Recenze hostů Danubius Hotel Helia

Do Maďarska jezdíme často. Byli jsme několikrát v Sárváru, Büku, Hevízu, v Budapešti na Markétině ostrově 4x a nyní jsme vyzkoušeli hotel Helia. Nevěděli jsme co očekávat, recenze , jak to tak bývá, byly některé dobré a některé zase špatné. No, my byli opravdu zvědaví, co nás čeká. Hotel je nádherný, má skvělou polohu. Do města se dostanete autobusem za pár minut. Zastávka je pár kroků od hotelu. Personál je neutrální, není ani nepříjemný, ale také ne úplně milý. Snídaně jsou v Ensaně standardně na velmi dobré úrovni, a zde se to potvrdilo, byly výborné! Fungoval i servis a to díky tomu, že zde mají učňovské středisko. To třeba na Markétině ostrově značně pokulhávalo. Bazény nádherné, voda skvělá a čistá. Prostředí udržované, v tomto ohledu nebylo co vytknout. Jediné, co rušilo tu skvělou atmosféru, byli hlučné děti, které měli kupodivu přístup i do teplých bazénů, což v jiných hotelech mají lépe ošetřené. I zde by měli v tomto zapracovat, když relaxuje že, tak není příjemné poslouchat hlučící děti jezdící kolem vás na madračce! Plavčík byl v klidu, nezasáhl. 😟. Co se týče ubytování, i zde se potvrdil standard Ensany. Byloi čisto, teplo , tak co vytknout? Už vim😁, madrace! Ty jsou opravdu špatné. Jsou velmi proleželé, nějakým záhadným způsobem jsem z nich sklouzával. Ale to je opravdu jediné, a není důvod si tím kazit dovolenou. Závěrem bych napsal že jsme v Budapešti prožili krásný víkend a do Maďarska a Helie se řadí vrátíme!! 🇭🇺👌

Good: Snídaně výborne - bohatě, lokalita klidná, ale zároveň kousek od centra. Autobusová zastávka hned u hotelu. Bad: Nemam, co bych vytkla.

Good: Me gustó la variedad de comida mas en la cena y me daban una copa de champagne. El spa muy cuidado y limpio. Las instalaciones son modernas y decoración de vanguardia. El transporte estaba cerca tanto autobús como metro. Estaba al lado del rio Danubio y la isla Margarita. Hermoso todo! Bad: Sin comentarios, todo me pareció perfecto.

Good: Čistý pokoj, každodenní úklid, automaticky přistýlka pro dítě, výborné bohaté snídaně, bazény od 7 do 22 hodin.

Good: Das Hotel ist sehr schön und gut gelegen guter Ausgangspunkt mit Bus und U-Bahnverbindung ins Zentrum alles sauber, und sehr freundliches Personal. Auch das frühstück war sehr gut, und es gab eine Riesen Auswahl. Bad: Die Zimmer sind schön aber klein und es gab keinen Balkon.

Good: Gesamtbild sehr zusagend ! Kulinarisch und Ausstattung ein Erlebnis! Sauberkeit und Zwischenmenschlichkeit auch ohne Mängel ! Hatte im Vorfeld gewisse Anforderungen , wurden positiv übertroffen ! Auch lockeres aber funktionelle Beschäftigungsgebilde läst keinen Stress aufkommen ! Bad: Haus mit etwas wenig Seele! Wurde aber durch Aranggements mehr als Aufgehoben !

Good: Hotel kousek od centra, super pěší vzdálenost ale kousek i autobus,tramvaj a metro. Parkoviště hned u hotelu. Bad: Škoda ze jeste nebyla otevřena venkovní zahrádka u lobby baru. A bohužel špatně řešeny výtahy v hotelu. Sice mají 3 výtahy ale systém výtahu špatně řešeny. Takze se nam stávalo kazdy den ze jsme čekali klidne i vice jak 5 minut na výtah aby jsme mohli do pokoje nebo do wellnes protoze výtahový systém nezvládal kapacitu hostů a do 5patra bylo celkem dost složité aby jezdil výtah. A také jsme měli pokoj hned u výtahu takze dost často v noci nás budili hosti svým hlukem.

