Good: Késő este érkeztem, de minden gond nélkül el tudtam foglalni a szobámat. A reggeli nagyon választékos és bőséges volt.

Good: Bardzo profesjonalna i miła obsługa, szybkie zameldowanie łatwy dostęp do wielu udogodnień: basen, restauracja, siłownia, czajnik w pokoju Bad: Zbyt mały parking przed hotelem, w dodatku płatny. Jak na tak duże obłożenie hotelu parking rzędu około 15 miejsc przed hotelem za który trzeba zapłacić to małe nieporozumienie, mógłby troszkę większy. Jeśli miejsc brakuje można zaparkować w parkingu podziemnym stadionu ale jest o wiele droższy. Problem jest też z biletami z parkingu, ponieważ zdarzyło mi się dwa razy pobrać bilet i podczas wyjazdu kolejnego podszedłem do automatu, by go opłacić to Automat "nie widział" biletu w systemie.

Also the glasses and tea cups were not cleaned or replaced during the whole 3 days, even despite that I put them in a way to make it obvious that they are dirty. The glasses with obvious lip marks were just placed back in their place as if they were clean…. At breakfast on the weekend it was very crowded. And on Sunday they seemed to be understaffed, also nobody was out at the front to check who is coming in as usual. And seemed someone from the street came in because while I went for a next round, I came back to my table and a guy was sitting at my place, having my coffee etc. When I confronted him that it’s my place, he stood up ashamed, left the food and everything and walked out of the entire restaurant. If you are a guest who were just sitting at the wrong table, you don’t do this (also don’t sit at someone else’s place to start with), so it seemed it was not a hotel guest. But I told the staff and the next days they were checking at the entrance who is coming in, which is good.

Good: The room was ok, the breakfast was good and had many choices. It's very nice because the Metro is just next too the hotel. 10 minutes too walk have a big Mall Bad: Everything was ok for the price

Εξαιρετικό ξενοδοχειο, καθαρό το δωματιο (εαν και λιγο μικρο) με υπέροχη θέα, πλούσιο πρωινό και οι υπηρεσιες της πισινας και της σαουνας μια χαρα!!! Άμεση εξυπηρέτηση απο το προσωπικο και το metro ακριβως διπλα!!! Μπράβο ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good: A szálloda halljában a mézeskalács - város a kisvonattal csodálatos és az illata is 🤗 Bad: Nem kaptunk parkolóhelyet 23:30 -ig , akkor lett vége az Arénában a box -meccsnek , december 20.-án. Nagyon kellemetlen volt ! Jó lenne a fenti parkolón kívül a mélygarázs parkolóban is fenntartani bizonyos számú helyet ( esetleg elkerítve ) a szálloda vendégeinek .

Good: Very good location, straight next to the metro station. The room was nice and clean, had everything that we needed. Tasty breakfast, during the weekend there were a lot of people, but anyway there was enough food for everyone. The swimming pool and sauna was also enough to relax.

Good: This was my second time at this hotel and planning to return in the future as well. The staff was friendly and helpful, my room spacious and comfortable. The breakfast had a nice selection of Hungarian and continental elements, and I enjoyed the swimming pool too. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a metro station, one stop from Keleti rail station and 4 stops from Deak ter (city centre, metro interchange). It is easy to travel to the hotel even with a night bus.

Good: A személyzet az kiválón felüli értekelést érdemli. Bad: A tisztaságon lehetne még picit javitani.

Good: Destinacija je bila več kot odlična in je vsekakor presegla pričakovanja. Zajtrki so bili vrhunski, raznoliki. Največji plus hotela je zagotovo lokacija – le 50 metrov stran je vhod v metro, tik ob hotelu pa je tudi garažna hiša, kjer parkiranje stane 2500 forintov na dan (približno 6,5 €), kar je velika prednost. Dodaten plus sta še manjši bazen in savna v hotelu, ljudi ni veliko.

A Papp László Aréna mellett van a hotel ezért választottuk és a születésnapot is itt tartottuk nagyon szépen megterített asztalt kaptunk reggelihez . Kedves személyzet.

Good: A reggeli rendkívül változatos, fejedelmi volt, más 4-5*os szállodáknak például szolgálhatna. Bad: Szombaton a reggelinél 09.30 óra körül szinte lehetetlen volt helyet találni, célszerű lenne az asztalokat jobban megbontani több kisebb (2-4 személyes) egységgé a kényelmesebb, idegenektől elszeparáltabb reggelizés biztosítása végett.

