Good: A svédasztalos vacsora és reggeli mindent igényt kielégítő volt. A hotel személyzete roppant mód figyelmes volt minden alkalommal, és külön meglepetésként ért, hogy Dunai kilátást is kaptunk az előzetesen ellenkező irány helyett :-). Bad: A matrac kissé puha volt, de ez nem befolyásolta a nyugodt alvást és pihenést sem. Ez természetesen elég szubjektív dolog, kinek ez kinek pedig az a komfortosabb így ezt soha nem lehet felróni mint negatívum.

Good: Magas épület révén csendes volt a szoba, kilátás a városra, a reggeli választék az hihetetlenül nagy és jó is. Bad: Ha valaki pl. este 9-10 után foglal szállást, akkor lehetne kedvezőbb az ár, mivel a welness részleget már nem tudja használni.

Good: Umfangreiches Frühstück, es wurde immer wieder aufgefüllt. Schöne saubere Zimmer. Großer Parkplatz. Gute und schnelle Verkehrsanbindung in die Innenstadt. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Bad: Es ist auch ein Kongresshotel mit vielen wechselnden Veranstaltungen. Dadurch ist das Foyer oft belegt. Das kann ein wenig nervig sein. Viele Gruppen.

Good: Izba štandard mala pre nás (2 dospelý a 2 dvojročné deti a ich postieľky) pre nás veľkosť len tak-tak. Kúpeľňa by tiež mohla byť väčšia. Avšak, čo sa týka vybavenia, nie je čo vytknúť. Hluk medzi izbami nebolo počuť. Naša izba bola s výhľadom do sídliska, avšak hluk bol menší, než by som predpokladal. Raňajky mali pomerne široký výber, káva bola dobrá (pokiaľ som si dal dvojité espresso), dokladanie nebolo problémom. Akurát taniere boli príliš malé. Wifi fungovalo plus mínus OK. Štyri bazény mali dostatočnú veľkosť a príjemné teploty. Personál bol úctivý a nápomocný. Bad: Parkovanie za 10€/deň. Wifi by mohlo byť lepšie. Dvere do chodby izolovali zvuk mizerne, takže čo sa dialo na chodbe bolo dosť počuť do izieb.

Location Tip: location good easy to go any where in transport public the Hotel is four star but the staff need more about customer care because I ask how I going to take transport public and what is the principal place the interest for tourist I surprised I don't had any answer need any help. the staff no very friendly and difficult to get any question. Restaurant need to improved the food because everyday the same food on the buffet and no very hot the coffee the served cold

Good: Hotel is on he banks on Danube a short walk to centre, although a walk there are trams and buses also. The hotel food was amazing as was the spa facilities which we used daily. The staff were excellent some of the best customer service and even allowed us to check in early as we arrived off an early flight which was excellent.

Superfint på hotellet! SPA, rummen, frukosten och service var femstjärniga! Personalen är mycket trevliga och vänliga. Det var bara en sak som var störande är att folk rökte på rummen och balkongerna, trots rökförbud på Hotelet. Hoppas att personalen och administrationen kommer att vidta strängare åtgärder för rökare. Vänligen Tanja

Good: the staff was very helpful and kind; the view from the room was beautiful; the breakfast was ok, but everyday the same options. Surroundings are really cool for a walk close to the river. I enjoyed it very much. Bad: the room close to elevator was terrible because you can listen 24hours the elevator working :( the elevator was working very slowly, and the doors were taking ages to close; if you need to use it few times in a short period of time, this can be irritating

Good: 四星级酒店，有健身房，温泉游泳池超出期望。早餐丰盛，房间能看到多瑙河。 Bad: 前台电脑没有（漏了）登记我的早餐(可选），以致第二天用早餐被餐厅服务生拦了下来！因为第一天没有问题哦，不可能住两天选订一天早餐的。同行的驴友都没有问题。

Excellent hotel, convenient location to local transport, which gets you to city centre to hop on hop off buses. Lovely thermal pools, good breakfast and nice new clean hotel.

Good: Very helpful staff, great pool and facilities, great value for money for what’s on offer. Would recommend people stay there. Has its own taxis which offer fair prices into the city centre. Bad: Rooms could do with an upgrade to match the rest of the hotel. Additional staff on the front desk is needed due to long waiting times to get their support. English tv channels would make it perfect.

Прекрасные термальные бассейны. А из сауны и хамама, да в прохладный бассейн, а потом отдохнуть на лежачках возле бассейна или на солнышке на террасе. КЛАСС!!! И главное несмотря на погоду получаешь релакс.+++++

Très bel hôtel. Personnel très accueillant et sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et tout comme les plats du "Yellow bistro" (qui sont aussi bien présentés). Chambre propre et calme. Un coffre-fort est disponible gratuitement mais les snacks du frigo sont payants. Wifi rapide partout dans l'hôtel.

