Good: Das Hotel, die Lage. Personal: sehr freundlich, mehrsprachig und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer: jeden tag neue Handtücher und das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Bad: Frühstücksbuffet war im allgemeinen gut aber für mich fehlte an frische Sachen wie z.B. Tomaten, Paprika, Gurken. Obst war nur Zitrone, Grapefruit in Scheiben und Apfel in Stücken.

Good: Da meine Freunde über mei-nen PC gebucht haben kann ich kein Urteil abgeben. Wie sie mir doch erzählten waren sie sehr zufrieden.

Bad: Kleines Badezimmer mit sehr kleinem Waschbecken.

Good: Wir waren ausgesprochen zufreiden im Hungaria. Das Personal hat uns sehr zuvorkommend bedient.

Good: Eigentlich alles nähe von Bahnhof sehr sehr gut und sonst das ganze Hotel super Bad: Es gibt gar nichts es hat uns alles gefallen

Good: Zentrale Lage, sehr gutes Preis / Leistungsverhältnis, Mitarbeiter freundlich. Jederzeit wieder!!

Good: Prima hotel, vriendelijk personeel en je bent in 5 min. in het centrum. Kamer netjes en schoon. Bad: Niets.

Good: Обаятельная и доброжелательная девушка на рецепшин. Поселила в течение одной минуты. Комната достаточно большая, уютная, теплая (на улице -6). WiFi работал отлично. Есть русский канал ТВ, в номере есть чайник. Bad: Нет украинского канала ТВ

Good: Не первый раз останавливаюсь в этом отеле. Отлично!

Good: Posizione comoda vicino alla stazione dei treni e alla fermata della metropolitana M2. Personale gentile, parla inglese.

Good: buona la colazione, gentilissimo lo staff e bellissima la suite. Buona anche la posizione, il centro è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi con una passeggiata di 15/20 minuti.

Good: La atencion del personal, el confort de la habitación, el desayuno, en general todo. Bad: ------

Good: staff went out of their way to help you and did it graciously in our language.

Good: After booking a double room we actually received a very comfortable suite with separate bedroom, living room and hall. Friendly personnel. Very good location - bus stop in front of the hotel, Keleti railway station and metro station just within few minute walking distance.

Good: Allowed us to check in a bit early. Very convenient location close to the train station. Excellent breakfast buffet and convenient restaurant. Provided tour info package at check in.

Good: Недорогой комфортный отель. Напротив вокзала, но асоциальные элементы не беспокоили. Очень удобно для путешественников - не надо тратиться на такси и транспорт.

Good: The friendiest staff, helpfull when needed, made reservation changes with a smile. We stayed at this hotel before and definitelly will stay there again.

Good: Vi åkte på semester med vårt barnbarn.Vi fick ett 2 rums familjerum med jättesköna sängar., Enligt vårt önskemål fick vi vattenkokare och tekoppar och bestick på rummet. Utöver detta stod en fantastisk fruktkorg , och småkakor på bordet, en gåva från hotellchefen.

Good: The extremely good standard of customer care as we entered the hotel. Our bags were taken to our room and the service on the check-in desk superb, nothing was too much trouble.

Good: The space of the room and the comfort, the cleanlyness. Bad: The hussle and bussle in the restaurant as well as at the breakfast despite of helpful staff.

Good: Even though the check in desk was always busy with tour arrivals, we still felt we had excellent service as an individual booking.

Good: The staff are excellent. Room service and the cleaning staff were very good. Reception and porter staff are very helpful and very friendly. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was spacious, very comfortable and excellent value for money! There is also a good buffet breakfast which gets regularly replaced. Bad: The air con in the room was very poor and did not work correctly. Our friends staying in another room also complained of the poor air con system. The bar area is poorly ventilated so it is not a comfortable place to sit and enjoy and drink. The female staff member there was also not as helpful or freindly as the other colleagues - sorry!

Good: é um hotel grande, muito confortável e situado a apenas 100 m da Estaçao Keleti, a ferroviaria do leste de Budapest.

Good: La atención del personal siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Algunos de los empleados hablaban español lo que hacia más fácil la comunicación. Las instalaciones muy modernas, siendo un hotel grande con muchas comodidades como el wifi en todo el hotel libre. Tomamos un tren nocturno hacia Bucarest y nos guardaron el equipaje por el tiempo que necesitamos para ir a la estación en la noche, hecho importante de resaltar. Bad: La diferencia de precio entre un día y otro. Pagamos un precio el día viernes 14 tres veces más alto que el día anterior y estando ya alojados en el hotel. Nos pareció un abuso.

Good: Palvelu oli aivan huippuluokkaa. Laukut kannettiin heti mennessämme sisään hotelliin ja siitä vielä huoneeseemme ja lähtiessämme kannettiin ulos ja nostettiin taksiin. Vastaanotossa neuvottiin maanalaisen käyttö, kerrottiin miten pääsee helpoimmin tietylle nähtävyydelle tai paikkaan. Neuvottiin myös jo etukäteen miten pääsemme edullisimmin ja helpoimmin linja-autoasemalta hotellille. Saimme ystävälliset vastaukset kaikkiin kysymyksiimme. Todella mukava henkilökunta!

Good: It was very close to the main train station, though when heading to the hotel, veer to the right rather than the left of the huge construction project (less dangerous due to busy traffic and no sidewalks on the left margin of the project). The hotel is approximately straight ahead when leaving the front of the train station- approximately 400 meters. They allowed us to store our luggage before check in and after check out.

Good: The staff was very helpful, and the location is right next to the train station, and a short walk to the river and the main city. There is parking availible onsite. Bad: Alittle road noise but not bad.
