Good: Non proprio al centro ma ottimo hotel.Di fronte supermercato Prime dove puoi trovare di tutto e alle spalle una profumeria e fermata Bus...a 300 metri fermata metro M3 dove puoi raggiungere tutta la città'...dista circa a 7 fermate dal centro ma vale la pena soggiornarci...la mattina andavo in giro al freddo per la città e verso le 7 ritornavo per un percorso SPA...che dire questa fusione turista/relax e' stato uno dei motivi principali del mio fantastico soggiorno all' Hotel Helia...Ottime le camere,la palestra e il ristorante.

Good: direi che era tutto ottimo soprattutto la spa merita tanto.!!!!! resta un po' fuori ma è servito benissimo dai mezzi ...metro e pullman che ferma proprio li davanti....la colazione super ricca ....il personale parla anche un po' italiano!!! Bad: l'unica cosa che vorrei segnalare è che nel letto matrimoniale usano mettere il piumone separato che resta un po' scomodo per il resto è stato tutto ottimo bella struttura con qualità e prezzo!!!!!

Good: Dell'albergo niente da dire anzi parlavano anche italiano. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, camera con vista Danubio e terme Favolose!!! Bad: l'unica nota per me non positiva al 100% è la posizione, distante dal centro. A piedi non ci si arriva se non con circa 50/55 minuti di camminata di buon passo.

Good: Albergo in posizione non centralissima, ma ben servito dai mezzi pubblici. Unico inconveniente:i rari ristoranti nei paraggi erano chiusi il sabato e la domenica sera. Ad ogni modo è disponibile il ristorante dell'albergo. Abbiamo trovato molto belle le piscine,la hall, la zona verde all'esterno, la camera, spaziosa e silenziosa. La colazione, buona e abbondante, viene servita in una grande sala il cui servizio è molto efficiente.Tra gli addetti alla reception ci è capitato di chiedere informazioni ad un giovane ragazzo che parlava un italiano fluente. In generale ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Good: L'ambiente è molto accogliente e ci è piaciuta molto la gentilezza e la professionalità dello staff. La colazione è stata molto apprezzata. La stanza e il relativo microclima ci sono piaciuti molto. Bad: Purtroppo per motivi tecnici il primo giorno tutta la zona benessere era fuori servizio. La posizione è poco centrale ma alla fine con pochi passi e i mezzi pubblici ci si sposta velocemente (basta informarsi alla reception per avere consigli preziosi). Non ci è piaciuto molto quando alle 8:15AM di sabato l'inserviente ha bussato per vedere se c'era ancora qualcuno in stanza, quindi ricordatevi di mettere il cartellino "non distrubare" se non andate a fare colazione prima dell 8.

Good: Tutto ottimo con una Spa di tutto rispetto....

Good: La spa molto curata e pulita e aperta fino alle 22. Ci hanno dato un camera di livello superiore pur avendo prenotato quella "base", con sauna vasca e doccia in camera. La posizione É ottima, 50 metri dalla fermata del bus 75 che in 1 minuto porta alla metro, da cui in 4 fermate si raggiunge il centro. Bad: La cortesia degli addetti alla reception, un po' freddi. Forse nella colazione gratis aggiungerei almeno qualche farcitura per i cornetti

hotel perfetto sotto ogni aspetto, zona spa provvidenziale dal momento che il tempo era freddo e piovoso, la camera sul Danubio molto suggestiva. ZONA periferica ma perfettamente servita dai mezzi che a Budapest sono particolarmente efficienti.

Good: Ci hanno assegnato una camera con vista sul Danubio non prevista, (bagno un po' piccolo) bellissime le 3 piscine termali con temperature diverse e la dotazione di accappattoi ed asciugamani, meravigliosa la colazione variegatissima specie nel salato (anche pesce fresco) e cibi salutistici, molto pulito, metro a 200 mt circa, zona tranquillissima lato isola margherita, staff molto gentili Bad: Posizione non molto centrale, non siamo riusciti ad usufruire dei massaggi

Good: Colazione fantastica. Camera comoda. Solo il bagno un po' piccolo ma comunque a posto. Piscina termale bella e ben tenuta. Bad: Bagno un po'più grande e , cosa che all'estero manca sempre, aggiunta del bidè.

