We regret the inconvenience caused by the hot water in the upstairs bathroom, the squeaking bed, and the lapse in housekeeping service on your final day. We are also sorry to hear about the slow elevators, television connectivity issues, noise from the mini fridge, lack of in-room storage for your cards, heating problems, and the disturbance from nearby train noise. We have 3 floors completely refurbished that have a variety of Deluxe rooms as well as Studio Suits. Almost all the other rooms are newly decorated and fitted with new carpets.
