Recenze hostů Danubius Hotel Helia

Do Maďarska jezdíme často. Byli jsme několikrát v Sárváru, Büku, Hevízu, v Budapešti na Markétině ostrově 4x a nyní jsme vyzkoušeli hotel Helia. Nevěděli jsme co očekávat, recenze , jak to tak bývá, byly některé dobré a některé zase špatné. No, my byli opravdu zvědaví, co nás čeká. Hotel je nádherný, má skvělou polohu. Do města se dostanete autobusem za pár minut. Zastávka je pár kroků od hotelu. Personál je neutrální, není ani nepříjemný, ale také ne úplně milý. Snídaně jsou v Ensaně standardně na velmi dobré úrovni, a zde se to potvrdilo, byly výborné! Fungoval i servis a to díky tomu, že zde mají učňovské středisko. To třeba na Markétině ostrově značně pokulhávalo. Bazény nádherné, voda skvělá a čistá. Prostředí udržované, v tomto ohledu nebylo co vytknout. Jediné, co rušilo tu skvělou atmosféru, byli hlučné děti, které měli kupodivu přístup i do teplých bazénů, což v jiných hotelech mají lépe ošetřené. I zde by měli v tomto zapracovat, když relaxuje že, tak není příjemné poslouchat hlučící děti jezdící kolem vás na madračce! Plavčík byl v klidu, nezasáhl. 😟. Co se týče ubytování, i zde se potvrdil standard Ensany. Byloi čisto, teplo , tak co vytknout? Už vim😁, madrace! Ty jsou opravdu špatné. Jsou velmi proleželé, nějakým záhadným způsobem jsem z nich sklouzával. Ale to je opravdu jediné, a není důvod si tím kazit dovolenou. Závěrem bych napsal že jsme v Budapešti prožili krásný víkend a do Maďarska a Helie se řadí vrátíme!! 🇭🇺👌

Good: big clean room that faces the Danube with a little balcony. came to the hotel also for the spa. good combination of spa and breakfast, and they have the useful bar. Tip: for cakes, go to "Trombitás cukrászda" just opposite the hotel, and take the salted cheese muffins. and also the cakes... the prima supermarket in just there on the way. breakfast was good, you will not stay hungry. Bad: the jacuzzi in the pools (air bubbles) shuts down automatically for 10 min. after 10 min. working. so you have to catch a place... there are 2 hot water pools - but only one has the bubbles. far from the city, you have to take a taxi if you wish to avoid public transport.

Good: The location was great, and bolt taxi service was awesome and very affordable to use. Cleanliness was outstanding. The breakfast was magnificent. The spar was nice and relaxing with a proper man's sauna (very hot 🔥), and most of all, the staff were wonderful. Very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. This was our first visit to hungary, and we felt very welcome from arriving at the airport to the hotel. Lovely people. We will definitely return ❤️ Bad: Nothing. Good: Kedves és segítőkész személyzet. Bőséges reggeli. A bisztró esti kínálata is megfelelő volt. A szoba is szép volt, az ágy hiper kényelmes. Bad: Bukóra nyitható ablak. Igaz az ötödik emeleten voltunk meg biztos valami szabályzat vonatkozik rá, de egy kis friss levegő az jól esett volna

Good: Outstanding hotel and facilities. Staff so friendly and could not do enough to help my daughter and I have a wonderful stay. Even gifting a traditional cake for her Birthday. We thoroughly enjoyed excellent spa and pools too Bad: Nothing

Good: Nice and clean place. Staff available as well. Well connected. Breakfast OK. Free access to the SPA. Bad: Nothing specific to report. Mabe the setup of the bathroom wasn't ideal but these are small details overall.

Good: Excellent selection available for breakfast. Selection of food for lunch was also good with very tasty food, particularly, soups and salads. Gym, sauna and pool on site were also a real bonus. Great start to day before breakfast. Wife and I are 67 plus. We found out we could get free public transport which was a great bonus. Bus 15 around corner, city centre in 20 mins. What's not to like? Bad: Nothing to report!

