I arrived late afternoon, went straight out to meet friends and checked out at 5am so wasn’t in the hotel for very long but really can’t find fault anywhere. The check in was efficient and friendly. The member of staff was able to give me the directions I needed. The bed was comfortable and the bath was an extra bonus! Check out was equally friendly. Overall a really enjoyable stay that was good value for money. The hotel is next door to a metro station and a few minutes walk from the Arena.

Good: Läget är utmärkt , ligger intill Papp Laszlo area. Trivsamt restaurang med bra personal och med många rätter. Bad: Allt var bra

Good: Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése. Széles választékú reggeli. Bad: Mi a második emeleten laktunk, ott nagyon hallatszik a forgalom zaja.

The hotel is easily accessible, as it is located next to the metro station, so the city center is 10-15 min ride. The parking is small, but there are nearby parking places. The hotel is old (and old style) but in good condition. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is good and the staff is friendly.

Good: We moved to this hotel after I suffered a badly sprained ankle while on holiday in Budapest. The staff have been exceptionally helpful, booking taxis, providing ice for my ankle, etc. The food is great here, a huge buffet breakfast with lots of healthy choices. There is also a coffee shop/restaurant on the ground floor serving drinks and meals all day & evening. This is also great quality food. The rooms are spacious & well equipped. Close to a metro station & several large shopping malls. Also buses and trolley buses close by. Bad: I hate waterproof mattress covers - disturbs my sleep as I wake with a sweaty back. The air con only works in the summer. we stayed in October when it was warmer than usual, over 20 degrees. but the air con had already been switched off. You can open the balcony door instead, but there is a huge amount of traffic noise as the hotel is close to busy roads and a hospital. I wouldn’t recommend for menopausal women, it’s just too hot!

Bad: Amikor lefoglatuk a szállást,nem tudtuk még hogy nem működik a wellness részleg.

Good: Landed early hrs after flight delay no prob checking in . Due to late arrival couldn't use facilities but from what we saw looked fantastic .Can't wait to get back . Bad: No bacon and white sliced bread was hard on the breakfast .

Good: The hotel came up to my expectations. I asked kingside bed and I had it. I mentioned that I would arrive earlier than regular check-in time and I had available room. The room was spacious, clean and with some necessities. Parking is available next to the hotel for extra fee, but I preferred covered parking, which is behind the hotel and cheaper (Arena parkolóház). The breakfast was really very good, various hot and cold food for any taste. Bad: The windows are without insects screen. I was in the middle of October, the weather was nice and stinky bugs and other insects were behind the window, thus I couldn’t open the window for night.

Good: Szokásos, jó elhelyezkedés, kellemes szobák. Bad: Wellness részleg nem működött, pedig az egyik alapvető szempont volt a foglalás során. A bejelentkezés ezúttal rendkívül hosszadalmas volt. Az étterem kínálatát nem volt lehetőségünk kipróbálni, mivel 11 fő közös ültetésére nem volt lehetőség a felszolgáló úriember szerint.

Good: Hotel je u stanice metra, do centra je to kousek. Nemá sice klasickou restauraci, ale v hotelu se vaří a dá se v něm plnohodnotně naobědvat nebo povečeřet v prostorách vedle recepce, které jsou oddělené. K dispozici ke klasický nápojový a jídelní lístek. Na pokoji byla i lednice. Bad: V pokoji nejsou téměř žádné úložné prostory kam by si dvě osoby vybalily kufr. K dispozici byla jen jedna krátká polička a pod ní tyč s ramínky plus věšák. Měli jsme manželskou postel kde zásuvky byly pouze u jednoho lůžka, na druhé straně chyběly, nedal se komfortně přes noc dobít telefon.

Good: ubytovanie je hneď vedľa Papp László Arény. Veľmi milý personal, hotel je starsi, ale všetko bolo udržiavané a čisté

Good: A reggeli tökéletes. Bad: A fürdő wellnes részlegébe kerekesszékes férjem nem tudott felmenni.A víz hőmérséklete 27 fok volt. Számomra ez nem megfelelő.

Good: vị trí đẹp phòng đủ rộng giá phải chăng .ăn sáng phong phú . Gut Standort , zimmer Große genug , gut Frühstück .

Good: Sauber und sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis! Late Check-Out war ebenfalls zu sehr fairem Preis möglich

Good: Die Nähe zum Ostbahnhof, zum Arena Plaza, zur Ubahn und zum Stadion ist einfach super. Wir hatten ein sehr grossen Doppelbett und haben sehr gut darauf geschlafen. Wir konnten von unserem Balkon einen tollen Blick auf Budapest geniessen. Vielen Dank für das Willkommensgeschenk, wir haben uns sehr darüber gefreut. Bad: Das Hotel ist leider hellhörig.

