Good: Отличное место положение- автобус с аэропорта останавливается прямо возле отеля. Так же рядом автобусная остановка, можно легко добраться до основных мест, не используя метро. Нам это было удобнее. Убирали каждый день. Пополняли чай, кофе, принадлежности для ванны. Были два вида подушек- помягче и пожестче, кто какие любит . И это прям нам очень понравилось. Bad: Завтраки однообразные и не большой выбор всего. И стоимость , как по мне, завышена

На против Ридженс Парка,не далеко от метро и музея Шерлока Холмса,персонал хороший,чисто

Good: Очень приветливый персонал, очень чисто, завтрак вкусный. Наш номер был на втором этаже, весь этаж как я поняла после ремонта, в номере вся мебель новая, очень просторно и чисто, убирали каждый день, каждый день добавляли бутылку воды с фирменным логотипом отеля. До основных достопримечательностей добирались на автобусе, остановка в минуте ходьбы от отеля, что очень удобно. В номере было тепло, даже чуть приоткрывали окно. Есть своя стоянка, платная, сколько стоит не знаю, не пользовались. Так же в номере есть халаты и тапочки, что очень приятно и удобно. Кровать очень удобная, подушки были как мягкие так и твёрдые, выбирай и спи. С удовольствием вернёмся!!!! Bad: Нет такого.

Good: Просторный номер, удобная кровать, чистота идеальная, каждый день новая бутылка вода в номере. также в номере был чайник и чай и кофе, даже небольшое печенье в чаю. в ванной гель, шампунь, мыло. Завтрак не менялся всю неделю, но ассортимент позволял что-то менять: омлет, жареные шампиньоны и томаты, фасоль в томатном соусе, яичница (глазки), бекон, сосиски, йогурт, гранола, сыр и колбаса в нарезке, джемы, мёд, масло, разнообразная выпечка, сухие завтраки, чай, кофе, соки, свежие фрукты, нарезанные огурцы. всё вкусно! Bad: от метро отель расположен в 15 минутах бодрой ходьбы. или на автобусе 2 остановки. В хорошую погоду это не проблема, а вот в дождь - не очень приятно… а мы как раз на дожди попали…

Good: Большой и комфортабельный отель с хорошим месторасположением около Ридженс парка. Близко расположены автобусные остановки и метро, есть парковка. Очень хорошие завтраки. В номере есть чайник, набор для чая, утюг. Наше пребывание в отеле было очень комфортным Bad: нет такого

I love the place. Staff are very friendly and cooperative. They were willing to help and smiling and talking to customers all the time. Lobby is nice and big. The hotel was beautiful inside, all the staff were very professional and friendly. The breakfast choice was extensive and able to cater for gluten and dairy free. Quite a walk from baker Street underground station. Rooms: Twin room was a nice size. Comfy beds. Soft pillows. Nearby activities: Had a lovely massage just a short walk away at Thai London Massage. Safety: Felt perfectly safe at this hotel. Walkability: About 15 minutes walk from Baker Street station along a relatively quiet main road. Food & drinks: Excellent food. Overall, this hotel was great. It was nice and quiet a night and the room was spacious. It is far to the nearest grocery store so be prepared to either walk or take the bus. We definitely took the bus and underground to get around. It was located next to the park which was beautiful even in October and not too far from Camden Market. The receptionist upon check in were not too friendly and the restaurant was decent. Nothing to brag about. Since restaurants were pretty far we ate at the hotel restaurant a few times after long days of walking.

Good: Clean & warm inside. Spacious. Felt safe here as a solo traveller. Bad: No vegan options at breakfast. Asked for some plant milk for coffee, which staff had to go and fill a jug. Would have liked options, such as vegan yogurt to have with the fresh fruit on offer. Some vegan hot options would have been good too, such as vegan sausage.

