Good: The welcome at reception was lovely. Kids were made very welcome and were given their own teddybears. The room was great for a family, recently renovated, with enough space for everyone. Brilliant shower! Plenty storage and good room facilities, fridge, tea&coffee, bottled water, free wifi. Bar area was nice, plenty of space. Breakfast was epic, lots of choice, from cereals, hot food, pastries, smoothies, fruit etc. Location was good, local area was lovely to walk in, park close by, lots of nice bars/restaurants within easy reach. Underground within easy walk too. Staff very helpful, even arranged early breakfast for us when we had to leave before 7am. Bad: The in-wardrobe lights couldn't be turned off which the kids found a little off putting. There was no lock on the bathroom door, and was a bit of a squeeze. Intrusion of some noise in the room from the railway line close by, best get a high floor.

Stayed in a family room which was spacious and the bathroom was quite a decent size

Good: Great location to get into Central London and to Wembley Arena where we were going Saturday night. Regents Park a short walk away. Bad: Not a great view , over a roof with smoking area and back of peoples houses.

Good: Really pleased with the family room. I usually book 2 adjoining rooms when we stay with you but tried the family room this time and it was huge. Good: We were in London for family wedding (the church was across the road) so perfect location. Breakfast was no fuss and staff were friendly and helpful. The gym was excellent our room was quiet Thank you Bad: Our room 619 …the room key needed to be re validated many times which was irritating but staff were always apologetic.

Really friendly staff, very very comfortable bed. Great night sleep. So close to the park, which is very beautiful

Good: Breakfast was great, but spoilt a little by the over zealous restaurant manager who challenged that we had not paid for children? We took advantage of the £12.50 per adult breakfast voucher when checking in, and were advised there was no charge for the children as they were only young (age 7 & 5). The restaurant manager queried this and said they should have really been paid for but he would allow it on this occasion! It left me feeling quite uncomfortable, and was a very unnecessary action from him. However this did not spoil our stay, but I imagine he quite enjoyed the ‘power’ !! Bad: See above, for restaurant manager comment.

Πολύ ωραίο ξενοδοχείο, στο κέντρο του Λονδίνου, δίπλα στο "regent's park", σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση από τη Baker street, την Oxford Street κλπ κλπ.Ωραίο πρωινό και πολύ φιλόξενο και χαμογελαστό προσωπικό. Το έχω συστήσει ανεπιφύλακτα στον εαυτό μου από το 2020 και το συστήνω και δε όσους επιλέγουν ωραία διαμονή σε ωραία περιοχή!

Good: A very good breakfast in a very nice dining room. The location if the hotel is very well positioned. Accessible for St John’s Wood and Marylebone. The parking is also a huge plus with central London Bad: No negatives.

Wonderful experience here from the moment we arrived. The service was excellent, rooms were well presented and tidy, with plenty to chose from for breakfast. A big shout out to the staff member Shihab, who was very professional, polite and always went out of his way to please. Highly recommended and hope to return here in the future.

Good: I was here because my hospital I needed to go to was close but I would definately return as it has the zoo nearby and Madam Tusauds and Shelock holme musuem on it's doorstep. The hotel was smart and clean a little over priced. Bad: nothing really to dislike it was a lovely place to be and sit in the bar and have a meal and a drink. Staff were very polite too.

Good: Bedroom was of a good size with a very comfortable bed - better than the original room allocated to us and we appreciate the helpfulness of staff in moving us. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bad: Breakfast would have been better with vegetarian sausages on offer. Coffee too weak!

Good: The beds are really comfortable, the rooms a good size and very clean, with everything you need. I found the staff to be very friendly, particularly on reception, and they all said hello to you. It is about a 20 minute walk to Baker St tube and Regents Park is just over the road which is nice. The bath/shower room was really clean and everything was well presented. I have stayed here 3 times now and will stay again. Bad: The water pressure was a bit too powerful.

Terrific time with our family and friends coming to London for a wedding. The accommodations were extremely suitable and the hotel very convenient to all the attractions in London.

Staff was excellent. Room was clean and nice. Gym was freezing cold and basic, but did the job. Lounge was lovely to sit and chat. Location was excellent.

Good: Convenient location near Marylebone Station, excellent concierge service, nice room. Good breakfast. Looked after well. There was a problem with the room but sorted out very quickly and efficiently.

Good: Everything was lovely, extremely clean and comfortable. I would book again Bad: The team that manages the booking.com messages has to improve their customer service skills. I asked 3 times 3 questions and none were answered but instead a very “smart” and sarcastic answer was given. It doesn’t matter so much as the team at the hotel was lovely but it caused me unnecessary stress until I made it there.

Good: I have actually already done this for Booking.com. But in a nutshell: Great location, quiet, response courteous staff, and great wine at the bar. Bad: There was nothing I did not like BUT, i was surprised there was no shoe shine machine.

Good: Apart from what happened in above comments Everything else was fine. Bad: They tried to charge us £534 instead of the £416 which was booked with booking.com this price should have been on there system without me being questioned and having to wait for them to check was very annoyed with this.

Perfect stay, hotel has their own car park for £30 a day which in London is a bless when travelling by car. We were upgraded to a Deluxe King Room upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The room was newly refurbished, spacious, quiet and very comfortable. Breakfast was standard but good quality, only negative point is their hot coffee and tea selection as they do not serve anything else other than black coffee or English breakfast tea. I asked for cappuccino which they don't do, I had a standard tea instead.

Good food great service will stay again

Pleasant stay for one night. My Room was a bit “bland” but comfortable. One lift was out of action so a bit of a wait for lifts which were very small. Restaurant was shut but bar area served good food selection. Overall, i would use again
