Great location

Good: Staff disponibile, posizione ottima, camera ampia. Direttamente sulla fermata metro di Astoria, sicuramente perfetto per raggiungere l'intera città comodamente con i mezzi e vicino a ristoranti e servizi essenziali di ogni tipo. Bad: L'incrocio sottostante è abbastanza rumoroso per il passaggio di mezzi di soccorso che impegnano l'intersezione con le sirene accese. Ma lo ritengo normale in una grande città.

Good: Large room with comfortable beds. Historic hotel with beautiful decor. Great breakfast in beautiful dining room. Hotel is next to underground station and handy for bus stop for Airport bus. Bad: Not really a complaint, but some of the carpets were quite old and worn.

Good: Great welcome and all staff is speaking an excellent English. The bed are very comfortable. The decoration reminds of the period of a belle epoque. Bad: It was a bit hot in the room even I turned off the radiator.

Good: La ubicación, comodidad, desayuno y limpieza. Comentario aparte, la belleza del edificio, el arte y la historia que tiene. Muy bien mantenido e impecable el interior. Una pena que esté tan deteriorado y falto de limpieza el exterior. Podría lucir mucho mejor. Bad: La falta de limpieza y deterioro del exterior del edificio, da impresión de abandono, aunque el interior esté impecable.

Good: Struttura centrale e ben collegata, stanza pulita ed accogliente. Alla reception una persona squisita che parlava tantissime lingue, tra cui l’italiano.

Good: The staff was amazing, very accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend staying there. And the connection/ access to public transport is just in your door step. Bad: The only reason why I gave 9 stars out of 10 is because 4 star hotel you have a coffee /espresso machine in their rooms. Other than that everything was perfect!

Good: Se encuentra muy centrico, muy bien situado. Muy limpio, instalaciones muy buenas y la presión del agua es fenomenal así como el agua caliente. Hotel clasico, antiguo. Bad: Hacia un poco de frío en las habitaciones.

Hotel really clean and elegant, great choice of breakfast with fresh hot and cold food. Nice drinks in the lounge and ideally located with airport bus stop outside and all sites within walking distance l.

Bad: two small complaints ... i booked in for and paid for a city view but looked at the wall of the building next door. also you can hear people in the room next door.

Good: La struttura classica ed elegante, colazione eccezionale, camera con arredo classico, grande, spaziosa, con poltrone, tavolo, letto grande e comodo, bagno bellissimo funzionale e pulitissimo. Posizione ottima, centrale e ben servita da tutti i mezzi con tanti negozi, ristoranti e supermercati aperti fino a tardi. Bad: Forse l'arredamento un pochino datato e la mancanza di bollitore in camera.

Un buen hotel en una muy buena ubicación. Está en pleno centro, con todo a mano para poder recorrer la ciudad a pie. El servicio es atento y las habitaciones cómodas. El precio razonable.

Good: The location was great, stunning view 10 minutes away from Danova river and from vaci utca street. metro M2 have a station 3 meter from the hotel (exit H) There is a lot of fast food next to the hotel. Our recommendations is Pizza me (they have great pizza) Our room (the modern one) was clean and everything was new Super recommend this hotel! Bad: Wasn't enough food for vegetarian at breakfast, but there is an option to ask for omelet with vegetables and it was nice

It has best possible location in Budapest. All - metro, bus, citybus next to it. Everything is close even for walking. Safe location. It looks old and modern at the same time, its clean and have confy high beds. 2nd time slept here

Good: I loved the hotel's location, the spaciousness of the room, the comfort of the beds, and the fact that it was within walking distance of everything and located in a historic building. The hotel itself is 4 stars, but the breakfast was truly 5-star, simply wonderful. There were various egg, cheese, and croissant options, and you could even order an omelette or fried eggs for free. Otelin konumu, odanın genişliği, yatakların rahatlığı, her yere yürüme mesafesinde olması ve tarihi bir binada yer alması çok hoşuma gitti. Otel 4 yıldızlı, ancak kahvaltısı gerçekten 5 yıldızlıydı, harikaydı. Yumurtalar, peynir çeşitleri, kruvasan seçenekleri vardı, hatta omlet veya sahanda yumurta bile ücretsiz sipariş edilebiliyordu. Bad: My only negative comment would be the lack of a kettle in the rooms. It would be perfect if they could add that. Tek olumsuz yorumum, odalarda kettle bulunmaması. Eğer bunu da eklerlerse mükemmel olur.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo hotel per 4 giorni a novembre. L'hotel è vicinissimo al centro. Noi abbiamo scelto di alloggiare in una camera matrimoniale classica e devo dire che era bella grande e tipica del posto. Una pecca magari è la moquette, che dato il tempo,mostra chiari segni di usura e sporco, anche se pulita! Il bagno era sempre pulito e minimal. Una mensolina per appoggiare le cose da bagno non sarebbe stata male!

