Отель замечательный. Останавливаемся там снова и снова. После тяжелого дня так приятно провести время в теплых бассейнах Хелии. Спа услуги в отеле по очень приятным ценам. Персонал ну очень старается. Завтраки настолько разнообразные! Все здорово, спасибо за очередной потрясающий отдых!

Месторасположение отеля со SPA, по сравнению с такими же отелями-отличное. Рядом метро (200м), автобус, пешком можно добраться за 30 мин до основных достопримечательностей. Отличный завтрак. Очень все вкусное и большое разнообразие. Быстрый WiFi

Good: Доброжелательность персонала, качество и ассортимент услуг спа-зоны. Bad: Номер был немного прокурен, постоянное проветривание облегчало, но не спасало ситуацию.

Good: Бронировали отель по спецпредложению, считаю это лучший показатель цена-качество. Хорошие завтраки - большой выбор, и отличный СПА-комплекс.

Мы с женой и друзьями отдыхали с30 сентября по 7 октября...Понравилось почти все.Отношение добродушное,персонал вежливый и участливый.Хотелось бы сменить халат,хотя бы через день.А так 8 дней в одном,не очень удобно.Хотя если попросить думаю неоткажут.Если сравнивать с отдыхом вЧехии и Греции,то этот отпуск очень удачный.Спасибо за отличное обслуживание.Совет тем кто не знает ни английского,ни венгерского.Скачайте на андроид или планшет гугль переводчик,он конечно коряво пепеводит,но довольно понятно и доступно для понимания.Вай фай бесплатный.Пакет брать не обязательно поесть вкусно можно в любом ресторанчике.Спа с 7-00,спортзал суппер,пробежка вдоль реки Дунай или пешие прогулки.Кто не любит ходить берите общий проездной на срок пребывания в стране,на все виды трпнспорта единый.Отдыхайте в Данубияс Хелия,не пожалеете.

Good: Красивый интерьер общественных зон. Отличная демонстрация блюд в столовой и большое разнообразие блюд. Великолепный СПА. Пошли на встречу и оформили поздний выезд.

Были на выходных в августе. Отличный отель, чистый номер, отличный персонал, большой выбор качественных SPA процедур, хороший бассейн и тренажерный зал.

Все.Очень хороший отель. Были уже второй раз, теперь привезли сюда своих друзей.Персонал дружелюбный и приветливый. Все вопросы решались мгновенно. Прекрасный СПА-центр и термальные бассейны.На завтраке всего в избытке и все очень вкусно. Номера уютные и комфортабельные. Приедем сюда еще не раз.

Абсолютно всё: чистота, комната, шведский стол и зона спа с термальными бассейнами вообще выше всяких похвал! Приветливый персонал отеля может решить любой вопрос - нам даже официально разрешили взять полотенца из номера, когда мы ездили на термальное озеро.

Отель был выбран не случайно. Это один из отелей в Будапеште со своими термальными бассейнами. Их три с разной температурой. Один холодный вода около 25 C, и два горячих вода 36-40С но вода такая легкая и приятная, что моя дочь несмотря на то, что не любит горячую воду невылазила из бассейнов. Мы с утра ходили Спа центр, получали процедуры , ходили в соляную пещеру со светотеррапией, потом я с ребенком шел в бассейн а жена на процедуры. Цены на процедуры очень приятные. Завтрак мы не брали, питались самостоятельно. В отеле бесплатно дают кофе с молоком и круассанами. Дочь пила молоко. А мы кофе очень вкусный. В номере банные халаты. Это важно поскольку мы ходили в Спа в халатах. Спа центр работает до позднего вечера. Хорошие раздевалки и душ. Две сауны паровая и финская и в женской раздевалки и в мужской.все чисто опрятно. Номер большой. Уборку делали каждый день. Один раз сделать забыли мы подошли на рецепшен сказали. Перед нами изменились и быстро все убрали. Да, надо учитывать, что цены на Спа указаны без налога, а при расчете еще появляется местный налог. Есть русскоговорящий персонал

We stayed in the long term apartment for 9 nights. Excellent view of the river, high quality bedding and towels. Great kitchenette with cookware. Staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. Our first trip to Budapest and it was amazing. Espresso machine in our room was delightful. Pricing was fair and breakfast buffet was nice and included in the room price.

Room and everything was fine,clean,only thing that surprised me was when they charge me 17euro for one night on parking lot, I think that after paying lot of money for room parking should be free That’s my opinion,thanks

I like the hotel, and its pool and breakfast are decent with reasonable prices. The only let down (which isnt really Hotel's fault, it's more Budapest in general) is the buses dont accept card payment yet and so the easiest public transport to the hotel isnt really usable for most tourists. (Bus 15) It will be helpful if the hotel notice guests on this or lobby government for this change. I thoroughly enjoyed a completely cash-free city break in Budapest, and hopefully next time we visited the hotel the bus payment system would have changed.

