Good: Excellent location, exceptional service from the staff who were friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable! The hotel had a wonderful ambience and encouraged visitors to stay longer and relax after a long day of city exploring. Bad: No complaints. There were some rowdy guests, but that is hardly the fault of the management and staff.

המלון לכאורה לא "במרכז העניינים" אבל צמוד לתחנת המטרו והאוטובוסים KELETI הגדולה, כך שהנגישות לכל חלקי בודפשט קלה וזמינה. המלון נקי ומתוחזק מצויין, החדרים נעימים, מרווחים ונקיים, ארוחת בוקר עשירה ומשביעה.

Good: המיקום מעולה, מול תחנת מטרו ואוטובוסים KELETI, כמעט כל האוטובוסים וקווי המטרו עוברים שם, וקל להגיע מהמלון לכל יעד שרצינו. ארוחת הבוקר היתה עשירה וטעימה, החדרים נקיים ונעימים, מאובזרים בכל מה שצריך לחופשה בת כמה ימים, צוות הקבלה נתן לנו מענה לכל בקשותינו. זו פעם שלישית שלי במלון וזה מדבר בעד עצמו. Good: The hotel is very easy to access by car and offers the convenience of an on-site parking garage, provided you reserve a space in advance. Throughout our stay, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always greeting us with a smile and clearly dedicated to making sure guests are happy. We also really enjoyed the included breakfast; the food was delicious with a wide range of options that varied slightly from day to day, which was a nice touch. Our room was both spacious and cozy, and we appreciated that the hotel provided earplugs to help with the noise from the busy street outside. Bad: The parking garage is a separate charge from the room and is cash only. While they do accept both EUR and HUF, the lack of a card payment option or the ability to charge it to the room is quite inconvenient.

It's a nice hotel. The location is great, right in the city center. The rooms are pretty, very modern just like the lobby. Breakfast was okay. The only remark I have is that we had a room facing the street, which had a lovely view, but it was very, very noisy. The windows do not keep out the sounds of the street at all. Police and ambulance sirens could be heard LOUDLY in the room, and there are sirens all day in Budapest. If you can't handle noise, make sure to ask for a room not facing the street. Overall I had a good stay.

The personnel was very helpful and the hotel had good access to public transportation. Bad: Everything was as promised. Since the hotel is located on a central road in Budapest, some noise was expected, but it was nothing dramatic. However, the room did come with earplugs for light sleepers.

離火車站很近但是非常安靜，坐火車在匈牙利旅行必選。房間寬大舒適，在冬日裏暖氣很足，是十幾天歐洲旅行中唯一有暖氣片的房間，非常滿意。早餐種類齊全，還有亞洲口味的食物區，雖然大醬湯更適合韓國人，但是對酒店的安排非常滿意。

Good: Pulito e personale molto amable. Bad: La nostra camera si affacciava sulla strada principale e di notte c'era molto traffico e rumore. Ti danno i tappi per le orecchie, ma se sei sensibile ai rumori, farai fatica a dormire.

Good: Bastante limpo e a cama era muito confortável adoramos. Bad: A localização não é boa, longe do centro e num bairro um pouco desconfortável apesar de ter o metro perto. Infelizmente logo à chegada não fomos bem recebidos pelo porteiro da noite.

Good: Personnel très professionnel (et merci à ceux qui ont fait l'effort de nous parler en français). Chambre bien équipée, literie confortable. Hôtel très propre. Magnifique petit-déjeuner, très varié et très généreux. Prix très correct. Bad: La salle de bain assez petite. La chaleur dans la chambre même avec le chauffage coupé (23°C). Bruit extérieur lié aux installations (comme une soufflerie issue du chauffage de l'immeuble, de la ventilation ou de la machinerie des ascenseurs ?)