Good: All the facilities are incredible, and the decoration is stunning, you can see that everything is throughly thought and taken care of. Breakfast is great, even when the restaurant is crowded. The spa is excellent. Bad: The pools could be very noisy, and the silent hours were not respected.

Good: Hotel bellissimo, belle le stanze anche se il bagno è piccolo, colazione eccellente molto varia e buona la qualità. Ma il top sono le piscine riscaldate dove potersi rilassare, ambienti puliti, ti forniscono pure accappatoi e asciugamani tutto top!!!! Di fronte l hotel c è pure un buon supermercato. Bad: L unica nota negativa è stata la pulizia della camera non eseguita in tempo ancora alle tre non era stata eseguita e il giorno successivo anche, l ho dovuta richiedere io alla reception .

Good: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, w pobliżu stacja metra i przystanek autobusowy - świetna bazą do zwiedzania Budapesztu. Hotel odnowiony, wygodne łóżko, wspaniały widok z okna na Dunaj, urozmaicone śniadania - każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Na miejscu restauracja, bar, spa, basen, siłownia.

Good: Нам понравилось расположение отеля. Было тихо, и не далеко от центра. В отеле есть бассейны, сауна и хамам. Для нас отдых - это расслабление. Массаж в сочетании бассейнов и сауны - это превосходно! А ещё тишина и великолепный вид на реку.

Good: Prima locatie, half uurtje lopen langs de Donau naar het stadscentrum. Kamer met uitzicht op de Donau is aanrader. Lekker eten in de Brasserie en het ontbijt zou ik zeker aanraden! Was heerlijk en heel goed verzorgd. De baden in de Wellness zaten zijn Prima, wij zijn alleen in het warme bad geweest, heerlijk na een dag door het prachtige Budapest te hebben gelopen. Personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Locatie aan de Donau heel rustig. We komen zeker nog eens terug! Bad: Alles

Good: I enjoyed everything except the quality of the cleaning. Bad: In our room, there were cobwebs and a buildup of dust in the corners. The cleaning does not appear to have been done properly, which is unfortunate, as the establishment itself is truly excellent. Sadly, the cleanliness does not match the high standard of the place.

Good: Lokalita výborná, pokoje po rekostrukci, snídaně dobré. Bad: Nemožnost dřívějšího příjezdu.

Good: Die Lage direkt an der Donau ist sehr schön. Frühstücksangebot und Einrichtung haben mir gut gefallen. Zimmer mit Ausstattung war ganz ordentlich. Ein Balkon Zimmer ist zu empfehlen. Mir hat auch gefallen, direkt aus dem Hotel raus entlang der Donau zu wandern. Bis ins Zentrum sind es ca. 3 km. Bad: Die äußere Erscheinung ist nicht sehr einladend - aber am Ende nicht ausschlaggebend, weil alles andere passt. Spa habe ich nicht benutzt, daher keine Meinung dazu.

Lovely hotel, excellent staff, very good location about 15 mins walk from the busy bit. The pool was really nice and a good size. Breakfast was a buffet and plentiful. Bar area was very pleasant. There are bus stops nearby for use of public transport. Top tip, buy a travel card (we got a 3 day one, £10 per person), unlimited travel on buses, trams and underground, all which are clean and frequent. Would definitely stay here again. 100% recommended.

Good: Nice room with nice view on Danube. Very comfortable bed and was near to the location where I had a conference. Very practical hotel that I will probably be using again in the future for my coming meetings and conferences. Bad: Something that I find strange in a lot of hotels is that showers are not equipped with thermostatic taps: set the temperature and you get no nasty surprises. How come so few hotels install this?? A bit far from city centre so pretty dead neighbourhoud in the evening (but maybe that's a good thing when coming for work ;-) )

Céges rendezvényen voltunk 2 napot és nagyon meg voltunk elégedve. A szobák tiszták, rendezettek. Az étteremben svédasztalos ebédeket és vacsorákat fogyasztottunk amik teljesen rendben voltak. Az ételeket folyamatosan töltötték amint elfogytak. A felszolgálók egyfolytában takarították az asztalokat de nem túl tolakodóan. A személyzet udvarias és segítőkész volt minden esetben.