Good: Moderne vybaveny hotel, ciste izby, perfektna kupelna. Ochota pristelky pre naseho syna. Super sauna a obrovsky vyber jedla pri ranajkach. Bad: Nic negativne som nezazil.

Good: We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The room was large and very comfortable for a family of four. The pool area was always clean and never too busy. Staff were friendly and very helpful in answering questions about the local area. Bad: We had some issues with the facilities in our room. Both televisions and the fridge were not working when we arrived. The staff were very apologetic and to be fair they managed to fix the fridge on the final day and offered us some compensatory drinks vouchers which was very kind. This did not affect our enjoyment of our holiday and we would definitely come again.

Good: Schwimbad bereich war sehr schön! Wasser in den Becken war sehr warm. Für unsere klein Kinder war das sehr gut. Bad: Die Aufzüge machten propleme. Temperatur von den Zimmer war deilweise zu hoch. Mann konnte es nicht reduzieren

Bad: Zu wenig Aufzüge für ein Hotel dieser Größe

Good: Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir hatten ein neu renoviertes Zimmer mit Blick auf die Donau. Alles war sehr sauber und das personal freundlich. Großer Wellnessbereich mit verschiedenen warmen Wassertemperaturen. Das Essen war hervorragend und nicht zu teuer. Eine U-Bahn-Station ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Jederzeit wieder. Bad: Absolut nichts zu bemängeln

Good: Очень большой и красивый отель. Персонал очень приветливый, всегда на месте и готов помочь. Очень чистый номер, все белье пастельное, полотенца, халаты выглядят как новые. Номер просторный, есть все необходимое. Очень удобная кровать и подушки. Ничего лишнего не слышно. СПА большой, и даже вечером не много людей внутри, всем хватает места. Меню разнообразное на завтрак. Bad: Немного не хватило венгерского колорита на завтраке, все блюда обычные, вкусные, но без местной особенности. Но это не критично.

Si la intención es volver al hotel en algún momento durante el día no es tan recomendable, en cambio, si la idea es disfrutar de las instalaciones después de visitar la ciudad es perfecto

Good: The rooms are very spacious and clean. The breakfast was really good with many options available. Dinner was excellent with different options every day. Food was prepared nicely woth also sweets fruits and salads available. Staff is very friendly. The cafe has many options available. The hotel is pverall lovely and I definetly recommend to stay here, I will definitely come again with my family. Bad: It took almost two hours to get our room, although I don't think this is a common occurrence, just us that were a bit unlucky since they werent finishedcleaning. They did however apologize and give us voucher for a free drink at the cafe while we waited.

Good: Már másodjára voltunk itt, a reggeli és a svéd asztalos vacsora is nagyon bőséges finom. A személyzet is nagyon kedves és segítőkész mindig. Bad: Most egyedül az volt kicsit bosszantó hogy a három liftből első nap 2 majd második nap már csak 1 üzemelt, és így nagyon sokat kellett várni, hogy le és fel lehessen jutni.

Good: Sehr freundliches Personal! Sehr sauber und toller Zimmerservice. Frühstücksauswahl war reichlich und vielfältig. Der Spa Bereich bietet eine Menge Wohlfühl- und medizinische Anwendungen. Poolbereich ist sehr großzügig, trotz vieler Kinder im Hotel ruhig und die Schwimmbecken haben verschiedene Temperaturen. Die Saunen sind getrennt in dem jeweiligen Umkleidebereich. Es gibt eine Dampfsauna und eine normale Sauna. Mit Bus und/oder U-Bahn ist man rasch bei allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. 3-5 Minuten Fußweg zum Bus und 10 Minuten zur Metro. Bei einem mehrtägigen Aufenthalt empfehlen wir ein Zehnerpaket Fahrkarten. Wir waren 4 Tage hier und haben 12 Fahrkarten benötigt. Diese gelten für alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Aufpassen! Fahrkartenkontrolle erfolgt hier bei der Metro beim Verlassen der U-Bahnstation! Budapest haben wir als sehr saubere Stadt mit ausreichend Mülleimern empfunden.

