Le quartier est calme, avec des accès immédiats aux transports (lignes de bus à 1 minute, métro à 10 minutes à pied ou à 3 minutes en bus) Bad: L’insonorisation n’est pas parfaite, on entend des bruits de chauffe-eaux (ou de ventilation) ainsi que le métro jubilee (aérien à quelques dizaines de mètres de l’hôtel). Salles de bains pas très modernes (des douches seraient souhaitables)

Good: The hotel is conveniently located between two underground stations, St John's Wood and Baker Street. There are also bus stops outside the hotel. Little Venice is a 20 minute walk away. The room is equipped with a kettle and a coffee machine, there is an iron and an ironing board, and we got a nightgown and a pair of sleepers. Beds were very comfortable. Bad: Breakfast was good, but monotoneous, every day the same products. We stayed 6 nights and after a couple of days it became boring to have the same things. There were no options for lactose intolerant, no plant-based or lactose-free dairy products. Also, we would welcome some leafy greens as the only vegetables were tomatoes and cucumbers.

Good: I am staying in this hotel for the second time. And I am happy to recommend it. Location is grwat, breakfast is super. Staff is very helpful. Bad: Nothing.

Would definitely recommend for a family travelling. Spacious room with a proper bed for each of the children. Very clean. Was great that the room was ready and available early. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice for hot and cold food, pastries, fresh fruit etc. very well prepared and tasty. We only stayed one night but it was comfortable for a much longer stay.

Good: Excellent location, nearby tube & buses. Superb & welcoming staff - I was with 3 young grandkids. Extremely clean. Great beds. Bountiful breakfast. The children's menu was enjoyed & room service was appreciated. We will certainly make this our first choice London hotel for future visits. Bad: Nothing to complain about.

Good: The room was great very clean and spacious, the toiletries were cruelty free and the tissues were sustainable. The breakfast was also lovely great choice for vegans too which is nice to see. Bad: Nothing!

We stayed for five nights while seeing London and the surrounding areas. We are a family of four and our room had two twin beds, which is a bonus! We had a mini fridge. Daily chilled water was provided in the fridge. Room was spacious and comfortable. Bus stop very close to hotel that we could get to Baker Street station effortlessly. Note: enter hotel on Lodge Road.

Good: The hotel is just opposite the Lord's cricket ground - excellent location if you are a fan. The tube stations are a bit of distance but walkable. Plenty of buses. The breakfast was reasonable. The family was split into two levels and the kids like it. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Bad: It is a bit old but clean and comfortable. The space was a bit limited.

Mooie en schone accommodatie. Hele snelle liften , heerlijke ontbijt roomservice. Vooral the continental breakfast optie. Iedere dag schoonmaak. Op 2 min afstand van Regent park en 2 min lopen naar de bushalte. Metro is wat verder lopen. Personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam.

Super family room, clean and well-maintained. Staff friendly at check-in and check-out. Excellent breakfast, although after a late night we were rushing breakfast - staff were putting things away before 11am and had to be asked for bread to make toast and butter. We were then asked to leave at 11 while eating. Unusual as hotels usually give you some time to finish eating, staff were really unfriendly in the breakfast room. Excellent coffee but only managed one cup by taking it up to our room with us! Felt about as welcome as fart in a spacesuit.

A lovely property right next door to Lord's Cricket Ground. Excellent roomy, regal accommodation, however you certainly pay for it! Dining available in a pleasant atmosphere, but expensive on top of accommodation. Concierge service excellent. Lifts, very small, and very slow with 2/3 working.

Good: Excellent food and drink, competitively priced for London. Great breakfast and only 10 mins walk from St John's Wood tube station. Bad: Rooms starting to look a little tired, and the lifts are compact.

Good: Duplex room for the kids Bad: There should be a shuttle at least either to oxford street or to Baker Street station And the ac was making noise we couldn’t sleep all night and the room service knocked at our door at 9 am to ask us when are we checking out ?? the staff apologised and let us check out 2 hrs later which in my opinion is not enough there should have been a bigger compensation…..

Amazing hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beds very comfortable. Ambience of whole hotel was luxurious. Breakfast was very good. Evening meal was delicious - only negative about whole stay was no-one asked if we wanted dessert and when we asked for the dessert menu we were told the kitchen was closed. Weekend made extra special for my granddaughter as the hotel left a beautiful box of macaroons as it was her birthday on Sunday.

Good: Centrally located hotel. The staff were friendly. Not sure if we were upgraded but were very pleased with the family room that had a bedroom and bathroom on each floor. All required amenities were included in the room, AC, iron, nice toiletries and pillow options. Generous buffet breakfast including freshly made smoothies and English breakfast. The breakfast time until 11am was great and facilitated a lie in at the weekend. Overall very good value for money.

