Très bon séjour ! L'hôtel est idéalement situé, les chambres sont modernes, propres et confortables. Le petit-déjeuner est un vrai coup de cœur : un buffet varié avec des produits de qualité. Le personnel est toujours souriant, disponible et très professionnel. Suite à l'annulation de notre vol, l'équipe a trouvé une solution à notre problème de réservation, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Le seul petit point d'amélioration serait l'ajout d'un espace buanderie. Sinon, tout était parfait. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésiter ! 😉

Obiekt niepozorny, lecz faktycznie duży. Spełnił moje oczekiwania. Klimatyzacja działała bez zarzutu (trafiłem na temperatury rzędu 40 stopni C). W obiekcie wieczorem i w nocy cicho (pokój od strony wewnętrznej). Pozdrawiam personel . Osobiście polecam. 8+/10

Good: Location was great and well kept hotel Bad: Price was just over the top since champions league was in town. The premium was just taking advantage of the situation.

Good: Perfect location, comfortable bed and super friendly employees from the start at the door, the reception and the breakfast staff were amazing. The room is very spacious and super clean. Only one downside that there is no sign for do not disturb or do not clean my room. I informed the front desk to inform the housekeeping to not clean my room, but they cleaned it anyway. Would be handy to have the sign to avoid the same issue from happening in the future. I will definitely come back.

Good: Everything was fine, staff was friendly. Hotel is clean and close to the metro station. Bad: The room we were given in the first place had a street view and we could hear everything. We asked for a room swap, they were out of standard rooms for a swap but we've been offer to upgrade the room for a very good price and it was worth it. They happily helped and it was fast.

Sonst war alles top.

職員友善，check in時，職員特別問了想要安靜房間還是街景房間，因為我們都不是怕嘈的人，所以選了臨街的房間，上到房意外地聽不到車聲，住了3晚只間中聽到救護車警號聲，隔音做得很好！ 缺點是最近酒店的地鐵出口(Exit N)沒有電梯，只可以行樓梯。另外，我們住的房間出lift後都有4級樓梯，但對於我們來說不是問題。 街景很好，房間夠大，有浴缸，冷氣充足，交通方便，附近有地鐵站，巴士站，整體十分推薦👍🏻。

早餐餐廳非常寬敞食物種類也整潔和多，服務員態度非常好。房間整潔，但只有供應一次免費水。酒店好大早點周邊好多食肆方便去地鐵站好近搭地鐵出口記住係N exist 才近酒店。

服務人員態度很好，地點離Keleti車站很近，搭公車去主要景點也非常方便。早餐選擇也蠻多的，但住了三晚每天的品項都一樣，建議日後應該還是要有些變化。

酒店位置不錯，但是checkin時間卡得太緊了，必須2點以後才能checkin，我們1點到了，説是有房可以入住，但是要付20歐才能提前入住……！在大堂坐了一個小時等到時間才能checkin 很無語

Good: Localizado em um ponto bem estratégico da cidade, vários meios de transporte nos deixavam perto do hotel. Equipe atenciosa e educada. Café da manhã maravilhoso. Bad: Meu edredom estava um pouco sujo de sangue, mas trocaram assim que eu avisei ao camareiro. Além disso, percebi que não lavaram a banheira todos os dias.

位置真的很方便，鄰近地鐵站、巴士站，想去哪逛都有交通去到。 房間大致上都算整潔，但毛巾和被單上有些微殘漬，這點需要改善一下，酒店位於主要道路，警車和救護車路過鳴笛都很吵耳，酒店有提供耳塞，但我不怕吵耳塞也沒用上，早餐也不錯的，另外酒店服務員也很用心為客人服務！

Excepcional,habitación auper amplia,cómoda y muy limpia (todos los días). Desayuno estupendo en calidad ya que hay de todo y muy fresco. Personal muy amable. Un hotel estupendo cerca de todo pues tiene la estación del tren y metro justo en frente y varias paradaa de bús cercanas que facilican mucho la movilidad por Budapest. Good: Good location, a big and diverse selection of food for breakfast. Very attentive staff. The room was quite spatious and comfortable. There was even a small fridge in the room. Bad: The windows weren't noise-proof, so you could hear a lot of traffic noise in the room. + some fine details, for instance the water was draining way too slowly through the bathroom drains.

Good: Recepția a fost curată, primitoare cu un personal foarte bine calificat. Camerele sunt bine dotate, spațioase și cu tot ce ai nevoie la îndemână. Micul dejun a fost diversificat și bogat.

Good: Camera molto bella. Ottima la pulizia e buona la posizione. Colazione continentale abbondante. Vicinissima alle fermate di metro e bus. Bad: Ottima l’insonorizzazione all’interno dell’edificio (tra camere); le vetrate della camera purtroppo filtrano poco il rumore del traffico cittadino.

Good: Amplasarea hotelului e într-o zonă foarte bine conectată la punctele de interes din oraș, aproape de stații de metrou si de autobuz. În plus, sunt multe magazine în jur + gară. Personalul a fost extrem de amabil, camera foarte curată. Per total, am fost chiar foarte mulțumiți, recomand! Bad: Din punctul meu de vedere, singurul minus îl constituie faptul că hotelul se află lângă o șosea principală, iar zgomotul mașinilor se aude în cameră - însă cei de la hotel pun la dispoziție dopuri de urechi. Pentru mine nu a fost ceva neapărat deranjant, dar e un aspect de luat un calcul pentru persoanele care sunt sensibile la zgomote atunci când vine vorba de somn.

Good: Excellent customer service. The room was clean and well-equipped. The subway and bus stops were right on the doorstep, making it very easy and convenient to get around the city. The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of options and everything was delicious. I also appreciated the luggage storage service after the check-out - very helpful if your flight is in the evening. Bad: Nothing to complain about.

Good: Overall, we had a nice stay at the hotel. The breakfast offers a lot of variety and everything we tried was good. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was polite and helpful. We had a room facing the inner courtyard, which wasn't the best view, but on the plus side, it was very quiet. I saw a lot of reviews mentioning traffic noise, and we didn't have that issue at all. We also reserved a parking space. When we arrived at the garage, someone greeted us immediately, and the whole check-in and payment process was quick and easy. The hotel is not far from the city center, and it's within walking distance of Puskas Arena, which was very convenient since we were in Budapest for a concert. The room was pretty quiet, we didn't hear anything from other rooms. Bad: The only thing we didn't like was having to leave our car key to the staff in the garage. I got the impression that the garage might have been overbooked.

Good: Hotel: amazing, looks pretty newly renovated. Probably the biggest hotel room that we had until now, the room was also pretty clean and modern. Location: pretty close to city centre, also a metro station very close, near the main train station. Breakfast: pretty varied and tasty, there was mostly nothing missing, maybe some pancakes 😅. First time seeing a honey comb in a hotel, cool idea. Staff: the Reception was very friendly and helpful, great English. HSK did their job good, we never saw them, great timing every day. Also, the waiters helped us find a table when needed, they were kind and helpful. Bad: Probably the only thing to complain about is that if the hotel is fully booked, you might have to wait for a table, if you're not there early enough.

Good: Muy buena ubicación, está al lado de la estación de Keleti y tomando el M2 en unos minutos estabas en la zona más turística de la ciudad. Bad: La habitación quizás no estaba tan bien insonorizada y se escuchaba bastante el exterior, pero tampoco es que molestase tanto.
