Good: Komfortné postele, výborné raňajky, hotelový bazén a sauna Bad: Ubytovanie bolo fajn, no v našej izbe sme mali zrejme zastaralejšie potrubia a tak nám to pri každom použití kúpeľne (umývadlo, toaleta a sprcha) podozrivo bublalo ešte minútu po vypnutí.

Good: Bőséges reggeli. Tiszta szoba. Kedves személyzet. Mindig itt szállunk meg ha Budapestre megyünk.

Good: Camera micuta dar curata,patul confortabil. Bad: In baie nu a functionat feonul,nu se scurgea apa la chiuveta și la vana deloc. Geamul camerei era foarte murdar.

Good: A Papp László Arénába mentünk koncertre es az ott volt mellette 5 percre. Ezenkívül a nap többi részét is maximálisan ki tudtuk használni, hiszen a hotel mellett ott volt a metro, villamos megalló. Tömegközlekedéssel könnyen eljutottunk bárhova. Az ágy a szobában óriási es nagyon kényelmes volt!

Good: Mindig nagyon tiszta, nagyon jó elhelyezkedése van, közel a munkahelyemhez! A legideálisabb szállás számomra Budapesten. Bad: Jelenleg felújítás folyik, ez zajjal is jár a munkaidőben. De a szállodában igyekeznek minden tőlük telhetőt a vendégek kényelmére megtenni.

Good: Könnyen megközelíthető, rendkívül jól felszerelt szálloda, barátságos, profi személyzet, a reggelinél rendkívül bőséges választék, tekintettel a vegetáriánusokra, vagy az ételallergiás egyénekre is. Bad: Nem volt olyan.

Good: Breakfast is amazing, good quality, fresh fruits and vegetables and many othet stuff! Location very good close to Hungexpo. The rooms are ok but you can hear the neighbors, not best insulation. Overall very good I would recommend.

Super hotel! Atenție!! Parcarea se plătește 7500 forinti pe noapte, sau 750 forinti pe oră!!

Good: Kényelmes és nagy ágy, jó felszereltségű Hotel rendkívül kedves,segítőkész személyzettel! Bad: Mindenhol fizetni kell a pakolásért. A hotel előtt kevés a parkoló (pluszban fizetni kell érte) de a hotel mögött egy nagy parkolóház található ott rengeteg hely van viszont azért is fizetni kell. A szoba felszínesen volt kitakarítva. Voltak benne hibák de ennyi pénzért teljesen rendben van.

Bad: A street food nekünk de ott másoknak sem jött be .sokkal inkább ettünk volna inkább más ebédet

Good: Soweit alles in Ordnung, ein gutes Hotel zu einem ganz vernünftigen Preis. Nichts außergewöhnliches zu erwähnen. Bad: Immer noch sind Hotelfernseher, auch wenn neuwertig, ausschließlich auf Fernsehkanäle blockiert. Heutzutage müssten allerdings bei einem so neuen Fernseher auch die Apps als auch Screen Mirroring der eigenen Geräte zugänglich sein. Es sind die Zeiten vorbei, wo die Leute nur die klassischen Fernsehkanäle schauen wollen.

Good: Szép a környezet, jó helyen van sport és kulturális rendezvények szempontjából, könnyen megközelíthető. Bad: Lehetne több tv csatorna. A délelőtt folyamán kétszer is benyitott a szobába valaki. Gondolom a takarító.

Bad: Fizetős parkolás duplája a közelben lévőkhöz.

Good: Kedves szemèlyzet, tágas jól felszerelt szoba. Minden rendben volt

Good: A szoba kényelmes volt Bad: Zajos vendégek voltak a spa-ban. Nem volt felügyelet így kevésbé volt kellemes. Kevés lehetőség volt szaunára.

Tiszta, rendezett, igényes szállás, kedves recepciós fogadott minket. Ár/érték arányban tökéletes.

I stayed at Danubius Hotel Arena from February 28 to March 8 during my first trip to Budapest, and the experience was excellent. The hotel has a great location, especially if you are visiting events at the Expo Center, and it’s also easy to reach the city center from here. What truly makes this hotel special is the front desk team. Every staff member I met was incredibly welcoming, polite, and helpful. You immediately feel that they genuinely care about their guests. I would especially like to thank Krisztian from the reception. He went above and beyond — helping me find my way around the city, recommending places to visit, showing me where the shops are, and even helping me arrange a car rental quickly and easily. Thanks to him I didn’t feel like a tourist in a foreign city — I felt truly welcomed. The housekeeping team also deserves credit — the room was always perfectly clean and very well maintained. Another big plus is the excellent facilities: a very good gym where I could train, and a great swimming pool for relaxing after a long day. The restaurant also serves very good food. Overall, this hotel has a fantastic team, great service, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Budapest.

