Good: I loved the very large and comfortable lobby and the amazing room view on the Keleti Railway station from my 7th floor. Breakfast hall was very large and the food was quite good, with lot of salted food options but very limited in terms of sweets (only some pastries and no cakes at all). Metro station was almost attached to the Hotel! Bad: Even if at the 7th floor, room was too noisy because of the outdoor traffic cars noise. the bathroom was too small and when you opened the door it hit the bathtub and you couldn't move comfortably.

落地住的第一家酒店，他們家的早餐很好吃，整體來這樣給五份應該不算過分，因為目前我住的這些酒店裡麪他們家提供了一次運用品還是比較多的

Good: Personal amabil, am avut și parcarea rezervata in prealabil, totul a decurs foarte ușor, am putut plăti și în euro la parcare, aviz pentru cei care tranzitează. Curățenie în cameră. Voi reveni și în viitor tot aici. Bad: Nu este negativ doar că nu am putut pleca mai devreme de ora 6, parcarea fiind închisă, am vrut sa evit aglomerația de dimineață din oraș și centură. Oricum am fost mulțumit.

Good: Very nice comfortable hotel in a convenient location. The room was very spacious with good facilities - a bath and a fridge. Very good for business or leisure travellers.

Good: 1. Hotel provided a safe storage room for our bags for the morning we'd arrived prior to check-in time - we could store our luggage before exploring the city. 2. Overall experience from check-in, the room, to check-out were completely adequate. 3. Proximity to train station is excellent, just a short 5-or-so minute walk 4. Room comes with complementary tea & coffee sachets Bad: 1. Our room's carpeted floor looked like it had some deep-set stains, but it was not to the point to cause me discomfort; Could have just been frayed stitching or the sort - it hadn't bothered me enough to inspect closely. 2. The underground passage leading from hotel to train station can be a little dim and shady at night, sometimes with a group of loiterers. Can be a little alerting, but we hadn't faced any problems during the times we'd passed by as a group of men. Above-ground alternative entries to train station are available for the wary.

Good: Hotel vrelo odporúčame👍🏻 personál bol veľmi milý, ústretový,ochotný a vždy usmiaty. Raňajky boli bohaté a veľmi chutné. Hotel sa sa nachádza blízko centra, takže je ľahké dostať sa kamkoľvek.

酒店就在高架橋邊上，靠近馬路那側的房間會比較吵。嘴邊有個大型購物中心，馬路對面有地鐵中轉站可以去河邊。總體性價比可以，早餐也算豐富

Non male come albergo , posizionato vicino alla stazione, forse la stanza troppo rumorosa nonostante la distanza dalla strada ma si sentono i rumori anche delle stanze vicine , comunque per praticità e prezzo lo consiglio.

Good: Πολύ εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό στη ρεσεψιόν. Πολύ καλό κλίμα φιλοξενίας. Ανταποκρίθηκαν σε όλα μας τα αιτήματα. Ωραίο δωμάτιο, καθαρό, άνετο. Πολύ εύκολη πρόσβαση σε όλα τα αξιοθέατα. Εξαιρετική σχέση ποιότητας τιμής. Ευχάριστη έκπληξη το cooling station με cucumber water, lemon water και φρούτα. Bad: Πολύ κακή υπηρεσία καθαριότητας. Έμπαιναν στο δωμάτιο χωρίς τη συναίνεση μας. Καμία μέρά δεν κρεμάσαμε ο πράσινο καρτελάκι με το οποίο ζητάει ο πελάτης να καθαριστεί το δωμάτιο, αλλά αυτό δεν τους σταμάτησε. Την 1η μέρα έστρωσαν τα κρεβάτια αλλά βρήκαμε τις πυτζάμες μας πεταμένες στο κομοδίνο και στη καρέκλα. Από τη 2η μέρα κ μετά στρώναμε μόνοι μας τα κρεβάτια για να αποφύγουμε την κακομεταχείριση των ρούχων μας. Παρόλα αυτά έμπαιναν και έστρωναν ξανά αλλά δεν πετούσαν τις πυτζάμες από εδώ και εκει. Το άδειο μπουκάλι από το νερό με το οποίο μας καλωσόρισε το ξενοδοχείο, δεν το μάζεψαν ποτέ, όπως και μια διάφανη σακούλα με σκουπίδια την οποία τελικά απορρίψαμε μόνοι μας (4 ημέρες διαμονή). Την τελευταία μέρα δεν άφησαν χαρτί τουαλέτας κ σαπούνι για χέρια παρόλο που είχαν τελειώσει και έπρεπε να τα ζητήσουμε από την ρεσεψιόν.

Good: Hotel w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Dojazd w dowolne miejsce miasta tramwajem lub metrem bardzo wygodnie przy użyciu miejskiej aplikacji. W samym hotelu czysto, przestronnie i przyjemnie. Smaczne śniadania, choć trochę monotonne. Pokoje czyste i wygodne. Dostępny parking podziemny, dodatkowo płatny i trzeba zarezerwować z wyprzedzeniem bo niezbyt duży i jest też dosyć ciasno. Personel parkingu nieco obcesowy i trzeba uprzejmie z nimi rozmawiać, preferują gotówkę. Dodatkowo parking nie jest otwarty całą dobę. Bad: Nieco obcesowa obsługa parkingu.

