Sometimes a big metropolitan city like London seems out of reach for families, especially those traveling with young children. Fear not, we have come up with an excellent variety of things to do, places to see, and restaurants to dine at. Enjoy!<\/span><\/p>\n

Although London has many fine dining locations, while traveling with children it’s best to eat at<\/span> relaxed, flexible places. <\/b>For this we recommend a few restaurants<\/em><\/strong>:<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0Bubba Gump Shrimp<\/a>: <\/strong>It’s\u00a0a tribute to the movie \u2018Forrest Gump\u2019. The specialty is of course shrimp, but the menu ranges from burgers to salads. The southern American flare is visible in everything from the decorations to the menu and staff. For reservations call 0203 7635 288. It’s located in 13 Coventry Street, London, W1D 7AB, and opens from 11 am until late.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ed\u2019s Easy Diner<\/a>\u00a0:<\/strong>\u00a0is indeed, as the name suggests, an easygoing delicious American diner. Bound to be a hit for all members of the family. Although there are many locations throughout London the closest to Danubius is the Euston Station diner, The Piazza, London NW1 2DY. For reservations call 020 7388 6967. It\u2019s open from 7.30 to 10:00 PM.<\/span><\/p>\n

Belgo Centraa<\/b>l<\/strong>, on the other hand is one of the most loved themed restaurants in London. This Belgian restaurant is a treasure in the heart of London. Staff are clothed in the monk\u2019s robes, and serve everything Belgian from mussels, fries and a selection of gourmet beers. Located in 50 Earlham St, London WC2H 9LJ. Call for reservations 020 7813 2233. Opens 12 PM to 11:30 PM.<\/p>\n

Or if you do not fancy going out for dinner, you can always have some food in our Pavilion Lounge Bar, we have a nice kid’s menu available! Ask our staff, they would be more than happy to help you.<\/p>\n

Kids Attractions<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

A stay in London wouldn’t be complete without a trip to <\/span>Hamleys<\/a><\/b>, the <\/span>oldest toy store in the world<\/b>. This incredible place with wow factor for anyone at any age, it’s a must see. Hamleys is located on Regent Street, just off of Oxford Street that is easily reachable from our hotel by a quick bus ride. The imaginative displays and what seems to look like an endless variety and supply of toys for even the pickiest child are a sight that can\u2019t be missed. \u00a0Open daily from 10- 8 pm.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"Hamleys\"<\/p>\n

There are plenty of museums and attractions<\/strong> that kids would love as well. In particular we recommend visiting the <\/span>Museum of London <\/b><\/a>where\u00a0you can discover the wonders and stories of one of the greatest cities in the world and its people. Travel through time with prehistoric finds and stories, to a show of the contemporary metropolitan we know today. Enjoy interactive activities, colorful games and child friendly displays. Don\u2019t miss out on events for the younger ones during weekdays, family discounts and free events during the weekends. Open daily from 10-6m (EC2Y 5HN). Easiest to reach by tube on the Central line, St. Paul\u2019s station.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"V&A<\/p>\n

The <\/span>V&A Museum of Childhood<\/a>,<\/b> on the other hand is a museum that\u2019s one of its kind. See a display of toys from the 1600\u2019s to today\u2019s games. See how children used to live, eat, play, dress and live their childhoods. Interesting for the whole family as the adults travel through memory lane and teach their children about the past. The museum runs limited time only events, programs and activities for all to enjoy. Open daily from 10-6m (E2 9PA). The nearest tube is Bethnal Green, on the Central line.<\/span><\/p>\n
