Love this hotel so much. It might not be hip and trendy but there’s a class to it that cannot be replicated. My only quibble is that the bathroom is a little in the small side and getting out of the bath/shower feels slightly dangerous for there is not a hug gap. Staying here is easy access across Regent’s Park. Lords cricket ground and the Wellington Hospital. Also, go for breakfast.. it’s one of the best top quality breakfast buffets I’ve had at a hotel in years. Hotel highlights: Great view, Quiet, Great value

Good: We were in a refurbished room which was very nice and a good size. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom, although small, was well appointed and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent - plenty of choice and very tasty. Bad: Bathroom was small and not really possible for two people to be in it at the same time.

Good: Chambre assez grande, le ménage est fait tous les jours, attention douche sans pommeau mais cela n’a pas été dérangeant pour nous. Matelas moelleux, très confortable. Petit déjeuner parfait !!!! Très très large choix (œufs brouillés, beans, bacon, saucisses, pancakes, céréales, fruits, croissants, jus, smoothies, etc) nous avons adoré ! Personnel très agréable, possibilité de laisser votre valise gratuitement à l’hôtel pour la journée avant votre check in pour pouvoir commencer à explorer la ville sans être encombré. Chromecast sur la télévision, thé, café, eau et petit gâteau inclus chaque jour dans la chambre. Bad: Les chambres sont mal isolées et nous avons entendu les conversations de nos voisins ainsi que la circulation dehors. Pas de prise pour charger son téléphone à côté du lit.

Good: Lovley Hotel Bad: The breakfast didn't turn up on time and when it did it was cold and things missing we had tonleave at 9 am so we booked the room service breakfast which cost close to 50 pound for 8 o'clock but our request wasn't take from the door handle we rang reception to be told they would sort it straight away it arrived at 8.45 left us 15 minutes to eat rang reception again to be told they were sorry and this just wasn't good enough

Definitely recommend. Don’t listen to the bad reviews. We stayed 3 nights and it couldn’t have been more convenient and comfortable. Bed was an American king with excellent pillows and the rooms even have a Nespresso machine. Concierge held our bags while we walked around before needing to leave for the airport. Everyone very helpful and friendly. 10/10 recommend and will absolutely be staying there again!

Good: The room was very clean the toilet refurbished and super clean. Bedsheets clean and good quality. Size of the room very good. Ventilation and heating super efficient! Very useful that the room is fully equipped with hairdryer, iron and iron board. The view of the hotel very nice. Good: De kamers zijn ruim, zeker voor Londense begrippen en erg schoon. Metrostation is op 10 minuten loopafstand. Ondanks alle geluiden in zo'n wereldstad, was het heerlijk rustig in het hotel en hadden we 's nachts geen last van lawaai. Fijne bedden. Het ontbijt was siper. Alles was vers en werd steeds aangevuld. Bad: We hadden 2 keer dat ons pasje niet functioneerde om de kamerdeur te openen, maar dat was echt het enige minpunt.

Good: The room was clean and quiet which we loved after days of walking at the city. The room service ladies were very attentive and always made sure our room was clean. Very close to all attractions if you take the tube at the St. John's Wood tube station. Bad: I wished if the breakfast included turkey sausage, turkey ham/turkey cold cuts or turkey bacon for the people like us that don’t eat pork. The breakfast was excellent but we needed to have that protein. The bed mattress was somewhat hard but I believe some people will like it like that.

Air conditioning non applicable. Its just numbers on the dial. If you need a different view, back out of room, turn around and walk back in sideways. Can’t be comfortable. Rooms are hot, washrooms are made to be sprayed by shower water. Uncomfortably ugly

Ideal hotel for watching the cricket at Lords, it is literally just over the road. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms nice and modern. Breakfast is good sadly though cannot opt for continental breakfast only.

Excellent location,staff efficient,excellent breakfast.Only negative booked a twin room but was given double room.

the reception was really bad. I booked the room on my fault for Saturday instead of Sunday, exactly after I booked confirmation comes from booking and I found that I did wrong, I call the hotel and they didn't accept my fault (just 2 minutes after booking) then I called booking.com, they called them and they said as the reception will come next morning! at the end, they didn't accept this wrong and say they can change the date but they cant modify the price ! told them how! Saturday was 340 and Sunday just 170, why I should pay for Sunday 340? and they say we can just change with this price! then I decide to get another reservation for Sunday! I went there Saturday night to use the room. they give the room to me! next they they told me for your second reservation you have to change your room! why????? because they upgrade my first night room to another room ! with out my permission! and next day I should pack everything and go for new room! can you believe this guy???? you go to a hotel and in the middle of your stay! they ask you to change the room while both reservation of your rooms are SAME ROOM ,SAME TYPE!!!! DONT GO TO THIS Hotel... I saw also a member of Air Canada crew, was angry because they gave her a room without TV ... who can believe a 4 star hotel has some rooms without TV

Really lovely hotel, great breakfast and lots of choice. Good views, close for walks around the park and the zoo. A bit of a walk to nearest tube station but fine for those who like to walk.

Comfortable beds, quiet rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff and good service. Appreciated the upgrade to suite particularly as it was a birthday trip. Unnecessary change of soap by cleaning service on a daily basis.
