Recenze hostů Danubius Hotel Helia

Do Maďarska jezdíme často. Byli jsme několikrát v Sárváru, Büku, Hevízu, v Budapešti na Markétině ostrově 4x a nyní jsme vyzkoušeli hotel Helia. Nevěděli jsme co očekávat, recenze , jak to tak bývá, byly některé dobré a některé zase špatné. No, my byli opravdu zvědaví, co nás čeká. Hotel je nádherný, má skvělou polohu. Do města se dostanete autobusem za pár minut. Zastávka je pár kroků od hotelu. Personál je neutrální, není ani nepříjemný, ale také ne úplně milý. Snídaně jsou v Ensaně standardně na velmi dobré úrovni, a zde se to potvrdilo, byly výborné! Fungoval i servis a to díky tomu, že zde mají učňovské středisko. To třeba na Markétině ostrově značně pokulhávalo. Bazény nádherné, voda skvělá a čistá. Prostředí udržované, v tomto ohledu nebylo co vytknout. Jediné, co rušilo tu skvělou atmosféru, byli hlučné děti, které měli kupodivu přístup i do teplých bazénů, což v jiných hotelech mají lépe ošetřené. I zde by měli v tomto zapracovat, když relaxuje že, tak není příjemné poslouchat hlučící děti jezdící kolem vás na madračce! Plavčík byl v klidu, nezasáhl. 😟. Co se týče ubytování, i zde se potvrdil standard Ensany. Byloi čisto, teplo , tak co vytknout? Už vim😁, madrace! Ty jsou opravdu špatné. Jsou velmi proleželé, nějakým záhadným způsobem jsem z nich sklouzával. Ale to je opravdu jediné, a není důvod si tím kazit dovolenou. Závěrem bych napsal že jsme v Budapešti prožili krásný víkend a do Maďarska a Helie se řadí vrátíme!! 🇭🇺👌

Good: Прекрасное местоположение, легко добираться до всех достопримечательностей. Прекрасные завтраки, очень дружелюбный персонал, чисто. Хороший бассейн. Абсолютно довольны. Если будем еще в Будапеште этот отель снова будет наш выбор.

Good: Допало нам се скоро све, базен је супер, доручак је супер, собе су супер, мало се осећа канлазиација. Bad: Није нам се допало што се паркинг наплаћује за посетиоце хотела. То је велики минус.

Good: Większość rzeczy było ok! Pokój czysty Miła obsługa Śniadanie obfite (bufet) Sauna mega! Korytarze czyste! Bad: Basen zbyt chlorowana woda ( dzieci dostały wysypki) Brakuje jakiś atrakcji dla dzieci w hotelu i na basenie Mieliśmy swoje zabawki do wody,ale tylko piłkę pozwolili użyć. Skakać nie chlapać nie to trochę słabe jak dla dzieci. Obiado-kolacja zdecydowanie zbyt uboga jak za 30 euro. Trochę mały wybór jeśli się jest z dziećmi. Reszta jak najbardziej ok!

Good: Great location, facilities and staff were very friendly. Nice activities do children. Bad: Breakfast times - would have liked more flexibility. Also no room service after 11. We arrived late and would have liked even a snack for dinner.

Good: Fine rooms, rich and tasty breakfast, clean, neat, wonderful feeling in the object Bad: The wellnes and saunas are quite modest. Bellow the average standard of the rooms and the hotel itself.

Good: Clean, refurbished modern room. Lots of sockets for charging your electronics. Great spa. Nice sitting areas in the lobby. Polite and helpful staff. Good, varied breakfast. Bad: Small size room for a 3 person family - the extra bed takes a lot of space. I was not impressed by the dinner options.

Good: Bellissima struttura, molto pulita. Personale molto gentile, accogliente e sorridente. Le terme all’interno sono un bel valore aggiunto, grandi e pulite. L’albergo è un po’ spostato dalle attrazioni della città ma a 5 minuti a piedi c’è la metropolitana. Camera vista Danubio fantastica. Colazione eccellente. Bad: Un unico problema era il piatto doccia che perdeva un pochino d’acqua.

