Good: Posizione centralissima, A pochi passi dalla fermata della metro linea blu comodissima. Tutti i luoghi di interesse sono comunque raggiungibili anche a piedi con una breve passeggiata e nella via sorgono pub ristoranti negozi per ogni esigenza ma al tempo stesso l' hotel resta fuori dalla zona trafficata e dal caos. Colazione continentale buona (10 euro) e varia ma ne abbiamo usufruito solo una volta perché in genere preferiamo mangiare fuori variando il locale. Camera accogliente box doccia molto grande e confortevole. Complimenti al personale della reception e sala molto professionali, gentili e disponibili (parlano però solo inglese). Prenotato taxi x l areoporto, puntualissimo ci hanno addirittura accompagnato fino alla fermata visto che a causa della chiusura della strada il taxi non poteva arrivare proprio davanti all'hotel. Bellissima città e hotel consigliatissimo.
Bad: Alcuni dettagli dell' arredamento possono apparire leggermente datati e nelle camera servirebbe qualche presa in piu'. Ma la struttura è comunque ben posizionata e penso che la professionalità e la gentilezza del personale conti di più dei dettagli.

Good: Io e la mia amica siamo rimaste soddisfatte di questa splendida struttura nel cuore di Pest. La posizione è strategica, abbiamo visitato la città spostandoci sempre a piedi. La camera era favolosa: salottino con divano, due tv, due bagni e pure letto comodissimo. Il personale è gentile, pronto a soddisfare ogni tua richiesta, come ad esempio il transfer dall’aeroporto all’hotel. Ho pure apprezzato il ristorante, una sera abbiamo avuto il piacere di cenare e devo dire che tutto era squisito. Ve lo consiglio vivamente se dovete trascorrere una vacanza a Budapest. Saluti Lidia.
Bad: La colazione non mi è piaciuta molto, per quanto riguarda le cose dolci non c’era tanta scelta. Anche se le camere venivano sistemate ogni giorno, dalla parte in cui io dormivo le lenzuola erano macchiate, nessuno ha pensato di sostituirle in tre giorni.

É un buon hotel 3 stelle con il grande vantaggio di una posizione strategica nel pieno centro di pest, vaci utca raggiungibile a piedi comodamente. Hotel dalla posizione invidiabile, facilmente raggiungibile dall'aeroporto con E200 e Metro blu; a poche fermate di metro o bus da qualunque attrazione turistica di Budapest, la sera con una breve passeggiata si può arrivare ai pub in rovina e alla zona della movida. Personale gentile, disponibile e alcuni parlano anche un po' di italiano, colazione ottima ed abbondante dolce e salata, all'interno dell'Hotel c'è un ottimo wine bar e la migliore bisteccheria della città, recensita anche nelle guide. Insomma un'ottima scelta!

Good: Bellissima esperienza, molto più di quello che mi aspettassi. Lo staff estremamente gentile, le camere calde al punto giusto (non si sudava), letto comodo. La colazione salata ben fornita, quella dolce meno assortita, era composta da cornetti vuoti che si potevano riempire con diversi tipi di marmellata (niente crostate o torte, ma comunque soddisfacente). Buona posizione, vicino Vaci Utca e a pochissimo dalla metro.

Good: Vírusra való tekintettel nem volt még nyitva, de fel ajánlottak egy másik szállodát a Danubius Hotel Helia-t. Ugyan ezen az áron. Ami nagyon pozitív, hogy ilyen rugalmasak. Előbb érkeztünk a hotelbe mind ahogy el foglalható lett volna, de nagyon kedvesen fogadtak minket. Tisztaság első osztály!!!! Külső zajokból semmit nem hallani! Wir hatten nur wenige Gehminuten zur Donau, zu den dortigen Lokalen und zum Nahverkehr. So konnten wir ohne großen Aufwand Sehenswürdigkeiten anschauen. Wir hatten auch kostenfreien WLAN Anschluss, sodass wir über WLAN Filme schauen konnten. Insgesamt war die Atmosphäre sehr angenehm, so dass wir dieses Hotel weiter empfehlen können.