We were an organized group of students of different ages and stayed at this hotel through the tourism agency from Kosovo, “DITA.” The entire group of 24 people was extremely satisfied with our stay. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the breakfast was very good and sufficient. The hotel’s location is excellent — very close to the urban bus station, which takes you to the city center for only €1.35, and on the way back the bus stop is right in front of the hotel. In addition, the hotel is located about 1,000 meters from the ARENA MALL shopping center, which makes it very convenient for visitors. Overall, everything was perfect and the experience was very positive. We highly recommend this hotel for groups, students, or anyone looking for comfort, a great location, and quality service.

En recepción nos ayudaron a solicitar un taxi para ir al aeropuerto y en menos de 5 minutos ya estaba listo. Bad: En nuestra habitación las ventanas no aislaban bien, se oía todo el ruido de la calle. Fue incómodo porque es una avenida con mucho tráfico, constantemente pasaban ambulancias y coches de policía. Es lo único negativo que puedo destacar de nuestra estancia.

Good: Buona posizione per visitare la citta’, siana piedi che con inmezzi pubblici. Colazione ottima, una delle migliori che abbiamo fatto. Personale molto gentile e recpetion 24/7 Bad: Il bagno della camera era un po’ piccolino, frigo bar vuoto. Le finestre dell la stanza hanno vetri sottili per cui si sente molto il traffico!

Good: The location is a very strong point, easily accessible, by metro, bus, and train as well. The breakfast had a good variety, with continental and typical Hungarian dishes as well, it was delicious. The blackout curtains really made a difference, with a comfortable bed. Bathroom was also spotless. I would highlight the bartender, who was knowledgeable, and super friendly. early check in and check out was also possible, staff was flexible. Bad: I would just improve the communication about the late check out. The front desk confirmed the late check-out until 12:00. However the cleaning lady came to the room at 10:30, asked me what time I am going leave ( this was even before the official check-out time). Around 11:00, I received a call from the front desk, asking about the check-out, apparently the morning shift did not get the note.

Very nice hotel. Breakfast was excellent and room was nice and clean. Staff were police and helpfull. Recomended! :)

Good: Привітна адміністрація. Гарно, зручно, чисто. Сніданок - смачний. Все переважно сподобалось Bad: Шумоізоляції не має. Чути було що відбувається на вулиці. ( сирени переважно) І як щось шумить цілу ніч, може машинки пральні. З внутрішнього дворику. Але готель дає беруші які вже лежать в номері.

Good: Comfortable and spacious room with all necessary amenities; breakfast was good; friendly staff. Bad: It's not very close to the city centre, but there's plenty of public transportation nearby; the breakfast was the same every day, it could vary more.

A nice experience. I was there for two nights. The first night I could not sleep because there was a strange noise outside in the courtyard area. I asked to be moved to a quieter room for the second night, which was very quiet. The reception staff were very helpful with the move. The hotel is very close to the beautiful New York cafe and on the Big Bus route so handy for sight seeing. I would stay there again. As a lone traveller, I felt safe there. The bathroom was spotless.

Good: Big lobby with a lot of light. There is a spot for taxi near entrance. Stuff are really friendly. I called room service and they delivered bottle of wine and 2 coffee pretty fast. Also coffee were good. The place is fully pet friendly. We travelled with pug. Bad: From parking there is no elevator only stairs to lobby, so be ready if you carry big bags. Also if you are smoking, in hotel there is no place for it but there is a spot near entrance.

Hotel pulito e personale molto disponibile e cordiale. Il primo giorno ci siamo accorti che la finestra della nostra camera non si chiudeva bene ed entrava aria fredda e di conseguenza era impossibile riscaldarla. Dopo aver fatto notare questo inconveniente hanno subito provveduto a cambiarci la camera (fortunatamente avevano ancora camere disponibili per il periodo da noi prenotato). Si sono dimostrati molto disponibili anche ad indicarci le vie migliori per raggiungere determinati luoghi. Hanno potuto anche prenotarci l’entrata alle Terme Szechenyi (abbiamo pagato alla reception). Nel complesso è un ottima struttura, pulita, centrale e ben fornita.

Nebolo tam telové mlieko, odlicovacie tampóny a vatove tyčinky do uši, co je v iných hoteloch bežným štandardom.