Bad: Shower doors were strange for us as Anericans and the floors got wet however the floor towels solved the issue. Still this place was great.

Good: De ligging van het hotel was super. Met de bus om de hoek. Evenals de opstaplaats voor het busvervoer naar Londen Stansted. Het personeel was bijzonder vriendelijk. Ontbijt was lekker en uitgebreid. De kamer was brandschoon met koffie/thee/water en koek. De bedden lagen heerlijk. Bad: De temperatuur in de kamer was, voor zover ik kon zien, niet zelf te regelen.

Good: L'hotel en lui même est impeccable de notre point de vue. L'accueil est bon, les chambres sont confortables et agréables. Nous voyagions avec un bébé et le lit parapluie a été fourni comme convenu. petit déjeuné et bar étaient aussi très agréables à fréquenter. Bad: Il faisait un peu trop chaud dans la chambre et pour ceux qui n'aiment pas dormir avec la clim ou la fenêtre ouverte, ça peut être génant. En revanche, notre chambre donnait sur la cour et donc pas de bruit

Good: Supernettes Personal, sehr sauber. Wir hatten ein Maisonette-Zimmer, super für Familien. Bushaltestelle direkt um die Ecke. Frühstück war gut, alles da was man braucht. Restaurant ist auch sehr gut. Bad: Ein paar Haken im Badezimmer wären gut um Tücher aufzuhängen.

Huge hotel right next to the Lords cricket ground. The rooms are large and spacious, but the air conditioning system is very noisy. There is a large vent against one window which was on at full blast throughout the night, didn't know how to turn it down. Staff was very helpful although they mixed up our room with another guest at check-in. They helped us with our children when they fell sick on the last day by kindly letting us check out later.

. I couldnt fault any little thing. The staff where amazing the rooms where perfect. I will be defintly booking up again. If your intrested in cricket lords is literally across the road. The zoo is literally 5 mins drive or about 10 mins walk. We cant thank the staff for making our stay the best we have ever had.

Good: Super location for the zoo! Lovely surrounding area and staff helpful. Shop and pharmacy next door for supplies! Bad: It was a little further from shopping than we hoped but lovely!

Everything looked very good, clean and safe and nice. The room we stayed in could use a bit of an update, compared to the lobby - the lobby gave another idea about the room

Milo nas prekvapili ranajky, ktore boli chutne bohate, dokonca cerstve ovocie. Personal je mily a pozorny. Kupelna mala sprchu aj vanu. Bad: Drobnost, v izbe chybala WC kefa. Hotel ma dlhsiu dostupnost od metra, je to cca 15min. peso od stanice.

Good: הגענו זוג + 2 מתבגרים, הקדמנו משמעותית מהשעה שהיינו אמורים להגיע, הצוות קבל אותנו מייד ונתן לנו חדר מהמם מרווח מאוד עם דלת מקשרת כיוון אותנו על אזורי הבילוי והמזון הקרובים למלון. תחבורה נגישה ביותר. תחנת אוטובוס עם מגוון קוים לכל מקום בלונדון ממש מול המלון. תחנת הטיוב בבייקר סטריט במרחק 15 דק' הליכה. אזור שקט ונעים מאוד Bad: ארוחת הבוקר היתה טובה אך בכל בוקר יש בדיוק את אותו מזון. אין גיוון.

Good: The stay was as I expected, friendly staff and hotel was easy to use. Bad: Nothing to dislike.

I sont often leave a review but this hotel was fantastic. Lovely 1 night stay with the kids. Huge spacious deluxe family room which meant that there was a single bed each for the kids. Lots of space in the room and a chromecast which meant you could stream a film at night onto the tv to keep kids happy. Breakfast was very good. Helpful staff...gluten free bread and corn flakes on offer. Good qualiry food. I have to say one of the nicest hotels ive stayed in with the kids.

Personal sehr höflich, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück gut, große Auswahl und lecker. Es gibt auch echte Nutella, was besonderes für unseren Sohn wichtig war. 😉 Zimmer gemütlich und sauber. Unser Gepäck wurde bis zur Abreise aufbewahrt, so konnten wir den Tag der Abreise noch unbeschwert in der Stadt verbringen. Man ist mit dem Bus Linie 13, 113, 274 innerhalb von 2 Minuten an der Underground Eingang Baker Street. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden das Hotel wieder wählen.

We were very happy with our stay. Family of 3 for 3 nights. All staff were helpful and attentive. I did have a situation where our son was not feeling well. I went down to the restaurant to see if I could bring back food. I believe the manager of the restaurant helped me. They were closing in 4 minutes and the breakfast buffet had all been cleaned up. He kindly placed the orders for me even as they were trying to close down. It’s little things like that that make such a huge difference. I wish I knew his name but this happened on the 4th of April. If this is reviewed by hotel staff, I hope they pass along my appreciation