Eight nights in Longstay Apartment. Room was great - spacious and quiet! Kitchen had everything you could need including soap, dishwasher pods and salt/pepper (maybe a glass pan to use in the oven would be the one thing to add), 1.5 bathrooms, very comfortable bed, washer/dryer combo (with detergent pods provided), nice sitting area, excellent shower and separate bathtub, robes/slippers, soap, shampoo (no conditioner) and a lovely balcony overlooking the Danube. We ate on the balcony several nights (cooked or got pizza from Angel Pizza nearby). We always looked forward to the excellent choice at breakfast (especially the scrambled eggs - very good!). The jacuzzi and spa area were well maintained and we spent time there every day. As stated in other reviews location is outside the main tourist zone - so just be aware of that. There is a Prima grocery across the street, bus 75 and 15 stop right by the hotel and metro 3 is a 5-6 min walk (or one stop on bus 75 or 79) to get you anywhere you need to go. Staff was great!

Grate stay at Danubies hotel helia. Location is good closed to the bus station and tram which make it easy to get anywhere. Big and nice hotel with pool (spa ) and and very well furnished like a 5 star hotel . Very good breakfast with a variety of options to choose from. The coffee from the machine could be a bit better, but otherwise everything is great.

Posizione periferica rispetto al centro di Budapest , ma vicinissimo alla fermata del filobus . Buona pulizia degli ambienti e delle camere. Ottima colazione internazionale. Buona anche la Spa ed i servizi inclusi

hHelia ist unser Stammhotel in Budapest! Leicht zu erreichen vom Keleti Bahnhof mit dem 79-er Trolleybus, sehr schöne Aussicht vom Fenster auf die Donau, morgens geeignet für Spaziergänge, gutes Frühstück... Was kann man noch mehr wünschen? Wir kommen immer wieder gerne wieder.

Lovely hoyel but nit in thr city centre

Location was very convenient as transportation was nearby for either bus or trolley bus. Room was clean and comfortable for two of us. Air conditioning was just right and toiletries were as expected. Morning breakfast was a feast and we really loved the choices available. Truly the icing on the cake for our stay. Tourist attractions were easily accessible with the various transport mode. Budapest is a lovely city and our return trip would surely be here again. Kudos the the hotel staff for making our stay memorable.

This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in recent years. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, from the comfortable room to the excellent breakfast and outstanding customer service. The hotel was quiet, clean, and provided a welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. Every interaction with the staff was pleasant, and their attention to detail made a real difference. I left with very positive memories and would not hesitate to stay here again whenever I return to the area.

Good: The hotel has just been renovated, everything is new and strong. Beautiful lobby, restaurant. The room isn't huge, but it has a small area with a table and chairs. And most importantly, the view of the Danube. The location is fabulous. You walk out the door and you're on the embankment. The aqua zone consists of three pools: one about 20 m, 26-28 degrees, the second one is smaller, 32-34 degrees, and a very spacious pool with a jacuzzi, 37-38 degrees. There's a sauna and a very small hammam. The aqua zone doesn't look like it's been renovated, so it's a bit tired and outdated. You can visit aqua zone without limitation. Breakfast in weekend is organized in two tone intervals: from 7:00 to 9:00 and from 09:30 to ??. Parking cost 15 euro. In the evening we go for buffet diner, the price is 11500 plus 12% service fee and include one glass of sparkling wine or juice. It was perfect stay. I like Budapest and his hospitality)

Good: Everything, staff was excellent, food was of excellent quality and fair prices. Bad: No laundry services on site, especially ironing services, they had common room in hotel were guest must go an iron, they should provide iron and ironing board on request inside the room.

From the outside, the hotel looks a bit dated but it was bright and modern inside. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, with a wide variety of options available each morning. We also enjoyed using the spa which was well maintained. Our room was a good size. The only downside was that the air conditioning was difficult to work and there was no instruction manual provided so our room was very hot. We were on the second floor facing the car park and we would get cigarette smoke coming in through our open window, as people would smoke close to the building and it would drift up. Location-wise, it is a little bit away from the city centre but it’s a pleasant 40 minute walk along the Danube, or the nearest metro is a 10 minute walk away. Overall, I would stay here again!

Hotel location is excellent with very close proximity to public transport, and very close to the river bank; ideal for pleasant relaxing walks leading very closely to the city center. Bad: Room a bit hot, but windows opening for fresh air alleviated this.

Good: Our favorite hotel in Budapest. Has great spa facilities, rooms are very comfortable, excellent breakfast and a parking lot. Not much more we can ask for which is why we keep coming back. Bad: Nothing not to like.

Good: Newly refurbished, clean room and bathroom with great shower, offering views of the Danube, Margaret Island and a parking lot. While ugly on the outside, the hotel provides much comfort and had a fantastic breakfast buffet. It's also very convenient to have a supermarket across the street. Bad: The location is not exactly central (although the metro is a 5 min walk) and in an ugly part of town. The "spa" is quite small.

Pokoje czyste, naszykowane od razu szlafroki. Super smaczne śniadania, duży wybór, kolację również serdecznie polecam. Strefa fitness z ktorej korzystałem 2 razy dziennie zasługuje na duży plus. Basen, jacuzzi oraz sauna bardzo przestronne.