Good: Overall good hotel, with a fairly good location. Bad: The room temperature control. I couldn't figure it out and it seemed like the temperature could not be set lower than 22 celcius. Not sure why, but made the room comfort a little less comfortable.

Good: 早餐不错，很干净。在多瑙河边上，离景点稍远，但理想地点沿着多瑙河散步 Bad: 房间有点小，尤其是厕所。

Good: Nem egy medencével szúrják ki az ember szemét. Kényelmes, tágas wellness. Minden tökéletesen tiszta volt. A személyzet messzemenően kedves és segítőkész. Az ételek színvonalasak. Az elhelyezkedés is kiváló. Bad: Kissé kicsik a szobák. Nem értem, miért olyan drága a plussz ital a vacsorához. Irreális... Ennyi vendégre kicsit kevésnek tűnt a 3 lift.

Good: Hôtel bien situé, à 10 min du métro 3 et 3 min de plusieurs lignes de bus. Chambre double très moderne avec eau offerte et petits accessoires de toilettes. Propreté impeccable. Très bon petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix. La piscine ouverte jusqu'à 21h45 avec 3 bassins (26-28°C / 32-34°C / 36-38°C) était très agréable, avec des bulles pour le plus chaud.

Good: The hotel was fantastic. I paid extra for a river view and it was so worth it. My little granddaughters loved watching the boats going past. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The room was lovely. Lots of choice for breakfast. A beautiful walk along the river bank path is just across the road, so very easy to walk down to the main area or over to Margaret Island. Bad: Nothing, it was such a lovely place to stay.

Good: Nice Hotel. I enjoyed my stay with my friend. When we needed an extra bed for one of the nights for my friend's niece the staff were happy to set one up for us. Nice breakfast too.

Gemütliche Zimmer, moderne Renovierung, viel Licht. Köstliches Essen, wir sind sehr zufrieden.

Good: Die grösse und die Ausstattung des Zimmers. Küche, Küchentisch, zwei WCs, Bidet, das Hauptbett war ziemlich neu, auch dass das Zimmer und das ganze Hotel kam mir wie vor kurzem renoviert vor. Bad: War eigentlich alles gut, dafür das Hotel sicher 30-40 Jahre alt ist. Ich habe die Putzfrau gebeten nochmals Staub zu saugen da ich sehr pingelig bin und wollte da kein Haare auf dem Boden haben.. aber andere würden sagen; es war top sauber, ich habe trotzdem was gefunden..

Good: Super hôtel très bien équipé et un petit déjeuner gargantuesque.Super piscines et spa hammam et sauna. Le top. Le seul bémol un peu éloigné du centre ville mais cela se fait très bien à pied (environ 40 mn du parlement). Tout était parfait !

We stayed in this awsome hotel for 3 nights during Easter Hollidays. Everything was great, the position on the Danube riverside, clean and spatious room, comfortable bed, friendly and professional staff. The food on brakfast and dinner buffet was various and delicious. Clean pools, spa and gym available.There is a parking in front and a bus line 15 just besides hotel that takes you to the City Center in 20 minutes. Splendid promenade to the City Center or to the Margit Island. We would definitely return to this hotel! Thanks!

Krásný hotel, vše čisté, bazén k dispozici od rána do večera. Úžasné snídaně, veliký výběr. Není nejblíže k památkám, ale nechá se řešit dopravou, nebo chodit pěšky jako my. Velice děkujeme za skvělý pobyt.

Good: The receptionist, Victoria (apologies if that’s not her name), was very friendly and thanked us right away upon arrival for paying in advance. She provided us with accurate information. The hotel is very well-equipped; the pool, in particular, is larger than usual. The room isn’t very big, but it’s well-furnished and tidy. The breakfasts are above average, though salmon is missing. We’d love to come back.

