Hotel storico con ottima posizione, di fronte si trova anche la metro. Camera pulita e personale cortese, ottima anche la colazione con ampia scelta di piatti sia dolci che salati.

Good: La posizione è la pulizia Bad: Alla reception nn sempre trovavi la persona che ti aiutava con le problematiche della lingua.. A volte si scocciava pure

Good: Das Gebäude ist sehr schön und liegt zentral. Man kann auch z.B. im Restaurant etwas über die Geschichte lesen. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und hat alles, was man braucht. Das Personal war sehr nett und kompetent. Bad: Astoria ist auf einer sehr frequentierten Straße, deshalb ist es nicht erstaunlich, dass es etwas lauter auch nachts sein kann. Was ich in einem Hotel dieser Preiskategorie erwarte, sind complimentary toiletries (wie Ohrstäbchen, und Watteads). Es müssen nicht gleich kleine Schampoo Fläschchen sein, weil diese eh nicht nachhaltig sind. Stattdessen ist auch die Seife "eingeschlossen". Wobei ich mir nicht sicher bin, ob es nicht mehr über die Gäste aussagt:) Das Frühstück war nicht schlecht, aber hier hätte ich mir auch ein bisschen mehr vorgestellt.

Good: The property is truly a work of art—beautiful both inside and out. We stayed in classic rooms on the 6th floor, and it genuinely felt like stepping back into the 1930s/40s. The décor throughout, along with the exterior architecture, is stunning. Our bedroom was enormous, with a lovely view over the road and street below. While it’s not a scenic view in the traditional sense, at night the lights made it feel really special. The room was also impressively quiet—almost eerily so—which suggests excellent soundproofing. I actually slept so well I nearly missed breakfast! All of the common areas and hallways are equally beautiful, maintaining the building’s historic charm. The lifts are small, in keeping with the era, but still perfectly comfortable to use. The only minor drawback was at busy check-out times in the morning, when the small lift capacity made things a little congested with luggage. We would absolutely stay here again. If I had one small suggestion, it would be that some of the paintwork and minor woodwork in the bedrooms could benefit from a refresh, but this in no way detracted from an otherwise wonderful stay. Its location was also excellent, making it very easy to walk to all the main sights and places of interest. Bad: There really wasn’t much we disliked about the property at all. The breakfast room, like the rest of the hotel, is stunningly beautiful. However, seating can be a bit of a lottery—many of the best spots are taken early, so the earlier you go down, the better your chance of a good table and hotter food. Later in the morning it does get very busy indeed. There is a wide selection of both cooked and cold options, and you will certainly find something to enjoy. That said, the hot food was generally only lukewarm, and I felt the pastries and cakes could have been a little fresher. During peak times, there also wasn’t much staff direction in the breakfast area, which occasionally made finding a table feel a bit chaotic. On the staff side, overall everyone we encountered was lovely and helpful. The only exception was an older male receptionist who came across as quite stern and not especially warm, though this may simply be his natural manner rather than a reflection of service. Overall, we had a wonderful stay in a truly beautiful and atmospheric property. The building itself is stunning, full of character, and immaculately maintained in its public areas, with spacious, comfortable, and wonderfully quiet rooms that really do make you feel as though you’ve stepped into another era.

Good: Die lage des hotels ist perfekt: straßenbahn 49 und metro linie 2 direkt vor dem hotel, vieles zufuß bequem erreichbar; zimmer ausreichend groß, ebenso das bad; das frühstück war ganz in ordnung; hilfestellung des personals an der rezeption bezüglich ausflug in die umgebung mit einem öffentlichen verkehrsmittel war kompetent und freundlich die atmosphäre im hotel ehrwürdig gediegen und ruhig Bad: im frühstücksraum war es ziemlich kalt; der teppichboden im zimmer war bei der ankunft nicht sauber und wurde während des aufenhaltes auch nicht gesaugt; der rest des zimmers und das bad waren in ordnung; ein bisschen mehr tägliche abwechslung beim frühstück wäre nett

Het is een prachtig hotel, centraal gelegen. Ruime kamers en goed ontbijt.

