Hotel bardzo ładny, do tego suszarka w pokoju w osobnym woreczku - to rzadkość, bo większość hoteli ma suszarki zamontowane na stałe do ściany, co nie jest wygodne. Obsługa miła, rozwiewa wszelkie wątpliwości. Bad: Drzwi do łazienki otwierają się do wewnątrz, co uniemożliwia swobodne korzystanie z niej. Warto pomyśleć nad zmianą tego szczegółu.

We like walking, it was also ok for us to walk to the city center. ✅ Good value for money ✅ Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, tea/coffee available in the room ✅ Friendly staff ✅ Nice view from the window/ balcony Bad: 🤷🏻‍♀️ Cleaning could be better… (dust, some hair in the sink and on the floor…) on the other hand we booked two rooms at this hotel, located close to each other and the room of my mother was considerably cleaner 👌 (I mean the bathroom, sink etc). So if I evaluated the level of cleaning in her room, it would have been perfect. But in our room it was not that good unfortunately 🤷🏻‍♀️

Before checking in we realized we left one of our cell phones in a taxi. The hotel receptionist was most helpful, professional and caring to assist us investigating which of the many taxi services around to find the driver, call him and coordinate retrieving our irreplaceable phone. Hotel room, staff, breakfast meal and general services were impeccable. The hotel staff gave us the warmth of enjoying this wonderful city. Many thanks and greatest of gratitude.

Good: locația foarte bună a hotelului, pe bulevard principal, stație de autobuz lângă hotel, stația de metrou la câteva minute, ușor de orientat, semicentral aș putea spune, posibilitate de parcare pe stradă în spatele hotelului (găsești lejer loc de parcare), posibilități de a mânca ceva la distanță de mers pe jos, climatizarea (aer condiționat bună) Bad: frigiderul nu răcea deloc, baia un pic cam mică (și eu nu-s mare), presiunea la apă putea fi un pic mai mare, chiuveta se umplea repede cu apă, televizorul setat să pornească mereu cu un volum ușor ridicat

Good: A szálloda szép és tiszta. Nagyon barátságos a személyzet és a hozzáállás. A parkolás fizetős, de magas színvonalú. Van egy londiner, aki elviszi az autódat, leparkolja helyetted és őrzi. Good: We enjoyed our stay 4 night stay. Hotel was clean, quite during the night and close to Keleti train station. Breakfast was not included with our stay...but we had breakfast twice during our stay, cost was a tad high however there was a lot of variety. Would stay again in future most definitely.

Hotel położony w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Pokoje (Superior) przestronne i czyste. Jedynym minusem jest hałas dobiegający zza okna przez 24 godziny na dobę- zaraz obok hotelu znajduje się bardzo duże skrzyżowanie, po którym przez całą dobę poruszają się samochody, karetki na sygnale itd - dźwięki słychać w pokoju non stop. Gwiazdka odjęta również za kiepsko działająca klimatyzacje - w pokoju bywało momentami ciepło, mimo klimy nastawionej na maxymalne chłodzenie.

Taxi-Bestellservice hat immer funktioniert. Bad: Frühstücksbuffet war zum Teil "abgestanden". Zimmer wurde manchmal erst am Nachmittag (Siesta-Zeit) erledigt. Es fehlt der Spa-Bereich (Massage, ...)

Good: Easy access to the transport links. Quiet at night. Air conditioning helped greatly to maintain a temperature of the room given that it was over 30° each day. Staff were excellent and very helpful with providing information. The rooms were clean. I didn't have meals so cannot comment.

Bad: The district seemed to me not the safest, especially in the evening, but that's not something the hotel can affect)

We were only informed after parking the car that it could not be collected before 6:00 a.m. It was very important for us to leave at 5:30 a.m., but no one was willing to help. We were simply told that there was no way to get the car earlier, and that was all. I understand that the parking garage may only open at 6:00 a.m., but in this situation I would expect a 4-star hotel to offer a solution or at least make an effort to help its guests.

Był bardzo miły i pomocny – pomógł nam rozwiązać niewielki problem z rezerwacją oraz wyjaśnił kwestie związane z parkingiem. Kolejnym pozytywnym zaskoczeniem było wejście do pokoju. Był on bardzo przestronny, czysty i całkiem nowoczesny. Wyposażenie pokoju było w pełni wystarczające, a dużym atutem okazał się balkon. Śniadania były bardzo smaczne i różnorodne, a w restauracji było dużo miejsca dla gości, dzięki czemu nie było problemu ze znalezieniem stolika. Ogólnie jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Wszystko przebiegło zgodnie z oczekiwaniami i z przyjemnością polecamy ten hotel. Bad: Łazienka była już nieco zużyta – nie wiem, czy tak wygląda wyposażenie we wszystkich pokojach. Sprzątanie również mogłoby być nieco dokładniejsze, ponieważ na półkach znajdowało się sporo kurzu.

Good: Gyönyörű tiszta szoba, nagyon kényelmes ágy. Szuper reggeli. Kedves személyzet. Bad: A szobánkban egy nagyon hangos búgó hangot lehetett hallani, mint egy oriás elszívó lenne az ablak mellet kívül, ami kissé zavarta a pihenést.

Good: Personnel adorable, super petit déjeuner, l’hôtel est très beau et propose de l’eau fraîche et des fruits chaque matin. La chambre était spacieuse et le lit très confortable. La climatisation fonctionnait bien. Bad: Le ménage était parfait, juste les lits n’étaient pas très bien faits (nous sommes restés plusieurs jours). Mais rien de grave. Le flexible de douche avait une fuite, et un bruit de moteur assez fort se faisait entendre la nuit parfois même avec les fenêtres fermées, alors que nous avions une chambre sur cour pour le calme. Cela n’a pas gâché notre séjour grâce notamment à la gentillesse du personnel.

Sprzątanie również mogłoby być nieco dokładniejsze, ponieważ na półkach znajdowało się sporo kurzu. Ogólnie jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Wszystko przebiegło zgodnie z oczekiwaniami i z przyjemnością polecamy ten hotel.

Good: Szuper központi helyen van. A személyzet kedves és segítőkész volt. A reggeli is kielégítő volt. A szoba és a tisztaság is remek volt. Viszont drágának találtuk a nem az árban foglalt étkezést éppen ezért nem is ettünk a hotelben pedig jó lett volna. De ezt leszámítva remekül éreztük magunkat.

Very clean establishment and very reasonably priced, good transport links very close by and very nice rooms. Breakfast was very nice with a decent choice but could have been slightly increased also some food was cold but as a whole very nice. Main gripe with the room was the bathroom door was very hard to close like the door had not been put on right. Was pretty annoying when everything else seemed well thought out. Also bathroom was pretty small and pillows on the bed were not really that comfortable for us due to the softness but that is inderstandably personal preference. All in all a great stay for a good price. Would likely stay again in the future.

Good: 订的房型（小型套房）有两个卫生间（其中一间只有马桶），对于带孩子家庭游客非常方便！酒店赠送了欢迎小饼干和一瓶水，很感谢！房间层高很高，展开一个28寸和一个24寸的行李箱刚好。酒店位置就在火车东站斜对面，有两条地铁线路，去哪里都很方便，我们这次去看了F1，路线也很顺。离最中心的区域大概三站地铁。 Bad: 房间设施稍显老旧。比如空调一直会发出奇怪的声音，第一晚很不适应。后面经过自己研究和调整之后好了很多！小冰箱的门很不容易开关，但稍微用力之后也克服了这个问题。周围街区稍显破旧，去往火车站可以走地下通道，路线很方便，但看起来街区没有得到很好的打扫。