Good: We are from the Netherlands; so everything is pretty cheap for us. With this price, you literally live in the city centre. There is a Lidl supermarket on the same street and few restaurants, like only 100-400m away. The staff are really friendly and professional. They have refrigerator in the hotel, so we bought OJ and beers and out them inside. You can have a nice drink after a long day of sightseeing.

Good: This hotel has a really great location, it´s easy to find, close to the metro or tram, has safe neighbour. Due to free room, we had to chance to check in earlier, after check out we used luggage storage, what was also really great. Receptionist was professional, as nice as Tomas who watched our bags :-) Hotel is very clean, high hygienic standart due to covid, room was basic, but cozy, with a fridge, wifi worked excellently. I would recommend to stay here, when in Budapest.

Good: Отличный отель! Расположение просто идеальное- можно дойти до любой точки города в течение 20-40 минут. Рядом огромное количество продуктовых магазинов, баров, кафе, ресторанов, сувенирных лавок, в 5 минутах ходьбы- центральный рынок. И что самое- при таком изобилии вокруг, в номере достаточно тихо и комфортно. Рядом несколько веток метро и линий автобуса. Персонал очень приветливый, прекрасно говорит на английском и всегда готов помочь. Уборка в номере происходила каждый день. Так же, соблюдаются все нормы гигиены, актуальные в наше время. Очень рекомендую и с удовольствием вернусь!
Bad: Мне понравилось все, но если по мелочам, то было бы неплохо иметь отдельное мыло для рук, а не только универсальный душ- гель.

Good: We like the hotel. situated in the center, not far from metro on a quiet street. Rather big room, big one person beds (120 cm), 2 pillows of rather good quality. Nice bathroom, white towels were changed by request. Good breakfast. Souvenir shop in the hotel was also very useful.
Bad: It was too dark in the restaurant by breakfast. Tables in the restaurant are cleaned without sanitizer but then they put a plate "sanitized". Вuring breakfast, food is slowly replenished.

Good: A szálloda elhelyezkedése nagyon jó, a belvárosban van, közel sok- sok nevezetesség, a bevásárló utca, pár percre a metró megálló. A szálloda szép, tisztasága príma, az emelet lifttel megközelíthető. Minden igényt kielégít. A szobák szépek, az ágy kényelmes, nagysága pont megfelelő. Az utcáról semmi zaj nem hallatszott be. A reggeli szuper, meleg és hideg étel egyaránt választható, finom és bőséges. A személyzet udvarias, kedves, segítőkész. Nekünk pont megfelelő volt, ha legközelebb Budapesten járunk, ebbe a szállodába jövünk.

Good: Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. in der Straße zwischen Ferenciek Tere und Kalvin Ter. Tram 2, Busse und weitere Trams, Trolleybusse und Donau gibt es auf wenige Gehminuten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und behilflich. Die Zimmer haben ein gutes Bet, Kühlschrank und Klimaanlage. Wifi ist umsonst. Das Frühstück ist lecker und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Annex am Hotel ist ein gutes Steakrestaurant mit vernünftigen Preisen. In der Straße gibt es weitere Restaurants, im Sommer mit Terrasse.

Good: Jesteśmy z koleżanką bardzo zadowolone! Hotel czyściutki, łóżka wygodne, pokoje funkcjonalne, śniadania świeże i smaczne a obsługa na najwyższym poziomie (kulturalna, uprzejma i mówiąca po angielsku). Dodatkowo, kiedy na dworcu okazało się, że nasz kurs do Polski został odwołany i kolejny jest za 10 godzin, pozwolono nam nieodpłatnie zostawić bagaże w przechowalni i odświeżyć się w łazience. Lokalizacja idealna, w centrum, pieszo do największych atrakcji, w otoczeniu knajpek i restauracji. Stosunek jakości do ceny nie mógł być lepszy. Cena za dobę/os. ze śniadaniem w formie bufetu to jakieś 105 zł - tyle w Polsce kosztuje obecnie nocleg w pensjonacie w Trójmieście lub w Zakopanem i to bez śniadania. Polecamy serdecznie!!

