Global Wellness Day 2016
We all strive to be healthy and to look and feel our best. This intention inspired the ‘Global Wellness Day’ which was organised for the first time in 2012. Crossing over countries and cultural barriers, this day is dedicated to international well being. The initiative began in Turkey and this year 83 countries will take part, showing a growing international commitment to global wellness.
“One day that can change your life” – it is with this slogan that on 11th June we celebrate our physical and mental well-being. The aim of the initiative and the mission of this world day of Wellness is to raise awareness around the benefits of living healthier and to motivate everyone to ask themselves the question: “How can I live a healthier and better life”?
