Good: Для 4 отеля все было просто прекрасно. На 2 персоны был заказан стандартный твин номер. При заселении милая девушка на ресепшен сделала нам бесплатный upgrade номера. Отель очень чистый, уютный, спокойный. В номере новая мебель, все прекрасно работало, много света, была ванна. В душе хороший сильный напор воды. В номере убирали каждый день в течение 3 дней нашего отдыха. Хороший завтрак. Не было слышно соседей. Окна номера на втором этаже выходили во двор отеля, не было никаких шумов с улицы. В номере был чайник, кофемашина, холодильник, фен, утюг, гладильная доска. Приветливый персонал. Прекрасный отель за свои деньги. Минут 10 пешком до метро и магазинов. Автобусная остановка 3 минуты. Недалеко парк и центральная мечеть. Bad: Все понравилось!

Good: Отличное место положение- автобус с аэропорта останавливается прямо возле отеля. Так же рядом автобусная остановка, можно легко добраться до основных мест, не используя метро. Нам это было удобнее. Убирали каждый день. Пополняли чай, кофе, принадлежности для ванны. Были два вида подушек- помягче и пожестче, кто какие любит . И это прям нам очень понравилось. Good: Очень приветливый персонал, очень чисто, завтрак вкусный. Наш номер был на втором этаже, весь этаж как я поняла после ремонта, в номере вся мебель новая, очень просторно и чисто, убирали каждый день, каждый день добавляли бутылку воды с фирменным логотипом отеля. До основных достопримечательностей добирались на автобусе, остановка в минуте ходьбы от отеля, что очень удобно. В номере было тепло, даже чуть приоткрывали окно. Есть своя стоянка, платная, сколько стоит не знаю, не пользовались. Так же в номере есть халаты и тапочки, что очень приятно и удобно. Кровать очень удобная, подушки были как мягкие так и твёрдые, выбирай и спи. С удовольствием вернёмся!!!! Bad: Нет такого.

Good: Просторный номер, удобная кровать, чистота идеальная, каждый день новая бутылка вода в номере. также в номере был чайник и чай и кофе, даже небольшое печенье в чаю. в ванной гель, шампунь, мыло. Завтрак не менялся всю неделю, но ассортимент позволял что-то менять: омлет, жареные шампиньоны и томаты, фасоль в томатном соусе, яичница (глазки), бекон, сосиски, йогурт, гранола, сыр и колбаса в нарезке, джемы, мёд, масло, разнообразная выпечка, сухие завтраки, чай, кофе, соки, свежие фрукты, нарезанные огурцы. всё вкусно! Bad: от метро отель расположен в 15 минутах бодрой ходьбы. или на автобусе 2 остановки. В хорошую погоду это не проблема, а вот в дождь - не очень приятно… а мы как раз на дожди попали…

The family duplex over two floors with two bathrooms was perfect for my two sons, my daughter and I. Excellent that there were two fridges, great air conditioning and the most comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent too. Very happy with our stay which was perfect for getting around London and to Wembley stadium.

Ruime verzorgde kamer met propere badkamer. Goed functionerende airco aanwezig die hinderlijk lawaai of luchtstroom veroorzaakt. Verzorgd ontbijtbuffet in aangenaam heldere ontbijtruimte. Rustige woonbuurt met veel groen. Verschillende metrohaltes op wandelafstand.

The hotel was beautiful, well air-conditioned, staff was helpful, and they gave us a complimentary room upgrade.

Hotel is beautifully located and convenient to most things in town with just a short tube ride. Regents Park, Lords right at the doorstep. Bar food is AWESOME and staff very helpful. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Good: Super friendly, helpful staff! Clean. Pretty quiet. Nice area. Great air conditioning. Good breakfast. Easy check in/out. Car park on site (for a price). Good bus/tube access to city centre. Bad: A little way out from centre, but knew that when we booked. One thing that was really minor but became annoying - our toilet lid looked as if it should be self closing and it wasn't, sorry neighbours!

I stayed in five nights and had two minor issues. The first thing is in-room safety box was not working when I checked-in while the second thing is that the room key was expired before check-out. Although the issues, hotel staff was very quick and flexible to fix them. I was able to stay very confortable thanks to them.