Alles das frühstück ist gut die zimmer sind sauber die betten sind bequem es liegt auch fast zentral in der nähe alles was man braucht Bad: Das sie aich an ihre eigene regeln nicht hakt angeblich bis 20 uhr schwimmbecken ab 20 uhr nur Erwachsene aber dan doch nicht bis 21 uhr waren nich kinder da dann bin ich gegangen frühstück sollte halbe stunde Pause sein und bis 11 uhr aber dan um 10:20 schon weg räumen vlt das aktualisieren ansonst hatt alles gepasst

Good: Super lokacija ,miran dio grada uz rijeku. Do centra mozete uzeti taxi ili svojim autom cca 10 min udaljeno max 15 po guzvi Dorucak je pre dobar ima svega , sve je frisko i super složeno. Zelim pohvaliti decka na recepciji po imenu Daniel , jako je ljubazan ,srdačan i ugodan u komunikaciji. Zelim mu puno uspjeha u daljnjem radu i da u buducnosti bude na visokoj funkciji jel definitivno to zasluzuje. Druge kolegice bi se trebale ugledati na njega i bar malo se i one nasmijesiti 😉. Daniel sav trud se kad tad u zivotu isplati. Sretno ti bilo….

Good: Snídaně byly výborné, velký výběr slaných a sladkých jídel, zeleniny a ovoce. Velké parkoviště před hotelem. Dostatek bazénů pro relaxaci. Bad: Scházelo mi větrání v koupelně, byla tam pak větší vlhkost. Větrání přes okno znamenalo větší hluk z ulice.

Good: Wir waren als Familie schon das dritte Mal im Danubius Helia. Ein schönes Hotel mit sehr schönen eingerichteten Zimmern. Ein vielfältiges Frühstücks- und Abendessenangebot. Personal freundlich. Einige sprechen Deutsch. Bad: Bis jetzt gab es nichts zu beanstanden.

Good: Niezłe położenie hotelu, piękny widok na rzekę, blisko przystanek autobusowy, nieco dalej metro. Duży parking przed hotelem, niestety nie można go zarezerwować przed przyjazdem więc to trochę loteria czy będzie miejsce czy nie, zwłaszcza że w hotelu odbywają się konferencje i wtedy jest spory tłok. Pokój bardzo elegancki i nowoczesny, posiada wszystkie udogodnienia, podobnie łazienka. Duża strefa wellness, trzy baseny, jeden z jacuzzi, sauna. Miła obsługa. Bad: Sauna nie jest koedukacyjna i nie ma na ten temat żadnej informacji ani na bookingu ani na stronie internetowej. Może dla kogoś to plus, ale według mnie duży minus, idąc z partnerem do spa nie mogę być z nim razem na saunie tylko muszę siedzieć w saunie dla kobiet. To śmieszne bo z tego co widziałam przez 3 dni i tak większość korzystających w ogóle nie stosuje się odpowiednio do tego gdzie jest i w saunie siedzi w stroju kąpielowym, klapkach i bez ręcznika. Nikt nie zwraca na to uwagi. Podobnie zresztą na ludzi w basenach. Zdecydowanie to nie jest ratownik bo wciąż patrzy w komórkę a nie na bezpieczeństwo kąpiących się. Przez cały pobyt wyłączona była jedna z 3 wind, mając na uwadze jak duży to hotel można sobie wyobrazić ile się czekało na windę. Zdecydowanie szybciej było schodzić schodami, a i tak był tam spory ruch. Wjazd i zjazd z bagażami to co najmniej 10-15 minut oczekiwania.

