Today, we are proud to talk about somebody else who has done a remarkable job and was nominated as our Employee of the Month in April.
Here is a little more about Ilaria D’Orrio, our Sales Administrator.
While working as an auxiliary nurse in Italy, Ilaria discovered her passion for working with people and being a Roman, hospitality came quite naturally to her! A trip to London in 2006 confirmed her innate love for this industry and so began her journey……. After a short period of working as a receptionist, Ilaria arrived at the Danubius in 2015. It wasn’t long before her hard work and dedication was identified and rightfully rewarded in the form of internal promotions. Today Ilaria has achieved her goal of working within the Sales team. No two days are the same in the department and activities like daily client meetings, creating adverts and updating social media provide a constant source of engagement!
In her personal life, Ilaria is an avid traveller and reader. Her love for Asian culture and cuisine has taken her to Japan and South Korea, with Thailand and Vietnam being on her bucket list of places to visit! During her school days, Ilaria thoroughly enjoyed creating Manga comic strips and hopes to rekindle her artistic talents in the near future!