Good: Hotel je situován na pobřeží Dunaje, některé pokoje s výhledem na Dunaj a Markaretin ostrov. Pokoje po renovaci, jednoduché ale funkčně zařízené s klimatizací, ledničkou, koupelna (sprchový kout) a šatník. Stravováni formou polopenzí bylo vynikající, široký výběr kvalitních jídel. Placené parkování před hotelem. Wellness a fitcentrum dostupný celý den. V blízkosti supermarket, zastávka trolejbusů

Good: Kahvaltıya bayıldık. Her şey çok lezzetli ve yeterliydi. Kahve ve kruvasanları lezizdi. Tesis bir termal tesis gibi. Bir miktar uzak ama toplu taşıma ile rahat gelip gidebildik. Bad: Odamız asansöre yakındı. Özellikle Çocuklar ve düşüncesiz misafirler kata geldiklerinde gürültüleri duyuldu ve biraz rahatsız olduk. Oda kapıları ses geçiriyor. Banyoda da biraz rutubet kokusu vardı. Bunların haricinde her şey güzeldi.

Good: Nagyon tetszik a szálloda, kedvesek a dolgozók, felújított és tiszta a szoba, szeretem a panorámát, elégedett vagyok a reggelivel, és a kedvencem a Yellow Bistro. Kiváló, hogy medence is van a szállodában, szívesen jövök ide legközelebb is. Közlekedésileg is nagyon szerencsés helyen van.

Good: Me gustó la variedad de comida mas en la cena y me daban una copa de champagne. El spa muy cuidado y limpio. Las instalaciones son modernas y decoración de vanguardia. El transporte estaba cerca tanto autobús como metro. Estaba al lado del rio Danubio y la isla Margarita. Hermoso todo! Bad: Sin comentarios, todo me pareció perfecto.

Good: Das Hotel ist sehr schön und gut gelegen guter Ausgangspunkt mit Bus und U-Bahnverbindung ins Zentrum alles sauber, und sehr freundliches Personal. Auch das frühstück war sehr gut, und es gab eine Riesen Auswahl. Bad: Die Zimmer sind schön aber klein und es gab keinen Balkon.

Hatte im Vorfeld gewisse Anforderungen , wurden positiv übertroffen ! Auch lockeres aber funktionelle Beschäftigungsgebilde läst keinen Stress aufkommen ! Bad: Haus mit etwas wenig Seele! Wurde aber durch Aranggements mehr als Aufgehoben !

Good: Hotel kousek od centra, super pěší vzdálenost ale kousek i autobus,tramvaj a metro. Parkoviště hned u hotelu. Bad: Škoda ze jeste nebyla otevřena venkovní zahrádka u lobby baru. A bohužel špatně řešeny výtahy v hotelu. Sice mají 3 výtahy ale systém výtahu špatně řešeny. Takze se nam stávalo kazdy den ze jsme čekali klidne i vice jak 5 minut na výtah aby jsme mohli do pokoje nebo do wellnes protoze výtahový systém nezvládal kapacitu hostů a do 5patra bylo celkem dost složité aby jezdil výtah. A také jsme měli pokoj hned u výtahu takze dost často v noci nás budili hosti svým hlukem.

Good: Moderne vybaveny hotel, ciste izby, perfektna kupelna. Ochota pristelky pre naseho syna. Super sauna a obrovsky vyber jedla pri ranajkach. Bad: Nic negativne som nezazil.

Good: We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The room was large and very comfortable for a family of four. The pool area was always clean and never too busy. Staff were friendly and very helpful in answering questions about the local area. Bad: We had some issues with the facilities in our room. Both televisions and the fridge were not working when we arrived. The staff were very apologetic and to be fair they managed to fix the fridge on the final day and offered us some compensatory drinks vouchers which was very kind. This did not affect our enjoyment of our holiday and we would definitely come again.

