Good: Spacious, clean, good mix of modern and traditional. Great cocktails, good breakfast, wonderful staff.

Good: Booked due to needed on site parking and was more than happy to pay the £30 to park for the 24 hours. We arrived and were told we’d had a complimentary upgrade which made one of our rare nights away even more special! Room was lovely and facilities were very good! Hair dryer, iron, kettle, Nescafé coffee machine! Everything was clean and we left saying we would definitely book again!

Very nice room for a familiy. Good condition and nice bathroom. Very friendly staff.

Good: The location was excellent for Lords. Lovely quiet clean room. Comfortable bed. Very helpful staff who couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast had plenty of choice. Bad: There was no scrambled egg had to wait a while as it had all gone.

Good: Good location, welcoming staff, spotlessly clean. Everything is done to a high standard. Good facilities, very good food. The tuna Nicoise was delicious and good value. Very wide ranging breakfast buffet, all fresh and good quality. Bad: Noisy at night with nearby raucous bar crowd though closing the window was very effective at cutting out noise. Expensive bar. Ordered a Campari and soda. Watched the bartender short measure the Campari. Got about 40ml not 50ml. Cost was £12.50. A bottle of Campari costs £18 so a mark up of almost 1000%. Excessive imho. Continental breakfast was expensive. Only wanted tea and toast but charged £14 on arrival so had fruit, cereal and croissant too! Full breakfast was £16 so better value.

Good: The hotel is very well situated near the tube and also well accessible by the National Express bus. The room was quiet, clean, and spacious. Breakfast was tasty with lots of choices. I would gladly stay there again.

Good: Location for us was prefect as we needed to be near St Johns Wood Bad: We were charged 2 adults for breakfast, but I was travelling with my 12 year old, and didn't realise until after. No big drama.

Hotelli oli erittäin siisti ja henkilökunta todella ystävällistä. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja mieluista syötävää löytyi sekä aikuisille, että lapsille. Sijainti oli ydinkeskustan ulkopuolella, mutta 10 min kävelymatkan päästä löytyi metroasemat, joten kulkeminen oli helppoa. Junarata kulki ihan hotellin alapuolelta, mutta meidän huoneeseemme ei aiheutunut mitään meluhäiriötä. Rauhallinen sijainti.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca de varias paradas de autobuses que te llevan al centro de la ciudad. La habitación muy limpia, confortable y con todo lo necesario. La atención del personal fue excepcional y el desayuno estupendo. Definitivamente regresaré a mi próximo viaje a Londres.

Good: Le personnel, le petit déjeuner, le restaurant, les équipements... Vraiment aucune déception. Tout était vraiment très bien. Le bus passe très régulièrement pour aller à Baker street. Bad: Le métro n'est pas très loin mais en fin de journée avec des enfants ça peut paraître un peu long. Baker street un peu loin à pied. Mieux vaut s'arrêter à St john's wood. 10 minutes toujours tout droit.

Localização boa em área mais residencial (zona 2) com 3 estações de metrô num raio de 10 a 15 minutos de caminhada. Ponto de ônibus praticamente na porta. Bad: O hotel possui 2 entradas. Uma numa rotatória cujo acesso aos pedestres seria mais fácil. E outra numa rua lateral com acesso um pouco pior - e é esta que estava em funcionamento.

The location, even though it has good bus connectivity, it is at about 10-15 minutes walking from Underground (St John’s Wood), which in the late evening might be too far away. 2. Why do you have a minibar if it’s empty? (Can be used as fridge for the stuff bought from the small shops nearby I guess)

Good: The hotel was clean, classy and facilities good. The staff were very helpful especially check in receptionist a real asset. Bad: Our room 206 fridge cabinet door dropping on hinge. More water in fridge and more tea and coffee needed. Main restaurant chairs very uncomfortable. The staff playing around more concerned with each other not really restaurant professional. I asked about parking on booking put off with first come first served. When I arrived saw loads of spaces. Surely we should be able to book for our stay.

Our breakfast was great loads of choice and a beautiful view to enjoy it. Bad: How hot the room was even after I contacted reception to lower it. Good: Lovely family room. Good size with comfortable beds and bar fridge, tea and coffee. Enjoyed our stay. Good location next to Regents park (beautiful in spring) Closest tube 10 minute walk but there were three buses straight out the front which took you into the centre of London. Had breakfast and a good selection, enjoyed the berry compote. Ate at the hotel one night and enjoyed our food. The teddy bears for the kids was a special touch which was appreciated. Bad: Staff at breakfast seemed board and were sometimes non attentive. To get to other restaurants you did need to walk a bit.

The hotel is 15 min walk to St John’s Wood Station-Jubilee Line. In St John’s Wood community the best burger and sole fish was at England’s Grace. The hotel arranged for taxis, helped us navigate, very helpful, delicious breakfast and very nice evening dining restaurant. Room was spacious, very nicely laid out and very comfy bed!! Highly recommend!!

Everywhere in public/ reception areas immaculate Bad: Bedroom facilities were mediocre. But bed was very comfortable. Missed having magnified mirror in bathroom. .

Good: Location is perfect, clean room and bathroom made me feel comfortable Bad: Bed was not comfortable, it was very soft than it has to be. But clean white sheets was good