Wellnesselni voltam itt ajandek utalvannyal :) Szamomra felejhetetlen elmeny volt. A szemelyzet kedves,rugalmas,szombat napkozben nem voltak zsufoltak a medencek.A jacuzziban jo meleg volt es eltudtam lazulni.A masszor lany Anna vegtelenul diszkret,kedves,bajos es aranykezei vannak. :) A spa bejaratanal pedig,egy kedves tavaszi kis dekoracio pillanthato meg. A kozlekedes kivalo a helyhez mivel nincs autom igy nekem ez kulon szempont volt. :) Koszonom szepen!

Good: Nice, clean rooms, very good breakfast. Bad: The spa area is small reported to the hotel capacity - the water in the main pool was pretty cold and the jacuzzi area crowded.

Good: Az ételek mind nagyon finomak voltak. Bad: A welness rész nem volt olyan, mint amit vártam. Hűvös volt alapvetően a részlegben, sokkal melegebbet vártam. Nem volt kedve az embernek feküdni ebbe a hűvösbe. Nem volt erős vízsugár a nyakmaszírozáshoz. Ami volt a hátmaszírozáshoz, az mindig foglalt volt, kevés volt, nehéz volt odajutni. Hála Istennek lehetett fürdőruhába, vagy szauna ruhába is lenni a szaunába, mert a kiírás szerint nem lehetett ruhába lenni, ami számomra nem volt elfogadható.

Good: Soba čista, uredna, odlično opremljena. Doručak raznovrstan. Bazeni čisti i topli. Preporuke :) Bad: Pomoćni ležaj (kauč na razvlačenje) užasno je neudoban, škripi pri svakom i najmanjem pokretu, ne bih ga preporučila nikome za spavanje. Također, večera koja se nadoplaćuje 30e nas je razočarala, premalo izbora i prespecifična hrana.

Good: Serviços, pequeno almoço com muita variedade, localização central mas tranquila. Bad: Impossível baixar a temperatura do quarto sem abrir a janela.

Good: Sehr gutes Frühstück. Bad: Es wurde im Zimmer nicht sehr gründlich geputzt.

Good: Hotel je fenomenalan. Sve je renovirano, novo, čisto, izuzetno ljubazno osoblje. Kreveti su veliki i izuzetno udobni. Hrana je odlična. Hotel ima četiri bazena i veliki parking. Hotel se nalazi na odličnom mestu pored Dunava. Ispred hotela je trolejbuska stanica za centar 74 i 75 sa presedanjem u tranvaj 2, kao i stanica za železničku stanicu Keleti (i mol Arenu) 79. Metro stanica je na 10 minuta od hotela. Dobra veza za Operu, metro 3 pa 1. Ne smem da ga dalje hvalim da nebi podigli cenu. Svima ga preporučujem. Bad: Sve je OK.

Excellent Stay at Danubius Hotel Helia Fantastic hotel with an excellent location and comfortable rooms in top condition. The pool and sauna were the highlight—the perfect way to unwind after a long workday. The breakfast was also a standout, offering a huge variety of food with plenty of healthy options to choose from. Highly recommended!

Good: Pekný hotel blízko rieky Dunaj, bazény boli super, raňajky veľmi dobré, krásny výhľad na rieku a okolie, hlavne večer, keď bolo všetko osvetlené. Bad: jeden výťah celý čas nefungoval a nakoľko bol hotel plný dosť to prekážalo, naša izba bola dosť vysoko.

Various breakfast opening at 6.30. Nice swimming pool enough to swim properly. Restaurant with a nice food card.

Gyönyörű kilátás, tiszta szobák, finom ételek. Szép a wellness részleg is. Egy játszószoba nagyon jó lenne, illetve olcsóbb parkolás.