Good: Hotel muy bien ubicado para conocer Budapest, si te gusta andar puedes visitar todo andando y si no pues está justo donde hay paradas de todos los transportes públicos con muy buenas combinaciones y transbordos. Habitaciones amplias y limpias, desayuno completo tipo buffet y el personal respetuoso aunque serio como la gente de ese país. Bad: No es que no me haya gustado pero si especificar que es un edificio antiguo aunque reformado y en buenas condiciones pero no es moderno.

Good: Hotel storico nel centro di Budapest, noi avevamo una camera superior che era nella parte più “nuova” dell’hotel, era stata ristrutturata da poco. La camera era molto confortevole e pulita, il letto molto grande e comodo così come la doccia. Ottima colazione continentale con molto opzioni soprattutto salate. Lo consiglio! Bad: Forse la camera poteva essere un pochino più ampia per essere una superior.

Good: Väldigt bra läge. Fin byggnad och fint invändigt. Bad: Inget att klaga på, men eventuellt dåligt tryck i duschen och lövtunna kuddar…

Good: It's a very classy hotel in the central location! You don't need a car to reach all the main sightseeing places. It is located almost in the Jewish quarter with multiple pubs and restaurants, among which it is possible to find ones with a fine dining experience and reasonable prices.

Good: La struttura trasuda storia, caratterizzandosi per eleganza e personalità. Colazione abbondante e camere spaziose e pulite nonostante possano apparire a una prima occhiata datate. La posizione è ottima per visitare ogni principale attrazione di Pest e Buda e nonostante il traffico circostante il sonno non è risultato particolarmente disturbato.

Good: Väldigt fräscht, bra storlek på standard tvåbäddsrum, bra läge, bra frukost, jag hade bett de fixa iordning överraskning på rummet och de skötte det väldigt bra och diskret vid incheckning Bad: Finns inget dåligt egentligen. Men jag saknade våfflor eller pannkakor på frukostbuffén. Frukten tog också slut snabbt och fylldes inte på när vi åt frukost vid 09:00, jag tycker det borde fyllts på då många äter mellan kl 09-10.

Καταπληκτικό ξενοδοχείο σε ένα από τα κεντρικότερα σημεία της πόλης με φοβερό πρωινό.

Perfect location, would be happy to stay here again

Good: Boa localização, em frente ao metrô. Muitos restaurantes e pontos turísticos de fácil acesso caminhando. Fácil check in on line e ágil na recepção. Funcionários profissionais. Quarto com muito espaço, boa iluminação, com vista pra avenida, mas isolamento acústico muito bom. Sem mau cheiro. Conforto da cama. Banheiro com bom espaço também. Chuveiro bom. Lençol e toalhas em bom estado. Limpeza do quarto é feita diariamente. Café da manhã com muita variedade e bom. Restaurante bom. Dois elevadores antigos, mas resolvem bem. Bad: É um edifício muito antigo, internamente suntuoso e ainda tem seu encanto. Nota-se o esforço para se manter atual. Mas, o mau cheiro na recepção, hall de entrada, corredores, carpete sofrido, e marcas da desatualização são bem presentes. Frigobar não funciona.

Good: Oda metro istasyonunun çıkışındaydı. Terlik talebimiz karşılandı. Çok merkezi bir konumdaydı. Bad: Check in saati 15.00 ti. Rezervasyon yaparken 14.00-15.00 arasında tesiste olacağımızı belirtmiştim. 14.00 civarı tesise varmamıza rağmen 15.45 de ancak oda hazır oldu. Bu çok olumsuz bir durumdu. Personel çözüm için bir aksiyon almadı.

Clean room fresh towels every day

Good: Konumu merkezi ve bir çok turistik noktaya yürüyüş mesafesindeydi. Ek olarak havalimanından gelirken hemen karşısında bulunan durakta inip valizlerle çok fazla yürümeden otele ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Bununla birlikte hemen önünde yanlış hatırlamıyorsam m2 durağı da mevcuttu.

Good: Amazing location, spacious rooms, nice architecture and decorated properly, clean rooms, good temperature held in the rooms. Bad: Breakfast was mediocre while the cafe had good quality food. The staff was kind but mostly indifferent.

This is a lovely old hotel full of charm and large rooms. We were most comfortable and loved being able to open the windows. You are right outside a metro station, so very convenient. The market is close by, so don’t miss that! The breakfast was very good, plenty of selection.

Bad: Unfortunately our room wasn’t cleaned adequately during our stay. Bed was made but trash not emptied.