Good: La estruttura molto bella, ordinata, pulita. Il personale nella recepcion molto attento e disponibile a risolvere qualsiasi problema. Peccato però che la persona che mi ha accolta non ha soddisfatto la mia richiesta di una stanza con una bella vista, essendo che avevo prenotato più di un mese prima, e neanche alla richiesta che una delle due camere doveva essere doppia non era stata presa in considerazione. Hanno comunque rimediato a questa ultima richiesta. In quanto a la colazione nel self-service era molto ricca e abbondante e il personale in servizio gentilissimo. Bad: Albergo un pò lontano dalla metropolitana. Bisognava prendere un autobus per arrivarci oppure camminare 10-15 minuti per arrivare a St John Wood station, la più vicina.

Location perfect for many activities in and around central London

We stayed here on the first leg of our trip to Rome. It was nice to stay in London to get acclimated to a new country and culture. The hotel was nice which has approx a 10 min walk to the Jubilee underground line. I’m partial to gyms within hotels. This has a decent 24hr facility with most equipment for a complete workout. I took advantage of the well decorated single room shower and changing room after each morning workout. Their breakfasts are nice with a wide array of healthy choices and not some cheap continental breakfasts some places offer. The rooms are ok. We had a double bed with 2 singles for the kids. Remember to bring your plug to charge your cell phone from an EU outlet. They do have a decent bar as well Hotel highlights: Quiet, Great value

Good: Great breakfast Bad: I booked a twin room for my daughters and they were given a double room. It was late, so they slept in it for one night. I told reception the next day and it was changed, but they offered no compensation/refund. The cleaner changed our towels, even though they were hung on hooks to indicate we wanted to keep them. Also, did not replace teabags each day.

Elegant hotel located in a nice neighborhood in west London area, steps away from the Regent's Park and London Business school. Very well connected to central London by bus and metro. Hotel is very clean, breakfast very affordable, very good choice for travelers.

Good: We got a free upgrade to a deluxe room, which was well equipped for all our needs. We liked to go for runs in Regents' park in the morning and the breakfast buffett was excellent. The staff was all thoughout very friendly Bad: Nothing really. The access for pedestrians to the hotel felt a bit like an afterthought in contrast to the big concrete ramp for car access. And the seating options in the lobby area were quite limited.

Good: This hotel is situated in St John’s Wood: it’s very close to lovely parks, shopping, restaurants, and the London Zoo. It’s also very close to bus stops and the tube. This hotel is well situated in St John’s Wood, an easy walk to parks, restaurants, elegant shops…and the tube! Rooms are impeccable, the beds are very comfortable, and all the staff friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast has lots of variety. There is also a quiet lounge that offers a good evening dining option. Years ago, this hotel was known as ‘The Westmoreland’. It was a pleasure to return after 42 years: I was not disappointed!

When we come to London for a few days we always stay here, it fantastic for parking, staff are always very helpful, only a few minutes away from the local tube station. Breakfast is ok. after a long day of walking round London it’s lovely to come back and a drink in the bar.

Good: Great location and staff was very nice Bad: Bit pricey but it is London.

Good: Fin beliggenhet, litt langt til t-banen , men det er flere busser som går rett utenfor og inn til sentrum. Fint å være i nærheten av parken og fine turmuligheter langs kanalen for eksempel til Camden. Vi fikk to stille rom som vendte ut mot sør i 3 etasje. Det var lite støy til tross fro at toglinjer går rett under hotellet. Mulig at andre rom har finere utsikt, men kanskje mer støy. Frokosten var god selv om baconet og osteskivene bar preg av å ha ligget litt lenge fremme. Gode og sunne smoothies trakk opp. Bad: Utsiden av hotellet fremstår veldig falleferdig selv om det veies opp av et ekstravagant interiør.

Mooi hotel, maar kamers zijn een beetje verouderd. Nog steeds een leuk hotel in een stille buurt. Op wandelafstand van Primrose hill en Regents park.
