Mycket bra. Tionde gången för oss. Ända nacdel är att det finns gamla tjock-TV 24" på rummet.

Mycket bra - dyr frukost som därför skall undvikas.

Hyvä ja tasokas hotelli, viehättävästi menneen ajan tunnelmaa. Hyvä sijainti, lähellä kaikkia mielenkiintoisia paikkoja.

Jeg kan absolutt anbefale dette hotellet til andre! Hotellet var meget velholdt, og rommene pene og romslige. Meget god frokost. Meget god og hyggelig service. For røykere har de egne rom hvor man kan røyke på rommet. Beliggenheten er meget sentral. I hotell-restauranten kan man spise god og rimelig lunsj og middag. Helt topp på alle måter!

Mycket trevligt hotell mitt i smeten! unvik dock deras överprisade frukost... gå över stora gatan så hittar ni ett jättetrevligt fik italienskt tror jag! fråga även efter deras kuponger som de har. ger kraftiga rabbater till Termalbad och olika bussar samt andra trevliga saker! Ungrare har en stor förkärlek till kuponger!

Good: Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Perfekt läge, dock hörs trafiken en del men det störde inte oss, så är det om man bor mitt i smeten. Frukosten var BRA, säkert kan man få billigare på cafeen, men deras restaurang är jättefin att äta i och det är skönt att äta på hotellet, helt klart värt det. Mest medelålders som bodde på hotellet när vi var där, så det var väldigt lugnt..

We were so pleased with our hotel. It was a super location right at a subway stop (although the subway wasn't running - the bus system was great). The room was large and comfortable. There were also restaurants and stores nearby.

Vi likte oss godt,vi fikk tilogmed en hel flaske champagne gratis fra hotellet da vi tilfeldigvis fortalte til resepsjonisten at vi hadde giftet oss et par dager i forveien.Meget behjelpelig personell,og dette uten at man trengte å tipse helt villt..,,disse var hjelpsomme av natur og ikke størrelsen på den tipsen de mottok-..Hvis det er noe med hotellet som skulle være negativt så må det være litt støy fra trafikk,men man er da i en storby så litt støy bør man regne med

Sehr schönes Hotel direkt im Stadtzentrum, von dem aus Budapest gut zu Fuß erkundet werden kann. Bis auf die etwas trödelige Rezeption gab es weder an dem (geräumigen) Zimmer, der Sauberkeit noch an sonstigem in dem Hotel etwas auszusetzen.

Meget smukt gammelt hotel med perfekt beliggenhed. Vi havde (heldigvis) værelse ud mod en sidegade da der formentlig ville have været en del trafikstøj ud mod forsiden. Hotellet kan virkelig anbefales.

부다페스트 주변 관광지와 생각만큼 가깝진 않습니다. 하지만 주변에 여러가지 편의시설이 있으며, 부다페스트 지하철에 익숙해진다면 시내까지의 접근성도 좋습니다. 가격에 비해 매우 뛰어난 서비스를 갖고있으며, 직원들은 매우 친절합니다.

Vi havde 7 nætter på Astoria som ligger perfekt. Man er virkelig i centrum af byen og der er kort afstand til alt. Servicen var i top, personalet var flinke og altid klar til at hjælpe. Astoria er et gammelt hotel som er kendt for lige præcis den gamle stil, det skal man lige være klar over :) Kan ikke sætte en finger på noget som helst! Kommer helt sikkert igen

Direkt bra service, överraskande stort och ljust rum till ett bra pris. Tyvärr bara te och en croissant till frukost, den större frukosten ingick inte i priset. Mycket smidig och serviceminded utcheckning. Typiskt ungerskt anrikt hotell.

