Good: Отель очень старый, но при этом чистый и уютный. Персонал предельно вежливый и доброжелательный. Уборка хорошая. Кровати удобные. Номер большой, чувствуешь в нем себя комфортно. В целом отличный отель, в самом центе города. Bad: Красивый ресторан, но завтраки примитивные. Что в прочем, не испортило общего впечатления.

Good: Расположение, вкусный разнообразный завтрак, персонал супер!!!

Good: Брали на новогоднюю ночь, причем, 31 декабря и по очень адекватной стоимости. Хотели выспаться, отель в центре и хороший завтрак. Все это получили. Просили тихий номер - получили с окнами на маленькую улочку - действительно, было тихо. Комнату от коридора отделяет прихожая - поэтому коридорные шумы также не были слышны. Номер очень просторный и функциональный, кровать большая, удобная, все чистое. Косметические принадлежности, фен. Месторасположение лучше не придумаешь - самый центр, пара минут до ул.Ваци, два выхода станции метро Астория выходят ко входу в отель. Завтрак - хороший и разнообразный. Вобщем, неплохой сетевой отель в историческом здании, в самом центре и с возможностью хорошо выспаться Bad: Отель уже староват, но дух старины добавляет романтики)

Good: Величественные интерьеры создают неповторимый уют старого европейского отеля. Отличное расположение - в пешей доступности все основные достопримечательности Пешта. Высокий уровень сервиса. Вкусные завтраки.

Good: Местоположение относительно метро и центра города. Услужливый, предупредительный персонал. Вкусные , обильные завтраки.

Good: - отличное расположение, метро около входа и центр в пешей доступности. - цена, мы взяли за 50 евро в сутки, для такого отеля - отлично. - вай-фай работает хорошо, не испытали проблем. - в номере было чисто и тепло. - персонал корректен.

Good: Прекрасный отель с очень удобным расположением, до улицы Ваци 3 минуты пешком, Еврейский квартал так же очень близко. Красивое старинное здание с прекрасными интерьерами, роскошной мебелью и свежим ремонтом. У нас было два номера: 108 и 109, это номера Делюкс. Окна выходили на улицу, но это совершенно не мешало спать. Категорию номеров нам повысили как комплимент от отеля, т.к. в нашей компании было два именинника. Персонал очень любезный, все говорят на хорошем английском, всегда готовы помочь. Очень сытные и разнообразные завтраки. Рекомендуем на 100%! Bad: Были небольшие неполадки с душем, он подтекал. Но это абсолютно не испортило общего впечатления об отеле.

Good: удобное расположение, историческая ценность, интерьер, уют, комфорт, обходительность и вежливость персонала Bad: запах канализации из туалетной зоны, обещанные круассаны и кофе - это один маленький круассан и чашка кофе и городской налог якобы включенный в стоимость номера при расчете добавили отдельно к стоимости проживания

Good: Отличное расположение, уютно и комфортно. Bad: Завтрак, входящий в стоимость - не завтрак. Это малюсенький круассан и чай. Бронировал номер с одной большой кроватью, но предоставили номер с двумя сдвинутыми кроватями. После высказанного недовольства заменили номер бесплатно.

Отличное расположение относительно основных достопримечательностей, элегантный номер с двумя небольшими балконами, качественные полотенца и постельное белье, отличная работа сотрудников службы размещения.

Good: Очень понравилось. Отель старинный, расположен в центре города. Номера большие, в ванной комнате есть фен, туалетные принадлежности. Очень любезный и внимательный англоговорящий персонал. В фойе отеля утром кофе, днем лимонад бесплатно. Bad: Достаточно старая мебель и двери в номере. Шумный кондиционер.

The Hotel cleaning staff, and Guest services were very helpful, and responsive. The pillows were not very fluffy; they could use better quality pillows. Also, the carpet in the room could use a good carpet cleaning. The street view from our room was beautiful. Location was great, close to all City attractions and amenities.

Muy céntrico, muy bien comunicado andando o con transporte público. A pesar de no manejarnos muy bien con el inglés, se esforzaron por entendernos. Desayuno abundante y delicioso. Excelente calidad a precio asequible.

110 senelik bir bina olan bu müze gibi otelin avantajları ve dezavantajları var. Merkezi, otantik ve kahvaltısı beklentiyi karşılıyor. Metro istasyonu ve otobüsler otelden adım atarkenden önünüzde. Odaların banyoları 90’lardan kalma, odaların genel hali binanın ruhunu yansıtıyor. Eğer temiz, modern hatları olan bir otel deneyimi istiyorsanız bu otel size göre değil. Çalışanlar oldukça güler yüzlü ve yardımcı. Bazı günler havlularımız lekeliydi. Otele girdiğinizde resepsiyon kısmında burnunuza bir lağım kokusu vuruyor ama katlanılacak derecede.

Good: I really wanted a more traditional/historic hotel rather than a bland modern one, so I originally booked a Classic Double room. However, I was offered the opportunity to upgrade so I ended up with the Corner suite on the 3rd floor, overlooking the city streets. It was still one of the classic rooms, not like the modernised ones on the upper floor. It was a huge amount of space, and was really a great experience, especially given the history of the building. For example, we learned it was briefly used as Gestapo headquarters, and we also found out thee is a giant nuclear bunker under the intersection outside, built by the soviets during the Cold War, and connected via tunnels to the Parliament building a few blocks away. Bad: The only criticism I had of the room is that it was quite dusty and we both couldn't stop coughing and sneezing. However, don't let this put you off. The positives more than made up for it.

Très contents de ce séjour. Bel hôtel idéalement situé, en cœur de ville et proche de tous les sites à visiter. Transports en commun à proximité et arrèt pour le bus de l'aéroport tout proche. Super petit déjeuner et restaurant de l'hôtel bon et à prix raisonnable. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

I love the authenticity of the hotel. But it does need some renovations done. Staff was wonderful. Perfect location.