Good: Lo que más nos gustó en general fueron las instalaciones y el desayuno, con una gran variedad de productos. Además después de largas caminatas tener un spa donde poder relajarte es genial :) El servicio de dejar la maleta después del check out es importante y también está disponible. Las camas comodísimas! Algo muy importante cuando estás de viaje ;) Bad: La ubicación, aunque tienes un metro a 10 minutos andando, al final está un poco alejado de todo, y mal comunicado con la zona de Buda. Para ver Pest no era tanto problema porque podías ir dando un paseo bordeando el Danubio. Por otro lado el día antes del check out no vinieron a limpiar la habitación, solamente nos cambiaron las toallas y no sabemos por qué...Por poner alguna pega a la habitación, el baño era muy pequeño.

Good: Ik heb erg genoten van mijn verblijf in dit hotel. Alles was netjes en schoon, en het hotel ziet er prachtig vernieuwd uit. De sfeer is prettig en modern. Bij de receptie werd ik heel vriendelijk ontvangen het personeel is behulpzaam en gastvrij. Echt een aanrader voor wie op zoek is naar een comfortabele en verzorgde plek om te overnachten!

Good: Struttura luminosa, pulita, vista spettacolare e posizione ottima vicino metro e Bus. Personale disponibile e accogliente. Colazione gustosa e abbondante, molto varia. Bad: Aver potuto usufruire poco della piscina e della spa per mancanza di tempo

Good: very clean, very modern and new Bad: we were supposed to be on the upper floor, but there were rennovations so they put us on the 1st floor and the view was less beautiful

Good: Mic dejun variat si gustos, pat si perne confortabile, duritate medie; pozitionare foarte buna, aproape de mijloace de transport, cu vedere la Dunăre. Peisaj absolut superb, liniste, piscina foarte curata care nu miroase a chimicale Bad: Masa din camera este prea mare, ar fi fost de ajutor ceva mai compact astfel incat sa nu ocupe atat de mult loc din living. Casa scarilor semnalizata mai vizibil. A fost o perioada in care lifturile (3) au avut probleme tehnice si a durat destul de mult sa gasim scarile. Din punct de vedere al sigurantei, ar trebui semnalizate mai vizibil, trecand peste aspectele de design

Well kept, staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and was able to accommodate our family of 4 adequately. It was close to everything and literal walking distance from the Danube river close to all the boats. Breakfast was also delicious stayed 4 nights and it was great each time.

Service: Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Food: Sehr gutes und abwechselungsreiches Frühstück. Es war von allem etwas dabei. Room: Schönes großes Zimmer, allerdings war das Bad recht klein. Die Beleuchtung war überall gut. Die Matratze war hart.

Good: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and provided top-notch service throughout my visit. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options, including a dedicated gluten-free section, which I really appreciated. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the view overlooking Margaret Island was absolutely beautiful. Highly recommended!

O SPA é maravilhoso. Hotel é muito melhor por dentro do que seu prédio simples apresenta. Café da manhã maravilhoso, com saladas, pães, vários frios diferentes, e diversidades de alimentos, inclusive queijos de primeira.

Good: L emplacement de l hôtel au calme,en bordure du Danube.station de métro ligne bleu à 300m. Petit déjeuner avec un large choix.compter 40 minutes de l aéroport pour 35 euros en taxi. Bad: Salle de bain très petite, à peine la place de se retourner. Couloir un peu bruyant avec les portes qui claques. Dîner du soir en self à l hôtel un peu cher 26 euros pour une qualité médiocre.

Good: Hotel molto bello e accogliente con 3 piscine termali riscaldate al coperto e 1 all' aperto ( per l'estate).Ci sono stati forniti accappatoi e asciugamani.C'era anche la sauna. Abbiamo scelto la mezza pensione: colazione varia e a volontà, cena ricca e curata .Dolci e frutta in abbondanza. Bad: Un po' lontano dal centro,ma nelle vicinanze ci sono bus, Metro e filobus, sempre in orario. Con una passeggiata di 15 minuti lungo il Danubio si arriva al centro.

