Good: Хороший большой номер, удобные кровати, замечательный вид из окна, есть холодильник, чайник и стаканы. Каждый день приносили новый чай с сахаром, в ванной есть гель для душа/мыло, шампунь тоже был, но очень маленькие флакончики и приносили не всегда. Метро в шаговой доступности. В отеле отличные бассейны, в том числе с термальной водой, замечательная соляная пещера. Брали только завтраки, они были отличные - большой выбор разной еды, в последний день выезжали ночью, дали завтрак с собой, тоже очень хороший. Bad: Флаконы с шампунем могли бы быть чуть побольше, на длинные волосы такого не хватает.

Good: Нам очень понравилось расположение отеля. С одной стороны немного в стороне от туристических маршрутов, но с другой стороны и метро рядом и остановки автобусов (троллейбусов). В отеле прекрасная спа зона. Каждый вечер мы спасали наши уставшие ноги в саунах и бассейнах. Завтраки были сытные и вкусные. Мы обязательно вернемся в Будапешт и опять остановимся в этом отеле). Bad: кровать была не двухспальная! Для семейной пары - это не удобно! Даже сдвинув их было не удобно спать!

Good: Jag varit där i 11 dagar allt var bra trevlig och professionellt personal Frukosten var lite små tråkigt , dåligt vattnig kaffe, och fantasilös frukost, (Lidi frukost ) kunde den varieras lite mer pålägg, matsedel på midaget är lika tråkigt ingen variation vi löste den vi åkte ut och ätit i stan i stället , annars allt var helt OK. Bad: Frukost och middag, saknar lite ungerska rätter på matsedel.

Good: It’s very convenient that the swimming pool/ sauna is open until 10 pm every day, and is big enough for a good swim. The food in the hotel restaurant ist very good and the receptionist( not only) are very friendly and helpful. It’s a very good value of money! Bad: The shower cabins in the spa have seen better days. It would make a big difference if they weren’t so overused.

We were really satisfied with everything at the hotel. The room provided to us had a great view in Danube, it was very clean and the bedding also met our expectations. The spa at the property is amazing and extremely clean also which was very important for us, we took 2 massage packages and we have to admit that the masseur (we are not sure about her name, maybe Gita or something like that) she was incredible.. her hands were magical! The only thing that made us feel uncomfortable was a waiter from the yellow bistro who for some unknown reason didn't want to serve us food even if the kitchen was open and that happened 2 times in the same day with the following weird excuse : "we're very busy at the moment and so I dont know if we can serve food now, maybe you go eat at the restaurant" - they had only 2 full tables at the moment so you can't say this was a busy time of the day, at least for my eyes. However the maitre took action immediately both of the times when I told him what happened, found a table for us and made him take the order with no second thoughts. I believe that behaviours like that at a 4* property with the amenities you provide should not be accepted from the personnel because they lower the experience of the guest for no reason, just because one person can't reach the standards of the property. In general all the other employees we met and got in contact with were more than kind and willing to make our stay a memorable experience and we are very thankful for

Good: The facilities the food the decor and most important the staff where first class 5 star I would recommend booking a room with a balcony lot of interesting places some a short walk,others a wee bit longer but the local transport infrastructure is excellent. Bad: I really didn’t find much to dislike if I’m honest, weather wasn’t great but it was January. Value for money same as Scotland. Shower in room a wee bit loose.

Good: All was just perfect, this is a well designed hotel, I loved the 3 thermal pools with different water temp. U can go from hot into cool and back right away! the Gym & the Aerobic room are closeby and uncrowded & the equipment there is modern and working well, U can train anytime at your own pace! breakfast was great, some might argue but this is a SPA Hotel not a gastro restaurant guys, better stick to your diet, eat fresh fruits N vegs with olive oil, drink yogurt, workout, swim, and relax :) going to the city is no big deal too 1.5 km or 4-5 EUR for a taxi and a huge Westend Mall is all yours :) the Hotel has got so much more potential, a bit more promo and SPA/fitness programs and you're set to be the #1 in the city :) Bad: Soft mattress in the standard room, in the studio there's a sofa much better to sleep on

Good: Hotel facilities, swimming pool, gym and SPA are good. Bad: Average breakfast, Location - close to Danube but bit far from City Center, and during weekends metro is closed. Hotel couldn't fulfill bed preferences although such option was available during booking.

Good: Возможность с 7 утра поплавать в бассейне с обычной водой и погреться в термальном. Все расположено на 1эт отеля. Потом сходить на завтрак. За 10€ завтрак был включен при бронировании, он был великолепный! Шведский стол. Разнообразный, свежайшие продукты, вкусно очень! Потом день по своим планам. А вечером ещё раз СПА зона, включая сауну, турецкую парилочку, термальный бассейн + джакузи, и вечерние 500м в 25-метровом бассейне. И сладкий сон на удобной кровати. Отдых, без сомнения, удался на "отлично"! Bad: Wi Fi. Очень проблемно в номере на 6 этаже. Приходилось основную переписку вести из холла на 1 эт.