Bad: There was no concern about safety measures regarding the risk of contamination by the Covid19 at the breakfast room whatsoever (apart from the cleaning measures of the chairs, after being used by the guests - something that already existed before the pandemic, I think). I assume this happened because Hungary have by now a very few incidence of the that infectious disease (2,2 cases for 100 thousand people). But considering that visitors from other parts of Europe in a very worse situation (epidemiologically speaking) like Romania, Bulgaria, or even Spain and France are always around there, this lack of care and awareness by the hotel could easily help spreading the virus to others (including the employees), if anyone of these foreigners is infected and non symptomatic.

Good: Při check-in nám recepční oznámil, že pokoj úrovně Standard, který jsme měli rezervovaný, již není k dispozici, dostali jsme tedy vyšší úroveň Superior. Pokoj byl opravdu za tu cenu krásný. Snídaně také výborná. Umístění v klidné ulici, ze které se na většinu nejnavštěvovanějších atrakcí dostanete pěšky, taky skvělé. Nemám co vytknout.

Good: Πολύ καλη τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχειου. Ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο και το μπάνιο επίσης. Σημαντικό ήταν ότι το κρεββάτι ήταν πολύ άνετο. Καθημερινό καθάρισμα του δωματίου. Στα θετικά του πρωινού(7 με 10 το πρωί) είναι ότι είχε 2 επαγγελματικές εσπεσομηχανές και μπορούσες να τις χρησιμοποιήσεις όσο ήθελες.
Bad: Αν και το καθάρισμα του δωματίου ήταν καθημερινό στις 4 μέρες δεν μας άλλαξαν καμία φορά πετσέτες. Αν πέσετε σε φασαριόζικους γείτονες όπως εμείς τις 2 πρώτες μέρες η ηχομόνωση είναι χάλια. Το πρωινό αν και ικανοποιητικό θα μπορούσε να έχει λίγο μεγαλύτερη ποικιλία.

Belle hôtel avec de bons services, une équipe efficace mais pas toujours avenante. Emplacement parfait pour visiter la ville proche de tous les monuments et restaurants.
Reste cependant un léger manque de propreté dans la salle de bain à notre arrivée ainsi que les portes de douche cassée.
Je conseille fortement malgré ces petits détails.

It is a very lovely hotel and I warmly recommend it. Not all the rooms have a lot of space, but they are clean, the bathrooms are clean and without any pluming issues. , the beds are conformable. Also, Due to its very central position (5 min to metro station Astoria and Ferenciek Tere) it allows you to get very fast to all tourist attractions of the city.

Good: Excellent and safe location, popular sights are all within walking distance. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby. The breakfast offers a wide selection of food and drinks. The internet connection never interrupted. I will never hesitate to book this hotel if I visit Budapest again.
Bad: It would be better if there were kettle in the room. Also, some of the staff were really unfriendly. One morning a woman was cleaning the mirror of the elevator while we stepped in. She suddenly started to say us something loudly and we had to exit. Again, in the breakfast room, the staff did not let us sit in a table which contains 4 chairs (we were just two) although there are plenty of free tables. But, after a time, a couple came and sit the same table. These situations are both annoying because the staff should consider the satisfaction of the customers first.

Good: Die Lage ist excellent. In der Stadtmitte, unweit vom öffentlicher Verkehr. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist ausgezeichnet. Ich hatte ein grosses Zimmer mit einem sehr guten Bett. Good: Незамысловатый, но хороший завтрак. Вежливый персонал всегда с готовностью помогал и выполнял просьбы. Есть комната с принтером, чтобы постояльцы могли распечатать посадочные талоны в аэропорт - это очень удобно. Прекрасное расположение, рукой подать до метро и достопримечательностей города. Сам отель красив, по вечерам было приятно возвращаться в номер. Звукоизоляция 10/10. Что-то услышать из других номеров можно было только в полной тишине в ванной комнате. Окна, несмотря на 7 этаж, открывались не только наверх и это большой плюс. В номере чайник, фен, мини-бар, телевизор - все в хорошем состоянии и исправно работает.
Bad: На этапе бронирования не обратили внимания, что номер с душем, а не ванной. Поверхности чистые, но под кроватью и тумбочками была заметная пыль. Маловато розеток. Немного мудреная система отключения общего света - главный переключатель выключает на только все светильники в номере, но и блокирует розетки т.е. электричество не поступает и телефоны не заряжаются. Думаем, это связано с экономией электроэнергии - в последующие ночи выключали каждый светильник по отдельности.

