Good: Excelente hotel

Good: Room was clean, all the necessary facilities for us (fridge, hairdryer, air conditioning, dark curtains), very good location at 300m from Keleti train and metro station, bus station in the front of the hotel (30m), shops, pubs. The furniture in the room is let's say just a little old fashioned year 2005-style in my opinion, but very well maintained. Superior rooms are indeed nicer and modern equipped as can be seen in the pictures, maybe it worth the price if you need more luxury. They gave us a standard room at the last floor, if it is very hot in the summer you must keep AC on all the day & night, but the central AC system works silently. We were lucky, it rained last 2 days from our accommodation period and the temperature was around 18-20 Celsius, but in the first two days it was 32-34. I must admit though they tried to offer us at check in a double room as a free upgrade (we had a twin and we are a couple), I refused I don't know why, but I don't know if the offer would be at a different floor; it's possible that standard rooms to be only at the last floor, you must pay attention and to ask at the reception if you don't want last floor). The good part for us was - because every time you must see also the good parts even in the bad ones :) - at the last floor the window is a large attic window which gave you the opportunity to see the sky from the bed and is more romantic :). Soundproofing of the room is not perfect, but definitely over average, keeping in mind how much traffic is on the large boulevard near the hotel all the time, but hotel atmosphere was quiet. Breakfast is fabulous for all the preferences (from English breakfast to continental, French, Italian, Chinese - yes, they have even noodles with vegetables, some Chinese soup at breakfast ). The coffee could be better though, even they have serious espresso machines, probably the quality of the coffee beans is below average. Bad: Shower curtain was too long :) - if you don't want water leaks on the floor you must keep the curtain inside the tube in the shower time and is too long, it was designed outside the tube to hang exactly to the floor. I must warned you not to be surprised, as in many other large cities at night you can see some homeless sleeping in the center on the streets, same here. Another idea: Budapest is transforming year by year, more and more beautiful, you must consider many days to see all that the city has to offer or plan several trips. Three or four days is not enough - as this can be considered a negative point I had no place to write at positives :). I am in love with Budapest and its people!

For me the location, Budapest-Keleti railway station was 5 minutes walk away. The room was a decent size with amenities and great/comfortable bed!! And two pillows.

周邊很方便，吃飯買東西什麼都有。就是此片區域流浪漢有點多，每次回去酒店都要路過一條走廊有點臟。

Good: The location is close to the city center. The underground parking is at the back of the hotel. For train travelers, the hotel is just a few minutes (400 m) from Budapest-Keleti railway station. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and the staff is friendly and smiling. I can only highly recommend it. Bad: I did not meet anything negative...

Good: The reception area is very welcoming and the staff very helpful. Its location is truly 5 minutes walk from the metro and train station and 3 minutes from the bus stop.

Nagyon szépen felújították a lobbyt és a recepciót. Amikor meglátogattam a helyet az elmúlt napokban, felidéztem a korábbi kellemes emlékeimet. Itt dolgoztam nyitástól kezdve hosszú éveken keresztül. Idén 40 éve nyitott a szálloda. A vezetőség tervez valami ünnepséget az évforduló alkalmából?

Good: Camera foarte curată și încăpătoare, fără priveliște, dar cu liniște, ceea ce este de apreciat, cu ferestre foarte mari care se pot deschide, pat confortabil și baie curată. Micul dejun este pentru toate gusturile și în schimbul a 20 de dolari am putut face și check in mai devreme decât ora standard. Hotelul este amplasat aproape de stația de metrou și Gara Kelety și foarte aproape de multe stații de autobuz. Bad: Camera noastră era amplasată fix în fața unei uși de la o debara sau camera de gunoi și de acolo venea un miros suspect, dar nu pătrundea în camera. Strict pe hol era problema. Nu ne-a deranjat foarte mult.