Una splendida settimana di vacanza a Budapest. Albergo secondo le aspettative. Piscine termali aperte dalle 7 alle 22. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ben collegato con i mezzi pubblici e, volendo fare una passeggiata lungo le rive del fiume solo venti minuti per arrivare nel cuore della Città. Ho avuto un problema di carattere sanitario e la reception lo ha risolto brillantemente fissandomi un appuntamento con un medico. Se torno a Budapest scelgo lo stesso albergo.

Good: Il personale è estremamente cordiale,le camere pulite,il wifi funziona molto bene. Anche se non era inclusa la colazione nel pacchetto,abbiamo potuto usufruire di croissant e caffè gratuito. Bad: Non è ubicato nelle immediate vicinanze della metro,ma dista 5/6 minuti a piedi. Le fermate per arrivare al centro sono 4/5.

Good: L'hotel si trova in una buona posizione: la fermata di un comodo filobus si trova proprio sotto l'hotel e la fermata metro a soli cinque minuti a piedi. Piscine, sauna e bagno turco sono gratuiti ed aperti dalle 7 del mattino alle 10 di sera.

Good: Buona location: metropolitana a pochi minuti, leggermente distante dal centro se il tragitto viene percorso a piedi. Ottima struttura con possibilità del centro benessere aperto fino a sera. Camera pulita. Colazione a buffet con ampia scelta.

Good: Staff molto accogliente, struttura pulita e confortevole, stanze pulite e servizio efficiente di pulizia, bellissima la vista di alcune stanze sul Danubio e la SPA è davvero attrezzatissima. Senza dubbio lo consiglio a chiunque voglia un Hotel che abbia un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Bad: Leggermente distante dal centro di Budapest ma comunque facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi e nonostante tutto ci sono le fermate di taxi e autobus praticamente a 100 mt. dall'Hotel

Good: L'hotel era bellissimo, le camere venivano pulite tutti i giorni. Inoltre abbiamo usufruito della piscina e dell'idromassaggio con l'acqua termale, che erano incluse nel prezzo. Rigenerante. Lo staff era gentilissimo. L'hotel si trova a un quarto d'ora a piedi dal centro e a pochi minuti dalla metro. Forse non è centralissimo, ma una bella passeggiata non ha fatto mai male e come hotel ne vale la pena!

Good: Ottimo hotel. Scelto soprattutto per la presenza di piscine termali all'interno. Lo staff è gentile, cordiale e sempre di grande aiuto per qualsiasi informazione. Anche se non è inclusa la colazione, è inclusa nel prezzo una cosumazione pari a due cornetti ed un caffè (che per noi italiani equivale ad una normalizzima colazione). Ottima la pulizia!!! Bad: Purtroppo la posizione un po' fuori rispetto al centro cittadino. Comunque a 300 mt c'è la fermata della metro, e per chi ama le passeggiate, seguendo il danubio per qualche km si arriva in centro.

My husband and I love the breakfast buffet and the relaxed feeling of the hotel. We also loved the small restaurant, "Yellow," where we had two excellent meals with family. The health club is a wonderful opportunity to work out in the exercise rooms. There are two floors: one for weight training and the second for cardio exercises. bikes, treadmills, and ellipticals. Most of all, we love the three pools of different temperatures. The hotel has all we need for a wonderful getaway.

Hotel: Großartiges Hotel und tolle Anlage. Super ausgestattet Zimmer und ein perfektes Frühstück. Immer wieder gerne. Geniale Poollandschaft.

We liked the location away from the center of the city, but accessible to everywhere. The health facilities and pools were exceptional and immaculate. The breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent and high quality. There was an abundance of food and something for everyone.

Best hungarian goulash we had in Budapest. Everyone was great.

The property was as expected, far enough away from the hustle and bustle with nice Spa facilities following a day of sightseeing. Public transport is easy to use to enable access in and out of the city, but you can always take a leisurely walk down the Danube which the hotel offers great views from. We would recommend this hotel for people who wish to explore what Budapest has to offer, but take a step away when it's time to unwind.