Good: Locatie was prima, vlakbij de metro. De kamer was goed, en de bedden waren supergoed. Eten in het restaurant was heerlijk. Kortom, fantastisch verblijf.

Good: The location has easy access to the city centre via the Metro, which is just a few steps away from the hotel. The gym is great, it has a very small swimming pool, but the sauna is decent. Service is excellent. I made a wrong booking by accident, and the people helped me to claim the money back via booking.com . The refund has not been processed yet but I am optimistic. Bad: I would prefer a harder bed, but this is probably subjective.

Good: Hotel 🏨 na dobrém místě, hned vedle hotelu metro, snídaně byla vynikající, postele pohodlné. Pokoje čisté útulné. Známkují za 1*. Bad: Není co vytknout.

Good: Jó elhelyezkedés, kényelmes, tiszta szoba, kedves ajándékkal. A szobák hangszigeteltek, így a forgalom zaja mellett is lehet pihenni. Az ágyak kifejezetten kényelmesek. A reggeli bőséges és változatos. Bad: Ilyen nem volt.

Good: Hotel v blízkosti zastávky metra/autobusu. Výber jedla. Čistota v izbe. Pohodlné postele. Bad: Chaos pri raňajkách, prehustené a museli sme čakať na miesto na sedenie.

Good: I loved the location. It is near the stations and east to travel using public transport. It is also within walking distance to one of the red bus stops. The staff gave us excellent customer service and are so welcoming. Bad: I loved every thing about the hotel.

Good: Uns hats gut gefallen. Schönes Frühstück, nettes Personal. Lage etwa 15 min. Gehweg von der Arena Mall weg. Weihnachtsmärkte mit Taxi um ca 10 euro erreichbar. Bad: Réception assez malveillante parce que je ne parle pas bien le anglais. Ne fait aucun effort pour que je comprenne et m’expédit.

Good: Emplacement proche du métro, accueil excellent, petit déjeuner buffet très bon, chambre spacieuse avec un petit balcon, lit confortable, possibilité de boire un verre ou manger dans l'hôtel. Possibilité de laisser ses bagages après avoir rendu la clé de la chambre Bad: Il faisait un peu trop chaud dans la chambre le chauffage marchait très bien et un peu difficile d'obtenir une bonne température

I didn't think it was right that they weren't accessible, even though I could have shortened our stay.

Φανταστική διαμονή, το ξενοδοχείο είναι πολύ καλό, με άνετα και καλά μονωμένα δωμάτια, καθαρά και παρά πολύ καλό πρωινό. Το δωμάτιο πολύ καθαρό, εξαιρετικό στρώμα, μαξιλάρια, πεντακάθαρο με πάρα πολύ καλό ίντερνετ. Βρίσκεται δίπλα στην στάση του μετρό μόλις 8 λεπτά από το κέντρο της Βουδαπέστης. Κοντά στο ξενοδοχείο υπάρχει φούρνος, σούπερ μάρκετ, μίνι μάρκετ. Εξαιρετική η διαμονή μας, χαιρετισμούς από την Ελλάδα, Κρήτη, Χανιά.

Good: Perfect location for attending an event at some of two arenas next to the hotel. Close to Arena mall and a metro station so you get to the center very easily. Rooms are big and comfortable, as well as the lobby. Overall great choice Bad: You have to pull some doors harder for them to close, there was a problem that a houskeeper didn’t close ours correctly so the room was left opened for a while. We got concerned about the safety of our luggage, but the security did their best to help us

Good: Bőséges és finom volt a svédasztalos reggeli. A pékáruk különösen finomak voltak. A személyzet kedves és figyelmes volt. Bad: Áthallatszott néha a szomszédos szobákból más vendégek hangja. A fürdőszoba mosdókagylója eldugult - de jeleztem a személyzet felé és hamar meg is oldották.

Bad: Slippers were missing in the whole hotel, even one piece couldn't be find.

Good: Zelo prijetno bivanje! Zajtrk je bil odličen – izbira je res izjemna, ni da ni, vse do konca je bilo vedno bogato založeno s svežo hrano. Postelja je velika in zelo udobna, soba pa prostorna in udobna. Hotel ima odlično lokacijo, v neposredni bližini je metro, kar je zelo priročno. Posebna pohvala gre izjemno prijaznemu in ustrežljivemu osebju na recepciji, kjer je bila odlična ideja tudi osvežilna pijača ob prihodu. Z veseljem se še vrnemo.