Good: We needed a hotel for one night and Erzsebet had everything we needed: center location and good price. The room was on the smaller side but since we arrived at 7 pm and left the next day, it was sufficient. The bathroom was large, nice tiles and marble sink, We met only the receptionists, both were pleasant and check in/check out was done in less than 5 min.
Bad: The shower was unusual, it was a step up from the floor. The shower door was a little bit small but it was not an issue for us. Above certain weight, it might be an issue.

Стиль отеля- это доброжелательное внимание ко всем твоим вопросам. Všetko potrebné vykonal veľmi rýchlo, s úsmevom a akoby ešte čakal, či nebudete mať nejaké prianie, ktoré by vám rád splnil. Izba bola na 3* hotel obrovská a množstvom interiérového vybavenia, čistá, a tým, že sme boli na 6 poschodí aj tichá, ale to bolo asi aj tou odľahlou ulicou. O čistote možno najlepšie napovie skutočnosť, že biele boli aj spáry medzi obkladačkami v kúpeľni - poviete si, hlúposť, drobnosť, ale pozrite sa doma na svoje.... Veru som si aj povedal, že chvalabohu, že som práve tu a nie kdesi uprostred mesta, kde na zaparkovanie auta môžete zabudnúť, ak, pravdaže, nemáte zbytočné peniaze na garáž. Aspoň sme ušetrené húfy HUF-ov užili na príjemnejšie veci.
Bad: Trocha komické boli raňajky. Džúsy z automatu boli riedené ako euro k forintu a chutná saláma a klobáska sa dokladala 5 minút potom, čo v ponuke došli. Verím, že to bolo množstvom práce, nie nebodaj nejakou lakomosťou, pretože tí Maďari sú, medzi nami, neskonale pohostinní, skoro tak, ako sa to (len) hovorí o nás. Neuveríte, ale obyčajné miešané vajíčka boli neskonale chutné, napadlo mi to preto, lebo už som po hoteloch pojedol naozaj všelijaké. Inak pri raňajkách krásny výhľad z útulnej reštaurácie do pokojnej uličky oživoval pohľad na trocha plnšie smetiaky, ktoré sa našťastie onedlho dočkali svojich smetiarov, takže sme cez sklo asi na tri metre mali možnosť oceniť aj verejné služby, za ktoré sme si zaplatili tax. Príďte, zažite to aj vy.

Кровати удобные, средне мягкие, 3 подушки нормальной плотности, удобные. Свои 3* полностью оправдывает. Нам было комфортно все 4 дня. Да, соседей не слышали. Вечером, утром было хорошо слышно то, что происходило под окном. Пьяненькие орали, испанцы "глухие" между собой общались, утром вывозили мусор, но мы спали с преоткрытым окном. Кондей есть, но не пользовались. Завтраки не брали

Good: We had a room on the top floor with a nice view of the rooftops. The room was much more spacious than I expected, had a desk to write, and a kettle, tea bags & instant(?) coffee. I wasn't expecting too much when booking but we loved the location and had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The front desk staff was friendly and helped us book performance tickets and a taxi to the train station at the end of our stay. There's a very good restaurant in the terrace of a literary museum 3 minutes walking from the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to others and would return here again if I am in Budapest.
Bad: Even though it was October the room got rather warm during the night and a little stuffy during the day. Unfortunately no A/C only heat turned on since it is already autumn. Thankfully we could open the window to air out the room.

We had 3 people room what was actually like suite, with 2 rooms, also two toilet rooms, fridge and all you might need :) Double bed was king size with many soft pillows! We loved our stay in Erzebet hotel :)

Good: We only had the buffet breakfast one morning and it was fine, a good selection of cereal, hot food, cold meats, cheese and yogurts. The location of the hotel is excellent, plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance. Staff were very pleasant. Good to have fridge in room for chilling water.

