Good: Super diverse breakfast, from traditional dishes to satisfy our curiosity to international dishes that everyone likes, great value, great food. The room was HUGE, and even though we were right next to the road passage bridge the noise was not a problem. The bed was comfy, the bathroom well equipped and cozy. The proximity to public transportation is also great They have luggage storage so you don't have to spend your last day carrying the suitcase all over Budapest.

Here for a night amd day. Lovely food. Service was great and beds were like marshmallows. Close to the Metro four stops your in centre budabest using the the yellow single ticket box was so quick

Good: Very good guide who booked our bus ticket. & gave good instructions thanks to young guy. We reached early. But don’t need to wait, very good clean our superior comfort room. So neat & tidy. Bad: If they have good restaurants for evening is good. Dont need to go out.

Old but refurnished hotel with basic facilities. Buffet spread is limited. Best view of the city. Unfortunately very loud outside noice made it difficult to sleep

Good: I am staying in this hotel for the second time. It met all my needs an made my stay comfortable. The metro station is right across the street, and the city center is also within walking distance, around 15-20 minutes on foot. The staff were very frendly and helpful. The hotel also offers a garage that you need to reserve. Bad: /

Good: Good buffet breakfast and an excellent location. Reasonably priced food at the bar. Bad: For a superior room it was smaller than expected. The main street at the front was quite noisy, day and night, even on the 7th floor.

The towels are a bit old and the pillows provided were too soft and small.

Good: My first choice hotel in Budapest. The staff are friendly and helpful. The check in was quick and easy. The breakfast has a wide range of choices, although there wasnt any bacon available during my stay. Bad: Nothing.

I didn’t stay here, just walked through and at the time I needed to print train ticket (it’s crazy you can’t show your electronic ticket), so I asked if I could print there and they were so kind and polite to help me with it. Loved the space also, cosy and light all around. Just nice! Many-many thanks to Anett❤️

THE BIGGEST THING IS I LIKE THE LOCATION

Good: We got a junior suite, in general it was very good, the bedroom, however, was a bit too small. There was no room even for the regular chair. Location is very good, it is not very central, but the transportation (numerous bus lines and metro in almost immediate proximity, train station in about 300m) makes it very convenient to get to virtually to any part of the city. The breakfast was diverse, fresh and of a good quality - excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and responded positively and constructively to any request.

Good: Nice room but noisy at night facing a big street with 24/7 heavy traffic, ambulance sirens etc. Nice breakfast meals available in the bar late at night. Friendly luggage service. Comfortable beds. Very good location near the main railway station.

Good: Excellent property. When I first saw it from the railway station I must admit I thought what on earth did I book, but once I came through the reception that changed. Very nice. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Being of a certain age, I had asked for a quiet room, which I got. Room was beautiful with a good bed, a very comfortable armchair, nice and clean, and nice and clean bathroom. Happy to stay here again. Easy to get around with Budapest-Keleti railway- and Metro station just 5-6 mins walk away. Lots of busses and tramlines.

The stay was average. It was not easy to find a quite room but it is understandable as it's in city center.

Good: We had a beautiful large historical room overlooking the Main Street. The view was really nice and we enjoyed our stay. Right infront of the hotel there is a tram stop and the tram takes you to the city center in 10 mins. Bad: While the historical element of the room was beautiful in appearance; it came with some down sides of some items needing to be better maintained. Using the Warderobe came with distracting sound and it was dusty from inside because it does not close well. Also the seat infront of the mirror needed some blacksmithing. We also found a big spider in the room and we requested the room to be cleaned and that was handled by the hotel team

When we first got into the hotel, it gave some sort of expensive vibes, which was for us totally unexpected. The staff was super nice and polite, actually they gave us tips to “survive” in Budapest!! It was a normal room, which we were expecting more of it - especially after seeing the entrance!! The area around the hotel was a bit dangerous during the night, so be careful! It has a bunch of restaurants and supermarkets around which made our lives very easy. During the time we stayed at the hotel, we noticed that the streets around the hotel were most likely the main ones because the traffic was horrendous!! At night was the worst, full of car noise and sirens - not the hotel’s fault of course! Honestly, I would stay here again! Near the metro, bus and tram stops - like everything is near us!

Good: Great Breakfast

Bad: If your room is next to the street, it’s a bit noisy even when the windows are closed

Good: Good location, very good breakfast, hop on-hop off bus station in front, metro 100m, great Italian restaurant 100m, parking Bad: Too much noise from the main street

The hotel wasn’t ready for the amount of guests and they simply ran out of food in the dining room on my first breakfast. I wouldn’t stay there again, but I would not take the breakfast. Other than that, the room was perfectly clean, location is 200 meters from a subway.

Good: The interior, the rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff goes above and beyond to help with anything. Light switch was not working properly in the bathroom and they fixed it right away. Our friends stayed at a different hotel nearby without parking and reception arranged for us so that our friends could use the hotel's parking garage. Super helpful and kind. Everyone spoke perfect English.

I had a wonderful stay here at Hotel Hungaria I got a junior suit but I found it a little bit cramped for 2 adults and a child so I asked could we upgrade to a suit and the suit was perfect it was so spacious with a double bed and a single bed for my son there was so much storage for our clothes drawers wardrobe space and shelving we went for level 1 for the traffic cancelling windows which helped so much.....the staff couldn't have been more helpful and the room was spotless after we came back from our adventures in Budapest i would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing hotel experience

Good: The location is amazing, very close to keleti and the services were good Bad: We got it at a booking discount so the price was reasonable, but the actual price is a bit expensive.. although it's worth it considering the quality

So if I evaluated the level of cleaning in her room, it would have been perfect. But in our room it was not that good unfortunately 🤷🏻‍♀️

Before checking in we realized we left one of our cell phones in a taxi. The hotel receptionist was most helpful, professional and caring to assist us investigating which of the many taxi services around to find the driver, call him and coordinate retrieving our irreplaceable phone. Hotel room, staff, breakfast meal and general services were impeccable. The hotel staff gave us the warmth of enjoying this wonderful city. Many thanks and greatest of gratitude.
