: I think I would prefer a walk in shower to a bathtub, but I knew that I had chosen a room with a tub (the ones with showers cost a bit more). the hotel is at an intersection that requires going down a flight of stairs and then up - I am not sure how someone with mobility issues handles this intersection - important to understand first if you have such issues - this is not a problem with the hotel, but rather an issue at this specific intersection, which could affect someone who stays at the hotel.

Good: המלון נמצא במיקום מעולה, בדיוק מעל תחנת הרכבת אסטוריה, מרחק הליכה מהרובע היהודי, הדנובה, הוואצי והבזיליקה. היינו במיני סוויטה, זוג ומתבגרת, הסוויטה מרווחת וגדולה, יש חדר אמבטיה עם שירותים ועוד שירותים נפרד, חוץ מהמיטה הנפתחת ששמו למתבגרת יש סלון שמאפשרות ישיבה משותפת. ארוחת הבוקר היתה מספקת ביחס לארוחות בוקר באירופה. Bad: עיצוב המלון מיושן, חלק מהקטע שלו, אני פחות אוהבת. החדר שלנו פנה לרחוב ויש רעש רב ממנו, לנו זה לא הפריע אבל חשוב לדעת. הכריות רכות מידי לטעמי. בלילה האחרון חזרנו לחדר מאוחר, שאלנו את פקיד הקבלה אם נוכל לפנות את החדר ביום למחרת בשעה 13:30, הוא אמר שאין בעיה. ביום למחרת חזרנו מפעילות בשעה 12:30, כרטיס הכניסה לחדר כבר לא עבד לנו, כשביקשתי בקבלה לחדש אותו קיבלתי נזיפה מפקיד הקבלה שהם צריכים את החדר ושחיפשו אותנו. הסברתי לגבי השיחה עם פקיד הקבלה בלילה לפני אך הוא התעלם והמשיך לנזוף בנו. כמובן שפינינו את החדר לאחר כמה דקות אך עזבנו בטעם מר.

Good: Le personnel est amical et efficace. Ils nous ont aidés à imprimer les billets de train. Le bâtiment de l'hôtel est magnifique, il est historique et imposant, on s'y sent bien. Prendre le petit déjeuner dans une si belle cafétéria et déjeuner ou dîner dans leur restaurant a été merveilleux, la nourriture est délicieuse. Nous avons eu un si bon petit déjeuner buffet, complet avec rien à manquer. Il est proche de tout à pied et aussi du métro, du tram et de l'arrêt de bus. Un quartier qui a tous les services à proximité. Bref, nous retournons à Budapest et nous logerons à l'Astoria. Bad: Nous avons été ravis, vraiment. Rien à critiquer.

Good: מיקום מצויין ומרכזי, בדיוק ליד תחבורה ציבורית. היינו בחלק החדש יותר של המלון, יפה, די מרווח ונוח Bad: המבנה עצמו די ישן, יש יציאה למרפסת בחדר שנעולה ואי אפשר בכלל לצאת. מבחינת נקיון יש מקום לשיפור.. והיה במקלחת ריח תמידי לא נעים (ייאמר לזכותם שלא התלוננו)

Good: Lovely property in a very central location. Very clean throughout. Helpful staff Room 109 was great with a balcony and amazing view. The hotel has a really nice restaurant and cafe. A hotel full of history and elegance.

Excelente atención en la recepción. Quiero mencionar que el Sr. Ivan tuvo la gentileza de acompañarme hasta la estación del metro para la compra de boletos. Los que han estado por acá habrán notado que esto es complicado.

Fantastic hotel steeped in history and elegance. Great central location. Lovely staff who go above and beyond to help. Reception staff very helpful with booking taxis, giving advice and recommendations. Even printed my boarding passes for us at no charge. The gentleman and his trainee who checked us out this morning was extremely , polite , helpful and professional, a real credit to the hotel. We have travelled the world and it’s not often you find a gem of a hotel with amazing staff like this ! Thank you so much for everything .

