It was very nice and beautiful hotel to stay. Staff and Manager in the reception are so kind and helping. Room service was good .Important point is location of this hotel is super citycenter so it was easy to reach all the tourist attractions.Overall we had very good experience in this hotel.

Good: The hotel is centrally located in the city, The hotel is close to the Jewish Quarter. all major means of transport pass through the main axis of the hotel including a metro station. European atmosphere. The reception staff is professional and polite and pleasant. We got a room upstairs, we were a couple + a 9 year old boy. Good and tasty breakfast. A wireless internet network is active throughout the hotel area in a good way. We booked a taxi last night to the airport through the hotel. Arrived on time and at an affordable price. Bad: The rooms are cleaned every three days.

Good: It is a magnificent hotel with a lot of history. Staff were really helpful and kind. The location of the hotel could not be better; it is right in the center of the city. Perfect if you need to be in the center. Room was quiet. Bad: There were some items in the bathroom that were not as high quality as the hotel itself. Good: Schönes mittelgroßes Hotel im alten Stil der österreichisch-ungarischen Kaiserzeit. Dadurch hat es einen schönen alten Flair, den man in vollen Zügen genießen kann. Von außen wirkt das Hotel eigentlich relativ schmucklos, allerdings ist es innen um so schöner. Frühstück super, Hotelpersonal sehr freundlich. Zu beachten: Zimmerreinigung muss an der Lobby in Auftrag gegeben werden und passiert nicht von alleine! Bad: Badezimmertürstock nach einem früheren Wasserschaden unten aufgequollen, sollte repariert werden. Die Bitte, ein paar Postkarten (gegen Bezahlung) zur Post zu geben, wurde abgelehnt und auf einen Postkasten und den Kauf von Briefmarken bei einem Postamt verwiesen - so etwas sollte bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie zum Service gehören. Das alles waren aber Kleinigkeiten, die dem tollen Aufenthalt keinen Abbruch getan haben.

Good: Great location, helpful staff, good breakfast, nice rooms - all in all it was a good stay. Bad: Just 3 details in “minus” column: no hand soap in the room (we were told to use shower gel instead, so all good), rooms are cleaned and towels changed only if asked in advance (we asked, so all good there too in the end) and quite a big noise from the street (I slept with the ear plugs, so no big deal too).

Good: The location,the best. Astoria metro station is under the hotel, from there you can travel anywhere. Many main attractions you can visit by foot. the room was big enough and had all necessary for our vacation. the staff helped with all we needed. Bad: the room facilities are a bit old, if you are looking for a new styled hotel,this is not for you.

Good: Отель в самом центре. Очень удобная транспортная развязка. Но если хочется тишины, то лучше селиться в Буде. Отель находится на перекрестке дорог, поэтому на улице как муравейник.... Шикарный интерьер в ресторане отеля. Хорошая мебель в номере, всё чисто... Завтраки хорошие (бывают и шикарней, конечно, но для Европы это норм) Bad: Почему то не было мыла в ванной, только гель для душа и шампунь Можно добавить бутылку воды в номер и тапочки...
