Employee of the month – Mihaita-Claudiu Constantin

For those who are not familiar with our blog, every month our staff nominates an Employee of the Month to be rewarded for following the Danubius Values and providing an exceptional Customer Service.

Last month we had the pleasure to talk about Ilaria from our Sales Team: if you missed it, don’t worry, you can read her story here.

For the month of May, it was Mihaita-Claudiu Constantin‘s turn to be awarded for his amazing work at The Danubius Hotel Regents Park.

Here is a little about his career at The Danubius Hotel Regents Park.

Food & beverage has been part of Claudiu’s DNA since the day he was born. With his entire family working within the hospitality industry, it was only a matter of time until he joined as well. He took his first steps in a restaurant at the tender age of 14, under the guidance of his father who was a F&B manager. Later, he completed a professional waiter and bartender’s qualification. Having joined the Danubius hotel in 2016 as F&B operative, Claudiu was quickly promoted to the position of Senior Operative and now is an integral part of the team. In the future he wishes to pursue his goal of completing a professional Sommelier course.

Food and wine are at the core of Claudiu’s heart and he takes great pleasure in rustling up delicious Italian dishes! And in his spare time there is nothing that he enjoys more than to discover and explore London along with his wife!

Claudiu is our ‘Employee of the Month’ for May. Well done and keep up the good work!!
