Good: Hôtel très confortable, bien situé, service impeccable. Très bon petit déjeuner. Situation idéale pour visiter Londres. Excellent rapport qualité prix. J'y retournerai avec grand plaisir. Bad: Manque juste un sèche-cheveux.

Good: L'hôtel est vraiment bien situé, au centre de Londres et proche de beaucoup de points d'intérêt dans la ville. Je l'ai trouvé très calme. Le personnel était sympathique et toujours à l'écoute. Le premier jour, j'ai eu un soucis technique a régler dans ma chambre et le personnel y a répondu très rapidement. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables, très propres et très bien équipées. Le petit déjeuner offre un bon choix de mets sucrés et salés. Je suis également allée au restaurant dont j'ai toujours été satisfaite. Vraiment un très bon hôtel ! Bad: Le choix restreint du petit-déjeuner, mais c'est vraiment un détail.

Good: L espace,le confort,la beauté du lieu Bad: Les charges imposées en prenant un repas dans ce même hôtel alors qu on y séjournait 3jours.....pas cool du tout! Aucun membre du personnel ne parle français....

Good: L’hôtel était très confortable et le petit déjeuner très copieux. Sa situation dans Londres était parfaite pour nous. Nous avons été bien accueilli également. Je recommande cet hôtel londonien.

Good: L'amabilité du personnel de l'hôtel, nous avons été reçu comme des hôtes de marque. La literie était très confortable, la chambre spacieuse et bien équipée. Le personnel du restaurant était à notre écoute et toujours un petit mot gentil Bad: La vue sur de la chambre mais c'est totalement secondaire.

Good: L'écoute et le professionalisme des personnes de la réception et en particulier la compétence de la chef Manager , Madame Marsha. La gentillesse du concierge est également à souligner. Concernant le petit déjeuner , il est varié , très généreux et la perspective donnant sur le parc est très agréable . Etant client de l'hotel pour une 3ème fois , nous avons constaté que certaines ont été rénovées avec gout. Bad: Malheureusement , les coussins sont un peu durs et pour un meilleur confort un surmatelas serait le bienvenu .

Good: Un accueil agréable, une chambre confortable et impeccable qui correspondait à 100% aux photos du site. Les petits déjeuner étaient copieux et variés. Un très agréable séjour on vous le conseille. Bad: Un peu loin des métros 15mn minimum de marche en montée, mais il y a 3 bus qui s arrêtent juste devant l hôtel donc ça compense.

Good: Le petit déjeuner est complet et varié, un super buffet! La chambre est propre et nettoyée tous les jours. On s'y sent vraiment très bien !! La localisation est parfaite près de la station Baker Street.

Good: Superbe hôtel. Le personnel était très accueillant et serviable ! Chambre spacieuse et très propre !

Good: La chambre d’hôtel était la même que sur les photos, elle m’a été délivrée au moment de mon arrivée sans plus attendre. Le staff était à l’écoute, professionnel et très sympathique. L’hôtel se trouve 2min des arrêts de bus et nous permet notamment d’aller à Baker Street, la où se trouve l’arrêt du métro qui nous connecte au train pour l’aéroport. Les bus nous permettent également de rejoindre Oxford Street rapidement et ils font un peu le tour du centre.

Good: Le confort de la chambre. Literie très confortable et neuve. La salle de bain était d’une propreté irréprochable. Le petit déjeuner à volonté était délicieux et frais. Salle de sport très bien équipée. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Bad: un tout petit peu loin du centre mais rien de grave

Good: Chambre familiale très spacieuse et très confortable. Buffet petit-déjeuner très complet et bon ! Excellente propreté. Emplacement idéal au calme près de Regents Park et à peine à 10 minutes à pieds du métro.

Un séjour parfait! De la chambre, au personnel, au petit-déjeuner un sans faute! Merci!

Good: Le petit-déjeuner continental parfait, varié et complet. L’emplacement très bien situé près du parc Regent’s Park et de la station de métro St Johns Wood (à environ 10’ à pied). La sympathie et la disponibilité du personnel. La chambre très confortable et aux équipements complets. Il est conseillé d’apporter un adaptateur pour brancher ses appareils aux prises du Royaume-Uni (comme aux USA) . Bad: Le pommeau de douche qui est fixé en haut de la douche, il n’y a pas de pommeau de douche raccordé à un tuyau (plus compliqué pour les femmes ayant des cheveux longs). Chambre peu insonorisée (nous étions au 9e).

