We booked this hotel as our son was having a operation at the nearby Wellington Hospital from first going to reception the management and staff made you welcome the hotel is perfect the rooms have just been refurbished and are fantastic the hotel staff from your breakfast to the bar and restaurant are very welcoming and try there upmost to make your stay as perfect as they can nothing is to much trouble the breakfast and evening meal was perfect I would highly recommend this hotel to families if you are visiting London or if your on business or like ourselves having family at the hospital we honestly can not thank all the staff enough we will be booking again soon you made a difficult time alot easier and we truly thank you all for this

Well I’m here in Jan 2026 and have a renovated room ! What a difference USB plug right beside the bed ! Long overdue renovations Food in bar is amazing ! Gréât location Very easy to get to the St Johns Wood tube

Good: staff were extremely helpful and attentive, especially when I asked for extra tea bags! beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very clean and well stocked. the dual level accommodation was excellent and worked really well with two teenagers. Bad: the rooms were a little dated and tired looking, but still exceptionally well maintained. there was not much room for all our four large suitcases to be stored, as the rooms were a little squishy.

بقيت مع عائلتي 3 ليالي فندق نظيف فاخر يرتقي لمستوى 4 نجوم حقا الموظفون بارعون و قد أعطونا وصلة الكهربا لأوروبية لشحن الهواتف كانت لفتة جيدة و كنا نطلب الماء بدون مقابل للغرفة و كثير من الفنادق لا تقدم الماء و هو شي لا افهمه فكنت ممتن لتقديم الماء . الإفطار رائع و مرتب بطريقة جميلة و البيض الاومليت كنا نطلبه و كان لذيذ جدا و التشكيلة رائعة . الغرف مجددة و نظيفة و الأسرة فاخرة جدا شعرت بالرضا من الغرفة و كان لأطفالي تخت منفصل و هو ما أفضله و ليس سرير أريكة . كل شي كان رائع شكرا لكم على جعل عطلتنا مميزة من حيث كلشي . الموقع كان جيد الباص قريب جدا من الفندق و كنا نصل للمعالم بسهولة انصح بشدة و لا افهم سبب التعليقات السلبية بالنسبة لنا كان 10/10 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Good: Every time we come back because we especially love the breakfast, not only for the variety of choice, but especially for the warm and sincere kindness and professionalism of Shihab and his team. Sure, there are young people learning their job, but even so, they always work with grace. Bad: Check-in. Slow and they don't check with you your booking, type of room etc.

Good: We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel. We are very familiar with the location as we used to live in the area and we love the proximity to Regents Park and the easy access to central London shopping and attractions. We personally walk everywhere but there are buses as well for those who prefer to use transport. We also stayed in recently renovated rooms which were perfect. I was very satisfied with the stay.

Good: Staff were amazing. All so helpful. Food was lovely and breakfast was so fresh with plenty of choice Bad: Shower was over the bath. I travelled with my dad who has mobility issues. So climbing into / over a bath to have a shower was challenging.

The room was really well appointed and recently renovated. Very comfy beds and a large bathroom.

I recently spent 13 nights here, and my stay was extremely positive. The reception and concierge staffs were friendly and helpful at all times, and did all that they could to make my stay comfortable. I would like to especially thank Marcia, Hichem and Dainius, although I am not entirely sure of the spelling. Also, the food at the buffet was good (but not great) and plentiful. The only reason for an overall 4 star rating was the room quality. If I had only been there for a night or two, I would probably not have noticed the run down appearance - I was obviously not on a renovated floor. However, the housekeeping staff kept the room as clean as possible, and though small, there was enough room for me alone. The first room I was in had a bathtub, and I had requested a walk-in shower due to some physical limitations. The staff was very sympathetic, and able to move me after just one night. However, my new room with shower was actually smaller and the bathroom was situated so that the toilet seat was less than 2 inches from the wall. I am not a small person, but I would challenge anyone but a child to sit without being on a diagonal with legs under the sink. The staff tried to find me a better room, but could only move me again if I paid an upgrade fee of 60 pounds a night. I was unable to do that, so I stayed in the room. It was a bit uncomfortable, but it did not ruin the trip for me. Be aware - based on the building layout, you can probably expect the same conditions in each room ending in 16 or 17. So, the hotel has some room for improvement, but I would (probably will) stay there again in the same situation. And I would again like to thank the entire staff for doing everything they could to make my stay comfortable.