Good: Staff were excellent and the restaurant was amazing. Taxis were very easy to book as the guy at reception was excellent every morning and did it for us. Although the room was basic it was very clean, comfortable and air con worked very well. Location was great as soon as you walk outside there is a strip of restaurants and you are right near lots of shops and more restaurants. I would definitely recommend eating at the restaurant in the hotel - one of the best burgers I have ever had and the steaks were amazing.

The hotel is within reasonable walking distance from many of the popular attractions, and is close to transport links for travel around the city. The breakfast buffet is very good with a range of the usual items, and the room was spacious and comfortable.
The reception staff are very pleasant and helpful, and assisted me willingly when my shuttle bus did not show up on the morning of my departure ( I booked the shared shuttle as part of my Expedia package and was let down by the P-Airbus company, who I certainly do not recommend).
This was my second stay at the hotel, and I will be recommending it to friends and hope to revisit it for another holiday in due course.

Good: Ubicación excelente, muy céntrica y cerca de estación de metro, tranvías, buses. Igualmente cerca de restaurantes y pubs que atienden hasta medianoche. Muy buen ambiente. El desayuno variado y muy bueno. Habitación bastante confortable. Tiene una tienda de souvenirs muy variada con precios más cómodos que en las áreas turísticas. Muy recomendable. Regresaría a este hotel si vuelvo a Budapest.

Bad: Some maintenance required in bathroom - shower door not on tracks. Breakfast room needs rearranging so that customers don't have to walk through middle of food area to get to tables. Needs a second coffee station as one is not enough with number of customers at breakfast.

Vi fik anbefalet hotellet af min søster og svoger, som har besøgt Hotel Erzsebeth 2 gange sammen med 2 andre par. Vi ønsker at bo på samme hotel næste gang vi kommer til Budapest, for vi havde en super god tur med mange oplevelser og var meget glade for at bo på hotellet. Vi har kun 1 ting, som vi ikke var tilfreds med. Det var rengøringen af vores værelse før vores ankomst. Badeværelset var ulækkert med tis på og på gulvet og fyldt med lange sorte hår på alle gulve. Alle gulve trængte til en grundig støvsugning.

Bad: We were on the fourth floor and were above the main reception. The noise about 6.30am off the roads getting cleaned was terrible. I would ask for a room at the other side of the hotel to avoid this.

Η περιοχή πολύ ήρεμη,δεν φοβάσαι ο,τι ώρα και να κυκλοφορείς. Η reception πολύ ευγενική,το δωμάτιο μοσχοβολουσε όταν μπήκαμε. Έχει και μπαρ που μπορείς να απολαύσεις τον καφέ σου ή το ποτό σου! Good: Dès l'accueil, vous ressentez la qualité de l'établissement. Excellente situation dans le centre, dans une rue relativement calme proche du quartier commercial. Très facile pour la visite de la ville. .Déjeuner excellent et complet avec beaucoup de choix. Good: A very pleasant stay. Excellent location just a short walk from the river. The facilities in the room were very good. Very comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Very little noise from outside so it was possible to have an undisturbed sleep. The restaurant had a good choice of meals for dinner and all of the staff were helpful and courteous.
Bad: Nothing too serious. The breakfast room was usually quite crowded and it was difficult sometimes to find a seat. One of the two lifts was out of order (not a major problem for me) so customers sometimes had to wait a little time.

Завтрак в отеле просто отличный. Все очень вкусно, и в достатке. Номера хорошие. Персонал вежливый. Номер дали в 10 утра, хотя заселение в 15.00.
Bad: Уборка каждый день, но странно кровати не приберают, только выносят мусор. Шампунь и мыло не добавляют. Но все это ерунда

Good: Clean, comfortable room right in the centre of Pest 5 minute walk to the Erzsebet Bridge and conveniently situated for many of the main sights. Tram, metro and bus stops all easily accessible. Good shower in bathroom. Mini bar in room. Tea and coffee making facilities but I may have requested those separately as have read some comments that these are not in every room but on request. The hotel is easily reached from the airport via the airport bus which is cheap and convenient. Staff very helpful, friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was very good and so was the service at breakfast time. Hot and cold buffet, fruit and yogurt. The steak restaurant attached to the hotel was good quality. The bar was nice for drinks and the bar staff were friendly.
Bad: Although it didn't bother me, there was some work going on in the hotel and one of the lifts was out of action and in the process of being repaired. There was some work going on so there was some noise after 9am. Being in a pedestrian street there was no traffic but also no view. The beds are two singles pushed together but very comfortable.

