Good: Komfortné postele, výborné raňajky, hotelový bazén a sauna Bad: Ubytovanie bolo fajn, no v našej izbe sme mali zrejme zastaralejšie potrubia a tak nám to pri každom použití kúpeľne (umývadlo, toaleta a sprcha) podozrivo bublalo ešte minútu po vypnutí.

Good: Csak egy éjszakát töltöttünk ott utazás miatt. Közel van a tömegközlekedés. Éjszakai recepció,maximális segitőkészséggel és kedvességgel, nem volt gond a kései érkezés és korai indulás. A szoba tiszta kényelmes , meg voltunk elégedve. Valószinű még foglalunk itt .

Good: Kedves, segítőkész személyzet, tiszta és kényelmes szobák. A reggeliző helyiség kényelmes, nem volt tömeg és a kínálat is bőséges volt. Bad: Nem volt ilyen.

Good: 1 éjszakát töltöttünk, 6 fős baráti társasággal érkeztünk. A közeli Arenában tartott koncertre volt jegyünk, nagyon praktikus, hogy közel van az Arénához Barátságos személyzet. A hotel nagyon csendes, nagyon jót aludtunk éjjel. Reggeli bőséges, változatos. Mindenkinek ajánlom, aki koncertre, meccsre, vagy csak kirándulni érkezik Budapestre. Metro is csak 2 percre van. Bad: Nem volt ilyen

Good: Már másodjára szálltunk meg itt. A hotel nagyszerű helyen található, közel a tömegközlekedéshez és a parkolóházhoz. A szobák tágasak és tiszták, a személyzet is kedves és segítőkész.

Good: A személyzet nagyon udvarias, a reggeli bőséges, az ágy nagyon kényelmes. A felújítás ellenére nagyon jól működik minden. Bad: A reggeli asztalon nincs asztali kis szemetes tároló.

Good: A személyzet nagyon barátságos, segítőkész volt. A reggeli bőséges és friss volt. A pincérek az étkeztetésnél nagyon figyelmesek és udvariasok voltak. Bad: A szálloda külső környezete lehetne kicsit barátságosabb.

Pazar reggeli. Bár nem egy luxus hotel, de tiszta és az ár érték arány kiváló.

Good: Gutes Frühstück, schöne Aussicht auf das Zentrum, direkt neben der Metro. Bad: Wir hatten 2 Zimmer über Silvester gebucht für 4 Personen. Leider konnten wir krankheitsbedingt nur zu 2. anreisen. Eine Stornierung des 2. Zimmers samt Frühstück wurde leider abgelehnt und musste zur Gänze bezahlt werden. Ein kleines Entgegenkommen wäre wünschenswert gewesen, da 400 Euro kein Pappenstiel sind.

Good: I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I went for to see concert that was in the Papp László Arena, so the location was perfect for me. The room was nice, I had all amenities I needed. The fitness center is a nice bonus for the price. Bad: I really didn't have any issues.

The hotel is well located in close proximity to a metro. The staff are friendly and cost of stay reasonable.

Good: Kedves személyzett. Bad: Nem megoldott a parkolás, a Papp L sportcsarnokban egy ekkora szálloda elérhetné hogy egy jelképes összegért lehessen parkolni es ne az utcán álljon az auto.

Good: Júniusban foglaltunk 2 db 1 ágyas szobát, 56000 Ft-ért egy rendezvény miatt. A rendezvényt sajnos 2 nappal előbb a hőségriadó miatt lemondták, így okafogyottá vált a foglalásunk. Mivel vissza nem térítendő volt a szállásdíj, a booking segítségével a hotel beleegyezett az időpont-módosításba, amiért hálásak voltunk. Az átfoglalás megtörtént január 24-ére (szintén koncert miatt) igaz, a 2 szoba 56-ról 84 ezerre emelkedett (azaz 1 szoba 1 fő részére 42 ezer Ft lett a 23 ezer helyett). Nem igazán értettük ezt a nagy árkülönbséget, de nem volt más megoldás (néhány nappal ezelőtt január 24-ére 26 ezer Ft volt 1 szoba). Tudván, hogy a bejelentkezés 3-tól van, telefonon érdeklődtem, hogy megoldható lenne-e 2-kor bejelentkezni, mert az Arénában 2-től van próbánk. A válasz: kizárólag, ha a szoba elkészült (ez érthető), s a korai bejelentkezés ára 20 EUR/szoba. Igen, ez is érhető, bár úgy vélem, hogy ez emberség kérdése lenne ebben az esetben, hiszen nem kívántunk használni semmit, s bár felajánlották a csomagszobát, a fellépőruhát nem szerettük volna ott tárolni. Így nem vettük igénybe a korai check-in-t, + 16 ezer Ft-ért, próba közben szaladtunk át a csomagokkal az Arénából. A szobaár kialakítása rejtély marad, nem volt kiemelt időszak, nem volt tele a szálloda, nem értettem, hogy az 56-ból hogy lett 84, de még így is olcsón "megúsztuk", mert a szobában kifüggesztett tájékoztató szerint 260.000 Ft (?) egy szoba (igaz, az nem volt jelezve, hogy ez hány éjre:) Rengeteget utazunk, hozzá vagyunk szokva a magas(abb) szállodaárakhoz, illetve ahhoz, hogy az adott összegért mit nyújt a szálloda. Ez esetben 1 fő 42 ezer forintért kapott egy éjszaka szállást egy középkategóriájú szobában, valamint reggelit (ami nagyon változatos, bőséges, kedves felszolgálókkal). A szobában vízforraló (tea, kávé), hűtő és egy üveg ásványvíz. Wellness-részleg is van, ilyen esetekben megszokott a fürdőköpeny, papucsbekészítés, itt nem volt. Bad: A fürdőben fürdőkád, de aki kádfürdőt kíván venni, igen nehézkes a tusfürdő használata, mert zárral ellátott, falra szerelt tusfürdő adagoló a kád felett kb. másfél méterrel volt. (Nyilván a lopások elkerülése miatt volt zárral ellátva, bár 42 ezerért ez oly megalázó). Szekrény nincs a szobában, tehát aki több napra érkezik, nem tudja a bőröndöt kipakolni. A fogadó recepciósok kedvesek voltak, az éjszakai (fél 12-kor érkeztünk vissza) a fotelben ülve beszélgetett valakivel, gondoltam, köszönök neki, ha már ügyet sem vet ránk...).