Vi har boet på Danibius Astoria Hotel i 5 dage. Hotellet ligger perfekt i forhold til alt man skal se i Budapest både i gåafstand eller hvis man vil bruge offentlige trafikmidler. Hotellet er meget klassisk ungarsk og der er en fin og velfungerende reception, hvor man kan spørge om alt. Overalt venlig betjening og meget rent på værelser og alle andre områder. Vi havde to værelser - det ene mod gården og det andet mod gaden. Mod gaden var der nogen trafikstøj om natten hvis man sover med åben vindue. Et hotel vi med glæde vender tilbage til

God beliggenhed, høj service og lækker restaurant

Loved this hotel. Room was very comfortable and air-conditioned. Reception staff were most helpful. Decor of hotel was very nice. Our reservation did not include breakfast, so we ate at several cafes in immediate area. Hotel is right at the corner of Astoria metro station with excellent bus, tram and metro connection. And an easy walk to the Great Synagoge, the Danube River, St. Stephen's and many other sites. I would recommend this hotel most highly.

It's a good place in an excellent location. Very solid service and a wonderful deal for the cost. I would definitely stay there again.

Ett av de mest prisvärda hotelboenden vi har varit med om. Mycket vänlig, kunnig och serviceinriktad personal, utan att vara påträngande. Vackra rum, i stort sett nyrenoverade. Härligt badrum! Mycket bra luftkonditionering. Läget så centralt man kan bo egentligen. Hårt trafikerat dagtid runt om, men ljudisoleringen var perfekt. Ett strålande boende !

Very helpful staff and offered a nice breakfast buffet for a reasonable price.

Located very close to city centre, and only 5-10 mins walk to suspension bridge over the Danube. (but thankfully not so close as to be under water as the Danube was flooded when we were there.) Very helpful staff with excellent quality of English. (although the guy who stored our luggage for us expected a tip.)The room was superb with an excellent view of the city from our balcony. There is also a beautiful restaurant in the hotel which has won 2nd place in Hungary/Poland/Czech and Russia I think. Its very pricey for Budapest but average price of western restaurants and definitely worth splashing out when there. My only criticism would be you had to pay for wifi in the rooms but it was free in the reception area, which also had plenty of comfortable seating.

Very happy with our stay. Would go back in a heartbeat.

After a poor experience at a B&B in Rome, my friends and I were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of stay we had at Astoria City Center for an affordable price. Upon our arrival (and throughout our 4 days stay) the employees were EXTREMELY friendly and helpful with everything. The rooms were very nice and comfortable and clean. The hotel was also located very conveniently for most sight-seeing and some nightlife. I highly recommend the Astoria City Center, especially because it is affordable. It should be rated higher than it currently is.

Dejligt hotel, men venligt og servicemindet personale.

This hotel is a beautiful with very polite and helpful staff, nothing was to much trouble to explain and they know the local area well. We had room 305 it has wonderful views and is of good quality. I would say stay here as it is close to everything walking and near hop on hop off bus tour stop.

This hotel is really a gem. Old World elegance in a small, boutique hotel. The room was fine. The staff was excellent. Very, very helpful. We could travel by bus or metro to all parts of the city, including the train station.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in het Astoria hotel. Het hotel bevindt zich op een ideale locatie in het centrum van het centrum. De metrohalte is letterlijk 5 stappen van de ingang van het hotel. Ideaal! Het hotel is statig en de algemene ruimtes zijn schitterend ingericht. Het heeft een klassieke uitstraling en inrichting. Persoonlijk houden wij hiervan en vinden dit veel meer charme hebben dan de moderne, strakke hotels. De bediening was zeer behulpzaam en servicegericht. Het eten in het MIrror cafe is heerlijk, echt een aanrader. Onze kamer was ruim en voorzien van alle gemakken (er lag zelfs een schoenlepel). De bedden sliepen echt heerlijk en de douche had goede waterdruk. Kortom een dikke aanrader.

Jättefint o trevligt hotell, nära centrum, Donau, saluhallen o Gellertbadet. Trevlig hjälpsam personal som beställde taxibilar, och guidade oss till trevliga ställen o restauranger. Sightseeingbussar "utanför dörren" Åker gärna tillbaka!

