With his entire family working within the hospitality industry, it was only a matter of time until he joined as well. He took his first steps in a restaurant at the tender age of 14, under the guidance of his father who was a F&amp;B manager. Later, he completed a professional waiter and bartender\u2019s qualification. Having joined the Danubius hotel in 2016 as F&amp;B operative, Claudiu was quickly promoted to the position of Senior Operative and now is an integral part of the team. In the future he wishes to pursue his goal of completing a professional Sommelier course.<\/p>\n<p>Food and wine are at the core of Claudiu\u2019s heart and he takes great pleasure in rustling up delicious Italian dishes! And in his spare time there is nothing that he enjoys more than to discover and explore London along with his wife!<\/p>\n<p>Claudiu is our \u2018Employee of the Month\u2019 for May.
