Good: D'avoir une chambre familiale en duplex et un petit déjeuner très copieux et un buffet bien fourni. Un personnel très a l'écoute. Bad: Les chambres proches de l'ascenseur sont un peu bruyantes.

Good: Établissement propre, beau, du charme. Personnel poli et très gentil. Le petit déjeuner était royal et a plu à toute la famille. On a adoré notre séjour. Bad: C'est presque ridicule mais on n'a pas réussi à utiliser la tv connecté pour accéder à nos abonnements de tv en ligne.

Good: L’hôtel et les chambres sont propres. Le petit déjeuner est bon et varié. Le quartier est calme, avec des accès immédiats aux transports (lignes de bus à 1 minute, métro à 10 minutes à pied ou à 3 minutes en bus) Bad: L’insonorisation n’est pas parfaite, on entend des bruits de chauffe-eaux (ou de ventilation) ainsi que le métro jubilee (aérien à quelques dizaines de mètres de l’hôtel). Salles de bains pas très modernes (des douches seraient souhaitables)

Good: La place que nous avions avec les 2 espaces parents/enfants séparés. Repas excellent ainsi que le rapport qualité/prix.

Good: L'hotel en lui même est impeccable de notre point de vue. L'accueil est bon, les chambres sont confortables et agréables. Nous voyagions avec un bébé et le lit parapluie a été fourni comme convenu. petit déjeuné et bar étaient aussi très agréables à fréquenter. Bad: Il faisait un peu trop chaud dans la chambre et pour ceux qui n'aiment pas dormir avec la clim ou la fenêtre ouverte, ça peut être génant. En revanche, notre chambre donnait sur la cour et donc pas de bruit

We like it as close to parks especially as we travel with a dog Bad: A little bit complicated checkin procedure - all fine but takes to long beside it is standardized - cross-check here and there and again. Good: Habitación familiar reformada comodísima para 4 personas con cafetera y hervidor. El desayuno correcto y la ubicación bien, varios buses paraban en la puerta y la parada de Baker Street estaba a 15 mins andando. Muy buena elección si vas con niños, a 5 minutos hay un parque con columpios en Regents Park

Great hotel good staff

Good: Breakfast was good with multiple selections of food for everyone. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is near regents park which was were we wanted to stay. If you want to see the main shopping areas and points of interest, there was a bus stop just outside the hotel. Bad: Proximity to the subway system, a pretty long walk to the nearest subway (there was a bus stop just outside the hotel that'd take you to by the subway).

Good: Liked the fact breakfast was included Bad: Disappointing that the cost to get to the Heathrow airport was so EXPENSIVE!!! and no shuttle from the hotel (even if we had to pay something) it would have been nice Also would have been nice if someone was available to tell us of tours or things to do in London and they wasn’t

Underbart familjerum, stort och fint och med sköna sängar till alla och härligt badrum med badkar. Barnen fick nallar vid incheckningen. Bra hotell om man har bil med sig då det är utanför congestion zone och har egen parkering. Jättefin frukost!

Good: We liked the location as it was not too touristy. The bedroom was great for a family of four. Great selection of food at breakfast time. The room was really clean.

Staff very friendly and welcoming Bad: The only downside and this was us being extremely picky, but the pillows slightly too soft compared to the bed which was firm. Also no outlets next to bed had to plug them in from the other side of room

It's a nice hotel in a great location with a very good service staff.

A very traditional restaurant with great breakfast. You can tell they put a lot of effort into choosing the food. It’s also really nice to young children. I would recommend it to my friends. Stayed in: Standard Double Room Stay length: 5 night(s)

Lovely hotel. Kids were given bears and we received an upgrade to a deluxe family room which was really nice and spacious. Food and drink prices were as to be expected in a Central London hotel but pizzas were nice.

Clean room, breakfast was nice, only negative is that the bar area was so hot was unable to sit in there

Good: Staff very professional and helpfull. Spotless throughout. Diverse and very reasonably priced menu. Rooms sizes suprisingly spacious, for a London City hotel. On site private parking at £30 for 24 hours was a moderate surchage for the locarion. Bad: Access to the hotel exterior carpark from nearby roads could be better signposted. Access is from Lodge road, but the proximity to Regents Park makes this area very busy traffic wise at all times.

We booked this hotel as our son was having a operation at the nearby Wellington Hospital from first going to reception the management and staff made you welcome the hotel is perfect the rooms have just been refurbished and are fantastic the hotel staff from your breakfast to the bar and restaurant are very welcoming and try there upmost to make your stay as perfect as they can nothing is to much trouble the breakfast and evening meal was perfect I would highly recommend this hotel to families if you are visiting London or if your on business or like ourselves having family at the hospital we honestly can not thank all the staff enough we will be booking again soon you made a difficult time alot easier and we truly thank you all for this

Good: staff were extremely helpful and attentive, especially when I asked for extra tea bags! beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very clean and well stocked. the dual level accommodation was excellent and worked really well with two teenagers. Bad: the rooms were a little dated and tired looking, but still exceptionally well maintained. there was not much room for all our four large suitcases to be stored, as the rooms were a little squishy.

The room was really well appointed and recently renovated. Very comfy beds and a large bathroom.

Good: The setup for a family - the duplex room was just what we needed. Extra space and bathroom. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The place was also very quiet. Bad: Only 2 elevators were working

Good: The hotel exceeded our expectations. The exterior did not do justice to the comfort, cleanliness, and spaciousness of the rooms. The built in usb chargers and complimentary water were much appreciated details. And. the breakfast was delicious! We did not expect so many options for the breakfast, but it’s definitely worth getting. An added bonus was its location right next to the cricket grounds as well as walkability to Regents Park and the lovely main area of the neighborhood. We would definitely come back to stay in this non-touristy area again at this hotel. Bad: Exterior was not particularly charming, but again did not detract at all from the wonderful experience

Good: Breakfast was fantastic Location was good, but a bit of a walk to the nearest tube station. Room was fine, but it was noisy with the window open as you could hear a train go by frequently; just personal preference for me as I snuggle to sleep with the window closed.

Good: Every staff member I encountered was very polite and helpful. The room was warm and wonderfully quiet, despite facing the traffic junction. No noise from corridor either. Appreciated the espresso coffee maker in the room. Spotless bathroom, good water pressure. Very comfortable bed. Perfect location for Regents Park and St Johns Wood, close enough to Marylebone.

A good stay. Room was clean and warmed up really fast. Improvements: if check out is 12 noon d9nt deactivate key cards at 10. This happened to 2 of our 4 rooms. The second time we checked were told it was fine and it wasnt. Resulting in multiple trips to reception. Also room service came at 11 when wed just had all the hassle with the keys. Simple things you should fix.

Room was perfect for a family, comfortable and clean. Very quiet nights sleep. Would definitely recommend.
