Die Zimmerausstattung sehr gut - besonders bequeme Matratzen und Kissen, die ebenso wie die schallisolierten Fenster einen erholsamen Schlaf garantiert haben. Bad: Mit einem etwas größeren Auto (SUV) muss man in der entfernteren Parkgarage parken und ein Stück zu Fuß laufen. Allerdings konnte man das Gepäck vorher ausladen...

Friendly staff. Great cafe (cafe Astoria), and the room was cleaned everyday. Had laundry done and it was on time and as expected (no different than a NYC hotel). The carpets are a little old and the roooms are not modern. But you get a great historic, but clean and safe feeling at the hotel giving you the Budapest experience. I’d stay here Again for sure.

조금 구석진 방을 준것과 비좁긴 했지만 가격대비 만족하며 특히 조식이 다양하게 매일 조금씩 변화를 주어 좋았습니다.. 반가운 인사또한 유쾌한 숙박이 되어 좋았습니다~

Good: The hotel services were good and pleasant, the Hotel is located on the Astoria station which is both good and bad. Good because the metro line 2 is very close and there are quite a lot BUs abd trams lines. it's also 5 min walk from metro line 3 which make it very useful and helpful. Bad, because it is located on the main street and the rooms are a bit noisy. Breakfast is standard European, for me there were missing fresh vegetables. The rooms are clean and welcoming with a comfortable bed. There are coffee shops and restaurants in a walking distance, the Parliament and other key attractions are also in walking distance. All and all, it’s a nice hotel in a good price and is value for money. Bad: A teaput would be nice, Make the windows more isolated to the noise in the street. Fresh vegetables in breakfest would be great.

My stay at Astoria was most enjoyable. Hotel is very close to all attractions, just hop on and hop off the bus. Staff is very courteous and friendly. Food is excellent.

Good: This was my second visit to this hotel, in five years. I stayed separately from my friends (from USA) because I liked the decor and the service as well as the situation within the city. My expectations were not disappointed; and I received lots of helpful advice at the hotel. They also upgraded me to a room which was pleasantly quiet, within the busy city.

Skønt hotel med dejlig beliggenhed. Morgenmaden var god og vælger man at spise på restauranten får man en oplevelse plus dejlig mad! Værelset var ikke så stort, men det gjorde heller ikke noget, da vi kun brugte det til at sove i. Eneste som kunne have været bedre, var værelsets placering, det lå meget langt nede af en lang gang, i hvad der virkede som en gammel del af hotellet. Tak for et dejligt ophold, vi vil helt bestemt anbefale hotellet :)

Sehr interessante Sadt, viele historische Sehenswürdigkeiten, alle gut mit öffentliche Verkehrsmitteln und 3-Tageskarte zu erreichen, Musseen aber auch Therrmalbäder laden zu einem Besuch ein, gutes Essen und Getränke, die Stadt macht einen sauberen und geordneten Eindruck, das Hotel entspricht noch dem alten KuK Stil mit einer schönen alten Einrichtung, die aber auf den neueren Stand gebracht wurde, Rezeption und Kellner waren sehr zuvorkommend.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in diesem Hotel und rundherum begeistert: Lage, Service, Frühstück und Freundlichkeit - alles zur besten Zufriedenheit. Die Angestellten waren jederzeit bemüht, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Dazu kommt der geschichtliche Charme des Hauses. Wir kommen gern wieder.

This Hotel is in a really central Position for touring the city. Near the metro, buses and tram lines. In easy walking distance of the Danube and many of the tourist attractions. The Hotel has real old world charm. The staff are helpful and pleasant. A real taste of old world charm

Excelente la ubicación , caminando puedes llegar a la calle vaci utca , la avenida Andrassi , la ópera etc, la estación del metro prácticamente en el hotel.

Good: Location, staff, the room itself, the restaurant, and all the appointments of the hotel. Bad: Unfortunately there was a fire alarm that went off around midnight. It turned out to be a false alarm, however, we were in room 347 and after trying all ways to exit we found that we were locked in no matter what exit we tried escaping from. Had this been an actual fire we would have had a possible life threatened situation.

Wonderfully maintained stylish and classy hotel. Dining at the Astoria Cafe Restaurant is an experience second to none, it is on par with the famous New Yok Cafe in Budapest. Comfortable large room with retro decor and furniture. Hotel staff are very polite, attentive and helpful. Free Wi-Fi is excellent. Unfortunately I could not have breakfast at the famous cafe as I had to check out by 7 am to catch a flight. Perhaps breakfast could be served from 6 am like in many other classy grand hotels around the world like the Astoria in Budapest.

Good: The room was very comfortable and the reception staff were very helpful. Bad: The day tours. We took 3 tours and were not impressed with the tour company. We were never picked up on time and had to find our own way back after the tour. They did not drop off.

Good: na een klein probleem op onze kamer werden we direct overgeboekt naar een andere kamer, dit bleek de suite te zijn! Geweldig. Personeel is erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk, het ontbijt is echt okay, niet super de luxe maar meer dan genoeg variatie. Schoon hotel. Top locatie. Bad: als er dan een minpunt genoemd moet worden dan vind ik persoonlijk vloerbedekking nooit top in een hotel, en de kamers aan de straatkant zijn enorm gehorig, maar goed je zit midden in een stad waar behoorlijk veel verkeer rijdt ! Mocht je rust zoeken dan zou ik een kamer aan de andere kant vragen.

Просторный номер (бронировали делюкс) в классическом стиле в светлых тонах + балкончик с обзорным видом. По запросу предоставили (сразу же!) халат, тапочки и чайную станцию. Хорошие завтраки, достаточно разнообразные. В ресторане можно поужинать в приятной атмосфере под живую музыку) Bad: Uорничные смену постельного белья не производили не то, что каждый день, а вообще за все время пребывания, а также не всегда обновляли туалетные принадлежности.

Good: The staff was excellent. Super friendly and helpful. Balcony and ability to open windows was great. The location is walking distance from all major attraction. We walked everywhere from the hotel to the Buda Castle and Parliment. We took the 100E bus from the airport as it drops you off across the street of the hotel. On your trip back, you need to catch the bus about 3 blocks away. Very easy. Starbucks across the street if you miss home. Bad: A bit loud from guest in the hall as in a lot of hotels.

The metro is right at the door, a little coffee shop near by and a few restaurants. You can also walk to everything if you have the time. The metro is clean and very easy to use. There are stops near every major sites. The restaurant in the hotel is beautiful but serves mostly Hungarian food. Good for one night maybe but there are many restaurants within walking distance, about 10 minutes. The staff is very courteous and efficient.

Good: The hotel looks like a slightly faded Grand Hotel - you can imagine what it would have been like before the war. Don't let that description put you off the rooms are very comfortable and the staff very helpful. It is in an excellent location right next to the metro and a short walk from the Elizabeth bridge. Good: Der sehr gute Eindruck begann bereits mit der Ankunft - sofort war Hilfe mit dem Gepäck am Fahrzeug und hat uns entladen und Transport auf unser Zimmer vom Kofferraum aus abgenommen. Auch der Empfang an der Rezeption war angenehm persönlich. Zimmer, Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit des Personals ließen keine Wünsche offen. Anstatt des Frühstücksbuffets haben wir im hoteleigenen Cafe aus einer Frühstückskarte günstige Alternativen gefunden. Die Lage ist einzigartig - alles ist fußläufig von hier zu erreichen, die U-Bahnstation ist direkt vor der Hoteltüre. Bad: Nichts