Good: Blisko do metra którym dało się dostać wszędzie. W pobliżu sklep też na ogromny plus. Czysto w pokoju, przemiła obsługa. Dodatkowo rozsądna jakość ceny do standardu. Hotel piękny i zadbany.

Good: Personalul foarte amabil. Am întâmpinat o problema cu scurgerea din baie si ne-au oferit o alta camera. Camerele au fost pe partea liniștită (interioara) a hotelului. Micul dejun bogat si variat. Camerele curate si spațioase.

Good: Colazione al buffet fantastica. Pulizia della camera ottima. Il servizio in generale presso la struttura è organizzato ed efficiente. Il persoale tutto si è dimostrato molto cortese ed efficiente Bad: La camera affaccia su un grande incrocio, trafficatissimo a tutte le ore, anche quelle notturne. In camera erano a disposizione dei tappi per le orecchie, ma non sono stati necessari in quanto ho alloggiato al 7° piano.

Good: Bardzo czysty hotel. Dobra lokalizacja i świetne warunki jak na tą cenę. Przewyższał nasze oczekiwania. Bardzo miła obsługa. Polecam.

Good: Η ευγένεια και η προθυμία του προσωπικού, το άνετο και καθαρό δωμάτιο, καθώς και η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου κοντά στο κέντρο και στον σταθμό μετρό. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Bad: Δεν υπήρχαν σεντόνια για να σκεπαστείς παρά μόνο παπλώματα. Με την ζέστη που είχε στην Βουδαπέστη αυτό ήταν πρόβλημα.

Good: Good and clean stay, very close to central train station, outside of the city centre, about 30mins walk into city Bad: Could be loud with police sirens all the time

Good: Hotel was very near to Keleti Palyaudvar station. The staff go the extra mile to help. Imre on reception is a legend- nothing is too much trouble , he will sort it. Bad: Vending machine with water in was broken on floor 7. The bar closes at approximately 10pm which is quite early.

Good: Sehr gutes zentral gelegenes Hotel und auch sehr sauber. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bad: Am Waschbecken spritzt das Wasser um die Gegend weil Verbindungsstück undicht ist aber hat mich nicht großartig gestört.

Good: Clean, comfort and renovated room. Close to city centre. Bad: Ventilation / aircondinioner system of the building made enough noise all the night and we couldn't sleep well.

Good: Posizione ottima per muoversi in città, pulizia della camera molto buona e lo staff è molto gentile. Bad: Avevamo la camera sul lato della strada e purtroppo di notte si sentiva spesso la sirena dell'ambulanza o della polizia che faceva veramente tanto rumore e ci svegliava spesso. Capisco che non è un problema che l'hotel può risolvere per questo la mia recensione è comunque positiva. Consiglio comunque a chi ha il sonno leggero di tenerlo in considerazione.

The service of this hotel is very good, and the location is very convenient for public transportation. It may be because of the long time of creation that some facilities are somewhat aging, but they are still highly recommended.

Un albergo di vero 4 stelle. Noi abbiamo alloggiato per 4 notti. Tutto pulito, ben organizzato. Siamo stati con un ragazzo de 11 anni ed è stato perfetto. Abbiamo avuto una junior suite ed e stata sufficiente. Posso dire che jo sentito la mancanza di un pettine o di uno spazzolino al arrivo., ma in zona ci sono dei negozi dove abbiamo risolto velocemente il problema. Essendo estate nel lobby del albergo c'è stato quasi sempre aqua al limone a disposizione, senza nessun costo extra. Molto vicino alla Metro e alla stazione ferroviaria. Davanti al albergo c'è anche una stazione del bus. Come posizione è abbastanza centrale. Ce parcheggio custodito al interno del albergo a pagamento, ma non è tutto costoso. Tutti parlano l'inglese perfettamente. Tutto sommato una bella esperienza.

Good: Breakfast option was great, there was lots to choose from, hot and cold! At peak times (I went on a bank holiday) it did take the kitchen staff a while to top things up but that was to be expected given how busy the weekend was. Staff were super helpful with any question or concern you had. We had breakfast to take away on our last morning as we had an early flight (basic-sandwiches, granola bar and water) but appreciated it nonetheless, we just pre arranged it 24 hours before. Staff were even helpful enough to arrange taxi so we could get to the airport. We really enjoyed our stay and would 100% recommended and stay here again. Location was perfect! close to the train statin and buses run from right outside the hotel including the hop-on-hop off tour bus. Also felt safe at night Bad: AC didnt work in our room, it was really hot! (august!) the windows do open very wide! this helped with breeze but definitely a cause for concern if you have kids unattended as the windows have no safety latch. Outside of that no complaints

Nyaralni, kikapcsolódni érkeztünk. Nagyon kényelmes, hangulatos szobát kaptunk.