Good: Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, in einem historischen, altehrwürdigen Gebäude. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß, komfortabel und sauber. Die zentrale Lage an der großen Kreuzung hat uns besonders gut gefallen, das Hotel grenzt an die Altstadt und das jüdische Viertel, wo man gut essen und was trinken kann (z.B. in den sehr sehenswerten Ruinenkneipen!). Das Frühstück war grandios, immer ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Bad: Die Aussicht aus dem Fenster im 2. OG war auf eine 1-2 m entfernte Hauswand und Lüftungsrohre, das war nicht so schön und dadurch kam kaum Tageslicht ins Zimmer. Das war aber auch wirklich das einzige Negative. :-)

Good: Больше всего мне понравилось расположение гостиницы, это самый центр и добираться в любое место очень удобно, прямо рядом спуск в метро и можно добраться до любой точки. Моей жене понравился завтрак, да он был вкусный, хотя лично мне он показался однообразным и каждый день одинаковый, мы были там неделю и немного приелось. Убирают комнату долго и хорошо, правда несколько дней не добавили мыла для мытья рук, на наш вопрос сказали что нету мыла. Вообще осталось только положительные впечатления от этой гостиницы, вернулся бы ещё в будущем.

Good: La habitación y servicio de desayuno muy bueno. El aseo de las cama, deberían estirarlas bien. Bad: La ambientación, la decoración era como estar en los años 1800

Bad: Wifi connection was very weak for the entire stay. Multiple times it would stop working altogether and or work extremely slow sly making it impossible to research anything.

Good: Gyönyörű helyen van a szálloda, bárhova gyorsan el lehet jutni. A reggeli bőséges, és finom, a személyzet nagyon kedves. Bad: Talán egy üveg ásványvíz jól esett volna a szobában. A teljesen üres hűtő látványra elég lehangoló.

A charming art-nouveau/deco establishment in the heart of Budapest with 'excruciatingly' friendly staff, and in the practical centre of town from which access to all major sites is easily manageable. Can highly recommend for atmosphere alone!

Good: Posizione perfetta per muoversi in città e per il collegamento praticamente diretto con l’aeroporto. Staff gentilissimo e veloce, abbiamo lasciato i bagagli chiedendo in reception sia all’arrivo prima del check-in e sia dopo il check-out in attesa del volo. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e comoda.

Good: Totul OK! Bad: Era o perioada friguroasa noaptea, incalzirea deja s-a oprit, aerul conditionat inca nu functionat, dar am primit o patura suplimentara. Mocheta din camera este cam tocita.

Good: Disponibilità del personale, posizione e rapporto qualità - prezzo Bad: "calore" del personale, da italiano abbiamo una concezione e attitudine diversa, quindi comprensibile

מלון טוב עם חדרים גדולים.

Отель, в котором мы останавливались с 7 по 11 мая 2023 года, оставил у нас самые положительные впечатления. Все было идеально, и мы с удовольствием поделимся своим отзывом. Прежде всего, персонал этого отеля заслуживает высших похвал. (Особенно тот который работал 10 и 11 мая). С самого момента нашего прибытия мы были окружены заботой и вниманием. Номер, который мы забронировали, был просторным, чистым и уютным. Мы оценили внимание к деталям и качество обслуживания в номере. Расположение отеля было идеальным для наших потребностей. Он находился в удобном месте, с легким доступом ко всему, что мы хотели посетить в этом районе. Мы оценили близость к транспортным узлам и различным достопримечательностям. В целом, наше пребывание в этом отеле было незабываемым. Отличный персонал, комфортабельные номера и создали идеальную атмосферу для нашего отдыха. Мы определенно рекомендуем этот отель всем, кто ищет прекрасное место для проживания и отдыха.

Good: Amplasarea foarte aproape de gura de metrou, camera spațioasă și foarte curata,micul dejun bun. Bad: Nu am întâlnit aspecte neplăcute pe parcursul sejurului.

Good: Spacious twin room, great water flow shower, decent breakfast, metro station and buses next door, great value for money. We were given a room in the newer part of the hotel. Bad: Noise from street, trucks collecting garbage at 6:30 are audible even when room windows are closed. Reception demands an extra fee for checkout later than 12:00 even when it's not in full room booking capacity.

Recently stayed here on a business trip, ideal location for bars and restaurants, after a long day in the office you don’t always feel adventurous so it’s great to have loads right on your doorstep. I was fortunate enough to have some time for sightseeing and it’s only a 7minute walk from the ferris wheel in the heart of the city. The airport shuttle stops right outside the hotel, much more convenient than a taxi and a tenth of its cost too, it cost me less than £5.50 for a single from the airport in April 2023. Sometimes housekeeping visited late in the day, which was fine since I was at the office, however they didn’t always replenish the empty shower gel / shampoo or toilet roll. I stayed in one of the newer renovated rooms, decoration was very much to my taste. I really enjoyed this hotel and would stay here again.

The hotel is located in a perfect central location near to public transport , restaurants, supermarket. Walking distance to major landmarks. Great breakfast and coffee shop , gracious service at the front desk. All said, my only remark is to pay more attention to the make-up of the rooms every day.