Good: Úžasné snídaně, pohodlné ubytování. Cca 30 min. pěšky k Parlamentu.

Good: Very stylish hotel, spacious room with a view of the Danube. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice.

Good: Wir reisten als Familie mit 12 Personen an. Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Toller Service! Wir haben eine Armbanduhr im Zimmer vergessen und sie wurde uns umgehend zugeschickt. Können das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen.

Good: Locatia foarte buna. Curatenia ireprosabila. Parcare la locatie excelenta, chiar daca pt.12E/noapte. Micul dejun si cina nu foarte variate dar proaspete si gustoase. Bad: Personalul de la receptie ar putea fi mai amabil. Intr-una din zile a fost ziua de nastere a cuiva din grup si nu au pus macar o felicitare in camera (nu e mare lucru dar conteaza ... din punctul meu de vedere). De asemenea, am surprins grimase pe fata dnei de la receptie cand i-am spus ca suntem obositi, avem un copil mic cu noi si ca as vrea sa ne dea mai repede bagajele din camera de bagaje. Camerele foarte mici (am avut o camera tripla in care abia puteam pasi in jurul paturilor).

Good: Geweldig hotel. Kamers prima in orde, maar de badkamer vond ik aan de kleine kant. Ontbijt- en dinerbuffet waren fantastisch. De ligging is top, dichtbij de bushalte waar lijn 75 je in een paar minuten naar het centrum brengt. Zwembad is heerlijk als je na een vermoeiende dag even wilt relaxen! Bad: Nou, eigenlijk is niets ons tegen gevallen, alleen, de badkamer vond ik persoonlijk te klein: weinig plek om je persoonlijke spulletjes neer te zetten.

Good: La colazione fantastica, un bellissimo buffet con tutto ciò che si può desiderare per fare una ottima colazione, Bad: Non posso dire nulla , mi è piaciuto tutto, soltanto un giorno la signora si è dimenticata di mettere gli asciugamani per la doccia ma Una volta chiamato la reception hanno prontamente risolto il Problema

Good: Super hôtel avec les 3 piscines chauffées à différentes températures, un petit déjeuner buffet très complet, des chambres avec vues sur le Danube et un lit très grand et très confortable... A 20 min du centre en bus/metro donc c'est facile de s'y rendre. J'ai adoré. Bad: Si vous rentrez tard le soir vous pourrez prendre un Uber depuis le centre pour 5€.

Good: Leisure facilities and breakfast Bad: Room was very dusty when we checked-in. Had to call housekeepers to refresh and hoover. It was full of dirt and fluff around. This area needs more attention. But we loved our stay, a clean and tidy place apart from this experience. Seems a newly renovated place, so great facilities.

Good: Hotel se nachází na nábřeží, kousek dál od centra. Naproti hotelu si můžete půjčit kolo a jet podél Dunaje do centra. Je to hezká projížďka do 20 minut. Hotel je čistý, postele pohodlné a jídlo chutné. Měli jsme i večeře. V hotelu jsou také 3 bazény, z toho jeden s vířivkou. Pokoj jsme měli s výhledem na řeku. Přiletěli jsme ráno a za příplatek nás ubytovali hned, což jsem ocenila. Bad: Docela malá koupelna.

Отель после ремонта, супер современные номера, идеальная чистота,удобные кровати,уголок чай,кофе. Спа зона с тёплым бассейном и несколько саун,очень хорошо расслабляет после прогулок по городу. Расположение 25 минут вдоль Дуная до здания Парламента.Рядом огромный торговый центр и рынок.Очень вкусные завтраки и ужины,большой выбор еды. Спасибо за отдых!

Good: Ochotný a vstřícný personál, parkování u hotelu, hotel 5 minut od metra na pěkném místě na nábřeží. Snídaně úžasné - obrovský výběr pro všechny včetně potravinových alergiků. Super wellnes.