Charming. Decadent. Opulent. There are so many adjectives I could use. But I think the most important one is personality. It takes just three seconds to decide on the character of a hotel - and the Hotel Astoria in Budapest is like a woman of a certain age who has learned the value of intelligence and good manners. It's this knowledge that gives the hotel a rare kind of charm. The staff are polite and speak excellent English and German. They will help you book a trip to the baths, a taxi or a meal without missing a beat. And, if you like a little breakfast with your stay, the buffet is wonderful - and filling. The hotel itself is right next to a metro stop and in easy walking distance of literally dozens of sites and restaurants. Frankly, big chains are a bit of a bore because they are all the same. They lack individuality and warmth - things the Astoria has is spades.

hotel w pięknym zabytkowym budynku, w samym centrum budapesztu blisko stacji metra, latwo dostać się pieszo do hali targowej i na główną ulicę handlową, czyste ładne pokoje, duża ilość restauracji w okolicy. cena 60$/noc bardzo przystępna

Super nettes Personal, das mehr als notwendig tut und alles unaufgefordert, eine solche Zuvorkommenheit ist selten!!! Wirklich warmherziger Empfang, auch bei Vorabfragen telefonisch, umfangreiche nette Auskünfte in perfektem Deutsch.

Hotel Astoria is a great 4-star-hotel in the very centre of Budapest, close to the pedestrian area and maybe 200 meters from the Klothilden-palaces. The building does not look very special from outside, but it has 126 rooms and 5 elegant suites and a great interior - see some pics on the link below ! Unique Quality: Hotel Astoria is in the very centre of Budapest, and their prices are quite high on a first view - BUT simply check for their package-offers and you will get 3-day-arrangements including breakfast-buffet, 2 meals and transfer from and to the airport for a really reasonable price - you just have to book it in advance ! Opinion of Price: more expensive than average

I would highly recommend this hotel, even though it is a little bit on the expensive side :) The staff is more than friendly AND English-speaking (which is not that common in Budapest), the rooms are very clean and spacious, air-conditioned, with TVs, mini-bars, telephones and radios. The reastaurant is also huge and serves fantastic food. But the best thing is, of course, the location-as you may gather from its name, it is located virtually next to the Astoria metro station, which means that you are within walking distance from all famous sights of beautiful Budapest Unique Quality: The one thing that may be a problem is that this hotel does not have its own car park, so if you are coming by car, make sure you bring money for the public parking :) Everything else is just perfect!:) PS: They give huge discounts for online booking- how did you think I got there in the first place? :)) Opinion of Price: more expensive than average

