Good: Direi Tutto! Bad: Per quanto riguarda la nostra stanza, una ventola di aspirazione nel bagno, nel complesso mi è piaciuto tutto moltissimo!! Location Tip: Posizione Centralissima, fermata del bus 100E che parte dall'aeroporto davanti all'hotel, bus e tram a 5 metri di sitanza, centro città a 5min a piedi Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti e devo dire che ci siamo trovato davvero molto bene. staff gentilissimo e competente, ma soprattutto la posizione centralissima, tutto vicino sia a piedi che con il trasporto pubblico. Non vedo l'ora di tornare nella bellissima Budapest ed ovviamente prenoterò qui. Unico neo nella nostra stanza, la mancanza di una ventola di aspirazione in bagno, che, senza finestra può diventare un problema Grazie di tutto

Good: Gentilezza dello staff, pulizia, ampi spazi Bad: Insonorizzazione finestre Location Tip: Vicino alla metro Astoria, ai mezzi pubblici con locali per mangiare e fare shopping, oltre alle attrazioni cittadine. L'albergo si trova in centro, in prossimità della fermata metro Astoria, nonché comodo per molti altri mezzi pubblici. Nei dintorni vi sono molti locali in cui mangiare e fare shopping, oltre alla possibilità di poter raggiungere a piedi i luoghi di interesse. L'albergo si presenta bene, molto elegante, il personale (non parla italiano) è gentilissimo e disponibile; la stanza appare pulita, ordinata e molto spaziosa (nello specifico una suite con stanza da letto, salotto, doppi servizi e ingresso). Vi sono i confort quali il wi-fi gratuito in tutti gli ambienti, il bidet (una rarità all'estero), vasca e doccia, asciugacapelli, frigobar, cassaforte e kit per il te. La colazione è buona anche s non particolarmente varia (soprattutto per il dolce) e viene servita nel ristorante dell'albergo. Nel complesso la struttura è pregevole e sicuramente da consigliare.

Bad: Niente in particolare, forse a volte riscaldamento difficilmente regolabile, ma bastava aprire un secondo la finestra.

Good: Ottima posizione adiacente all'entrata della metro. Staff cortese e professionale. L'Hotel è un vero 4*S. Bad: All'arrivo per problemi tecnici mai venuti fuori,volevano a tutti I costi spostarci in un altra struttura nel cuore di Buda , cosa per noi improponibile, con un pò di insistenza siamo riusciti ad avere la camera prenotata. I turisti nella strada sottostante sono un pò rumorosi, ma basta chiudere le finestre.

Good: Senz'altro un albergo elegante in pieno centro della città di Pest. Camere dotate di ogni confort e molto pulite. Bagni ampi e confortevoli. Ben collegato con tutti i mezzi anche se la maggior parte delle destinazioni del centro erano facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Bad: Difficile trovare qualche cosa di negativo in un albergo di lusso ad un prezzo ragionevole. L'unica cosa che- personalmente- ho trovato strana che il primo giorno alla reception hanno passato la mia carta di credito il primo giorno come garanzia per eventuali servizi extra (frigo bar, canali tv bloccati, etc...) utilizzati durante il soggiorno. Quando i documenti di identità lasciati il primo giorno per le procedure di chek in potevano essere già sufficienti.

Really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is situated very close to bus and metro stops and really convenient for both airport and train station. It was also easy to walk to the main sights and restaurant areas. The hotel is on the corner of 2 busy roads so some rooms could possibly be noisy. Bekvämligheten i rummet var utmärkt. Bra sängbelysning för ”nattläsare”. Tv-utbudet mest på ungerska o en BBC-kanal. Frukosten inte imponerande, men tillräcklig. Bra läge til det mesta, goda förbindelser med buss o spårvagn.

This historic hotel is centrally located by the Astoria metro station. The airport bus drops off out front. 24 hour reception. Despite being close to a main road, the rooms are relatively quiet. Rollaway beds available for an extra charge. Rooms are large for Europe.

We had a great stay at this beautiful hotel. All staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Breakfast selection was lovely- all 6 of us found plenty to eat!! My only, very small, wish would be that the evening Resturant menu could have been a bit broader - as there were 6 in our party we couldn’t find something for everyone so we didn’t use it. The hotel is in a great location, a short walk from the Elizabeth bridge, with Hop on Hop Off stops just across the road which made it very easy to get to all the sites we wanted to see!