Good: Hôtel très propre et personnel très accueillant. Possibilité de manger à la carte où buffet. Nous y avons mangé deux fois à la carte et il n'y a rien à dire, c'était très bon. Petit déjeuner copieux. Les chambres sont propres et le lit est confortable. L'hôtel se trouve près d'un arrêt de bus et à environ 300 mètres du métro.

Good: The hotel is easily reachable by Bus and we were able to explore the City Center at night. The Staff were very helpful giving us directions and suggestions of what to see. The facilities are very clean and the Spa was wonderful having been at a festival all week. The robes provided were a great touch!

Good: La pulizia eccellente, la stanza è stata pulita e riordinata ogni giorno, con cambio delle asciugamani compreso. Stanze comode, spaziose.

Good: The swimming pool and wellness facilities. Location. Bad: Disabled facilities: no shower seat or a proper dedicated disabled shower stool/chair. The stool provided was very flimsy and therefore unsafe, which then was replaced by a garden chair. Shower head fixed high up and not adjustable, therefore totally unreachable from a wheelchair or chair. They hung it for me on the grab bar. I'm afraid this is a blind spot of most hotels in the world.

Would definitly stay here again!

As with all of Northern Europe, temperatures were 34 degrees the week we were at Helia Budapest. So it was refreshing to come back to in the afternoon. The hotel is beautiful, and bar and restaurant around normal prices with quality food and drink. There is a Bubi bike rental station outside, so you can easily walk or ride the couple of km along the Danube to parliament or onto Margaret island.

Good: Very nice location. Very clean. Good rooms. Very helpful staff. Easy check in and check out.

Posizione defilata dal centro che in 5 minuti di bus è a portata di mano. A Budapest metro e bus super-efficienti. Bad: Tutto perfetto. Non poteva andare meglio.

Очень тактичный и вежливый, владеющий многими языками персонал. Вид на Дунай особенно в вечернее время романтичный. Завтраки очень разнообразные, предусмотрены диетические блюда, много фруктов. Удобно добираться до основных достопримечательностей. Будапешт - КРАСАВЕЦ! Bad: Цена немного завышена, но это Будапешт!

Good: A mi családunk maximálisan meg volt elégedve mindennel. A szobák tökéletesek voltak, a reggeli kiváló. Könnyen megközelithető a szálloda.

Good: Понравилось все! Есть на ресепшене работник, который понимает и говорит по-русски)) SPA - много бассейнов с разной температурой воды. Хаммам, сауна Жене понравился спортзал - 2 уровня, хорошие тренажеры, неплохой ряд гантель для отеля. Радовало то, что людей было мало и тренажеры были свободные. Чистые номера, ванная, огромная кровать Для ребенка поставили полноценную доп.кровать. Вкусные завтраки -шведский стол. Рядом с отелем есть небольшой супермаркет и примерно в 200-300 метрах есть неплохой ресторанчик с русским меню.

Good: Struttura rimodernata di recente, stanza accogliente e pulita. La stanza che mi è stata assegnata aveva anche una bella vista sul Danubio. Molto buona la colazione, comodo e ampio il parcheggio proprio davanti all’ingresso dell’hotel. Con una bella passeggiata sul lungofiume si può raggiungere facilmente il centro a piedi. È la seconda volta che torno a Budapest e scelgo nuovamente questo albergo. Bad: Nulla.

The view of Danubius from the room was awesome while at nightfall. Before always stayed in Budapest city center, glad to make a change staying here. Probably will come back next time. The only one dislike here is the shower head too old style, also the temperature of showing was not stable...

Hotel was approx 3-5 km from the heart of the city but still on river. Taxi drivers try to charge a night fee (double) and this is not allowed so don’t pay it. The hotel staff were exceptional and spoke English, easy check in and check out. We were upgraded and the room was lovely and big. Great amenities. One thing our service maid didn’t do her job everyday ... bins nots always emptied and cups never washed. Otherwise couldn’t fault this hotel.

Good: Der Poolbereich war sehr gut und das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gut eingerichtet. Das Bad war sauber und ausreichend.

Good: We loved the pool and spa complex. Our room was comfortable and the balcony overlooking the Danube was a real bonus. Bad: The buffet dinner was rather tired and some dishes had dried out a bit as we ate at 8pm after our swim. The breakfast buffet was good.

Good: Alla reception parlano un po' d'italiano, struttura tenuta bene nonostante l'età, pulizia, parcheggio privato antistante l'hotel ( per la moto non mi hanno fatto pagare nulla e poi la spa e quelle bellissime piscine termali. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Bad: Il bagno piccolo e con la vasca.