Ár érték arányban teljesen rendben van a hely, tiszta szobák kényelmes ágy. A reggeli is teljesen rendben volt, bőséges választék.

Good: Lokáció 10/10 Bad: Sajnos az utóbbi időben ellepi a fiatal külföldi korosztály, és borzalmasan zajosak, emiatt már többször tapasztaltuk hogy pihenésre alkalmatlan.

Good: Közel volt az Arénához 😀. Bad: Reggelinél nagyon sokan voltunk.Szinte tele volt a szálloda,tömegnyomor volt az étteremben.Mindenki csak lézengett tányérral a kezében.Az étterem lehetne nagyobb,egyébként a reggeli bőséges.

Good: Nagyon jól megközelíthető, de csendes szállás, kedves és segítőkész személyzettel. A reggeli kínálata minden igényünket kiszolgálta, bőséges és finom volt. A csomagmegőrzés (amit a bejelentkezés előtt és a kijelentkezés után is igénybe vettem) nagy segítségünkre volt, így gyermekeimmel gond nélkül kirándulhattunk a városban. Biztosan máskor is itt szállunk meg.

Good: Este un hotel cu camere confortabila, cu pat foarte mare (cred ca a avut 2m lățimea), si confortabil. Mic dejun, foarte bun și diversificat. Bad: Parcarea din fața hotelului, este cu număr limitat de locuri. În partea laterală a hotelului, este o parcare subterană, dar aș prefera pe cel din fața hotelului.

Good: Helpful staff, sauna was nice. Comfortable beds. Metro station practically on the doorstep so it was easy to get about. Good heating in the room as it was extremely cold in Budapest when we stayed. Bad: Although we upgraded to a superior room so that we could have a balcony, when we asked about clearing the snow off the balcony so that we could use it, they said they were unable to. Also considering it was meant to be a superior room which is bigger, it was quite a small space for 2 people.

Good: The location is very good. The metro station is 5 minutes away. For the younger ones, even 3 minutes. It's a shame that they were just remodeling the reception and so it was a bit unpleasant, but I don't rate it as a minus. It's necessary. I would definitely go back there again.

Good: Nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű, szép tiszta szálloda. Minden rendben volt, a személyzet kedves. Az étterem nagyon jó, finom volt az étel, a gyermekemnek aki ételérzékeny is tudtak étkezést biztosítani. Nagyon kedvesek voltak. Bad: Igaz a legnagyobb hidegben voltunk, de a szoba nagyon hideg volt, hiába állítottam be a klímát nem tudta felmelegíteni a szobámat. Szerencse, hogy a paplan nagyon jó minőségű volt, éjjel nem fáztam, de reggel igen nehezen szálltam ki a hideg szobában.

Good: Könnyen megközelíthető annak is, aki tömegközlekedéssel látogat Budapestre. Kedves személyzet, az étterem és wellnes részleg is igényes.

Good: Doručak je bio pristojan, ali bi mogao biti bolji za cenu koliko košta. Pogled na grad je lep. Lokacija je izvrsna, s obzirom da su odmah pored hotela metro stanica i velika garaža. Hotel jeste stariji ali ima šarma iz perioda u kojem je nastao (70te/80te). Bad: Doručak bi mogao da bude sa više opcija kuvanih jela, peciva nisu u kvalitetu koji bi trebalo da ima ovaj hotel.

Good: Kedves személyzet, bőséges reggeli kínálat, csendes wellnes részleg, kényelmes ágy, olcsó parkolás a szomszédos parkolóházban (2500Ft/nap), közel volt a metró megálló (50 m).

Good: Location was good as the arena was next door and the train station nearby too with lots of shops and food stalls. Room was nice but quite basic. Bad: Bathroom - too small, the bathtub takes forever to drain so you are stuck with a tub filling with water while showering. The drain smells at times and everytime you use the sink or bathtub, there is a (pipe) noise.

Hotel je sasvim uredu, sobe nisu ništa posebno ali su okej. Najveći propusti su bili to što nismo dobili kućne ogrtače i što je bazen bio hladan, a sauna nije radila. Lokacija hotela je odlična stanica za metro je minutu hoda a u centru grada ste za kojih 10ak minuta.

Good: Warm , nice bedding and towels . Fridge and kettle etc. Bad: Sauna was not available by chance as being cleaned . Disappointed . Breakfast expensive as I only wanted coffee and fruit . Lobby being re constructed so no ambience ,.understandable though . Bathroom was not that clean ,, air vent caked in dust and hair .

Good: The hotel was conveniently located near the subway station. We parked in the underground garage of the nearby arena. The view from the fourth floor was lovely, and the bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed the room’s terrace. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Bad: The breakfast at first looked good but by the fifth night they didn't change anything it the menu. The walls are very thin and we could hear anything that was happening on the hallway. The furniture and the overall look of the room feel outdated, giving it more of a three-star hotel vibe than a four-star one. The lack of a proper smart TV.