We spent 5 nights in this hotel. It was very central for the buses, metro and trams. It is close to the Elizabeth Bridge on the Pest side of the Danube. Catch the 100 bus from the airport for a good value transfer. Once at the hotel you can easily walk to all the main sights. The breakfast was excellent. The staff at breakfast were very efficient. They constantly cleared tables and there was never a queue. We also ate in the steak restaurant attached to the hotel which was a good experience. All the staff were professional and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

Bad: Although our room was clean on arrival apart from changing the towels on day 1 and 2 nothing else was done not even the bed. Going forward the beds were also changed and made but the general cleaning was very poor. Not once was the bathroom cleaned properly especially the mirror. The desk in the room was dusty by the end of the week. So unfortunately this has let the hotel down. But would stay here again.

Good: Great location. Took 100E bus from the airport and it was the first stop and less than 10min walk to the hotel, very easy to find. The hotel was a short walk from Erzsébet bridge, main shopping area and many bars and restaurants. The staff were very helpful and a free safe at reception. The breakfast was very good and plenty of selection.
Bad: The rooms were very hot. Make sure you have plenty of drinks as I had to get drink from mini bar because of the heat during the night and this was in March. There is not enough plugs, they all seemed to be on one side of the room which wasn't very good for charging phones etc. Although free WiFi we had trouble connecting, in fact I couldn't connect the whole week, reception tried but couldn't help.

Good: La ubicación es muy central. En la recepción venden tours por el día, lo cual nos facilitó mucho la estancia.
Bad: Estuvimos 2 noches pero la limpieza de la pieza fue un poco descuidada, ya que dejaron las toallas limpias tiradas en el suelo. Las camas fueron hechas rápidamente y se notaban desordenadas. Me molestó esa presentación de la habitación.

We stayed here for 4 nights and we got a great deal. For the price we paid the hotel was perfect. The location is outstanding, being right in the heart of the city centre and just a short walk to all of the best visitor attractions. Our room was comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful and there was plenty of food available at breakfast time. We loved our few days in Budapest and the Erzsabet Hotel was an important part of our enjoyable experience here. If we were going to be picky we could point out several areas that could be improved but it is important to stress that these must be viewed in the right context. We were happy with our stay here and we got amazing value. The only things that could have made the stay better would have been if there were tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms, if the breakfast foods were served warm (cold fried eggs and cold baked beans are not very nice) and if the heating had been turned down (the whole building was much too warm but especially the breakfast area. We had breakfast in t-shirts in February and were still too hot). However, this is a lovely hotel in a terrific location staffed by great people, all of who spoke excellent English much to our relief as our Hungarian is non-existent !

Minden 15-20percre van ami a tervezett programjaink között volt ami számunkra nagyon nagy öröm volt. Közelben is nagyon sok étterem és lehetőség van. A reggeli nagyon tetszett nekünk, rengeteg féle ennivaló, gyümölcs, müzli, croassan,tojás, bab, kávé, tea sok sok minden még sorolhatnám!! A hely különleges, hangulatos és nagyon barátságos.

Very pleasant stay in this hotel. Need a little modernisation in some areas like the showers /bathrooms. The general decor is within keeping of the style of the hotel. Very central, but also far enough away from the hustle and bustle of city life. 10 minute walk from the Danube River. Easily accessible to all firms of transport. Food was ok too. Only had breakfast here but good selection. Staff were pleasant but not much interaction. Some much better than others at interacting with you.

Bad: פקידי הקבלה נחמדים. צוות המלצרים קצת פחות אדיב. ביום השני שלנו בארוחת הבוקר מגשי האוכל התרוקנו מהר מאוד ולקח למלצרים הרבה זמן לחדש את המלאי (וזה היה שעה בלבד אחרי פתיחת הדלתות לארוחת הבוקר). החדר מאוד חם.