Good: Newly refurbished room, spacious and attractive lobby and excellent breakfast. Staff very pleasant and obliging. No grumbles!. Hotel in a very good position with easy access to various forms of transport to get about the city. Bad: Wi fi erratic but that wasn’t so important!

Good: Osoblje je susretljivo, boravak u hotelu je odličan omjer uloženog/dobivenog. Bad: Jedini minus ide na pronalazak hotela tj. Reklama im je poprilično neuocljiva, a kada smo ih dva puta zvali da ih ne možemo naći hotel - ni njihov parking, nisu nam rekli da je ulazak u parking iza hotela. To je nešto sto moraju naglasiti.

Top Preis- Leistung Verhältnis. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter, Die Zimmer sind zwar nicht mehr modern, aber tip- top Sauber, voll funktionsfähig. Wasser, Tee, Kaffee gratis im Zimmer. Gutes Frühstück und eine geniale Lage, nur paar Schritte von " Hauptbahnhof Keleti " entfernt. Tolle Lobbybar mit Internationalen als auch Ungarischen Gerichten liebevoll serviert. Verschiedenen Haltestelle direkt vorm Haus oder paar Schritte entfernt. Immer wieder sehr gerne!

Munkahelyi tréning keretein belül szálltunk meg a hotelban. Csodálatos 4 napunk fény pontja a reggeli és a vacsora ellátása volt. Ernő, aki mindent megtett azért hogy a hasunk tele legyen, elképesztő munkamorállal azon volt, hogy számunkra mindenböl a legjobbat szolgàlja. Csak ajánlani tudom a szállodát ha olyan helyet kerestek ahol megszállnátok átutazás, tréning, oktatás miatt. Imádtuk a kiszolgálást. Rita, Reni, Móni, Dorina.

Good: Kedves személyzet.Finom reggeli.Jó lokácio.Bekészített víz kávé tea.Jó minőségű ágynemű és törölköző.A recepció és az aula nagyon szép,modern. Bad: Cigiszag a szobában,a hűtő nincs takarítva,az előző vendég által bennemaradt ételmaradék bizonyítja.A zuhanyban kevés a víznyomás.Vízforraló vízköves.Egy falfestés és ablakpucolás illetve szőnyegtisztítás ráférne a szobára.

Nemdohányzó szobában olyan tömény cigiszag volt,hogy nagyon zavart egész éjszaka.A zuhanyrózsából a víz nagyon kicsi nyomással jön ki.A vízforraló vízköves.A hűtőben volt egy bontott joghurt illetve valamilyen sportoláshoz való zsírosbödönyféle cucc.Gondolom az előző vendég hagyta ott.Így garantált,hogy a hűtő nem lett kitakarítva.Illetve,ez csak egy javaslat,a fürdőkádas szobákban lehetne habfürdő,mert a tusfürdőt nagyon nehéz kipumpálni a flakonjából,és mivel nem mozdítható,elég sok pumpát kell transzfertálni a kádig.Így nem túl kényelmes.

Good: Raňajky boli slabé, personál však veľmi príjemní a vždy milí

I ended up staying at this hotel because the Arena Hotel – which is part of the same group and where I usually stay – was fully booked this time. My dental clinic helped arrange this one for me, and to be fair, it’s clearly been newly renovated – the room was comfortable and quite spacious, which was a pleasant surprise. That said, the Wi-Fi was just as unstable as in the other hotel, which made my online meetings really frustrating. At one point, my boss even had a go at me for cutting out, which definitely put a damper on my mood. Soundproofing wasn’t great either – I could still hear doors slamming from nearby rooms, and to top it off, I was jolted awake just before 6am by the fire alarm. Needless to say, I couldn’t get back to sleep after that… not exactly the best first impression. On the plus side, the room was very clean, and the location is just as convenient as the Arena Hotel – literally a two-minute walk to the tube. It’s on one of the best lines in my opinion, so that’s definitely a strong point. Overall, I’d still recommend the hotel, especially for the location and cleanliness, but it would be so much better if you could upgrade the Wi-Fi and install thicker doors for proper sound insulation.