Excellent staff, spot on location and lovely rooms. I can't fault their customer service. All the reception staff were lovely, informative and helpful. Karolyn, Sthefanny, Cairo, Tunde and Viktoria were first class. Breakfast was good with a good selection. They gave is a kettle and drinks when we ask for some and even a free late check out. How amazing is that! I will be staying there again.

Bella esperienza. Hotel storico dove si vede la sua età ma ben tenuto, questo è il motivo principale per cui l'ho scelto. Girando per le stanze, corridoio, hall e bar/ristorante si respira e si vive l'atmosfera della storia passata. Personale sempre molto cordiale e disponibile. Al bar/ristorante si trova sempre cordialità e professionalità. Un must per noi italiani, il caffè è buono e veramente ristretto, cosa difficile da trovare all'estero. Noi personalmente non abbiamo scelto la colazione inclusa ma la facevamo a menu ogni mattina, buona scelta di torte e brioche. Posizione ottima in pieno centro, dall'aeroporto basta prendere l'autobus 100E e si ferma proprio davanti all'ingresso. Provatelo!

Good: Camera a fost situată în aripa modernizată,f.placută, dar cam rece,dar a fost aproape f.bine. Bad: Pentru un hotel de 4*,mic dejunul nu este suficient diversificat, farfuriile sunt neîncălzite (până ajungi cu mâncarea la masă, produsele calde—ouă,ham-deja cam reci,devin neplăcute). Personalul de la servire este dezinteresat: nu repornesc un aparat de cafea deși la celelalte era coadă; dacă ceri suport pentru ou fiert lipsă,ridică din umeri,etc.

Ottimo hotel in posizione strategica con la stazione metro proprio accanto. Ottima colazione e splendido il bar caffè annesso con ottimi dolci, che resta aperto sino a sera. Abbiamo usufruito anche del comodo e gratuito servizio di deposito bagaglio dopo il check out ed è stato perfetto.

Good: Il punto di forza è sicuramente la posizione, con la metropolitana e la fermata della navetta per l’aeroporto appena sotto. Se non si vogliono utilizzare i mezzi, le attrazioni principali sono comunque raggiungibili a pochi passi. Abbiamo trovato camere belle, pulite e con un ottimo riscaldamento. Lo staff è stato accogliente. Bad: Quello che non abbiamo affatto gradito è che, mentre ci stavamo concedendo un veloce riposo sul letto, degli altri ospiti sono riusciti ad aprire la porta della nostra stanza con la loro chiave. Si sono scusati, avendo evidentemente sbagliato camera, e sono subito usciti. Lo staff ci ha detto di mettere sulla maniglia della porta il “Do not disturb” per l’housekeeping. Peccato che il tutto è successo nel tardo pomeriggio, quando gli addetti alle pulizie erano già andati via. Alla fine ci siamo sentiti semplicemente rispondere “è strano”. Rispetto a degli sguardi increduli e a delle risposte date a caso, avremmo sicuramente gradito di più un controllo delle chiavi magnetiche da parte loro o un anche un semplice “ci dispiace per l’accaduto”. Cosa che non è successa.

Good: The staff is so friendly and helpful, they were trying to help you and fix your requests immediately. The breakfast was so varied and delicious. I really appreciate the helpfulness of the staff. Bad: I think toothbrush and toothpaste should be provided in a 4-star hotel, the cleaners should clean the room thoroughly (I found used chewing gums and crumbles behind curtains, and dusty table and chairs). The hotel needs renovation and to upholster sofa, armchairs, chairs.

Good: Локация просто бомба, до всего можно дойти пешком, автобус из аэропорта останавливается возле гостиницы, в номере есть сейф,напор воды отличный,есть бидэ, был маленький балкончик, с улицы шума не слышно Bad: В номере нет чайника!

Good: Sicuramente la location, e la posizione a pochi minuti dal centro, impeccabile il personale della reception, Stefany (stagista per conto dell' Erasmus) ragazza molto qualificata e gentile. Camera pulita e molto moderna.

Good: Great location to explore the city. The hotel itself is well restored. Our room seemed to be in a more modern section of the hotel, however. The front desk was available to check in even though we got in at 2am. Very good breakfast.

Good: Läget är perfekt, hotellet är anrikt och har en avslappnad atmosfär. Frukosten har ett rikt och varierat utbud med trevlig personal som är beredda att hjälpa till. Även personalen i receptionen har ett trevligt bemötande. Bad: Faktiskt inget!

Good: El hotel es un edificio histórico, increíble a la altura. El personal bastante agradable más de lo habitual. desayuno muy completo. habitaciones cambie a categoría superior y me tocó una habitación preciosa y moderna. enfrente de la puerta el metro.