The hotel is well located. Staff are super friendly and attentive. Beds are comfortable and rooms well appointed. Breakfast was great, really good selection for all diets.

Good: Nice room and very comfortable. Good breakfast. Bad: There was no room key access to the back (Lords entrance)… bell never answered. Apparently room keys on certain floors don’t work. Unimpressed by unwelcoming staff when checking in late … they could do with some basic client interactive skill training such as basic eye contact and communication!

Room was fantastic clean and comfortable.

Rooms are old and have an odor to them.

The hotel was spotlessly clean in all high traffic and communal areas. Our deluxe room was delightful, very well equipped with a modern and very clean bathroom. Amenities were good too and the robes were very roomy! We only ate breakfast at the hotel but it was freshly prepared, piping hot and with plenty of variety. Top tip - ask for early check in if you arrive before 3pm. We got there at 11am to drop luggage and when I asked they had us in our room by 1115!

프로필 그대로의 모습을 보여줍니다. 침대 한쪽 불이 안 켜지긴 했지만 크게 신경쓰이진 않았어요. 룸이 넉넉한 편이어서 좋았어요. 샤워기가 위에 고정돼있긴 했지만 욕실도 깨끗해서 좋앗어요. 조식도 맛있어요. 리젠츠공원 옆이라 아침에 러닝하고 돌아와 씻기 편해요. 중심가로 가려면 옆 정류장을 이용하면 됩니다. 다만 처음 방문할 때 이 호텔의 입구를 찾기가 좀 힘들었어요. 시계방향으로 끝까지 안쪽까지 돌아야 입구가 나옵니다. 연식이 느껴지지만 아늑하고 합리적인 가격대의 호텔이라 추천합니다.

Good: موقع هادي جداً، الموظفين محترمين، النظافة يومية وممتازة، حجم الغرف جيد جداً مقارنة مع الكثير من الفنادق الأخرى، يوجد مصبغة ملابس قريبة ومقاهي وبقالات، محطات الباصات تبعد أقل من 150 متر،،، وبجوار حديقة الريجنت، حتماً اذا رجعت لندن بإذن الله راح يكون من الخيارات المفضلة في قائمتي. Bad: طبعاً هناك محدودية للأكل الحلال من ضمن الخيارات الموجودة، وعدم وجود شطاف في الحمامات أجلكم الله،،، وغير كذا الفندق جميل.

有空調，在熱浪來襲時真的很需要， 服務人員非常友善， 一家四口預訂樓中樓房型， 有兩間浴室很方便， 早餐豐富美味， 搭乘公車也方便， 是旅遊倫敦的好選擇

Had to move rooms - was in an old, no pleasant room (they did move into a very nice room, however). A member of staff came up to give us new keys. He saw the bags packed and outside the door, ready to go, and did not even offer to help move. He just handed us the keys!! Nobody in the lobby ever greets you when you walk in or leave. Housekeeping, it seems, is always pressuring you to come in and clean the room. One time we had the DND on the door, and still got a call asking when they can come do the room. Ot seems they just want to clean the rooms and go home asap. One day, saw a housekeeper sitting on the floor at the end of the corridor, on her phone. Did not even bother to look up when we walked by, but what was she doing sitting on the floor, on her phone. When we checked out, we were not even asked how our stay was, or anything about our stay overall. In summation, the room we moved to, and location of the hotel, was great. The customer service is non-existent, and needs major improvement.

easy access to public transport

I had a wonderful stay! My room was really comfortable and kept very clean by the daily staff. All the staff were very friendly and helpful if needed. I will certainly be staying there again when I visit London.

Close to Regent's Park, Lord's Cricket Grounds, and the famous Abbey Road studio and crosswalk. Not so close to the tube and a fairly quiet/residential area, but a nice hotel with a GREAT breakfast buffet. Short cab ride to and from Paddington.

Good: All your chairs are comfortable. Firm not squiggy like most places Bad: Bath water seemed lukewarm. Maybe I didnt operate the taps properly 🤣

Good: Position .. for my work Bad: Nothing I have stayed there about 50 times now.

Good: Beautiful foyer, restaurant, bar, location good between tube stops. Next to Lords for cricket lovers. Bad: The standard double was dark, felt claustrophobic with a smaller window than most due to being on a corner. The next room category up would be worth it for a brighter situation. Was quiet though.

The hotel is clean and nice. One of the 3 elevatots was brokem all week when we were there, resulting in lomg lines all over. The breakfast was SUPERB, and there are busses neraby to city center.