I had a wonderful experience with Danubius Hotel Regents Park. What stood out most was the kindness and flexibility of the staff. I had a reservation issue and the team took the time to listen, understand my situation, and work with me to find a solution. Their willingness to accommodate my request was greatly appreciated and made a stressful situation much easier. Throughout my stay, everyone was professional, courteous, and genuinely focused on providing excellent customer service. It’s rare to find a hotel that combines great hospitality with such a personal touch. Thank you to the Danubius team for your understanding and exceptional service. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend the hotel to others visiting London.

Great location, if you want to be close to St. Johns Wood High street and Regent's Park. I got a room that felt quite dated, but comfortable, with good airconditioning. A big negative for me was the old school high tub! It must have been >2 ft high and I was scared getting in/out for fear of falling. So, I would caution older guests (like myself). Cleaning staff was very cheerful and helpful. Guest reception staff was also very helpful. The hotel is located at a major intersection (at Lord's), but the windows had good insulation and there was hardly any traffic noise

Very conveniently situated right next to Lord's Cricket Ground, St John's Wood Hight St and REgent's Park.

We were especially happy with the service in the hotel and the very clean accommodation.

Hotel is located in a great location where you can walk to Regents Parks and opposite is the Lords Cricket Ground. We had a great experience staying at the hotel, the room was clean and modern with plenty of space to walk around. We had dinner at the restaurant, the food was excellent and the staff so friendly. Overall we had a great experience at the hotel and where looked after well. Definitely worth staying as everything is close by and easily to travel to.

Conveniently situated, next door to Lords cricket ground and across the road from Regents Park. Ease of access to attractions and west end.

The staff were great. and the hotel is convenient to Regents Park, St Johns Wood High Street and Lords.

Good: very friendly helpful staff, clean cozy room, great shower, hot water. Bad: Would have liked a little more space; room was a little small.

Good: We liked everything about this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The really seemed to enjoy working there. The breakfast offered a wide range of choices and the buffet was well laid out. The room was serviced promptly each day. Bad: There are very few restaurants close the the hotel, but this was compensated by the high quality of the meals served in the hotel dining room.

Great stay! We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and the nice lady at the reception offered us complementary late check in. We dined at the restaurant and the food was very delicious. So was the breakfast! Nice and diverse. Our room had a great view looking at the lord’s cricket ground. This was our 2nd time at the hotel, and this time it was even better than the first time! Good: The breakfast contents were very comprehensive & good. Room size & view from room was good also room temperature control worked well. On site parking was also very convenient & a big plus. Good: Breakfast was very basic. Location was excellent Bad: There could have been a bit more variety with the breakfast spread. The staff will literally walk you out of the breakfast room once breakfast is over. That happened to me a paying customer. It put a big dent in my stay.

The initial interaction was with the front desk where staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Subsequent interaction with restaurant staff was also most positive. And the room service ladies were efficient and helpful by providing extra towels and shower gels/shampoo and promptly cleaning our room daily. The hotel itself was very clean and well appointed. The location near Regents Park was also very convenient.

Well positioned for Lords Cricket ground. Excellent breakfast and easy access to bus and tube.

The hotel smelt divine as you enter through reception. Very clean hotel. My 1st time at this hotel & i will be back. So close to catch the bus to Baker Street subway. Also got the bus in the other direction to Camden Market. All staff at this hotel were pleasant & helpful. Breakfast was good & more than enough choices. Bed & pillow were so comfy. Visited the hotel for our anniversary and my wife's birthday. Our daughter contacted the hotel who were excellent in helping her to arrange for flowers chocolates and balloons to be placed in our room. Nothing was too much trouble for them including the loan of an umbrella as we had mislaid ours. Very attentive pleasant and friendly staff I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants a comfortable stay.

Great location! Near Regents Park so pretty walking area but also near bus and tube stops. Spacious rooms and friendly staff. Bar and restaurant were not unreasonably priced for the area and food and drinks offerings very good. Included breakfast buffet was very good with a lot of offerings. Staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful.

This hotel was just wonderful. Amazing location with a bus stop opposite that got us into oxford street in under 20min. Lovely greeting from staff and gave my daughter a teddy, beautiful room And amazing breakfast. We will return.