המלון לא בנוי להכיל משפחה עם 6 נפשות ועל כן נאלצנו להשכיר 2 חדרים. צוות המלון מאוד חם ואדיב למרות שהגענו בשעת לילה מאוחרת (בשעה 02:00 לפנות בוקר). חדרים נקיים ואווירת ניקיון על אף שהמלון מיושן. המלון ממוקם באזור מעולה - בצמידות לקניון ארנה ובצמידות לתחנת מטרו ואוטובוסים. חיסרון יחידי שאין שירותי חנייה

Good: Hotel je na odličnoj lokaciji odmah pokraj stanice za podzemnu. Soba je bila čista, krevet udoban, doručak je bio savršen, ogroman izbor jela, stvarno jako, jako dobar doručak.

Good: Rendkívül jó elhelyezkedés, kényelmes ágy, fürdőkád. Bad: Az erkélyről nagyon hiányzott legalább 2 szék, hogy ki lehessen ülni.

Good: A tisztaság, a szoba felszereltsége. Az éttermek választéka és az ételek minősége. A szálloda elhelyezkedése és a belső ergonómiája. Bad: Az összetolt ágyak folyamatosan szétcsúsztak, a matracok is elmozdultak az ágyaknak nincs pereme ami megtartsa őket. A szobák hangszigetelése mind egymás, mind a folyosó felé nagyon gyenge.

Good: Very polite stuff, nice rooms, comfortable and clean enough! The food at the restaurant was really nice, I would recommend it for sure

Good: The location is good proximity to some activities like shopping. Breakfast is a little expensive on the side but the room is very clean almost new and toilet and bath is superb. Bad: The staff is a little off not smilling but there was the bell boy who is very courteous and very welcoming.

Good: V hotelu jsme se ubytovali již podruhé a opět jsme byli velmi spokojeni. Snídaně jsou vynikající. Hotel je cca 100m od stanice metra. V centru jste za pár minut.

Good: Čisté pokoje, výborné snídaně, hotel v blízkosti metra, super bazén a sauna od ranních hodin. Bad: Vše o.k.

It’s amazing property! Value for money!

Good: Hotel bardzo fajny, obsługa sympatyczna. Bez problemów 2-3 letnie dzieci w 3 osobowym pokoju z rodzicami. Łóżka wygodne i czystość wysoka. Bardzo smaczne, różnorodne śniadanie w formie bufetu. Bad: Ogólnie byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni ale gdyby jeszcze na basenie można było dostać jednorazowe klapki i większe ręczniki to byłoby idealnie.

Good: Bardzo dobre śniadanie, ogromne łóżko w pokoju. Obiekt przy samym metrze. Jedyną wadą jest chyba malutki parking (dodatkowo płatny), który wieczorem bym przepełniony. Basen mógłby być lepiej wyposażony (np. w jaccuzi) i cieplejszy, ale to tylko drobnostki. Bad: Mały parking główny, brak jaccuzi na basenie. Dużo wycieczek, więc można trafić na zator przy check-in

Good: Close to metro 2. Easy commute to city centre, staff were kind. Cleaned room every day. Great breakfast. Parking on site. Bad: Small bathroom.

Good: Breakfast was amazing, very varied. The room was great, it was not old as some reviews mentioned. There is a small pool and sauna, nice for a quick dip. Metro is very close. On weekends the parking across the street to the hotel is free. Bad: The pool is small, not as big as the photos.

Ismét céges továbbképzés helyszíne volt a szálloda. Ismét kellemes tartózkodással. Jól felszerelt konferenciateremmel rendelkezik, kényelmesek, tiszták a szobák, kedves a személyzet! Jó a konyha, a reggeli kiváló. Mindannyiunk nevében kiemelném és köszönöm szeptember 7-én (illetve az ezt megelőző céges ottartózkodás idején is) a vacsoránkat felszolgáló 50 körüli úriember hihetetlen szolgálatkészségét, kedvességét. Kérem, hogy valamilyen formában tolmácsolják az elismerésünket számára! Köszönettel!

Good: Locație foarte buna Priveliștea spre oraș Posibilități multiple de parcare contra cost și gratuit Bad: Curățenie superficială. Deși există piscina, nu se oferă halat și papuci Bar / cafenea închis la primele ore. Nu ai unde bea o cafea daca nu iei micul dejun

Good: Le personnel de l'hôtel: toujours aimable, avec le sourrire et près à vous aider. Le petit-déjeuner excellent ! Avec de tout; en salé et sucré ! Le sauna, piscine et salle de sport, très bien, avec un surveillant trop gentil et serviable ! Le metro est juste à coté, soit l'hypercentre à 20mn. Bad: Le manque de respect de quelques clients, envers le personnel de l'hôtel, l'absence totale de courtoisie envers les autres clients, dommage car le personnel est vraiment serviable, et toujours avec le sourrire.

Good: hôtel d'affaires classique un peu excentré dans un quartier peu vivant mais malgré tout avec des possibilités de restauration proche, chambre assez petite mais confortable Bad: le personnel de la réception étant en sous nombre les opérations de check in et out se sont révélées très longues et fastidieuses