Good: 1. Очень удобно что в гостинице свое СПА. Было очень здорово расслабиться в горячем термическом бассейне после длительной прогулки на морозе. 2. Отличный бар в лобби с вкусными коктейлями и приятным персоналом. Bad: 1. В комнате было слишком жарко. Даже вентилятор на полную мощность и приоткрытое окошко не спасали от жары. 2. Каждое утро в номер заходила работница гостиницы проверить минибар. После короткого стука сразу заходила со своим ключом, даже не дожидаясь разрешения войти.

Good: Vec duzi niz godina odsedam u ovom hotelu jer se nalazi na dobrom mestu (lako se dolazi do hotela), jer ima veliki parking (koji se istina placa), imaju ljubazno osoblje, sve je izuzetno cisto, hrana je odlicna a imaju i odlicne bazene. Hotel je upravo renoviran i deluje svetski (nadam se da nece uticati na povecanje cene).

Good: Останавливаемся в этом отеле 4 раз. Очень нравится. Сам отель расположен не в центре города. Но достаточно удобно до него добираться. В этот раз были на своей машине, парковались на парковке отеля , сутки 10 евро. В отеле с прошлого нашего посещения прошел ремонт в холле и продолжается ремонт на первом этаже. При этом все, включая СПА зону работает. Термальные бассейны и сауна бесплатны для проживающих в отеле. Рядом с отелем магазины и рынок. Bad: Нет такого

Good: We loved having a fridge + coffee making facilities in the room.The spa section with a sauna and steam room is really nice. It is in a great location with a supermarket+ buses very close by. We hope to stay there again. Bad: It was hard walking down to the spa section & back up 3 flights of stairs with bad knees. But I think that is temporary while there is work being done. It is very hot in the hotel.

Personalul amabil și profesionist. Raportul preț - calitate este foarte bun. Bad: Mobilierul din camere este învechit și pare ieftin iar micul dejun nu m-a impresionat. Dacă hotelul ar fi amenajat în totalitate așa cum este amenajată zona de conferințe, în culori calde și materiale frumoase, s-ar schimba mult în bine.

Good: Очень понравилась гостиница. Удобная кровать, очень тепло во всей гостинице, так как мы были в январе это очень важно. Прекрасные и разнообразные завтраки. Понравились бассейны с термальной водой, сауны, также минеральная питьевая вода в спа. Из дополнительных услуг воспользовалось тайским массажам. Первая массажистка была отличная поэтому записалась еще раз, но к сожалению, второй раз была другая гораздо хуже. Заказали шаттл до аэропорта очень удобно и не дорого. Возле гостиницы есть хороший ресторан и супермаркет. Расстояние от гостиницы до центра около 2 км полчаса ходьбы. Также есть остановка общественного транспорта до центра Bad: Далеко до центра К сожалению, не было очереди на массаж нужно было записаться до заезда

Отдыхали с женой в Новогодние дни. Отель отличный, встретили хорошо. Номер предоставили раньше указанного времени, т.к. мы приехали в отель в 11-00, уговаривать не пришлось! 6-й этаж, окна на Дунай! В комнате тепло. Проживали 6 дней, есть камера хранения, где можно оставить вещи после сдачи номера. Завтрак прекрасный, в ресторане хорошее обслуживание. Термальные бассейны (4 шт.) с водой от 26 до 38 град., две парилки: сауна и хамам. Метро в шаговой доступности или одна автобусная остановка (75,15, 105). Рядом с отелем остановка с которой можно доехать до Парламента. От аэропорта и обратно можно заказать такси за 26-28 Евро.

Начитавшись предыдущих отзывов, напрягалась насчет "недружелюбного " персонала, и разных недостатков сервиса). Оказалось - это был один из лучших отелей за все наши поездки. Весь персонал - улыбчивый и доброжелательный, есть русскоговорящие портье, все наши пожелания выполнялись. Скоростной wi-fi, теплый комфортный номер, удобные кровати, халаты и полотенца, постельное белье - белоснежные. По ТВ - есть 1 российский канал. Кондиционер отлично работал на тепло. По ночам была идеальная тишина. Хорошая уборка. Горничные не беспокоили в неурочное время. Завтрак обильный, много видов каш, горячие омлеты, всякая нарезка, фрукты, выпечка. Вкусный кофе из кофемашины. Очень понравились все 3 бассейна, и SPA. Расположение отеля- напротив, около супермаркета - остановка 75 троллейбуса, до центра ехать недалеко. До ближайшего метро - 1 остановка на троллейбусе, или пешком. Нам все очень понравилось. Отель очень уютный. Планируем вернуться! Bad: Не обнаружили.

Good: Были второй раз. Жили опять на 4 этаже. Теперь в правом крыле. В номере тепло. В отель приехали в 14.10. Не заселили. В прошлом году заселили чуть раньше без проблем. Номер полностью соответствует описанию. Вкусный и обильный завтрак, хотя за 5 дней показался немного однообразным. Транспорт рядом. Экскурсии можно купить прямо в отеле. Спа-зона может и не большая, но приятная. Ночью тихо, кровати удобные, спали замечательно. Bad: В спа было много семей с детьми. Отдельные дети вели себя как на пляже: прыгали, орали и пр.