Good: The hotel is outside the main tourist hub, which means the prices are quite reasonable. It is also perfectly located close to public transport. Trams buses, trolley buses and the metro are just a few minutes walk. We could not believe how easy it was to get to any location within the city. A limited menu if you choose to eat at the hotel but everything we tried was top quality. All the staff we spoke to were very friendly and helpful. Tünde was especially welcoming and made us laugh. A real asset to the hotel. And if you are attending a concert at the Arena, you can't stay any closer than here. Bad: Honestly, we struggle to find anything negative to say about the hotel, staff or our stay.

Good: Vybavenie izby super-rýchlovarná konvica, káva, čaj, župany (oceňujem rôzne veľkosti), aj potreby na šitie. Raňajky úžasné, ešte som sa nestretla s takým bohatým výberom. Personál na úrovni, veľmi milý a ústretový, potešil mikulášsky balíček pred dverami. Bad: Trochu staršie vybavenie izby, ale je tam všetko potrebné, Pohodlná a veľká posteľ, ale nepotešil jeden veľký spoločný paplón. Čistota podlahy mohla byť trochu lepšia.

Good: The hotel is phenomenal. It is located near to the Arena shopping mall, which is extremely convenient. There is also a metro station just 50m away, providing a direct connection to the city center in about 10 minutes. The breakfast is fantastic,the room is warm and comfortable,also very clean.The reception staff are friendly and helpful.Highly recommended,we would definitely stay here again.

Good: Hotel muito bem localizado, numa zona sossegada, perto de uma estação de metro, e do Estádio e da Sport Arena Funcionários muito simpáticos e prestáveis. Pequeno almoço muito variado Bar/restaurante acolhedor Bad: Nota-se que o Hotel não é recente, pois a decoração já denota uns anos. Só disponibilizaram uma garrafa de água no quarto, durante a estadia (foram 2 noites). Isto torna difícil a obtenção de uma nova garrafa de água, após as 23h00, pois a essa hora o bar já está fechado e na receção não fornecessem. Aconselharam ir ao 2.º andar, a uma máquina de vending, mas a mesma não estava operacional.

Good: Ηταν όλα πολυ καλά! Ένα από τα καλύτερα ξενοδοχεία της Βουδαπέστης με πολυ εξυπηρετικό και ευγενικο προσωπικό και με αρκετές δωρεάν παροχές. Το πρωινό πολυ πλούσιο για όλες τις κουλτούρες και γεύσεις. Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική 1λ με τα ποδια από το μετρό και σε 4 στάσεις (7λ περιπου) εισαι στο κέντρο της Βουδαπέστης. Bad: Ένα από τα αρνητικά του για κάποιον μπορεί να είναι πως δεν εχει εκεί γύρω φαρμακείο ή σούπερ μάρκετ, για μένα ομως δεν ήταν αρνητικό, αφού το κέντρο ειναι διπλα.

Good: Für unseren Städtetrip nach Budapest war das Hotel perfekt. Super Anbindung an die Metro - nur 1 Station zum Bahnhof-Keleti. Frühstücksbüffet ausreichend und gut. Zimmer sauber und von der Größe her in Ordnung. Bad: Der Lift ist ziemlich langsam und man wartet eine gefühlte Ewigkeit.

Good: Proche du métro accès centre ville très facile. Petit déjeuner très copieux et varié. Hôtel très très propre et tout est prévu dans les chambres dont gâteaux d’accueil et eau. Bad: Sentiment de la salle petit déjeuner un peu « cantine » et manque d’espaces fauteuils cosy pour le soir.

Good: We visited Budapest because a concert next to this hotel, so the location was for us perfect and bequem. Because of the underground it is also very good located, centrum is in 10 minutes reachable. Bad: -

Good: A hotel közelsége a Papp László Arénához nagyon jó. A hallban a karácsonyi díszítés nagyon szép. Már érkezésünkkor, 13.00 órakor rendelkezésünkre álltak a szobák. Köszönjük az ajándék vizet és a mikulás csokit. A reggeli bőséges és finom volt, nagy választékkal. Le a kalappal a személyzet előtt, hogy a nagy tömegben is volt tiszta asztal és elegendő kínálat. Bad: A 3 db és tágas liftek ellenére nagyon sokat kellett várni, reggel pl. a 6. emeletről gyalog mentünk le. A fürdőszobában nincs fűtés, hideg volt.
