Good: All the comfort and privacy of a standard hotel but with an amazing breakfast!!! Bad: The noise from street nearby.

Good: The hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable, and it really felt cozy and welcoming during the New Year period — a lovely place to feel at home while celebrating. I especially want to thank Daria. Even though she didn’t check us in, she was incredibly helpful, warm, and attentive. Her kindness and positive energy truly added to the festive, home-like atmosphere and made our stay even more special. Thank you for making our New Year stay so pleasant!

Good: Central location, just a few minutes from the train station and 25 minutes walk to the city centre. The hotel has a spacious lobby woth bar and comfortable seating, a large restaurant and clean comfortable rooms Bad: For the purposes of my stay in Budapest, the hotel was perfect.

Good: This hotel is amazing. The stuff is super friendly and helping. The location is great, right across the Keleti train station and a 30 min walk to st. Stephan cathedral. The rooms are big and clean and the breakfast spread is amazing. Also, the parking garage is great and can be accessed from the hotel once you leave the car in it. Bad: I have nothing to complain about. It was an amazing stay.

Bad: “Unfortunately the room was very noisy as the window faced a very busy road and the windows were not double glazed. The room was also a little cold. Cleaning was minimal, with only towel changes and only done when requested. The hotel is quite far from the city centre, although the metro is nearby and only three stops away.”

Good: Everything about the hotel is perfect, Location, service and staff. The room was so big and comfortable.

Good: This is a nice hotel and not really far from sights in Pest and manageable to/ from the metro. Breakfast is excellent with lots of choice and since it's buffet style there is as much as you need to eat. Rooms were good, but the hotel is on a every busy road and so the rooms at the front side suffer from a lot of traffic noise. We are not used to this and asked to moved to the other side which the staff were able to do and were very nice about it. In fact the staff were very friendly and helpful in all cases. Bad: Traffic noise at all hours, if your room is at the front of the hotel. Worse still ambulance sirens very frequently and very loud. The courtyard facing rooms are fine though.

Good: Hotel is clean and well organize . As you can see in the entrance ! Definetly recommendable .Worth the price .Staff are nice .Thank you for my 3 nights stays! Happy New year!!!

The hotel had a wonderful ambience and encouraged visitors to stay longer and relax after a long day of city exploring. Bad: No complaints. There were some rowdy guests, but that is hardly the fault of the management and staff.

Good: The hotel is very easy to access by car and offers the convenience of an on-site parking garage, provided you reserve a space in advance. Throughout our stay, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always greeting us with a smile and clearly dedicated to making sure guests are happy. We also really enjoyed the included breakfast; the food was delicious with a wide range of options that varied slightly from day to day, which was a nice touch. Our room was both spacious and cozy, and we appreciated that the hotel provided earplugs to help with the noise from the busy street outside. Bad: The parking garage is a separate charge from the room and is cash only. While they do accept both EUR and HUF, the lack of a card payment option or the ability to charge it to the room is quite inconvenient.

It's a nice hotel. The location is great, right in the city center. The rooms are pretty, very modern just like the lobby. Breakfast was okay. The only remark I have is that we had a room facing the street, which had a lovely view, but it was very, very noisy. The windows do not keep out the sounds of the street at all. Police and ambulance sirens could be heard LOUDLY in the room, and there are sirens all day in Budapest. If you can't handle noise, make sure to ask for a room not facing the street. Overall I had a good stay.

Good: Good value for money. The room was very clean, modern, fully equipped, and the bed extraordinary comfortable. The personnel was very helpful and the hotel had good access to public transportation. Bad: Everything was as promised. Since the hotel is located on a central road in Budapest, some noise was expected, but it was nothing dramatic. However, the room did come with earplugs for light sleepers.

We were an organized group of students of different ages and stayed at this hotel through the tourism agency from Kosovo, “DITA.” The entire group of 24 people was extremely satisfied with our stay. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the breakfast was very good and sufficient. The hotel’s location is excellent — very close to the urban bus station, which takes you to the city center for only €1.35, and on the way back the bus stop is right in front of the hotel. In addition, the hotel is located about 1,000 meters from the ARENA MALL shopping center, which makes it very convenient for visitors. Overall, everything was perfect and the experience was very positive. We highly recommend this hotel for groups, students, or anyone looking for comfort, a great location, and quality service.