​Szakmabeliként, több éves szállodaipari tapasztalattal a hátam mögött, talán az átlagnál is kritikusabb szemmel figyelem a részleteket – de a Hotel Aréna minden téren abszolút meggyőzött. Ritka az olyan ház, ahol a szakmai sztenderdek és a valódi vendégközpontúság ilyen harmonikusan találkozik. ​Az ár-érték arány véleményem szerint a szálloda egyik legnagyobb erőssége. Ebben a kategóriában kiemelkedő minőséget nyújtanak: a szobák állapota, a kényelmi funkciók és a szolgáltatások színvonala messze túlszárnyalja azt, amit ebben az árfekvésben elvárna az ember. ​Külön kiemelném a housekeeping (takarítás) munkáját, ami egyszerűen makulátlan volt. Kollégaként pontosan tudom, mennyi láthatatlan munka és fegyelem kell ahhoz, hogy egy szálloda minden szeglete ilyen ragyogóan tiszta legyen. A személyzet többi tagja is profi, diszkrét és rendkívül segítőkész volt, az operatív folyamatok pedig zökkenőmentesen zajlottak a bejelentkezéstől a távozásig. ​A reggeli választéka bőséges és minőségi, a közösségi terek hangulata pedig hívogató. Aki Budapesten keres megbízható, magas színvonalú szállást korrekt áron, annak szívből ajánlom a Hotel Arénát. Köszönöm az élményt, biztosan visszatérek! Egy kis kitérő: Magyarország nagyon kicsi, ritkán tudok olyan szállást foglani, ahol ne ismernének. Már ékezéskor kedves ismerős kolléga üdvözölt, és volt tanítványomat is felfedezni véltem reggelinél. De ezen már nem lepődök meg, mert a málagai Hotel Zenitben is volt Danubiusosokba futottam. Ennek érdekessége, hogy pesti Zenitben, ami szintén a spanyol lánchoz tartozik a Barcelónából ismert személyzet tagjaiba futottam bele. Csak viccként: ezek után úgy érzem a szállodai kritikus munkakört fel kell adnom😀😀😀😀🇮🇹🇭🇺 A világ is kicsi😀😀😀

Good: Výborné snídaně, poslední den byla odkryta zrekonstruovaná vstupní hala a moc se povedlo Bad: Nefungovalo nám vstupní karty do pokoje, elektronický zámek se zasekával a s otevřením dveří jsme bojovali.

Good: Nagyon szolgálatkész személyzet, a bejelentkezéskori félreértést a reggeli supervisor gyorsan és gálánsan oldotta meg. A reggeli menden igényt kielégít, mindenki megtalálja a bőséges választékban a számára leginkább megfelelő ételt. A szálloda elhelyezkedésew nagyon jó. Bad: Csak átmeneti volt az átépítéssel járó némi kellemetlnség, de a szálloda a problémát a lehetőségekhez képest jól kezelte

Good: Szuper helyen, van, 0-24ig recepció működik, magyar nyelven. Bad: olyan nem volt

Ruzsa Magdi koncertre érkeztünk , egyszerre sokan kívántunk regisztrálni. Ez jelentős terhelést okozott a recepció dolgozóinak, akik nagy szakmai hozzáértéssel és udvariassággal ügyesen kezelték a túlterhelést. Külön köszönet egy "Tünde" névkiírást hordó dolgozójuknak ! A szoba rendezett, nyugodt, tiszta volt. A reggeli bőséges és minőségi, széleskörű kínálattal . Remek hely, nyugodt szívvel ajánlom mindenkinek. Mi mindig ide fogunk jönni, ha szállásra lesz szükségünk.

Good: Meg voltunk elégedve mindennel! A személyzet udvarias, figyelmes volt. Bőséges mennyiségű és minőségű svédasztalos reggelit biztosítanak.

Good: Nagyon csendes, jó helyen van Bad: Sokat kellett sorban állni a megérkezésünkkor a regisztrálásnál.

Good: Micul dejun este extraordinar. Parcare se găsește la 2 min de hotel cu 7euro pe zi. Metroul pt a ajunge in oraș este la 3 minute de hotel. Dotata cu sala de sport si sauna, un plus adus hotelului. Bad: Personalul de la recepție nu este săritor. Am avut probleme cu deschiderea ușii de la camera, cartela nu funcțiuna. De fiecare data când le spuneam de problema, erau f deranjați. Are piscina, dar personal mi s a părut apa destul de rece, nu rezistai mai mult de câteva minute in apa.