Hotel: Erstmals hat mich die Lobby des Hotels sehr beeindruckt. Es wirkt sehr gepflegt und elegant sowie die Raumatmosphäre, welche sehr positiv auf mich gewirkt hat. Die Größe der Anlange war zufriedenstellend und die Sauberkeit war bis auf winzig kleine Mängel nahezu perfekt. Lage: Das Hotel liegt sehr gut, denn zum Einkaufen sind es zwar ca. ein viertel bis halbe Stunde in die Stadt aber auf dem Weg gibt es unendlich viel zu besichtigen und zu bewundern, die wundervollen Fassaden an den Gebäuden, sowie allgemein die Kultur begeistert einen sehr. Service: Das Personal war super nett und sehr hilfsbereit, wenn Probleme oder einfach nur Fragen bestanden. Vor allem bringt es einen wirklich tollen ersten Eindruck, weil das Personal die deutsche Sprache gut beherrscht. Das Personal ist ebenfalls mehr als zufriedenstellend. Gastronomie: Kurz und knapp: Das Essen und Trinken war sehr lecker und erfrischend. Was das Essen angeht gibt es bis auf kleine Geschmacksmängel nichts zu meckern, denn die Auswahl an Speisen ist definitiv genug. Zimmer: Die Zimmergröße war ausreichend. Es ist schön und freundlich eingerichtet, dazu gibt es gleich ein Gefühl zum wohlfühlen. Das Bad ist klein und fein, an Sauberkeit mangelt es definitiv nicht und an Spiegeln mangelt es auch nicht. Es gibt deutschsprachige TV-Programme, sowie tolle Sender für kulturinteressierte. Alles in allem ist das Zimmer mehr als akzeptabel. Preis/Leistung: Es ist eine tolle Stadt, um genug schöne Ausflüge zu machen, z.B zum Dom oder auch um die alten Häuser zu betrachten. Die Restaurants sind wirklich zufriedenstellend und das Essen ist vorzüglich. Auch die Menschen sind offen, warmherzig und sehr freundlich zu einem, falls es Fragen gibt. Es ist definitiv zum weiterempfehlen.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, sehr freundliches Personal welches mehrere Sprachen spricht, rascher Check-In bzw. Check-Out, bei Rückfragen sehr bemüht. Ich werde dieses Hotel als "Stammhotel" für meine Aufenthalte in Budapest wählen. Sehr zu empfehlen !!!

We stayed 4 nights at the hotel, and we were very pleased with our stay. Since we got a very good price we booked a de Luxe Room which was located in a quiet area of the building facing a side street so there was no disturbing traffic sound. The room was large and bright and came with a refrigerator. We didn't have breakfast included in the price but brought our own kettle to make coffee and tea in the morning and evening. No more than 10 m from the entrance you descend to the metro, the red line. If you want to use your own computer/Ipad they provide the login details so it is free.

Det er et hyggelig hotell midt i hjertet av byen, De ansatte er hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Dette var 2.gangen jeg bodde der og er like fornøyd. eneste savnet er kaffen på morgenen - betaler ikke 15 Euro for frokost for å få en kopp kaffe

Przepiękne, romantyczne miejsce idealne na spędzenie rocznicy ślubu. To informacja dla Was Panowie ;) Wystrój zapierający dech w piersiach, ekskluzywne wyposażenie pokoi. Czułam się jak prawdziwa księżniczka dzięki mojemu kochanemu mężusiowi :)

Vi var 5 damer som lå der i 4 netter. Hotellet er i gammel ungarsk stil - veldig flott syntes vi. Frokosten var god og servicen god. Kan på det varmeste anbefale dette hotellet. Skal jeg tilbake til Budapest en annen gang bor jeg gjerne her. Beliggenheten er sentral. Få minutter å gå til gågate, og metro rett utafor døra.

The location was perfect for a easter in Budapest. Walking distance to everything, buth also metro busses and tram outside the door. Friendly and helpfull staff. The restaurant was nice, service good, but the food was without taste.

Hotel: Von außen ein großer Schreck, hier könnte wieder etwas nachgepinselt werden. Innen dann die angenehme Überraschung. Sehr komfortabel, und recht nostalgisch eingerichtet. Man hört keine Nachbarn, das Frühstücksbuffet ausgezeichnet (war bei mir im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen)! Die Straßen vor dem Hotel sind stark befahren, für jemanden der Ruhe gewöhnt ist trotz Schallschutzfenster vielleicht etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Location: Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein, man kann bequem zu Fuß überall hingelangen. Die U-bahn Station ist genau vor der Haustüre. Service: Sehr freundliches Personal! Man bekommt sofort alles erklärt und nachrecherchiert. Eintrittspreise, Veranstaltungen, Öffnungszeiten etc. Restaurantpersonal sehr aufmerksam. Food: Ausgezeichnet! Frühstücksbuffet eines der besten das ich jemals erlebt habe. Viele verschiedene Arten von Brot, Wurst, Käse, Salatbuffet, kleine Törtchen etc. Das Restaurant ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Für ungarische Verhältnisse jedoch etwas teuer. Room: Sehr sauber, keine Probleme. Sehr positiv sind die dicken Wände zwischen den Zimmern.