Good: Мы посещаем данный отель 4-ый раз. Нравится месторасположение: на набережной Дуная с прекрасным видом на Буду и остров Маргизет, прямой транспорт до площади Героев и трамваев 2 (идет вдоль реки по Пешту), 6, 4 (на Будайскую сторону). Недалеко любимые едальни Пожони Кишвендегло, Маршал, Келли с национальными блюдами (гуляш, паприкаш из сома, стряпачка, либемай, утка с красной капустой), кафешки с замечательной выпечкой. Завтрак в отеле хороший (хотя не увидела в этот раз каш, творога, орехов). Спазона замечательная, работает с 7 до 22 часов, халаты и полотенца выдаются бесплатно. Отель чистый. Хорошие русскоговорящие гиды от "1001 дорог" и "Робинзонтур". Вообщем ездим в отель гулять по Будапешту и расслабляться в спа. Помимо известных достопримечательностей рекомендуем посетить канатную дорогу (вид сверху на город замечательный, от конечной 75-го троллейбуса ходит прямой автобус). И очень понравилась площадь с памятником советским воинам-освободителям. Случайно обнаружили около Парламента. В январе было тепло и солнечно, класс! Bad: Попадались плохо вымытые тарелки. В спазону хочется добавить водопадики, дорожку с холодной водой (как на Маргизете)

Naprosto skvělý hotel, který má u mě plný počet hvězdiček. Hotel je velký a prostorný, přitom poskytuje maximální soukromí a útulnost. Bazény mají velkou kapacitu a nepůsobí přeplněně, naopak pobyt v nich je klidný a pohodový. Termální voda v bazénech je od nejteplejší 38°C s bublinkami až po normální kolem 33°C v plavecké části. Perfektně vybavené je fitness. Součástí wellness je možnost si načepovat minerální vodu. Měli jsme pokoj s prostorným balkónem a výhledem na Margitin ostrov a Dunaj. Hotel je moderně zařízený, čistý a všude vládne profesionalita a vstřícnost. Snídaně už bohatší snad nemůže ani být, je tady vše na co si vzpomenete s tradiční maďarskou kvalitou a čerstvostí potravin. Parkuje se přímo v areálu hotelu na prostorném parkovišti za závorou. Parkování je za 10 EUR za den. Metro je od hotelu cca 5 minut chůze. Hned vedle hotelu je supermarket s potravinami, cukrárna a čínská restaurace. Hotelové Wifi je rychlé a stabilní. V recepci se domluvíte rusky, anglicky, německy a nenapadá mě jediná výtka, pobyt zde byl bezvadný.

Good: Everything was perfect, breakfast was wonderful, coffee excellent. It was always clean in the room and the stuff was attentive to our needs. Bad: The spa center we hope will be renovated soon - the whole hotel looks new and modern, except for the spa. A juice bar could be added and the saunas area could be changed (now it is separate for women and men). It didn't prevent us from enjoying the spa center and pools, however.

Good: The hotel was situated in front of Danube river. Very good connections to public transportation. Hotel staff was very kind and attentive. Bad: Hotel is bit outdated, however with no big lack of anything.

Good: Комфортабельный современный отель на берегу Дуная, в стороне от городской суеты. До ближайшей станции метро - 15 минут пешком, почти рядом- остановка автобуса и троллейбуса. Очень красиво и уютно. Прекрасная спа- зона с собственными термальными ваннами ( несколько небольших бассейнов с разной температурой воды. Есть бассейн для плавания. Неограниченное посещение, стоимость включена в проживание. Если в течение 5 дней утром и вечером приходить туда всего на полчаса, можно получить курс лечения термальными водами!) Завтрак "шведский стол" - на пятёрку! В этом же ресторане можно и пообедать, и поужинать. Есть кафешка с перекусом и десертами. Прекрасная новогодняя программа! Можно заказать экскурсии у русскоговорящих гидов ( по утрам). Напротив, через дорогу- небольшой супермаркет. Bad: Номер в прекрасным видом на Дунай , но без балкона!

Good: -The new year's Eve Dinner was excellent - very nice Spa and clean water in the pool - they have great staff (there are 2 exception) Bad: - there are 2 staff members that was not kind but if you avoid them (you will realize who they are because they make a dissenting note with the rest of the staff-restaurant and bar-), your stay will be excellent - small bathroom

Hotel: Ein Hotel, wie man es sich wünscht. Es gab keine Mängel. Nur positives zu berichten. Wir waren ueber die Weihnachten dort. Un das mit unserem Hund. Absolut kein Problem. Da umliegend relativ viele Wiese vorhanden war, sehr problemlos. Wir würden immer wieder dort buchen. Schade in Budapest ist eigentlich nur, das unprofessionelle Verhalten bei der Metro. Als deutsch sprechender bekommt man dort nur abweisendes Verhalten. Die sind sich einfach nicht bewusst, dass man auch in der Schweiz Deutsch spricht. Das zieht sich uebrigens durch die ganze Stadt fort. Interessant, dass Verkäufer auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt praktisch alle Deutsch konnten.
