A type of vascular gymnastics suitable for disorders and congestions of the lower extremities. There are two small tub baths used; one is filled with water at a temperature of 40 – 50°C, while the other with cold water at a temperature of 10 – 16°C. You first enter the warm bath, and by treading water you stay there for approximately one minute. You then go over to the cold bath, and with a constant rubbing of feet and treading of water, you stay there for approximately 15 seconds. These actions are repeated 6 – 10 times.