Room was spacious and very comfortable Breakfast was very good, with a large variety of food to choose from Bad: The room was on the 2nd floor on the main road with bothering noise coming from the traffic. The tap of the sink in the bathroom was hard to open, it was replaced the day after. The mattresses of he bed were too soft and not very comfortable

Zimmer sauber gute Betten. Bei der Zimmerwahl aufpassen, Zmmer hinten bzw. aeitlich hinaus sind finster Blick auf Wand. Der Himmel nicht sichtbar. Frühstück sehr gut, reichliches Buffet und sehr gut. Super Lage, Öffis vor dem Haus!

地點位於Astoria地鐵站上面 交通方便 裏各大中國人常去的景點都很近。也可以從機場直接100E到達 不過需要手搬行李過地下通道過來。服務很好 房間略小 雙人床並在一起的是內窗 工作人員説如果是外窗景觀的是兩個分開的床。房間很冷 但是被子暖和。

The room we stayed in was nice but located on the side of hotel. There was constant noise and police/ambulance sirens going off. The room was not very clean and the cleaners only made the beds and changed the towels. The bathroom was not cleaned. The breakfast was nice. The staff were helpful. The best thing about the hotel was the location. We could go walk to nearby restaurants and attractions.

It was truly my honor to choose your hotel for this stay. The facilities are excellent, and the staff are even more outstanding — always helpful and ready to answer any questions. I was especially touched when I twisted my ankle and was worried about missing my connecting flight because I needed to contact the airline to arrange wheelchair assistance. I felt quite helpless at that moment. The front desk staff member, Adrian, showed incredible patience and kindness. He searched across different websites to find the correct contact number and spent a great deal of time helping me resolve the issue. I was deeply moved by his support. Good: It was very quiet and comfortable. It was central to where we had to go within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Bad: No available ice for drinks in our room we had to go to the bar where they gave us ice in a plastic bag instead of an ice bucket. It leaked all over the the inside of the refrigerator.

Good: The staff is very friendly and polite. The food is delicious and the antique decoration is beautiful! Bad: The beds are too narrow. The heating doesn’t work well. It takes too long to warm the room.

A fost o cazare ok, camera foarte mare, baia mare. Micul dejun foarte bun. Am găsit și câteva minusuri pentru un hotel de 4* : nu am avut minibar, aparat de cafea ( doar o cana de fiert apa cu două plicuri de ness), televizorul putea să fie o diagonală mai mare și să fie smart, la intrare nu era nimeni să te ajute cu bagajele, iar faptul că nu au loc de parcare este un dezavantaj foarte mare pentru cine vine cu mașina.

Good: The location was excellent right next to the Astoria Metro, the breakfast was good and very reasonably priced. The staff were very helpful in giving directions and suggestions for restaurants, places of interest. Bad: Water pressure could have been better.

Good: The location was amazing, much better than we thought it would be. Very close to the city centre, all of the Advent locations. Very near you have a lot of interesting shops, brunch spots, speciality coffee and restaurants. Even though they don't have parking, there are parking options 2-3 min from the hotel.

Good: Location was good, interior was nice. Bad: Bathroom was not clean, there were hair on the floor. Very pricey compared to what you get.

Good: Excellent location, walking distance to most places. Friendly staff, very helpful when needed. Bad: Carpets should be replaced from all the bedrooms. I noticed some rooms already have.

Good: The location was right in the middle of everything which was incredibly convenient. I always have a certain vision of what a hotel is each location should idealistically look like and this was precisely how I imagined a Budapest hotel. There was so much old time grandeur and glamor and I just loved it. Bad: Breakfast was not included.

Excellent location. Close to everything! Room we stayed in was recently renovated.

Our room was great, as it had obviously recently been renovated. The rest of the hotel was quite poor. The breakfast wasn’t great. Cold food and limited option. Considering the Cafe that the hotel had open to the public displayed really good quality food, the food provided in the B&B was substandard in my opinion. However, the room was great, and the location was spot on.

Good location and decent enough breakfast. Staff were friendly. Disappointed that our room was not cleaned & bed made despite the fact we we put sightseeing from just after 11am until after 6pm! We had to go to reception to ask for a set of clean towels. Hotel could do with a refurbishment- looking a bit tired. Hairdryer in bathroom was very heavy & uncomfortable to use. Not quite up to the standard of what I expect from a 4star hotel.

Varcata la soglia di questo hotel ci si trova nell' epoca dell' Ungheria regale, il fascino dei suoi arredi ed architettura ci ha affascinati, già soltanto per questo merita un altro punteggio. Peccato che la pulizia in camera non è stata perfetta, ci possiamo accontentare comunque. La colazione è varia e abbondante. Lo consiglio vivamente!

The location of the hotel is exceptional: walking distance to the most popular places. We liked the atmosphere of the hotel: decoration, furniture, restaurant, service. Everything was like we expected.  Definitely we will stay there again.

Stylish decor. Lots of chandeliers. Traffic noise because hotel is at a busy crossroads. Had to ask for more coffee and creamer twice. Helpful staff.

Sehr gut in Pest gelegenes Hotel mit eleganten Räumlichkeiten (v.a. das Restaurant)

Our stay was lovely! We came for my birthday, only 2 nights to explore the city. The hotel is very central and easy to find. Staff were very welcoming and made our stay pleasant. Hotel was half old fashioned and half modern, but overall very clean and 100% recommending this hotel to friends staying soon.

Very comfortable bed, good shower. Staff very helpful without being obtrusive, helped us immediately with a request. Good position near metro and restaurants. Good soundproofing, slept well.