Stayed at the Danubius Hotel Regents Park in September 2025 and got a great deal on our rate. Rooms were clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Staff was helpul and readily available for anything we needed. Also conveniently located just a 10 min walk from St John's Wood subway station, on the Jubilee line. Gorgeous, a but calmer, part of town, with coffee shops, cafes, restaurantes and convenience stores (starbucks, pret-a-manger, etc) nearby. Also near Regents Park and Primrose Hill.

Good: Good location, ease of check in/out. Variety and quality of breakfast items Bad: Disappointed with hospitality tray in room - cheap options of tea & coffee. Attention to detail re cleanliness of lift lobby on 11th floor. Not all lights in room were fully operational.

Clean but dated hotel in need of a major refurb. Location is excellent near Regent's Park with public transport a very short walk. Was told room 1117 has "a beautiful view of Regent's Park". All you can see is Park Road and a bit of Lord's. Zilch Regent's Park.

It was second time staying here and I’ll be back again. Really like this hotel, it’s a nice space with good rooms and lovely staff!

Good: Breakfast was fantastic Location was good, but a bit of a walk to the nearest tube station. Room was fine, but it was noisy with the window open as you could hear a train go by frequently; just personal preference for me as I snuggle to sleep with the window closed.

Recently stayed for 2 nights with friends. My room was spotlessly clean. Loved that the air conditioning worked well (unlike many other hotels), however I preferred to have the window open. Food was good and staff frendly. Would recommend the hotel as a good base for a London stay

Room was spotless, feont desk were efficient and polite. Hotel was beautifully decorated and a great buffet breakfast. Very central location.

Good: Room was very clean and a decent size with a small fridge. The bed was firm which we like but the bathroom was a bit on the small side with the door almost hitting the toilet when you opened it. The breakfast was very good with a large selection of options and did not disappoint. Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating, we forgot our converter plug and they had one we could borrow for the week. It was a few block walk from the Underground station which didn't bother us. Overall a great value and would stay again when visiting London. Bad: Bathroom was on the small side and distance to Underground when traveling with luggage can be a little long.

Friendly helpful staff, room great, restaurant service and food faultless and breakfast plentiful and delicious. Next time we visit the capital we will stay here as there was nothing we could fault, other a slight mix up with upgrade payments that was quickly resolved.

We had a great stay but they do need to turn the heating down in the bar and Restaurant it was unbearably hot. We had a room on the 11th floor that had everything we needed but was a little tired and could do with redecorating. The bed was very comfortable.

Hotel was nicer than expected. It is a very dated building but the décor is in good condition. Bed was comfy, room size was OK. Breakfast was good - standard hotel buffet. Location is OK - great for Lords or Regents Park, but it is 1 mile from the nearest tube. All in all not bad. for *** in central London - not worth the *** + they sometimes ask. Good: Every staff member I encountered was very polite and helpful. The room was warm and wonderfully quiet, despite facing the traffic junction. No noise from corridor either. Appreciated the espresso coffee maker in the room. Spotless bathroom, good water pressure. Very comfortable bed. Perfect location for Regents Park and St Johns Wood, close enough to Marylebone.

A smart hotel near Regents Park. Breakfast was excellent value for money, lots of variety and good quality. Staff were all very friendly. Reception and room well maintained. Very quiet during the night and room dark. Proper coffee maker in room. Location a little out of the main sights and attractions but an easy bus ride away.

A good stay. Room was clean and warmed up really fast. Improvements: if check out is 12 noon d9nt deactivate key cards at 10. This happened to 2 of our 4 rooms. The second time we checked were told it was fine and it wasnt. Resulting in multiple trips to reception. Also room service came at 11 when wed just had all the hassle with the keys. Simple things you should fix.

Room was perfect for a family, comfortable and clean. Very quiet nights sleep. Would definitely recommend.