Das Hotel ist ein traditionsreiches Haus, alleine der Frühstückssaal ist einen Aufenthalt wert. Der Service ist ausgesprochen freundlich, die Zimmer schön und das Frühstücksbuffet läßt keine Wünsche offen. Mein Lieblinshotel in Budapest, ich komme bestimmt wieder!

Hotel: From the outside certainly very 'venerable'. The night lighting compensated however for sure once still notwndige Fassadenrekonstruktion. Inside great, very clean, great breakfast room. The staff spoke English, you will find but also very good German speaking front desk staff, the also gladly informed touristic instructions gifts. Audience international. Location: Right on the metro access. The city via public transport (like we also) want to see, is the place! Service: Contrary to other Critiques: everything staff was friendly! Food: Top breakfast, with warm-shares, much fruit, salads, juices... And the ' Körnerfreunde ' their moneys worth Room: We had a deluxe room in the sixth floor, this (and because of the soundproof windows) we felt not by noise from the street troubled. Advice: We have this hotel through detours at a fair price and were completely contented. Again at any time!

The hotel is at an amazing location. The front desk was always very helpful and everyone spoke English. They can plan your day for you and give you suggestions on where to go. Our shower-head was broken, when we let them know they fixed it immediately. Great service.

Good: Das wunderbar zentral liegende Traditionshotel bietet guten Komfort und hat sehr freundliches Personal. Bad: Die zentrale Lage bringt es mit sich, daß je nach Zimmerlage entweder viel Verkehrslärm oder nachts Lärm von draußen durch laute Passanten gibt. Nur bei geschlossenem Fenster hört davon nichts mehr.

ペスト地区の中心部にあり、ホテルの名称が地下鉄の名称になるほど歴史のあるホテル。外観は古めかしいが、中は新しい。部屋も広く、これがこの値段で泊まれるのはすごくお得。しかし、朝食代はこれには含まれていない。ホテルは現在プロモーションをしており、毎回朝食を取る客には28パーセント安い料金にすると言われた。残念ながら、私は4泊したが、最後の日は早朝にチェック・アウトしなければならず、その適用を受けないので、1回だけホテルで朝食をとり、あとは近くのカフェーで食べた。

We paid only 60 GBP for a twin room with a child's bed in. The furnishings were amazing, the room had aircon and it was quiet enough despite facing the main street. Only criticism - the walls were clearly too thin as next door's banged on our wall requiring the noise being kept down and we weren't so loud. The TV could have been with channels you didn't have to pay for too, but I really am nit-picking now. We didn't have breakfast and at 14 euros a head you can forget it. Great value, close enough to walk into the city (10-15 mins) and easy to get to by metro or bus.

Danubius Hotel Astoria City Center is located just at the exit of Astoria metro station. Its very convenient and allows to travel around the city fast. It's also close to tram that travels around the city and bus that goes to the other side of Danubius river (directly to Gellert baths). Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful and speaks good English. Breakfest is rich and tasty. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Budapest. It's a very good deal for the price.

The hotel is great! Clean, large and nice rooms, great stuff down in the reception, a very good and not so expensive restaurant in the lobby, a huge!! breakfast etc.. The only minus i've found is that there i no free wifi in the rooms and it costs a lot of money. If i'll visit Budapest again i'll definitely stay there again! P.S I found a very cheap offer in Hotels.com and it turned out i've paid almost half price than the other people that were with me in the conference...

Et ældre fint hotel som ligger dejligt tæt på centrum. Hotellet oser af nostalgi, men moderne ting er kommet med. Selvom hotellet ligger tæt på centrum, var trafikstøjen på værelserne ikke noget problem. Natklubben i kælderen var en positiv musikalsk overraskelse.
