i love the improvement in some floors. the rooms are amazing and the light there is really thought trough! Surruoundings of the hotel are beautiful! Selection of pools is big enough and you won't be bored there! If you aren't a pool person, theres more fun activities downstairs such as bowling, pinpong and many others. Your stomach will always be full with this food. U can even find here vegan and kids options! The food here is delicious! Definitely worth it!!

It's a renovated hotel with a lot of potential, great wellness centre, good food and service. This has been my third time and I've always enjoyed it. The swimming pool for swimming is great, so are the ones with hot water and whirlpools, saunas...

Good: The ambience of the entire places was very relaxing. It was a perfect weekend getaway from the hustles of city life. The hotel was surrounded by lush greenery and the great hospitality of all the staff made our staycation a memorable one. Plus points for the food, right from the snack bar, to the scrumptious dinner and a great buffet breakfast. It made us wanting more, but we were so full. The newly renovated Finnish sauna was very relaxing after a long work week. The pools were well maintained and on the whole the property was very clean and comfortable. Bad: Honestly, there was not one thing which disappointed us. Everything was top notch and above our expectations.

Good: The sauna is just perfect. There is an event right in Sauna in the middle of the day where lady is dancing with a towel and making lot of steam. I definitely recommend to visit this.

Good: All inclusive is a great one, we have spent fri- sunday, every day was different food. Breakfast 07-10 AM, from 10-12AM snack time (cofee, pastry, drinks), lunch 12-14PM than 14-1600 snack time(langosh, chicken wings etc, and dinner from 1800. All for for vegetarian, lactose intolarance, kids, babies. Plenty of fruits and cofee was good too. All inclusive includes beer and wine nothing else, but I appreciated in the saloon every day 1.5 l of cold szentkiralyi mineral water, beside of the other free beverages, like coke, sprite, juices etc. The kids got suprise package saturday morning in front of the door, so nice. So many animation is available, written everywhere in 3 different languages. Interactive tables are available, but also board games as well. -1 floor has a gamer room for bigger kids but also play room for lil kids. 1 first floor had all activity area for the animation and another playroom for the kids. The kids pool was the best and next to it another pool for babies.No chlorine smells at all and sightseeing train is avalible as well. Outside of the park found several tennis courts, mimigolf, outside chess, bowling, playground. All in all number one for families. Internet was good in the room too, 5 th floor. Bad: 2 elevators not enough, but we found the stairs. All inclusive should contains coctails too(we dont like wine or beer) anf the dining was a bit chaotic, however we are talking about fri and saturday. Bed was too soft for us.

Good: I was in this hotel 3 months ago and have returned to repeat the experience, so I guess this tell it all. Travelled with my wife and small toddler and if you take the all inclusive package like we did you are set up for a great time. It is very child friendly, the staff is very helpful and professional, the food excellent and with a huge variety, the room has a pretty decent size. some floors of the hotel (3 out of 5) are fully renovated, others are not, but are still nice.

Good: Great as always! We've been coming to this hotel for about 7 years already, so many good changes since then: new swimming pool and new saunas. But really, everything is great here for families with children. Bad: I wish the coffee could be better.

Good: The food was exceptionally good and with a massive variety, which is not normal for a place that offers all inclusive packages. The wellness area is quite big with several pools and the one dedicated for small children is absolutely perfect. Staff members are very kind and professional and the cleanliness was spotless. Close to the town where the hotel is located there are several small towns that are worth to visit like Sárvár and Köszeg. Overall this was a great experience for my family and I will surely be back again. I highly recommend it. Bad: There are only 2 elevators, which is not enough for such a big hotel and sometimes it can happen that the waiting time is too long. but this is a minor thing and did not have a significant impact on my stay.

Good: location and facilities are nice. food is excellent and varied. spa and pools are nice. it was a cosy atmosphere in december already Bad: some rooms are not updated yet, but it did not bother us to stay in the not so modern ones. one pool from the spa was closed. heat in the room was tricky, there is a heater but only started at certain times - centralized controlled most certainly. the air conditioning from the room set on heat did not seem to work.