Good: Tout ! Le personnel est très souriant et agréable ! L'hôtel est magnifique ! La chambre spacieuse et très confortable ! Le buffet petit déjeuner : Fabuleux ! L'accès à l'espace bien-être de 7h30 à 21h45 ... formidable ! 3 piscines dont une faisant jacuzzi , sauna , des transats à disposition.... .... Nous avons fait le massage Thai.... le top 👍 Endroit idéal pour se détendre !👍❤️ Bad: Rien ... tout était parfait !👍

Good: Very clean, great breakfest, good spa, nice location, very friendly and polite stuff on the reception, especialy Mate Bad: Air condition in the rooms like it didint work, just regular air not cold, and windows are very limited to open so it was warm and not too much air in the rooms. And one day we waited for our ordered lunch around 50minutes.

Good: Die Lage direkt an der Donau ist sehr nett, aber zentral liegt das Hotel nicht. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und sauber, lediglich das Bad könnte eine Spur größer ausfallen, hier fehlt vor allem eine Ablagefläche für Kosmetikutensilien. Das Frühstück ist wirklich reichhaltig mit einer großen Auswahl an warmen und kalten Speisen, diverse Sorten Brot und vor allem eine eigene Ecke mit glutenfreien Produkten.

Good: Hervorragendes Hotel zur klaren Empfehlung. Man kann nichts besonders hervorheben, weil alles gleichermaßen besonders war. Der Umstand, dass man in der Café/ Bar wunderbar essen konnte und im Restaurant ein tolles Frühstück und Abendessen geboten wurde, war dazu ein sehr angenehmer Umstand, der sich bei wiederholtem Aufenthalt nicht verändert hat. Super!

Good: Excellent amenities, staff extremely helpful, breakfast choice very extensive and delicious, spa experience top, hotel restaurant; food top quality and prices very competitive. Hotel location is excellent with very close proximity to public transport, and very close to the river bank; ideal for pleasant relaxing walks leading very closely to the city center. Bad: Room a bit hot, but windows opening for fresh air alleviated this.

Good: Konferencián voltam itt, jó volt a konferencia szint. Mindentől elkülönült, és könnyen megközelíthető volt innen a szobám. Jó volt a reggeli és a konferenciához tartozó büfé is, mindkettő tartalmazott laktóz és glutén mentes ételeket.

Quatro limpo, café da manhã farto, equipe atenciosa. Hotel um pouco longe do centro mas de fácil acesso de transporte público

1 éjszakára, Dunára néző prémium szobába foglaltunk szállást. Csak jókat tudok elmondani a szállodáról. A bejelentkezés gyorsan és zökkenőmentesen ment. A szálloda személyzete mindenhol kedves volt. A szoba gyönyörű, patyolattiszta. A wellnes részleg nagy, a szaunák (nem koedukáltak) szuperek. A csendes időszakot - gyermek nélkül- különösen értékeltük. A reggeli kínálata bőséges, van gluténmentes részleg, illetve mindenhol fel vannak tüntetve az allergének is. Nem negatívum, de a szobában nagyon meleg volt és nem tudtuk 22 foknál lejjebb venni a hőmérsékletet, így nyitott ablaknál aludtunk (szerencsére egy kis ablak nyitható volt). A szállodában rengeteg a külföldi vendég (spanyolok, olaszok, portugálok), mi magyarok ritkának számítottunk. Minden igényt kielégítő volt a szálloda, abszolút pozitívan csalódtunk. Ezekután nyitottak vagyunk a hotellánc többi szállodájára is.

Good: Everything was great. Hotel is nice and clean, rooms are looking freshly renovated and are also very comfortable as well as are beds. We only had breakfast there and it was great. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful but I must single out our receptionist who made our stay even more enjoyable. I would like to thank him once more for all the help and kindness. Bad: Nothing. Everything was great.

Everything was great, clean quiet rooms. Amazing breakfast, location was wonderful at the Danube river.