Good: The location is a very strong point, easily accessible, by metro, bus, and train as well. The breakfast had a good variety, with continental and typical Hungarian dishes as well, it was delicious. The blackout curtains really made a difference, with a comfortable bed. Bathroom was also spotless. I would highlight the bartender, who was knowledgeable, and super friendly. early check in and check out was also possible, staff was flexible. Bad: I would just improve the communication about the late check out. The front desk confirmed the late check-out until 12:00. However the cleaning lady came to the room at 10:30, asked me what time I am going leave ( this was even before the official check-out time). Around 11:00, I received a call from the front desk, asking about the check-out, apparently the morning shift did not get the note.

Good: Comfortable and spacious room with all necessary amenities; breakfast was good; friendly staff. Bad: It's not very close to the city centre, but there's plenty of public transportation nearby; the breakfast was the same every day, it could vary more.

A nice experience. I was there for two nights. The first night I could not sleep because there was a strange noise outside in the courtyard area. I asked to be moved to a quieter room for the second night, which was very quiet. The reception staff were very helpful with the move. The hotel is very close to the beautiful New York cafe and on the Big Bus route so handy for sight seeing. I would stay there again. As a lone traveller, I felt safe there. The bathroom was spotless.

Good: Location good. Near to Metro. Breakfast really good lots of choice and good time frame. Staff are lovely and helpful. Disappointed that there is no evening meal served in the dining room any more (my husband and I stayed regularly there years ago when it was table service). The little Bistro is good though but the bar closes at 10.00pm which I think is early for a hotel. Bad: Evening meals no longer served in dining room. No drinks served after 10.00pm is quite early for a hotel. Police car sirens are continually sounding.

Good: Room was gorgeous, spacious and clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful- they answered all of our questions and even booked the Hop On Hop Off bus for us (super handy as there is a stop right next to the hotel). Location is great with a supermarket across the road and easy access to the city centre. Bad: Unfortunately the Wi-Fi in the room we were in was quite weak. This was fine for us as we were mainly using the room to sleep and shower but might hinder someone who needs to work there. Wifi was perfect in lobby and shared spaces though.

The hotel met our needs. Recently renovated. Our room was a bit "cozy". Super friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Parking under the building. Public transportation hub nearby. Also craft beer close by. Will consider staying there again because of the location.

Location is excellent a located right next to Keleti train station for easy city access Service and amenities were good, standard hotel amenities and services, staff can speak english and are very nice and friendly. We would like to thank you very much for everything – I can only recommend your hotel! We stayed at Hungaria with my colleagues during a business trip and truly enjoyed our time there. The hotel is very clean and modern, with comfortable (and wonderfully soft) beds and plenty of space in the room. The reception staff were always friendly and smiling, which made us feel very welcome. The only small thing we missed was a bigger mug for tea at breakfast :-) We would be very happy to return again!

I often take trains to/from Keleti and this hotel is walkable (even with heavy luggage) from the train station. The staff are very eager to help you with your needs. The breakfast is fabulous. Transportation options are all very close by. The hotel has a “Hungarian feel” and I really like that about it.

Good: It’s clean and comfortable. Location is close to public transport. There is street parking nearby though it can be hard to find a space sometimes. The staff is very nice including the cleaning staff. Bad: You cannot ask for an iron, you need to go to the first floor if you need to iron something which can be inconvenient. WiFi connection was not great sometimes for video call but otherwise fine.

Good: Modern, clean rooms with all the common amenities of a larger hotel. Very comfortable and large beds. Great that it’s so close to the main train station. The hotel checked us in easily late at night after our flight, and at the other end, held our bags for a few hours after checkout. Bad: Not a huge issue, but rooms don’t have an iron. To use ironing facilities, you need to go to a dedicated ironing room.