Good: It is a heritage hotel situated right in the heart of the city and it has accessibility to all the tram, bus and metro lines. The room was pretty big with a nice balcony . The Jewish quarter and st Stephen's cathedral is walkable.

Lovely experience at well-run, excellently located hotel with fine breakfast & excellent separate restaurant for lunch and dinner. Room was large & comfortable. On busy street with lots of noise, yet the closed windows kept us quiet. Unfortunately, AC wasn't turned on during our visit (April) so the room was stuffy & warm when the window was shut.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel am Astoria. Der Airportbus 100E hält hier, was es ziemlich einfach macht. Das Zimmer ist traditionell ausgestattet, sehr sauber und das Zimmer hatte eine angenehme Größe.

The room we stayed in was nice but located on the side of hotel. There was constant noise and police/ambulance sirens going off. The room was not very clean and the cleaners only made the beds and changed the towels. The bathroom was not cleaned. The breakfast was nice. The staff were helpful. The best thing about the hotel was the location. We could go walk to nearby restaurants and attractions.

Good: ottima posizione, fermata metro sotto l'albergo e centro raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti. colazione ricca soprattutto per gli stranieri o chi ama il salato. camera molto ampia e arredi tipici molto belli.

Výborné bydlení v centru města. Přímo na červené lince metra (M2), modrá linka (M3) cca 5 minut chůze. Zastávka autobusu na letiště a dalších autobusů / trolejbusů / tramvají přímo před hotelem. Všechny Pešťské památky v docházkové vzdálenosti. Pokoj sice malý, ale útulný, dostatek úložných prostor. Postele velmi pohodlné. Na pokoji k dispozici set na přípravu kávy a čaje, minilednička. Snídaně v přízemí hotelu velmi chutné a bohaté. Možnost úschovy zavazadel. Velké pozitivum, pokoj byl připravený dříve, v cca 13:00.

Good: Pequeno almoço com dos melhores ovos mexidos com bancon que ja comi e qualidade das instalações. Bad: Viajei sozinho e pedi um quarto de cama individual. Não tive o cuidado de perceber que se tratava de uma pequena, mas tudo bem. A questao é que era mais um sofá encostado parede do que uma cama.

Good: The room was nice and big with high ceilings while the bathroom was very good. Bad: The common areas are overly warm and somewhat maloderous.

Good: Lokalizacja hotelu znakomita (tuż przy metrze). Pokój superior – godny polecenia – nowoczesny wystrój i wyposażenie. Trochę ciasny, ale czysty i wygodny, bardzo funkcjonalny. Jest wszystko co potrzebne i na swoim miejscu. Bardzo dobre oświetlenie, jest lodówka, czajnik, sejf, fotele, stolik, stojak pod walizkę. Miejsce do przechowywania odpowiednie, półki i szuflady, wieszaki wystarczające. Codzienne sprzątanie, w dni świąteczne w ograniczonym zakresie. Pomimo wcześniejszego przybycia do hotelu, pokój był już gotowy. Śniadania o dobrym wyborze, ale dość standardowe w smaku.

Location is unbeatable. Walkable to many places, lots of dinning and shopping near the hotel. Although the hotel is a beautiful old building, there is a section of the hotel that is recently remodeled. Rooms are comfortable and clean. I would certainly recommend.

Good: La ubicacion del hotel es excelente. Al lado de la estacion de metro se puede llegar muy facil a cualquier lugar de interés. Desayuno muy bueno. La habitación muy comoda. Se podia ir caminando a lugares de entretencion de noche. Bad: La atencion en recepción al check in poco amables. Al check out estaban presionando a salir antes de cumplir la hora de checkout.

Good: Struttura molto bella in uno stabile d'epoca, a pochi passi dal centro e di fronte alla fermata della navetta aeroportuale. Stanza standard molto spaziosa e curata Molto bello anche il bar/ ristorante Ottima pulizia sia della camera che delle aree comuni Bad: I servizi non erano da 4 stelle, set di cortesia sia in bagno che in camera praticamente inesistenti, all'arrivo abbiamo trovato una bottiglia d'acqua, 2 bustine di caffè liofilizzato e 2 di tisana che nelle tre notti successive non sono mai state ripristinate. Anche la colazione non ci ha soddisfatti, soprattutto nella parte dolce, sicuramente non all'altezza di un 4 stelle