Good: Schwimbad bereich war sehr schön! Wasser in den Becken war sehr warm. Für unsere klein Kinder war das sehr gut. Bad: Die Aufzüge machten propleme. Temperatur von den Zimmer war deilweise zu hoch. Mann konnte es nicht reduzieren

Good: Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir hatten ein neu renoviertes Zimmer mit Blick auf die Donau. Alles war sehr sauber und das personal freundlich. Großer Wellnessbereich mit verschiedenen warmen Wassertemperaturen. Das Essen war hervorragend und nicht zu teuer. Eine U-Bahn-Station ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Jederzeit wieder. Bad: Absolut nichts zu bemängeln

Good: Очень большой и красивый отель. Персонал очень приветливый, всегда на месте и готов помочь. Очень чистый номер, все белье пастельное, полотенца, халаты выглядят как новые. Номер просторный, есть все необходимое. Очень удобная кровать и подушки. Ничего лишнего не слышно. СПА большой, и даже вечером не много людей внутри, всем хватает места. Меню разнообразное на завтрак. Bad: Немного не хватило венгерского колорита на завтраке, все блюда обычные, вкусные, но без местной особенности. Но это не критично.

Si la intención es volver al hotel en algún momento durante el día no es tan recomendable, en cambio, si la idea es disfrutar de las instalaciones después de visitar la ciudad es perfecto

Good: The rooms are very spacious and clean. The breakfast was really good with many options available. Dinner was excellent with different options every day. Food was prepared nicely woth also sweets fruits and salads available. Staff is very friendly. The cafe has many options available. The hotel is pverall lovely and I definetly recommend to stay here, I will definitely come again with my family. Bad: It took almost two hours to get our room, although I don't think this is a common occurrence, just us that were a bit unlucky since they werent finishedcleaning. They did however apologize and give us voucher for a free drink at the cafe while we waited.

Good: Már másodjára voltunk itt, a reggeli és a svéd asztalos vacsora is nagyon bőséges finom. A személyzet is nagyon kedves és segítőkész mindig. Bad: Most egyedül az volt kicsit bosszantó hogy a három liftből első nap 2 majd második nap már csak 1 üzemelt, és így nagyon sokat kellett várni, hogy le és fel lehessen jutni.

Good: Sehr freundliches Personal! Sehr sauber und toller Zimmerservice. Frühstücksauswahl war reichlich und vielfältig. Der Spa Bereich bietet eine Menge Wohlfühl- und medizinische Anwendungen. Poolbereich ist sehr großzügig, trotz vieler Kinder im Hotel ruhig und die Schwimmbecken haben verschiedene Temperaturen. Die Saunen sind getrennt in dem jeweiligen Umkleidebereich. Es gibt eine Dampfsauna und eine normale Sauna. Mit Bus und/oder U-Bahn ist man rasch bei allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. 3-5 Minuten Fußweg zum Bus und 10 Minuten zur Metro. Bei einem mehrtägigen Aufenthalt empfehlen wir ein Zehnerpaket Fahrkarten. Wir waren 4 Tage hier und haben 12 Fahrkarten benötigt. Diese gelten für alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Aufpassen! Fahrkartenkontrolle erfolgt hier bei der Metro beim Verlassen der U-Bahnstation! Budapest haben wir als sehr saubere Stadt mit ausreichend Mülleimern empfunden.

Good: Wir waren das 5. mal im Helia und waren wir immer sehr zufrieden. Bad: Alles war gut.

Alles das frühstück ist gut die zimmer sind sauber die betten sind bequem es liegt auch fast zentral in der nähe alles was man braucht Bad: Das sie aich an ihre eigene regeln nicht hakt angeblich bis 20 uhr schwimmbecken ab 20 uhr nur Erwachsene aber dan doch nicht bis 21 uhr waren nich kinder da dann bin ich gegangen frühstück sollte halbe stunde Pause sein und bis 11 uhr aber dan um 10:20 schon weg räumen vlt das aktualisieren ansonst hatt alles gepasst

Good: Super lokacija ,miran dio grada uz rijeku. Do centra mozete uzeti taxi ili svojim autom cca 10 min udaljeno max 15 po guzvi Dorucak je pre dobar ima svega , sve je frisko i super složeno. Zelim pohvaliti decka na recepciji po imenu Daniel , jako je ljubazan ,srdačan i ugodan u komunikaciji. Zelim mu puno uspjeha u daljnjem radu i da u buducnosti bude na visokoj funkciji jel definitivno to zasluzuje. Druge kolegice bi se trebale ugledati na njega i bar malo se i one nasmijesiti 😉. Daniel sav trud se kad tad u zivotu isplati. Sretno ti bilo….