Good: A hotel remek volt, nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. Csendes szobát kértünk és valóban csendes volt, nagyon jól aludtunk, az ágyak nagyon kényelmesek voltak nekem és 11 éves fiamnak. A reggeli széles választékú volt és nagyon finom. A személyzet nagyon kedves volt, mindent megoldottak, professzionálisan, akármi felmerült. A bár kellemes hangulatú és finom volt a citromtorta. Egyértelműen 5 csillagot adunk, inkább 10-et :-) Itt éreztünk magunkat a legjobban a magyar hotelek között. Biztonságban, kényelmesen, nagyon rendezett és kitűnő tisztaságú szobában. A cukorkák a recepcóinál és a reggelizőben nagyon finom mentásak voltak :) Kriszti és fia Bad: Nem volt ilyen.

Good: La pozitione .( vicino alla metro e la fermata di bus che è proprio davanti. Con nr 126, 5 ….si arriva in centro) 2 bagni Bad: Al arrivo in camera abbiamo trovato lo sporco per terra.(abbiamo sperato che il giorno dopo gli avrebbe tolto in quanto erano delle belle manche di sporco sul parche, ma niente abbiamo dovuto solicitare la reception) Mancanza della spazzola in una di 2 bagni ( che secondo me è molto importante 🤪) Mancanza del cestino in uno di 2 bagni . Le pulizie giornaliere sono molto scarse. Non ha niente che avere con hotel di 4 stelle Trovate solo al arrivo 2 bustine dí caffè e 2 di tè dopo di che niente ( dorante al soggiorno non vengono rifornite) La mattina passano a rifare la camera presto e se ti sei in camera e vai via dopo non ripassano più a rifarlo nonostante abbiamo messo il cartello .

Good: ◾️立地 Keleti駅からの距離感は、それぞれ以下の通りです。 Budapest Keleti駅(国鉄)のエントランスから：徒歩約6分程度(450m) Keleti pályaudvar駅(メトロ2・4号線)のN出口から：徒歩約2分程度(200m) ◾️周辺施設 Budapest Keleti駅とホテルの道中には、マクドナルドやスターバックス、スーパーマーケット(Market Point)があります。 ホテルとBlaha Lujza tér駅(メトロ2号線)の道中には、中規模のスーパーマーケット(ALDI)があります。 ◾️朝食のメニューの豊富さ 多様な野菜や果物、料理がありました。 ◾️Wifiについて YouTubeやGoogleの各サービス、SNSをやるぶんには遅いと感じることはありません。 ◾️ウォーターサーバー グラウンドフロアに、日中の数時間だけウェルカムウォーターが置いてあります。 ◾️部屋に関して スーペリアツイン/スーペリアダブルルームを利用しました。 リノベーションをした部屋ということもあり、全体的に新しく綺麗です。 リネン、トイレ、洗面台、バスタブ、いずれも清潔感があります。 洗面台のアメニティとして、固形石鹸とグラス、シャワーキャップ、拡大鏡、ドライヤーがあります。 バスタブのアメニティとして、シャンプーとシャワージェルがあります。 テレビボードの上には湯沸かし器、ティーカップ、インスタントコーヒーとティーバッグがあります。 デスクにはボトルウォーターが1本サービスとして置いてあり、コンセントの他にUSB-Cプラグのコンセントもあるので、スマートフォンやタブレット、モバイルバッテリーの充電にも便利です。 他に冷蔵庫とセーフティーボックスも設置されています。 エアコンもしっかり機能していました。 ◾️BUD空港へのアクセスに関して BUD空港と市内を結ぶ100E系統のバスが発着する停留所を使うのもいいですが、時間を気にする方は、 ・ホテルの出入り口脇のタクシー予約カウンターのスタッフに相談し、タクシーやシャトルサービスを手配する。 ・Booking.com、Uber、Boltといったタクシーの配車サービスを利用する。 以上を検討しても良いと思います。 自分は朝にBUD空港からのフライトを予約していたので、Booking.comの配車サービスを利用しました。 Bad: スーペリアルームやフロント、一部の宿泊フロアはリノベーションがされていてとてもモダンです。 ただ、ホテルの外観やエレベーターは古いままで、(おそらく、スタンダードツイン/ダブルルームやそれがあるフロアは)リノベーションがされていないと思われます。 エレベーターは4機もありますが、稼働していたのは3機のみでした。

Good: Das Personal war sehr nett und die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Wir waren begeistert. In der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs. Es gibt Verbindungen mit Bus, Metro und Tram in alle Stadtteile.

Good: Polecam, wynajęłam pokój dla moich rodziców, którzy nie rozmawiają po angielsku, a mimo to Pani na recepcji starała się, dogadali się - rodzice po polsku, Pani po ukraińsku, pomogła im też z połączeniem WiFi :) czysto, schludnie, przestrzennie. Rodzice zadowoleni.
