This is my third stay at the Danubius Hotel in London. As always the reception is run in an efficient but friendly manner, offering a home from home environment. The rooms are absolutely spotless as are the communal areas. There is always someone to help and the manager even helped me close my case, as I was having difficulty doing so. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone, because you are treated as an individual, not just a number. I was made to feel very special and I had a lovely relaxing few days.

Enjoyed our one night stay at Danubius, very helpful staff and plenty of them. Very comfortable bed and pillows also all we needed for a shower or bath whilst staying. Breakfast super, lots of different things to eat including a full English breakfast. The Cricket ground is a 5 minute walk away and the whole area is lovely!

Flott stort familierom med gode senger. Renhold hver dag. Nær bussholdeplass og enkelt å komme seg rundt i sentrum. Hotellet ser ikke så flott ut fra utsiden men er fint på innsiden. Veldig bra frokost.

It was great

We stayed in a refurbished delux king room on the 10th floor. Lovely view of Lord Cricket Ground & park. The hotel knew we were celebrating our 40th anniversary and gave us a delightful plate decorated with cake & macaroons, so kind. Breakfast excellent, great choice of melon, pineaple, cold meats, yoguts, cereal, breads & pastries as well as usual hot food. Room serviced daily. Helpful staff throughout. Highly recommend. Will return when next in London. I agree from the outside the hotel looks rather run down, however the interior is lovely. As someone else has already stated in an early review "Don't judge a book by its cover".

it is a great hotel with a quite and safe location. Near London Business school.

This hotel was in an ideal location in St John's Wood for my stay. I booked an overnight stay Friday to Saturday as I had an appointment to attend on the Saturday morning which was close by. The hotel reception was very attractive, welcoming, and light and airy. The dining and bar areas were very good. All staff were very helpful, friendly and informative. The bedroom was fairly small, but it was very comfortable, it didn't really have much of a view but this wasn't a problem. The rooms were quiet at night. Facilities were good. The hotels cleanliness was excellent.

ENFirst of all, the staff are really caring. When you have any problems or make a request, they are quickly interested and respond, I think this is one of the most important things for accommodation. They are accessible and interested from the booking process to the accommodation process. The hotel and rooms were clean and hygienic. Very close walking distance to bus stops and tube lines. You can also walk to the centre if you want. There is a park very close to the hotel and it was quite enjoyable to walk there. However, there is a problem with the heating in the hotel. Although the weather was cold, we did not feel cold in the room, but we could not run the air conditioner in the heat. They took care of it immediately, it was repaired on the first day, but then it broke down again and we continued on our way with an electric heater.We stayed in a Twin Bed room, the beds were separate but really very small single beds, it was a bit difficult to turn around. Nevertheless, it is a hygienic and quiet hotel where you can reach everywhere on foot or by public transport. I would recommend it.TRÖncelikle çalışanlar gerçekten çok ilgililer. Yine de yürüyerek veya toplu taşımalarla her yere ulaşabileceğiniz, hijyenik ve sessiz sakin bir otel. Ben öneririm.

Good: L'hôtel est très bien, les chambres spacieuses et la literie confortable. Le petit déjeuner très copieux. Bad: C'est dommage que les serviettes et draps soient changés tous les jours alors qu'il est dit que les serviettes sont changées uniquement si elles sont sur le sol. Les lumières de la chambre sont en permanence allumées en revenant le soir dans sa chambre (alors qu'elles sont éteintes en partant). Il y a aussi beaucoup d'échantillons plastiques (gel douche / shampoos).