It is really a high class hotel. Although the decoration is a bit old fashion, but is is very clean and the hotel is maintained very well.

This is the second time we have stayed at the Danubius Astoria. It is based in a beautiful traditional building within reasonable walking distance of many of the main tourist sites in Budapest, and provides fantastic breakfasts. The 100E bus from the airport stops right outside, providing a very easy and reasonably priced airport transfer. We were given a free upgrade to a deluxe room this time around. My only slight disappointment is that there was no tea tray/kettle in the room. Otherwise a fantastic experience and I hope to be able to return again.

this hotel has an excellent location for getting around budapest. public transport stops are just outside and the staff are very helpful and attentative. we ate in the hotel the first night and the food was very good value and extremely tasty. its also very beautiful inside having kept its original features and is spotlessly clean. dont book through agoda though as they over inflate the exchange rate and it is better value to book direct with the hotel. they speak a number of languages and will sort everything out for you

Good: Tolle Lage, super Zimmer, sehr nettes Personal. Bad: Mir fällt nichts ein. :-) Location Tip: Liegt sehr zentral. Guter Ausgangspunkt für eien Erkundung der Stadt, auch zu Fuss. Wir waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende in Budapest. Das Hotel lässt keinen Wunsch offen. Liegt sehr zentral. Fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Frühstücken muss man nicht unbedingt im Hotel. Genau gegenüber befndet sich ein Starbucks. Darüber hinaus kann mit dem Bus 100E direkt vom Flughafen bis vor die Tür fahren, zumindestens hin, zurück hält der Bus hier leider nicht, aber die Haltestelle für die Rücktour ist ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar. Beim mächsten Budapestbesuch werden wir garatiert wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

This centrally located hotel is very clean and well kept. The staff are very accommodating to any request for information, directions, items like fans! The rooms are quite large and have good amenities. A kettle for tea or coffee would be a welcome addition, though!

Beautiful hotel in the old style. In a great location with everything in walking distance and the metro station right outside. Staff were very helpful.

Good: Vanhan ajan tunnelma, henkilökunta Ihastuttavaa, vanhaa charmia huokuva hotelli. Ravintola aivan upea puitteiltaan. Huoneemme oli standardi, mutta perusasiat kunnossa, kylpyhuone tosi siisti. Ikkunanäkymä vähemmän kehuttava mutta noin muutoinhan Budapestissä nähtävää riittää. Sijainti loistava, metroasema ihan kohdalla. Kävellenkin pääsi kaikkiin tunnettuihin nähtävyyksiin. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä. Aamiainen (noin 14 e) ihan jees, ei superia mutta vatsan sai takuulla täyteen. Jos vielä käyn Budapestissä, valitsen saman hotellin.

It's a really beautiful hotel, and the location is perfect - right in the middle of everything, but yet not noisy. The reception staff and great, really helpful and friendly. The only slight niggle is that we found the pillows too small. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Ideally situated, and competitively priced. Very spacious rooms. The only downside is the noise from the street, but that's a price worth paying for the location.

Good: Hotel is not new, but well maintained. The lobby and restaurant are impressive. The staff is very courteous and responded to all our request. Good: Проживала в номере с подругой, номер достался в конце коридора, поэтому насколько я поняла он оказался побольше, чем стандартный. Во-первых идеальное местоположение отеля возле метро Astoria - это в центре. Во-вторых номер был тёплым, уютным, много осветительных приборов, плоский телевизор, удобная кровать и мебель, хорошая уборка. Чайника в номере нет, но это не было проблемой, потому что привезла его с собой. Отличное сочетание цена/качество. Про завтраки ничего сказать не могу, потому что мы их не брали. Вежливый персонал на ресепшене. Хочу выразить благодарность руководству и персоналу отеля за наше комфортное проживание, спасибо)

Good: Ett gammalt fin hotel med charm.Läget perfekt. Personalen hjälpsam,växla pengar, skaffa taxi etc. allt gick att ordna. Mycket bra frukost. Lunchen i restaurangen, var bra. Stort utbud. Priserna moderata. Hit kommer vi igen !! Bad: Finns inget klaga på !
