Good: Our Stay was comfortable as we got a big room than expected. Room was very clean and spacious. Staff is very good and welcoming. Breakfast was awesome, lot of variety of food items to choose. Overall very good stay and would definitely stay here again if we go there. Bad: Everything was perfect so there is nothing which we did not like.

Több kávé és ital automata van .A szobák kényelmessek. Az üdvözlő keksz és édesség kedves gesztus volt. A tv ,klíma működött. A szobában volt vízforraló,kávé,tea ,víz ,minibár is. A törölközők tiszták voltak. Bad: Az utcai ablakok hangszigetelése lehetne jobb. A belső udvarra nyíló szobák jobbak. Csendessebb. A hajszárító lehetne jobb minőségű,erősebb. Remélem mi hamarabb elkeszül a lobbi és az étterem rész felújítása is. Kíváncsi vagyok rá.

Чудовий, класний, гарний готель з привітним та люб'язним персоналом.

Good: Большой, уютный недавно отремонтированный номер. Шикарная кровать. Белоснежное бельё. Приятные люди на ресепшен. Отличные , сытные завтраки. Шампанское на завтрак стало приятным сюрпризом. Удобное расположение до метро 50 м. Bad: Все отлично. Без нареканий.

Hotel liegt direct beim Ostbahnhof , alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind mit der U-Bahn schnell erreichbar .

Super 🏨 w kategorii ,,zwiedzanie miasta,, blisko centrum, dworzec kolejowy, wygodne łóżko, standartowo wyposażony pokój, śniadanie zadowoli chyba wszystkich. Jeden minus to słabo wygłuszone pokoje od ulicy na noc warto zaopatrzyć się w stopery. Panie sprzątające pokoje mają je.

Good: freundliches Personal, Hotel wird zwar momentan umgebaut, aber nicht störend Wir hatten ein neu renoviertes Zimmer! Super Ausstattung, umfangreiches Frühstück, Lage perfekt, Bus direkt vor der Tür, Metro fußläufig, Bhf gleich in der Nähe Bad: Hätte Parkplatz dazugebucht- Parkhaus vom Hotel hat leider zu wenig Kapazitäten! Aber zum WE kostenloses Parken rund um Hotel super möglich!

Four star hotel with five star services! Spacious room with comfortable bed, efficient AC, safe deposit box, fridge, excellent Wi-Fi... Most of all staff is honest, friendly and very kind...

Good: Four star hotel with five stars service! Location of the hotel is exceptional, it's next to Keleti train station where two metro lines meet and can take you to the city center in 10 minutes (but you'll probably decide to walk because Budapest is very beautiful). Near hotel there are 3-4 grocery stores, exchange office, restaurants, cafes... The room we stayed in was newly renovated. Huge and comfortable bed, spacious room. We had safe deposit box and a small fridge. Everything was very clean, maids changed towels and cleaned the room every day. Though this hotel don't have a swimming pool, spa center or some other leisure contents it has exceptional staff. They are honest, friendly and kind. In my opinion staff is much better then the ones I met in some 5* hotels. One more thing: hotel has luggage room. If you come early or you have some spare time after checking out feel free to leave your luggage and go out! Bad: I find myself extremely picky but I didn't fine any deficiencies worth mentioning.

Good: Tam anlamıyla çok iyi hizmet kalitesi. Merkezi konum kapıdan çıkınca metro tramvay otobüs durağı hangisine binmek isterseni. Odalar tertemiz bi 4 gün kaldık her gün odamıza döndüğümüzde temizlik ekibi gelip gitmiş oluyordu Otelde tüm imkanlar mevcut checkin 15:00 da bi 12 de girdik hiç lafını dahi yapmadılar. Geç çıktık , valizlerimizi sakladılar, eriyecek her şeyimizi dolaplarına koydular. Valizlerimizi tartmamız için tartı bile getirdiler o kadar mükemmel bir yaklaşımları vardı ki 3. Kez daha gelirsem tekrar bu oteli tercih ederdim. İsmini bilmediğim bize taksi çağıran beyfendiye özel bir teşekkür ederim. Taksi çağırmayı herkes yapıyor fakat odadan ayrılmamıza rağmen valizler için taksi ücreti için oldukça uğraştım kendisine çok teşekkür ederim. Konaklamak için harika bir yer

Good: We reached the hotel during some renovation work for reception area. I was informed upfront of my arrival by email. Still, I did not felt at all troubled by this works and the time spent there was fine and quiet. Even if the room was oriented at the main boulevard, during night it was very quiet and we did had a proper rest. The breakfast was wondefull. Many options to choose from and delicious as well. Bad: The fact that we did not came after renovation to enjoy the retro style decorations. The interior will looke awesome after renovation if hopefully they will keep the interior design of the building. Looking forward to come again... so not an actual negative thing.

Good: Sehr bequeme Betten, Ausstattung eines typischen Hotels von altem Glanz. Es wird aktuell renoviert, davon haben wir aber nichts mitbekommen. Sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer sind gut Schall isoliert. Straße ist laut, aber mit Klimaanlage bleiben die Fenster zu.

Hotel tutto sommato carino, da molte vibe sovietiche. Se viaggiate con un amico attenzione al test che ci farà la reception. Per il resto posizione ottima vicino a tutto e soprattutto alla metro.

Great stuff. Wonderful rooms and breakfast was the best. The hotel is close to new york cafe and the metro station is just in front of the hotel.

Непоганий готель в центрі, класний вид з вікна, шумоізоляція чудова, шумну вулицю під вікнами не чути взагалі. Біля готелю кав'ярні, кафешки, супермаркети, кондиціонер працює весь час, навіть коли вас немає в номері, чудовий порятунок від літньої спеки. Персонал привітний. Загалом враження позитивні, деякі речі здивували: допотопний фен і управління кондиціонером. Паспорта в нас не забирали, глянули і віддали назад.

Good: L emplacement est très pratique, en face du métro et à 10 minutes à pied du Café New York. Nous y avons sejourné un week end et nous avons apprécié. Le petit déjeuner superbe et le personnel très aimable et serviable.

Good: Good hotel with a good price! 20 minutes walk to downtown, by the metro it is 5-7 minutes and the stop is near by. To all the sights you can also come by public transport. Hotel himself is a bit old but cosy. There is a bathtube in a room and it is so nice to take it after excersion day. Stuff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast way good, but cost not do less.

Egy halk, állandó zúgás hallható zárt ablaknál is (gondolom, a generátorház), minket szerencsére nem zavart. A szoba kellemesen hűvös volt, az ágy nagyon kényelmes, külön figyelmességként értékelem a bekészített ásványvizet, kávét, teát. A reggeli több, mint bőséges, folyamatosan utántöltik, tetszik, hogy a reggeliző helyiség a rengeteg vendég ellenére nem zsúfolt. A személyzet nagyon kedves és figyelmes volt velünk :)

Nagyon jól éreztem magam, mindennel teljes mértékben elégedett voltam, szívesen szállok meg máskor is Önöknél, és ismerőseimnek is nyugodt szívvel ajánlom a szállodát.