Good: Directly located at the Danube river and with a Bus station nearby within a 3 minutes‘ walk, the hotel provides an ideal starting point for each day‘s trips in and around Budapest. Rooms were quiet and clean and staff exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Der Aufenthalt war allgemein sehr gut. - Das Zimmer sehr modern und sauber - Bett sehr komfortabel - Das Frühstück auch passend Das Einzige Minus war ein Bademeister beim Schwimmbad, der mich (mit einem Boxer) und Freundin (mit normalen Bikini) nicht zugelassen hat. Wir müssten extra 2 neuen Shorts in einem Einkaufszentrum kaufen zum Gelangen.

Hotel in posizione non troppo centrale, ma comunque vicino ad una fermata dell'autobus ed a 7-8 minuti dalla metro. Molto apprezzate le piscine riscaldate, che dopo una giornata a visitare la città permettono di rilassarsi alla grande

Good: The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. It is on the banks of Danube and the room has a great view. It has a spa with 3 pools with different temperature ranging from normal swimming temperature to a hot pool. It is open till early morning till 22:00 which is really great. We totally enjoyed the spa. The food is also great, both for breakfast and for dinner and the staff is really nice. The internet connection is very good. The beds are comfortable. The hotel has a parking lot with sufficient space. It is also close to the city center. We totally enjoyed our stay and I fully recommend the hotel. Bad: There were no double beds available when we booked so we had to settle for two separate beds. The beds are very light so they move easily with the lightest push. If double beds are always sold out, and twin bed rooms remain available, that means that you need to reduce the number of twin beds and increase the number of double beds. The toilet flushing system is poorly constructed so flushing the toilet usually does not clear the contents of the toilet bowl and you have to use the toilet brush every single time. The shower cabin is long and the shower is on one side of the cabin, while the switch for the shower is on the other side so you have to move to turn it on and off.

Het personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer was in orde en het ontbijt was meer als voldoende. Het zwembad is wat verouderd maar is nog steeds goed.

Super Hotel...ich komme bestimmt wieder

The hotel is located in a quiet place but close to bus lines to the center. It is about a 15-minute walk from the Parliament. Margaret Island is across the Danube and you can quickly reach the beautiful island by walking. The new Premium room is neat and clean. Acoustically well insulated. It can be seen that it has almost been renovated. The staff is very friendly, they speak excellent English and the lobby is bright and spacious for rest and coffee. The pool and spa are clean and it doesn't feel crowded, even though the hotel is full of guests.

My husband and I regularly stay at Helia. It has been over 15 years that we visit at least once a year, with the exception of the times of COVID. We are so pleased with the hotel, generally, it’s location, and the attentive and caring staff. We have seen an improvement in the hotel with its recent renovation and the Yellow Cafe menu items. We feel as if it is a second home for us and are always excited to return!

The staff were super. Very friendly and helpful. I will recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Budapest.

Ottimo hotel, tutto il personale è gentilissimo, dal ragazzo che si occupa della custodia bagagli, al personale della reception , quello delle pulizie, a quello della sala colazione. L'ubicazione è semi-periferica, ma l'hotel è molto ben collegato al centro, Con il 79 (fermata vicinissima), con appena una fermata, si arriva ad una stazione della linea 3 della metropolitana e da lì si raggiunge comodamente e velocemente il centro di Budapest e qualunque altra zona della città. Ci siamo trovati molto bene..

Good: Breakfast was great and lovely variety, provided fruit infused water in reception all day. Swimming pool was lovely and big with 3 different temperature pools. Metro station is about a 5min walk away which takes you anywhere in the city!

Good: Az ágy rendkívül kényelmes volt. A személyzet kedves, segítőkész, a szobánkat a kiírt időpont előtt már elfoglalhattuk. A wellness rész kellemes volt, és számításaink ellenére egyáltalán nem volt zsúfolt.

Good: Stanza pulita, letto comodissimo. Rilassante la vista sul Danubio e sull'Isola Margherita. Ottimo l'orario per l'utilizzo della SPA. 4 piscine per tutti i gusti. Consiglierei l'obbligo della cuffia e della doccia per dell'uso delle piscine. Tutto molto pulito. Ottima la colazione. La temperatura della sala era un po' troppo bassa, per fortuna si può fare colazione anche fuori.

Good: Na uboczu, spokojna okolica, nad samą rzeką, blisko supermarket, blisko komunikacja, czyściutki pokój, miła obsługa. Bad: Jednostajne śniadania i zaskoczyła mnie płatność z góry za pobyt, na co nie byłem przygotowany. Zawsze płaciłem za hotel w czasie wymeldowania.

Le camere sono pulite e il letto comodo. La porta sul corridoio è insonorizzata male. Ottima la spa, gradirei però che ci fosse l'obbligo della cuffia in piscina e il lavaggio delle ciabatte e la doccia prima di accedere alle piscine. Il personale e molto gentile. Ottima anche l'offerta del bar e del ristorante.