Good: The location was great! It was walking distance to the Danube, Gellért baths, shops and restaurants. The room was really good and staff were all very helpful. The little souvenir shop in the hotel was really great and was run by a very sweet lady. The shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel was really easy, convenient and reliable also. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends.
Bad: There was nothing that we didn’t like about the hotel. It was good to have a mini bar in the room A kettle would be a great addition to the room for tea and/ or coffee.

Good: Room was very clean, big and classic. There was a mini bar in the room but it was paid I came to to know at check out 😊. Location is perfect for any traveller as it is in the central of Budapest. You can roam the city by foot. I enjoyed the breakfast too. Breakfast buffet had lot of options to eat. I will give it a five star.

Stayed 4 nights in this hotel. Room was clean and breakfast was very good. Staff were very pleasant and all spoke good English. This hotel was excellent value for money and situated in a pedestrianised and central area of the city. Highly recommended if you're visiting the wonderful city of Budapest. ( Budapest is like a more friendly, less touristy "rip off" and less crowded and much cheaper version of Paris!!! ).

Good: Lage top,Zimmer sauber und entsprechend den Erwartungen an ein 3 Sterne Hotel ,Personal an der Rezeption top .Mit dem Auto vorher in die Garage ,das Ticket wird im Hotel abgerechnet und bestätigt für die Ausfahrt
Bad: Personal beim Frühstück einfach nicht in Ordnung z.B. aus einer Handvoll gebrauchtes Besteck einen scheinbar unbenutzten Löffel einfach wieder aufs Büffet. Sehr lustlos. Unbedingt ein Beispiel nehmen an den Kollegen der Rezeption

Una estancia perfecta, personal muy amable y atento. Buen conocimiento del inglés. El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad, con lo que puedes ir a pie a casi todas partes. Esta limpio, y tiene todo lo necesario para tener una estancia agradable. Quizás la decoración es un poco antigua, pero está bien conservado y se ve y está limpio.

ホテルの従業員の方が非常に親切で朝食もおいしかった。市内にあるので立地も良く観光地までの移動も比較的短く済んだ。改善点を1つ上げるとすれば廊下がタバコ臭かったことくらいだがそれ以外は満足できるものだった。

Brilliant location nice clean place and staff went with 30 + lads from Sheffield for my stag do and couldn't have picked a better place to stay perfect for what we needed and close to everything would highly recommend!!!

Super hilfsbereites und kompetentes Personal. Ich habe ohne Frühstück gebucht, da ich nur glutenfrei essen kann. Haben aber trotzdem einen Kaffee und meine Freundin Crossaints erhalten. Toll!!
Das einzige Minus ist der Teppich in den Zimmern ein Laminat- oder Fliesenboden wäre besser. Ich würde gerne nochmal kommen. Meine Schwester ist jedoch Asthmatikerin und das geht mit dem Teppich gar nicht. Schade!

As the rooms are rather small it would be better to remove the round table and one chair. This would make it more comfortable to move around and leave space for the suitcases aswell.
Beside breakfast ( 7-10 a.m ) there is nothing else available at this hotel, only from the minibar in the room. For a coffee you have to go to restaurants nearby. This is a pitty!A coffeecorner in the hotel would be very nice and/or the possibility to make it in the rooms.

Die Lage des Hotels im Stadtzentrum ist ideal. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten können zu Fuß erkundet werden. Längeres Parken ist aber nur im nahen Parkhaus möglich. Bei Bezahlung des Parktickets an der Hotelrezeption gilt der ermäßigte Preis von 4500 HUF pro Tag. Im Hotel vermissten wir einen Zimmersafe. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden.

Hotel perfect regarding position and ratio hotel value/price. I have appreciated my stay with you and would come back again if in Budapest, and surely I recomend it to my friends. Its a pity that service is good but I cannot say perfect also regarding room service (bath towels changed only at the check out date and not perfect cleaning of the room).

This hotel is in the perfect location for us. We have stayed there three times now. However, this was the first time that someone has gone into our rooms (yes, both rooms) and rummaged through our luggages. Nothing was taken, but we felt we had to lock our suitcases from then on. We kept our clothes in the locked suitcases and did not use the closets after that. I told it to the person in charge at the reception, but nothing happened. Too bad, because as I said, this was the perfect location for us and would have stayed there again in the future.