Det var et rigtig fint og godt hotel at bo på, dog lå det lidt langt ude hvis man skulle gå, men det var muligt at gå ind til centrum

Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat a szállodában !!! Elhelyezkedését tekintve kedvező. 🥰 A személyzet kedves !🙃☺️Ár-érték arányban rendben minden. A wellness nagyon szuper: a sókamrát kipróbáltuk , nagyon élveztük, csak azt sajnáltuk , hogy nem együtt van a férfi és a női szauna. Már a becsekkolás sem volt zökkenőmentes, háromnegyed órát vártunk a sorban míg ez megtörténhetett. A szoba nagyon meleg volt, nem lehetett szellőztetni megfelelően. Az ágyak nagyon puhák, roggyantak voltak. A két külön ágyat összetoltuk , alatta szemét volt. A szaunát meztelenül vették igénybe, elég kritikátlanul a vendégek. A szilveszter éjjel és hajnal a kutyavonítások miatt kimerítő volt, ezért reggel elhagytuk a szállodát. Nagy csalódás volt ez a szálloda.

We were really satisfied with everything at the hotel. The room provided to us had a great view in Danube, it was very clean and the bedding also met our expectations. The spa at the property is amazing and extremely clean also which was very important for us, we took 2 massage packages and we have to admit that the masseur (we are not sure about her name, maybe Gita or something like that) she was incredible.. her hands were magical! The only thing that made us feel uncomfortable was a waiter from the yellow bistro who for some unknown reason didn't want to serve us food even if the kitchen was open and that happened 2 times in the same day with the following weird excuse : "we're very busy at the moment and so I dont know if we can serve food now, maybe you go eat at the restaurant" - they had only 2 full tables at the moment so you can't say this was a busy time of the day, at least for my eyes. However the maitre took action immediately both of the times when I told him what happened, found a table for us and made him take the order with no second thoughts. I believe that behaviours like that at a 4* property with the amenities you provide should not be accepted from the personnel because they lower the experience of the guest for no reason, just because one person can't reach the standards of the property. In general all the other employees we met and got in contact with were more than kind and willing to make our stay a memorable experience and we are very thankful for

We spent four days in December.Excellent and friendly staff ready to assist at any time. Very clean hotel, rich breakfest, and a very relaxing SPA. I would highly recommend this hotel and go there again.

Hotel: Ein Hotel, wie man es sich wünscht. Es gab keine Mängel. Nur positives zu berichten. Wir waren ueber die Weihnachten dort. Un das mit unserem Hund. Absolut kein Problem. Da umliegend relativ viele Wiese vorhanden war, sehr problemlos. Wir würden immer wieder dort buchen. Schade in Budapest ist eigentlich nur, das unprofessionelle Verhalten bei der Metro. Als deutsch sprechender bekommt man dort nur abweisendes Verhalten. Die sind sich einfach nicht bewusst, dass man auch in der Schweiz Deutsch spricht. Das zieht sich uebrigens durch die ganze Stadt fort. Interessant, dass Verkäufer auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt praktisch alle Deutsch konnten.

The property and staff were wonderful. The bathroom could use some hair conditioner and lotion, not just shampoo.

We really like the hotel. Near a metro station. The personnel at the hotel, at the reception,Deborah was very helpful when we arrived, at the restaurant, etc. exceptional. The food at the restaurant was very good. The pool and the fitness room very good. All in all everything was super! For sure, we would go back to that hotel and recommend it to others! Well done!!!

Upon arrival we were greeted by the door man, he was very welcoming. First class front desk staff who spoke many languages. Room was excellent with a river view. Very quiet even though it was a very busy hotel. Food was great and fair price for the hotel. We would definitely stay again if we are ever in Budapest again.

Really nice property, close to Margaret Island. Thermal bath was a little crowded but still very pleasing. Would definitely be staying with danubius again.

Hotel: Ich war das letzte Mal vor 3 Jahren in diesem Hotel und kann nur sagen das es sich sehr verbessert hat. Die Lobby und das Restaurant sind komplett umgebaut worden und ich hatte ein super Zimmer mit Blick auf die Donau. War 1 Nacht dort und bin am nächsten Tag nach Szeged ins Novotel (siehe writer Bewertung) weiter gereist.

Since this was our 2nd time staying at the Danubius, they must be doing something right. The staff was ever so helpful, arranging taxis, even a brown-bag for breakfast! They don't know the word "No". Will stay there again next year.Tip: Use the facilities, the Spa is phenomenal!

Second time at Danubius, so they must be doing something right. Tried the Whirlpools: MARVELOUS! Felt WONDERFUL. Anything we needed from staff, and it was done. Day trip to Bratislava: They packed us a Breakfast! Called taxi for us when we were leaving. Hot coffee for our thermos, ANYTHING!! They don't know how to say no. Wonderful hotel, Great staff. Already looking forward to next year.