It's Sunday morning. We leave hotel after breakfast. Confusion everywhere, we are packing things, getting ready for the trip. Our four-year-old Viki is watching a fairy tale in bed. Later he gets out of the bed, everything is packed and we go home. Then I find out that I'm missing my tablet. Where did it stay? I'm sure it won't be found anymore, but I don't understand. After all, I checked everything carefully. I call the hotel and unbelievable... not only did they find my tablet, but they also carefully packed it and sent it back to the Czech Republic. Thank you to everyone Je neděle ráno. Po snídani odjíždíme. Všude zmatek, balíme věci, chystáme se na cestu. Naše čtyřletá Viki sleduje pohádku v posteli. Později vylézá z postýlky, vše sbaleno a jedeme domů. Až tam pak zjistím, že mi chybí můj tablet. Kde vlastně zůstal? Už se určitě nenajde, ale nechápu. Vždyť jsem vše pečlivě prohlédla. Telefonuji do hotelu a neuvěřitelné... nejen že mi můj tablet našli, ale i pečlivě zabalili a poslali zpět do Česka. Velké poděkování všem

Good: The hotel has a very big Wellness area with separated child pools and a relaxing room, inside pools and outside ones. You can also play tennis outside. Bowling alleay, gameroom, child game room, pingpong, all these are available also! Food is also good, maybe a bit more selection would fit better for a hotel which is that big. The location is perfect thanks to its silent area.

Good: My mum had a very good time. She enjoEd her stay and all the included services in the restaurant, bar and wellness. Bad: I asked for a greeting message with a fruit plate to be set in the rooms as it was a gift for mothersday for my mum and her friend. But the reservation/reception/restaurant couldn’t manage the fruit plate after many calls, messafes and emailing. I did pre-transfer the extra fee to get this done. It felt very disappoionted as thought it would be a rutine service in a high standard hotel chain like the Danubius.

Good: Wellness centrum was nice, children enjoyed it very much. The staff was willing to prepare a crib and an extra bed immediately. At last but not least, food was awesome!

Good: We had a nice room after reconstruction, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom nicely upgraded. The food was always very well cooked. Very nice staff in the restaurant. Great swimming pools and playrooms for children. Overall we had a great time, looking forward for the new swimming pool area. Bad: We travelled quite often to Danubius before, but didn’t come since 2018 and the variety of food this time was much poorer than it was before especially during the lunch. It was not clear what kind of drinks are included in the all inclusive program in the restaurant, there was a list of drinks on the tables before, but not this time. It would be nice to upgrade the outside playground as now it looks like nobody cares about it. The lifts are always a big problem, two out of four were broken, so nobody could follow the recommended rules and there was always more than four people. Empty disinfector by the playroom on the 1st floor. Small things like ostentatiously closing the direct door by some staff from the room with the drinks to the outside sitting area or cleaning lady closing the way with the sign of the working hours to the room with the drinks when my wife just wanted to pour some water for our one year old son etc. can brake all the good impression, making the people feeling unwelcomed....

We were very happy during our second stay already. Everything in service - room, food in buffet, wellness was great. Very missed is thermal pool, that was only disappointment during our stay.

Good: Unfortunately we needed to leave early than we planned but our experience was really good. The stuff are friendly and helpful. The quality, quantity and variety of the food is excellent. Plenty of choice to relax: pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, bowling, etc. The bar is always open if you get thirsty or if you want some snack. It's quiet, so I can totally recommend for couples and families but I think others would also enjoy. The rooms are clean and cozy. They are providing daily room cleaning, towels and bathrobe.

Good: We spent the NYE in the Danubius Health Spa Resort in Bük on All inclusive basis. At first impression I can say the hotel to be dated a bit but the overall we had great exprience. Two floors of the hotel was under construction so the hotel (restaurant and spa facilities) were not crowded. The service and the employers were very kind and polite that seemed to be a great plus for the hotel. The food was also above overall 4* hotels in Hungary - pointing on the taste and variety. Bad: Nothing special to mention. The staff did their best to satisfy all the guests. The service is great & the employers were very friendly.