Good: Perfekte Lage direkt an der Metrostation Astoria, alles ist gut erreichbar, vieles auch zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten. Zimmer sind gut gedämmt, ich empfand keine Beeinträchtigung durch die große Kreuzung vor dem Hotel Bad: Gab nichts zu meckern :-)

Good: Great location, next to tube, tram and bus stations, also close to many main attractions, staff all very friendly, breakfast great choice. Bad: The restaurant was closed due to refurbishment

Good: Ein sehr modernes Zimmer, dennoch kommt der traditionelle Rahmen, das außergewöhnliche Flair des Hotels sehr gut zur Geltung. Frühstück: große Auswahl. Lage: direkt an der Metro, man ist schnell überall in Budapest. Bad: Anreise mit Auto schwierig, aber Auto sollte man doch eher zu Hause lassen. Vielleicht im Angebot einen Hinweis verankern, wo die nächste Parkgarage zu finden ist. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu kritisieren.

Good: מיקום מעולה !!! הכל קרוב. גם מטרו גם אוטובוס. גם קו ישיר לשדה תעופה. צוות קבלה מקסים!! לכל שאלה קיבלנו תשובה. כל הכבוד לכם !! Bad: קצת ישן. מעלית מאוד קטנה . מקלחת יחסית קטנה טלוויזיה בחדר ממש קטנה בגודל של מסך מחשב .

Hyvä keskeinen sijainti, hyvät kulkuyhteydet, metro vieressä, ruokapaikkoja lähellä ja siisti yleiskuva

Good: Loistava aaamiainen Bad: Enisimmäinen huone jossa yövyin oli tosi pieni. Vuorokautta myöhemmin huone jossa yövyin oli uuden oloinen mutta tosi huonosti tehty. Lattia notkui , suihkun letku vuoti ja TVn kauko-ohjamen patteri oli vanhentunut.

Good: Das Frühstück war sehr reichlich und abwechslungsreich. Selten findet man so ein gutes Frühstück. Die Rezeption ist sehr freundlich. Sprechen auch Deutsch. Mit Tram, Bus, Metro alles erreichbar und die Haltestellen sind in der Nähe des Hotels. Sehr zentrale Lage. Das Interieur sehr schön. Das Hotel hat auch Geschichte, wurde 1914 eröffnet. Bad: Ich habe Sport im Zimmer gemacht, bei genaueren Betrachtung, war der Tepich nicht sehr gut staubsaugt. Also habe ich mit dem aufgehört ;-).

Good: Nagyon jó helyen van a szálloda, jó köhlekedési lehetőséggel. A személyzet TOP a recepciónál, a konyhán is nagyon segítőkészek. A szoba amelyben voltam szép nagy és viláhos volt, az ágy nagyon kényelmes. A reggeli nagyon finom úgy a sok választékos pék áruk mint a hideg és meleg ételek, mindenki talál magának ennivalót! Csak ajánlani tudom és amikor még Budapestre megyek, mindenképp ezt a szállodát választom! Bad: A szobák és a fürdőszoba nem volt elég tiszta, mindenhol ott voltak az előző vendég fekete hajszálai, amit nem találok helyénvalónak. Ugyan így volt sajnos a barátaim szobájukban is. Ezért le vontam a pontozást, de szerintem ezen a jövőben lehet változtatni. 🙂

Das Horel ist in ein sehr gutes und erreichbares Ort. Merto. Tram, Bus alles ist vor das Hotel. Das Zimmer war schön, gross, hell, bequem und hat alles was man braucht. Das Personal von Reception, Küche ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, einfach TOP! Das Frühstück ist mega, mit sehr viel Auswahl, es ist Top! Das einzige die mich störte, die Sauberkeit in Zimmer und Bad. Leider im Badezimmer auf dem Boden, Badewanne habe ich viele dunkel lange Haare gesehen, die von der vorrige Gäste geblieben waren. Da muss ein bisschrn mehr geachtet werden. Deswegen ich habe beim Zimmer das Wert suf 4 gestellt, aber sonst ich war sehr zufrieden! Danke und bis nächstes Mal 🙂

Very comfortable and accessible to underground, trams and bus systems. More information about entertainments and places of special interest needed.

Great hotel in perfect location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bar is nice; not for the younger traveller of you want to party though. Perfect for couples. On the down side, it is located by a noisey road, particulary at night, so if your a light sleeper it may not suit.