Good: Szuper elhelyezkedés, belváros gyalog megközelíthető. Tisztaság, segítőkész személyzet. Bad: Garázsból csak lépcsőn lehetett feljutni a lobbyba.

Good: Bőséges és finom reggeli. Tisztaság. A bekészitett viz és süti csomag. Bad: Az utcára (Rákóczi út) néző szoba még a hetedik emeleten is nagyon zajos és a bekészitett füldugó nem a legjobb megoldás.

Good: Gostei de tudo, no entanto o pequeno almoço poderia ter mais opções sem glúten e lactose , com por exemplo panquecas, doces, iogurtes. A simpatia dos funcionários, principalmente os da recepção/ táxi. Foram simpáticos e tratavam nos com excelência ( foi com quem lidei mais) Bad: Não houve nada que não gostasse, no entanto há aspetos que poderiam melhorar, como por exemplo as camas não estavam bem feitas.

Good: Very clean spacious room in the middle of Budapest. In a 5 my minute walking distance from the Keletin central station.

Good: The staff was very friendly and smile. Also the location was great.

Good: Tágas, jól felszerelt szoba, gyalog is közel a Keleti pályaudvar, bőséges finom reggeli. A hajnali érkezés gond nélkül ment. Bad: Nagyon szűk kicsi a fürdő. Nem volt fogkefe.

Palvelu oli loistavaa, erittäin asiakaspalvelu henkisiä työntekijöitä ja ystävällisiä. Sijainti oli huippu, koska mihinkään ei ollut pitkä matka. Kävellen oli helppo liikkua paikasta toiseen. Ainut miinus oli toimimaton ilmastointi hotellihuoneessa, mutta saimme onneksi tuulettimen avuksi, jotta saimme nukuttua.

Good: Doručak je odličan, osoblje je veoma ljubazno, lokacija vrlo pristupačna za odlazak u bilo koji deo grada. Bad: Visina cene parkinga, koja je ipak unapred i transparentno iskomunicirana.

Good: Väldigt bra centralt läge. Trevlig personal, bekväma rum, lugn och fin miljö. Gratis citronvatten och äpple. Kaffe och mineralvatten på rummet.

Good: Понравились завтраки. Всё что можно пожелать для завтрака. В лобби выносят фрукты, что делает гостеприимство приятным. Красивый номер. Звукоизоляция неплохая с закрытым окном. Кровать большая, матрас очень удобный. Каждый день уборка номера: смена полотенец, застилание кроватей, установка порядка в комнате. Bad: Полы в номере не чистили все 5 дней проживания. Жидкого мыла едва хватило на 5 дней. Ванную не мыли. Очень шумно с улицы с открытым окном, а кондиционер был выключен. Даже после того как его включили по моей просьбе он не работал достаточно сильно, что создать в комнате нормальную не жаркую атмосферу. Ночью было жарко.

Good: La habitación excelente. Bad: Que no hubiera suficientes bananas. Si no ibas temprano ya no habían más y tampoco reponían. Las manzanas no eran buenas.

Good: Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου που είναι στο κέντρο της πόλης βοηθάει πολύ τους τουρίστες .Κοντά είναι η στάση του Μετρό,στάση του λεωφορείου,σούπερ μάρκετ τα πάντα κοντά κ εύκολη πρόσβαση σε όλα.Το πρωινό άψογο κ επειδή η πτήση μας ήταν πολύ πρωί,μας έδωσαν σε πακέτο μαζί μας.Το προτείνα ανεπιφύλαχτα Bad: Δε μου άρεσε που αφήναν τους ντελίβερυ να μπαινοβγαίνουν.

Good: La situation géographique de l’hôtel est parfaite, tout est vraiment à proximité (métro et bus). De plus le personnel est très agréable et accueillant.
